Working from home has been great - Yey! 🥳 Sleeping an extra hour...😴 Don't need to commute and spend hours in the traffic or on the train 🚗🚃 Getting up, making coffee and opening a laptop with tons of new emails staring at us and various Zoom meetings scheduled throughout the day 👩‍💻👨‍💻 Until we realise that all day was spent hunched over the computer on most uncomfortable kitchen chair at the kitchen table sharing new office with the rest of the family 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 At the end of the day we realise that hardly we had a break as when we meant to have one, the laptop crashed and we tried to fix it just in time before the meeting. 🤝 Evening comes and pain kicks in. Feeling heavy and tight around the shoulders and upper back. The stress piles up and gets worse every day. 😧 What do we do??? Just a little love for over stressed parts can make a huge difference. Doesn't look like you're getting out to the gym or a studio over your lunch break? 🧘‍♂️🧘‍♀️🏋️‍♀️🏋️‍♂️🤸‍♂️🤸‍♀️Thanks God the dog is starting at us asking to go out. Yes/N 🐩🐕 Well, if you're stuck all the time at home, just try these movements at home. 🏡 2-3 times a day. Repeat each 10-20 times and see how you feel after a week assuming you've done your little routine daily. Good luck and hope you'll feel better. 🤞😃 #stressedshoulders #upperback #tiredshoulders #tiredback #homestressrelief #tightshoulders #tight #pain #workingfromhome #movetoheal #overworked #workrelatedinjury #workrelatedstress #movetogether #upperbacktightness #yogidastudio #warnham #horsham (at Bodywise Gym & Studios) https://www.instagram.com/p/CE59KBhH0yv/?igshid=1cl5dr00ehw1p

Part of the session with Nancy was to relive some stress and tension in her shoulder, neck and Thoracic area Here I like to allow the weight to pull the arm down creating the stretch, slowly moving the head in different directions allowing for some beautiful release through the neck Should try it👍 #neckmobility #stress #neckstress #shoulderstress #releasetension #tension #workrelatedstress #personaltrainer #londontrainer #mobility #shoulders #thoracic #personaltrainergreenwich #personaltrainerdeptford #movement #feelgood #relax
