and then off to the side there's a group of fitness enthusiast high schoolers somehow beating those professional fighter fitness peaks in inhuman times because one gyaru is really lazy and wants to lose weight for her summer bikini bod and just keeps losing focus. hina literally goes to the same school if she wants the ultimate fight against another physically peak monster she just has to look a little closer to home. its like if that plus size elf series took place in the same universe as baki

dash: so you see, fentoenail, the key to getting max hypertrophy comes down to a few things. first, the obvious, is progressive overload. now, when you do that, you want to focus on the science-based lifting as much as possible, but saying that i really do think ego lifting has a bad rap. you know, sometimes it's okay to just ego lift for that sweet sweet pump. because you're not gonna get swole if you're not motivated, u know? now, i can tell u dont do this because you're such a dweeb, but diet is also important. everything from taking preworkout for that energy boost, and then after the workout making sure to make a protein shake and throw some creatine in there too. creatine is great for muscle recovery, which you'll need because you'll be back in the gym the next day—obviously—but protein is also key because it's what builds your muscles. since i already know you're not eating any protein, i'll just tell you right now that you should probably get some whey powder and start supplementing. now, when you're making your workout program, there's a few ways you can go about it— danny: if i knew that getting revealed would have lead to this conversation, i would never have revealed myself. ever.
