All she knows is that she's angry because she cares about him. Like, really cares about him. When the hell did that happen? '... crazy.' Wren finished the sentence, voice softer than it had been just seconds before. 'You drive me crazy and yet I honestly wouldn't want it any other way.' Wren knew she probably wasn't makin the most sense. Was probably giving him some sort of emotional whiplash but she was giving it to herself too.

I do find it facinating how Dracula Daily has turned Dracula into a different kind of myth now that we're in its third year running. I've seen a few people compare it to Hadestown, or a timeloop. The enjoyment isn't JUST from engaging with the story now, it's engaging with the experience, and while the emails are still the same as previous years, we've been through this before.

The way we as an audience interact with this story and this way of telling the story changes the genre. Its no longer a gothic horror, classic lit story. It's become a mythology, a tragedy, a repeating loop. Jonathan Harker returns to the castle every year. Every year it happens again. And that changes it, builds up new mythos around it, even if the words stay exactly the same.

I'm so close to crying, my wifi was being a little bitch but it pulled through. I didn't even get to finish my cake, my mum's gonna question why I'm crying, how am I gonna explain this to her?

I love Vast, not sure if you knew that. I hold her close to my heart. She means so much to me, helped me through many a gender trouble. Solidified a few things about myself. I fear I won't let go of her any time soon. This SMP was something I looked forward to, whenever a stream was scheduled, I'd try to watch it even if it was after midnight for me. It got me back into writing and art, it just holds a very special place in my heart.

Honestly, this Smp really helped my anxiety, helped me interact a bit more in fandoms than I usually do, helped me step away from the sidelines and I can only be grateful for that.

My little magpie is so special to me, I project so hard onto her and I can only thank this smp for letting me make her.

So once again, thank you to the cast of SkyBound, you were all amazing

The buzzing phone didn’t go unnoticed. Mostly because Wren kept thinking it might have been her own, some sort of communication from her boyfriend– well ex boyfriend now. ‘Oh uh, yeah I’m mostly just a go with the flow kind of person. I do like watercolors though, this here?’ She suddenly started pulling up the sleeve of her dress to show off the tattoo along her upper arm that made up her half sleeve. It was an intricate pattern but the colors were splotched together like a watercolor painting. 'I drew this up myself, the artist added her own touch to it but its 99% mine.’ She smiled, glancing down again to the phone. 'Do you need to get that? It’s okay if you need to step away or anything.’ // @lostxones

I just want to say thanks to everyone who has been so nice and welcoming to me as I return to my fandom nonsense! I missed being away and especially missed sharing my writing and art.

With this extra motivation I wanted to try my hand at drawing some different TES characters. I draw plenty of my own OC and Teldryn, of course, but I'd like to branch out. So, I thought I'd open it up for a handful of requests. What characters do you want me to tackle?? Drop a comment or send an ask and I'll see what I can do!

This may be a controversial opinion but we need to normalize and have more “bitchy” girls in media who aren’t complete assholes but labeled bitchy by everyone else because they have a rougher attitude than most people. We need more girls who don’t have to become nice by the end of the story to get their happy ending.

I don’t owe anyone niceness. I owe them respect and decency. Those things do not equate to niceness. Maybe it’s the depression talking but I cannot be upbeat and happy all the time. I shouldn’t be expected to greet everyone with a hello and a smile at my workplace. But especially in retail if you so much as say hi with a straight face you’ve got attitude or are being mean. Take it from a childhood people pleaser, I lost my sense of self trying to be nice and perfect for everyone. Doing so was one of the reasons I got so burnt out at my last job. We don’t owe you niceness.

"i didn't know where else to go." are are the first words out of wren's mouth when the other opens their door. he hates himself for coming here - wren's keenly aware the other has lived a whole life without him by now. but truthfully, he's desperate. it's this or getting beat up in a park overnight again.

I think that this makes us equal." He spoke with a small shake of his head. Even if he hadn't owed her though he would've still come and gotten her and Lucian hoped that Wren understood that. "The heats on in the truck if you wanted to get warmed up while I take a look." He spoke, already moving towards the women's vehicle to see if he could get a look at exactly what they were dealing with.
