"I wish I were a woman, to ofer myself to the Messenger of Allah in Paradise" -- Sheikh Mohamad al-Arefe
https://twitter.com/exmuslim_norway/status/1673795148034048002
If you take a moment and examine these facts you will quickly realize who we share with Allah - and why in some instances, we idolize even more than Allah. How many other prophets do you mention in prayers, not once but again and again.... Muhammad is a staple part of it. We supposedly learned the prayer from Muhammad himself. Take a moment and imagine the prophet showing people how to pray to Allah and telling them "Now say Ishad ana la iel-lah illa Allah wa ashad ana Mohammad rassoul Allah" - was Muhammad also saying in his prayer a Shahada to confirm he is a prophet to Allah? What about the part where it says "Alslam Alika Ya Nabiul lah" (peace be upon you messenger of Allah) - was he "greeting himself" in his own prayer. Now consider the punishments in Islam for cursing or rejecting the prophet Muhammad, what reaction do you get? Now imagine the reaction you get for cursing or rejecting any other prophet or Allah Himself! Are you starting to see who we really idolize in Islam? It all goes back to verse 33:21 in the Quran which says Muhammad is our best example to follow. And slowly but surely, we insist we don't worship or idolize him but in reality, we do! From chants of "those who insult the prophet should die" "I would sacrifice myself to defend the prophet" notice, not those who insult or offend Allah! We slowly walked into idolizing a man while insisting we don't! And it is almost a competition, who loves him more. I don't think there is anything to idolize here of a slave master, womanizer (11 wives and unlimited women who offer themselves to him (Quran 33:50), having sex with war bounty sex slaves (Quran 66:1), underage marriages and divorce (Quran 65:4), waged wars to expand his message, and the list goes on...
https://quranx.com/33.21
There has certainly been for you in the Messenger of Allah an excellent pattern for anyone whose hope is in Allah and the Last Day and [who] remembers Allah often.
It's clear who Muslims really worship; just say something bad about Allah and Muhammad, and see which makes them the most angry.

It is narrated on the authority of Abu Huraira that the Messenger of Allah (may peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Faith has over seventy branches or over sixty branches, the most excellent of which is the declaration that there is no god but Allah, and the humblest of which is the, removal of what is injurious from the path: and modesty is the branch of faith." Sahih Muslim 35b In-book reference : Book 1, Hadith 60 // Sahih al-Bukhari 9 In-book reference : Book 2, Hadith 2
Faith is words, deeds and beliefs
Ahl As-Sunnah unanimously agreed that faith is words and deeds, or verbal affirmation, belief in the heart and physical actions.
Ash-Shafi`i (may Allah have mercy on him) said: The consensus of the Companions and Tabi`in (the generation who came after the companions), those who came after them and those whom we met, was: Faith is words, deeds and intentions, and one of the three is not sufficient without the others.” (Usul I‘tiqad Ahl As-Sunnah by Al-Lalka’i (5/956, no. 1593); Majmu‘ Al-Fatawa by Ibn Taymiyah, 7/209)

PODHADITH: SAFE PASSAGE TO PARADISE -
In a Hadith found in Jami At Tirmidhi, number 1855, the Holy Prophet Muhammad, peace and blessings be upon him, advised some characteristics which will cause a muslim to enter Paradise in peace.
The first is to sincerely worship Allah, the Exalted. Meaning, to obey Allah, the Exalted, by fulfilling His commands, refraining from His prohibitions and by facing destiny with patience according to the traditions of the Holy Prophet Muhammad, peace and blessings be upon him. This will cause one to use the blessings they have been granted in ways pleasing to Allah, the Exalted. This is the true meaning of obeying Allah, the Exalted. Obedience extends beyond worshipping Allah, the Exalted, through practices and rituals.
The next characteristic mentioned in the main Hadith is to feed others for the sake of Allah, the Exalted. This is a great deed which leads to the pleasure of Allah, the Exalted, and a great reward. Chapter 76 Al Insan, verses 9-11:
"We feed you only for the face [i.e., approval] of Allah. We wish not from you reward or gratitude. Indeed, We fear from our Lord a Day austere and distressful." So Allah will protect them from the evil of that Day and give them radiance and happiness.”
In addition, the one who feeds others for the sake of Allah, the Exalted, will be fed the fruits of Paradise on Judgment Day. This has been advised in a Hadith found in Jami At Tirmidhi, number 2449. Finally, a muslim should strive to give all forms of charity regularly, according to their means, irrespective of its quantity, as Allah, the Exalted, judges quality meaning, one’s intention. This has been advised in a Hadith found in Sahih Bukhari, number 1.
The final characteristic mentioned in the main Hadith under discussion is spreading the Islamic greeting of peace to others. A muslim should fulfill the true meaning of this righteous deed by extending peace to all through their actions and words. It is hypocritical to offer the Islamic greeting of peace to someone and then harm them through one's actions and speech.
A true muslim and believer must keep their verbal and physical harm away from the self and possessions of others, irrespective of their faith. This has been advised in a Hadith found in Sunan An Nasai, number 4998. It includes aiding others according to one’s means, such as emotional or physical support. The one who behaves in such a manner will be provided with support from Allah, the Exalted. This has been advised in a Hadith found in Sunan Ibn Majah, number 225. Simply put, a muslim should treat others how they desire to be treated by people through their speech and actions.

One day my fellow historians will achieve their ultimate triumph and demonstrate that polytheism has never existed, we've all been transcendental monotheists forever and we still are actually (sorry neopagans :( )
#joke to be clear#i am neither academic-bashing nor neopagan-bashing#it's just quite funny to me how many different religions#and regions and areas#seem to become dramatically leas polytheist the more you read into the scholarship#pre-islamic arabia which all the islamic sources describe as being fully of pagans worshipping rocks and stones and all the usual topoi?#all evidence of polytheism there vanishes a century before muhammad was born#ancient greece? allow me to introduce you to the ambiguities of the singular usage of Ζεύς and stoic notions of a universal divine#the frontiers roll ever back :(

Saving Lives from the Front Lines
A Call for Life.💔🍉🇵🇸 (Mohammed from the Besieged North of Gaza)
VETTED @90-ghost
our brothers in humanity, O noble-hearted people, O seekers of goodness,
Gaza appeals to you, in these difficult moments, as it suffers the woes of siegeht of poverty and destitution.
The people of Gaza, men and women, elderly and children, live in tragic humanitarian conditions, lacking the most basic elements of a decent life. Food is scarce, medicine is missing, and shelter is threatened with collapse.
But, in the midst of this darkness, the sun of hope shines thanks to your giving and generosity.
Every donation from you, no matter how small, contributes to saving a life, awakening a smile on the face of a child, and restoring hope in the hearts of a family.💚
Remember that every life saved is better than a thousand acts of worship. And that your contribution, no matter how small, makes a big difference in someone's life.🙏🙏🙏
I was shot by an explosive bullet and I need a bone graft. Please support and donate.🙏💔
Young children amir and malak lack the simplest necessities of life, such as food, milk and fruits. Your donation will save them. Your donation gives them hope.🦋🐝🍉

A thing i’ve noticed lately is how common “depression” has become, to the point that it became a topic seriously discussed in masaajid and schools, and visiting therapists became extremely common too -all of this is good to an extent-. What is concerning is how the generation before us was completely against the idea of anything called “mental illness” or “mental health” in general, causing this generation now to be extremely thirsty for these terms and therefore use them for everything.
Anyone who has been raised in a secular (especially western) system knows very well how much this mindset has been fed to us and to our children, the way they managed to make us like glass, -weak and easily scattered- and the way they made every single form of self improvement “low self esteem” or “toxic” to the point where everyone uses their life obstacles as excuses to not do their best in their affairs.
We do not disregard the effects of bad mental health at all, especially as muslims we believe in physical mental and soul ailments, however for this to be used as an excuse to abandon action… that is where we draw the line.
Never tie your action to your mood, act according to your goal, is your goal jannah? Strive for it when depressed and when scared and when sick and when happy and when grieving… always.
You are not here to be depressed, leave depression for those who do not know their lord. Those are rightfully depressed, you are not.
You have a lord you can speak to in the night.. but who will sacrifice his sleep to talk with Allah!!? This is the issue..
Allah is our lord and they have no lord.
You have Allah with you, we all have problems, from the beginning of the call to islam to now no one was free from grief, not even the dearest person to Allah- muhammad ﷺ- He tested every type of pain to be an example for us.
He tasted loss of parents,
And not just that but he knew they died upon other than islam.
He tasted loss of children.
He lost his beloved wife.
He lost his uncle and had to forgive his killer.
He was dragged and hit and mocked belittled and belied.
He was forsaken by his people.
He was betrayed.
He was lied to.
His honour -that of Aisha- was slandered and still is to this day.
His illnesses were not like those we experience, but much more severe.
…..
All of this and he is the dearest to Allah!
Read the lives of the sahaba and the righteous, you will notice a clear pattern, the closer one is to Allah and the dearer he is to Him, the more tested. And many will say “oh I am not being tested at all my life is easy” aren’t you struggling with your mental health? Isn’t that a test?
Aren’t all these blessings a test too?
Isn’t your comfort a test as well?
Worship is not easy, that is why the one who struggles in worship gets rewarded more than those who don’t, so stand up, leave your misery there where you were sat, read a few pages of the quran for Baraka, and go ahead with that which you have been procrastinating.
And do not expect it to be easy, many of the salaf would say: “ I forced myself to do worship for TWENTY years! After twenty years it became easy”
So do not expect quick results, expect to fall and slip, this is what we all do, what matters is that you stand up after you fall.
And abandon that cursed social media which has become a drug we all consume, if you really need to keep posting or really need to stay active, then do so in a browser and not the app, it usually is less practical and less addicting there.
May Allah guide you and us and safeguard you and us from the plots of the evils of mankind and jinn.

"THERE IS NO GROUP THAT EVER CAME INTO AFRICA THAT MEANT ANYTHING GOOD FOR AFRICANS" -Dr John Henrik Clarke.
“The white man is very clever. He came quietly and peaceably with his religion. We were amused at his foolishness and allowed him to stay. Now he has won our brothers, and our clan can no longer act like one. He has put a knife on the things that held us together and we have fallen apart.” - From 'THINGS FALL APART' 1958, written by Chinua Achebe and was translated into Italian, French, Hungarian, Portuguese, Russian, Swiss, Flemish and other languages.
According to historian, Dr John Henrik Clarke, "every group of people that came into Africa meant nothing good for the Africans… and the very first thing each and every one of these groups did was to declare war on African culture…" What followed was the bastardization of African spirituality and ways that held the societies together for millennia before there was a Greece or Rome or before "the first European learnt to wear a shoe or live in a house that had a window." Or as Dr. Yosef Ben Jochannan put it, "Before there was Rome, Greece, Jerusalem or Mecca… Before there was a Jehovah, Jesus or Mohommet" (Muhammad ibn Abdul'Mutallib).
It most be noted that the first Hebrew to ever come into existence was a Chaldean from Ur, known as Abram in 1675 BC. Before then, their was no concept of a Jehovah or Jesus, whatsoever, and no Hebrew as a tribe, the world over, from as far as history revealed. By this time, the 82 pyramids in Kemet, and the over 203 pyramids in Meroe, the smaller Nsude pyramids in Udi highlands were already built. The Africans had their own spirituality through which they connected to the non-material world, through which they learnt science like iron smelting, as well as which herbs could heal what sort of disease, agricultural practice, astrology, alchemy, mining for useful minerals from the earth and so on.
Most of Africa were connected to the worship of a deity, Ptah. This was over 5000 years before the first Hebrew came into existence, it was thousands of years before Greece or Rome came into existence and before any Abrahamic religions (which are Judaism, Samaritanism, Christianity and Islam etc) came into the knowledge of anyone at all. Abram, the father of it all had not even come into existence.
In kemet, there was a belief that if one died far away from the Nile, one would not resurrect in the afterlife. Hence Kemet became the place of high culture for all tribal nationalities along the Nile from its source through modern day Tanzania, Uganda, Ethiopia Sudan etc. Abydos was a city of pilgrimage where most Africans, who could, travelled up the Nile, through the Sahara (Which was not a desert until about 5000 years ago, as archeological discoveries indicated), to worship and commune with other Africans. Osiris later become the god in Abydos while Memphis became the home for Ptah, after several foreign invasion from across the Mediterranean and the sands of Arabia.
Most of the magicians in Kemet came from Gao, a city-state of the Soudan(west Africa then). African regions and cities had their own gods and it was necessary to pay homage to the god of a land when visiting or passing through as a sojourner, merchant or gypsy. By this time, Arabian peninsula was the colony of Africans (Study from 'From Babylon to Timbuktu', 'The African Origin of Major Religions, Herodoctus, and Strabo's geographica).
{[IMAGE: The 'inner circle' of the Mossi people. Not every king on the throne rose to the societal status, necessary to attend this gathering. The first shattering effect on this 'inner circle' began when the Arabs arrived west Africa in the 7th century CE, while extending the trans-saharan trade routes through the desert.]}

hunting Jews: the truth about Hamas

Islam is a religion.
Islamism is a political ideology.
Recently rescued Israeli hostage, Qaid Farhan Alkadi, an Israeli Bedouin Muslim, gave the following testimony:
Farhan’s testimony, along with a plethora of other evidence, only makes what we’ve been saying all along abundantly clear: Hamas is not a “resistance” group against oppression. Hamas is a genocidal antisemitic terrorist group that targets Jews.
ISLAMISM IS AN INHERENTLY ANTISEMITIC IDEOLOGY
Hamas is an Islamist terrorist group. What does this mean?
Islamists believe that the doctrines of Islam should be congruent with those of the state. Islamists work to implement nation-states governed under Islamic Law (Sharia), emphasize pan-Islamic unity (in most cases, hoping for an eventual worldwide Islamic Caliphate, or empire), support the creation of Islamic theocracies, and reject all non-Muslim influences. For this reason, Islamists tend to portray themselves as “anti-imperialist,” while in truth they are striving to swap western imperialism with Islamic imperialism.
Islamist ideology can be traced back to Hassan al-Banna and the Muslim Brotherhood, founded in 1928. Al-Banna viewed the 1924 dissolution of the last Islamic Caliphate, the Ottoman Empire, and the European colonization of the Middle East, beginning with France’s 1830 occupation of Algeria, as an affront to Islam. The early 20th century was a period of rapid secularization in the Middle East, when Arab nationalism threatened to replace pan-Islamic identity with a pan-Arab identity. Al-Banna opposed all of this, hoping to return to “authentic” Islamic practice through the (re)establishment of the Islamic Caliphate.
Islamism is an antisemitic ideology. Islamists hate Jews -- and by extension, the Jewish state -- because of the Prophet Muhammad’s conflict with the Jewish tribes of the Arabian Peninsula in the 7th century. Islamistsbelieve that the Israeli-Palestinian conflict is rooted in a struggle between Muslims and their “eternal enemies,” the Jews.
Hassan Al-Banna, the founder of the Muslim Brotherhood, viewed the dissolution of the last Islamic Caliphate (empire) and the secularization of the Muslim world as an affront to Islam.
ISLAMISM, DHIMMITUDE, AND THE JEWS
Islamists seek to revive “authentic Islamic practice,” by which they mean, essentially, that they wish to go back in time. This desire to turn back the clock puts them in conflict with Jews for two reasons:
During his earliest conquests, the Prophet Muhammad and his army came into fierce conflict with a number of Jewish tribes that had settled in Arabia, some of which had refused to convert to Islam and even accused Muhammad and his followers of appropriating figures from the Torah. For Islamists, this initial conflict between Jews and the earliest Muslims is “proof” that Jews are “eternal enemies” of Islam.
Following Muhammad’s death in 632, the Arab Islamic empires conquered lands exponentially quickly. As a result of this rapid colonization, the Muslim authorities were faced with the “problem” of how to handle the conquered Indigenous peoples that resisted conversion to Islam. This “problem” was solved with a treaty known as the Pact of Umar. This so-called treaty allowed select religious and cultural minorities, known as dhimmis, or “People of the Book,” to practice their beliefs so long as they paid the “jizya” tax and abided by a set of restrictive, second-class citizenship laws.
Under Islamist regimes, such as the Islamic Republic of Iran, Jews are, to this day, still treated as dhimmis.
THE GENOCIDAL ANTISEMITISM OF THE MUSLIM BROTHERHOOD
Hamas emerged as the Palestinian branch of the Muslim Brotherhood. Hassan al-Banna, the founder of the Muslim Brotherhood, worshipped Adolf Hitler.
Like Hitler, al-Banna sought to exterminate all Jews…in his case, from the Middle East.
According to German documents from the period, in the 1940s, the Nazis trained some 700 members of the Muslim Brotherhood. Nazi Germany heavily funded the Brotherhood, which contributed to its massive growth. In 1938, the Brotherhood had some 800 members. By the end of World War II, it had grown to a million members.
In 1939, Germany “transferred to al-Banna some E£1000 per month, a substantial sum at the time. In comparison, the Muslim Brotherhood fundraising for the cause of Palestine yielded E£500 for that entire year.”
Naturally, Nazism deeply influenced the Muslim Brotherhood’s ideology.
The father of Palestinian nationalism, Haj Amin al-Husseini, was a prominent member of the Muslim Brotherhood. Yasser Arafat, the most influential Palestinian leader of all time, began his “career” fighting for the Muslim Brotherhood. Which brings us to Hamas. Hamas’s founder, Sheikh Ahmed Ismail Hassan Yassin, was a member of the Muslim Brotherhood and was responsible for establishing the Brotherhood’s Palestinian branch. In 1987, he founded Hamas.
The Muslim Brotherhood’s hatred for Jews goes far beyond its original Nazi affiliations. During the 1936-1939 Arab Revolt in Mandatory Palestine, during which Palestinian Arabs revolted against Jewish immigration and carried out a number of antisemitic massacres, the Muslim Brotherhood began disseminating antisemitic rhetoric, often targeting the Egyptian Jewish community.
Al-Nadhir, the Muslim Brotherhood’s magazine, published openly antisemitic articles, peddling conspiracy theories and demonizing the Egyptian Jewish community for its success in various industries. Notably, Al-Nadhir even called for the expulsion of Jews from Egypt, accusing Jews of “corrupting” Egypt and calling Jews a “societal cancer.” Al-Nadhir made boycott lists of Jewish businesses.
Unfortunately, the Muslim Brotherhood’s antisemitism is not a relic of the past. Mohammed Badie, the Muslim Brotherhood’s present day “Supreme Guide,” believes Jews “spread corruption on earth” and calls for “holy jihad” as an antidote.
THE ORIGINAL HAMAS CHARTER: EXPLICITLY GENOCIDAL
Hamas’s founding 1988 charter is explicitly antisemitic and genocidal. Below are some excerpts:
“Our struggle against the Jews is very great and very serious.” -- Introduction
“The Day of Judgement will not come about until Moslems fight the Jews (killing the Jews), when the Jew will hide behind stones and trees. The stones and trees will say O Moslems, O Abdulla, there is a Jew behind me, come and kill him. Only the Gharkad tree, (evidently a certain kind of tree) would not do that because it is one of the trees of the Jews." -- Article 7
“In face of the Jews' usurpation of Palestine, it is compulsory that the banner of Jihad be raised.” -- Aritcle 15
“With their money, they took control of the world media, news agencies, the press, publishing houses, broadcasting stations, and others. With their money they stirred revolutions in various parts of the world with the purpose of achieving their interests and reaping the fruit therein. They were behind the French Revolution, the Communist revolution and most of the revolutions we heard and hear about, here and there. With their money they formed secret societies, such as Freemasons, Rotary Clubs, the Lions and others in different parts of the world for the purpose of sabotaging societies and achieving Zionist interests. With their money they were able to control imperialistic countries and instigate them to colonize many countries in order to enable them to exploit their resources and spread corruption there.” -- Article 22
“Israel, Judaism and Jews challenge Islam and the Moslem people.” -- Article 28
BUT...HAMAS CHANGED THEIR CHARTER!
Some Hamas apologists will tell you that Hamas no longer intends to exterminate all Jews, because in 2017, they “replaced their [openly genocidal] charter.” Well, lucky for you, Hamas is here to set the record straight. See, after releasing their “new” charter, Hamas co-founder Mahmoud al-Zahar assured the media that the 2017 document did not replace their original 1988 charter.
The 2017 document was thus not a “new” charter from a “reformed” Hamas, but rather, a propaganda document aimed at redeeming Hamas’s image to the west.
Since 2017, Hamas has made openly genocidal calls toward Jews. For example:
In 2018, Hamas’s Al-Aqsa TV media channel predicted “the cleansing of Palestine of the filth of the Jews.”
In 2019, Hamas Political Bureau member Fathi Hammad said, “You seven million Palestinians abroad, enough warming up! There are Jews everywhere! We must attack every Jew on planet Earth –- we must slaughter and kill them, with Allah’s help.” In 2021, Hammad called, via Al-Aqsa TV, for the Palestinians in Jerusalem to “cut off the heads of the Jews.”
In May of 2021, the leader of Hamas, Yahya Sinwar, led a rally in which the crowd was encouraged to chant, "We will trample on the heads of the Jews in front of everyone..."
ISLAMIST INFLUENCE ON PALESTINIAN NATIONALISM
The earliest Arab nationalists in Palestine were not necessarily Islamists. Falastin, an influential anti-Zionist, Arab nationalist newspaper, was founded by two Palestinian Christians in 1911. Khalil Beidas, who was the first Arab to identify as Palestinian, in 1898, was a Christian. Nevertheless, the Palestinian nationalist movement soon fell under the influence of the Muslim Brotherhood.
Initially, Palestinian Arab nationalists advocated for a unified Arab state in Greater Syria. In 1920, Haj Amin al-Husseini began advocating for an independent Palestinian Arab state. To draw people to his cause, which was not yet well-known to the average population, he began emphasizing the importance of Palestine to Islam, and particularly the importance of Jerusalem and Al-Aqsa Mosque. Soon, he began disseminating the libel that the Jews intended to destroy Al-Aqsa Mosque. This libel has cost thousands of Jewish lives and is spread widely to this day.
Early on, the Muslim Brotherhood in Egypt adopted the Palestinian cause. After World War II, Haj Amin al-Husseini, who had spent the war working as a propagandist for the Nazis in Berlin, escaped to Egypt with the help of the Muslim Brotherhood.
The Muslim Brotherhood fought against the State of Israel in 1948, along with other Islamist militias, such as the Army of the Holy War. Among its fighters were Yasser Arafat. In the 1960s, Arafat came under the influence of the Soviet Union and shifted his image to that of a communist counterrevolutionary, as opposed to an Islamist, though his rhetoric in Arabic continued emphasizing the importance of jihad and Al-Aqsa Mosque to the Palestinian movement. Nevertheless, after Islamic Revolution in Iran, after which the Islamic Republic adopted the Palestinian movement, and with the establishment of Hamas and groups such as Palestinian Islamic Jihad, Palestinian nationalism has once again been undergone an Islamization.

as always: this post is not an endorsement of any given Israeli policy or politician. You can be highly critical of Israel’s handling of the situation without obfuscating or whitewashing the origins and goals of this ideology. It always, always came down to antisemitism. I won’t engage with straw man arguments in the comments 😗
