My rental company is complaining in a lease renewal letter about rent control in my area. And it is the most hilarious thing I have ever read in my life.

Some highlights include: "There have been steep increases in rent prices over the past several years. The grandma obviously would have written the recipe on the back of a scrap piece of printed paper in scrawly ball-point from left to right. Why can't the dad just bring the recipe to his friends or upload it to get input from other Chinese people?
