Summary:

Paris, Autumn 1900: Aziraphale has been looking after Oscar Wilde for the past two years. He takes a day off from guardian angel-ing to attend the 1900 Paris World Fair, L'Exposition Universelle, and happens upon a familiar person in a not-so-familiar body.

(This is a canon-compliant AU: Az is an angel, Crowley is a demon, and they're hereditary enemies who've met only once before. A follow up to Sea Change and the AU and events in that story. You don't need to read that one to enjoy this one!)

Excerpt:

A smirk flickered over that mobile mouth — the mouth that had closed over Aziraphale’s in a secluded alcove, that had licked sweet wine off the tips of his breasts, followed the sticky track of it down between his legs to close around the throbbing bud of his Effort. The memory had him stiffening and flushing in more ways than one, and Aziraphale was whipped back to a snippet of conversation in that same alcove between the gasps and sighs: Other days I feel like a woman and I am. Other days I call myself he but have tits. Other days she but there’s a cock dangling between my legs. Some days both. Some days neither. Some days… everything. He flushed deeper at the instantaneous overwhelming desire to know just what was between Crowley’s legs at this moment. What was in Crowley’s mind, this very second. Which told him that this and every subsequent second of this was a mistake. “This is a mistake,” Aziraphale said, and turned to go. Crowley’s voice came almost immediately, just a shade too quickly. “What? Well — er. Possibly, but there are compensations.”

Siblings Behavior

It's shenanigans time guys

So have this DpxDc idea.

So, the Justice League and the Light (OR villains in general) have two newish members, they've both been around for about a year and they're from the same plane of existence (a place called the Infinite Realms according to those who dabble in the occult)

And the two seem to have some serious beef with each other.

Wisp and Wrath are basicly feral cats hissing and hekles raised when they spot the other and their fights normally ends in draws. They're evenly matched and sometimes the two even fight to the point they are out of steam and just fist fight.

Needless to say everyone believes they totally hate each other and might one day kill (or end?) One of them.

So everything gets turned upside down when suddenly both factions of heros and villains are suddenly summoned to the Infinite Realms.

In a throne room.

In front of the Infinite King (or most commonly known as the Ghost King)

A King who looks very, very much like Wisp and Wrath (like yeah the two do sometimes look alike, like when they grin with sharp teeth and their hair color, but one has blue skin and red eyes for crying out loud!)

He's staring at them, glowing green eyes that seemed to just... know.

"Welcome to the Infinite Realms. I am King Phantom." His voice echoing in the throne room and seemed to rattle them deeply, like a sudden chill in the early morning.

"I have summoned you all here for a single reason." He continued to say "Tell me..."

Here he paused, closed his eyes before leaning back on the chair then he smiled big and cheerfully asked.

"How are my kids doing in your world? Dan and Ellie aren't causing too much chaos in their wake are they? They tend to go a tiny bit overboard sometimes but what siblings don't when they rough house you know. Tell me everything."

One of my favorite things in the LOTR books is Sam being obsessed with Elven magic and wanting to see it and when Galadriel finds out she basically tells Sam "I don't know what the fuck magic is but I can show you the future in this bowl of water if you want" as if that's just a normal ass thing to be able to do.

what i love about both I Saw the TV Glow and We're All Going to the World's Fair is that both movies really understand the tv/computer screen as a space of negotiation between one's sense of identity and the world. it's not so much that tv shows and the internet are used as escapism but that the screen itself functions as a sort of portal or mirror that creates this place of identification, but also of annihilation, where people can construct new images of themselves, reimagining themselves as something more real.
