omg my favorite thing is probably minecraft:] kind of an expected awnser from a mcyt blog but it is my favorite game in the whooole world! ive been building a little foresty area in my world named kinoko township (ive not added to it in a little bit cuz ive been playing stardew lol) and it is just so cute and fun to build:]]]

and ive also been getting into redstone a little bit so i made this industrial district!! which i posted about some time ago but ill include a screenie either way

^left to right: melon/pumpkin farm, iron farm, cactus farm, tree farm, sugercane/gunpowder farm. plus theres a moss farm behind the other buildings

next on the agenda is a sculk farm! if i can find a good tutorial at least lol :] my redstone is NOT good enough to design my own farms lol i needed a bunch of sculk for one of the buildings in kinoko township

found a 'Mumbo and Techno are cousins' fic, and now obsessed with this idea. like just. Mumbo and Techno being genuinely related and absolutely NO ONE would get it, because it's /Mumbo/. the man is a mess. a disaster. just a silly little thing

and then you're reminded that he's a Hermit, and they're such a strange fucking bunch, and just the mental image of Mumbo showing up at the dSMP, wanting to say hi to his cousin, and no one takes him serious at all, except then he drops some cryptid fucking Hermit shit, and everyone is like

Concept where Techno and Mumbo are both piglin shapeshifters and they’re cousins that grew up in the same sounder. Just little baby piglins chillen in the nether uwu Then when they were in their early teens the sounder got fucked over and Mumbo and Techno both thought they were the sole survivor, traveling to the Overworld by separate means. It wasn’t until literal years later that they met up again and were just like “!!! owo” and while they each have their separate shit going on they still make it a point to message each other and occasionally meet up!

People usually think Mumbo is joking when he says he’s related to ‘The Technoblade’ like... ??? you mean the scary pvp guy who dominates tournaments??? sounds fake. Meanwhile nobody would think that out of all the hermits, Mumbo is the one Techno talks to most. It wouldn’t cross anybodies mind they’re family either since Mumbo almost always uses his human form (thumbs are kind of a necessity when doing redstone or building) while Techno skews towards piglin form for combat and living in cold places. They’re just not very alike.

Except then Mumbo shows up like “hey :3 I got an idea for a new storage system that’ll help with your witherskull collection” and Techno’s like “sick! How’s the whole ‘worshiping the moon that will soon destroy all live on my server’ thing going.” and Mumbo just shakes his head, “Ah, you know, vengeful gods doing their vengeful god stuff. I should have stuck to worshiping the blood god but I really wanted to try the whole love peace and plants outlook. That reminds me, I can show you this really cool trick with a nether star owo”

Just another au that I thought of when Tommy started living with Technoblade and he said “welcome home Theseus” Summery of the AU:

In this au he is still very much haunted by his trauma. Hes a little frantic like racoon-innit but he listens to Technoblade mostly and has grown 2 extra braincells out of fear.

He wears a mask of a witherskull around everywhere but Techno’s house to protect his identity. He wears his armor most of the time tho because- like cannon tommy- he feels safer in it. Dream is suspicious of Theseus but Techno always finds a way to prevent Dream from furthering his suspicions. Also, in this au Techno was able to convince Tommy more about causing destruction to L’manburg- this was thanks to both Techno, Philza, and Ghostbur’s input on what path Tubbo is going down and stuff.  Tommy thinks destroying L'manburg will break whatever curse is on Tubbo and help bring his discs back.

Technoblade has a glasses chain and it has beads of gold and obsidian, the obsidian is shaped as witherskulls

Technoblade has a polymorphic course on him. When extremely angry or when giving into the voices for blood, his features form a pig likeness

Jschlatt is Tubbo's dad, who abandoned him on the side of the road, where SBI found him

Ghostbur was never actually alive, he is a conduit for the dead to attach and speak through

Wilbur didn't want to be there but also desperately wanted Tommy to succeed, connecting him to the conduit but unable to do so fully, which is why ghostbur thought he was Wilbur and why we saw his personality differently than Wilbur

Connor is actually the main character, he is just a sleeper agent, gotta say a codeword to him realize he has a magical girl transformation

Ranboo actually originally came from the end dimension, where the dragon resides to reign power and destruction over the endermen. He has no memory at the time, but seeing the end portal may or may not trigger his memories.

Dream is actually similar to a gelatinous cube, if you touch him too long you make a con save. If you fail you take 6d6 damage, succeed and take 3d6 instead

Dream doesn't wear a mask, he is just a green blob o' slime wearing a sticky note

I can’t draw but I had an idea for Ranboo and Technoblade to go with Halsey’s song Control. It might be a little odd, but idk how this is supposed to be formatted. Italics are the lyrics

Measures 1 and 2 has techno walking away from a wither with another witherskull in his hand. Measures 3 and 4 have Ranboo cowering in a dark room in front of a disc and tnt. Measures 5 and 6 show Techno mining for ores and Ranboo decorating his L’manburg house, and then a flash of black at the end of measure 6. Measures 7 and 8 shows techno in front of chest of potions, and then there’s a glitch affect and the potion bottles are empty, and then the chest slams closed and techno walking away from the secret room he made for supplies for the revolution

They send me away to find them a fortune A chest filled with diamonds and gold

   Techno is still walking out of the supply room, how it looked before he handed out supplies fading in

The house was awake, the shadows and monsters The hallways, they echoed and groaned

  Techno climbs out of the secret room, the shadows from hid Halloween mobs become more pronounced, the camera focusing on his face at the word monster. A draft comes in and the camera shows the walls starting to crumble

I sat alone, in bed till the morning I'm crying, "They're coming for me"

  Ranboo is sitting on his bed, legs on the floor, and starting to hunch over and places his face in his hands. He starts to cry and the camera follows one tear to the ground.

And I tried to hold these secrets inside me My mind's like a deadly disease

  Once the tear hits the ground we see the memory book on a chest/barrel next to the bed and smiley faces start to appear throughout the room

I'm bigger than my body

  Techno is walking through the snow dragging his sword so a line forms behind him

I'm colder than this home

  Camera shows techno’s cape loosely wrapped around him and a visible breath coming out, he looks unphased from the freezing temperatures

I'm meaner than my demons

 The line the sword leaves in the snow is changed to have blood in it, uneven as and splattered throughout the line

I'm bigger than these bones

  Techno looks out at where he’s going to build his arctic home and then the house appears

And all the kids cried out, "Please stop, you're scaring me" I can't help this awful energy

  The anvil falls on Techno during his execution, but then a flash of gold (almost like a powder) reveals him to not have taken any damage and the anime red eyes God damn right, you should be scared of me

  Techno swings his pickaxe at Quackity Who is in control?

  Techno is breathing heavily as he pulls his pickaxe out of Quackity’s dead body

I paced around for hours on empty

  Ranboo is sleep walking holding a block of dirt

I jumped at the slightest of sounds

  Ranboo unhinges his jaw and screams as a shadowed figure looks him in the eyes

And I couldn't stand the person inside me

Ranboo and Technoblade are looking into their own mirrors, appearing like they’re looking at each other

I turned all the mirrors around

  A sword appears in Techno’s mirror and small pieces of obsidian are in Ranboo’s with a green smiley face visible on what’s left

  Ranboo is huddled on his bed in his arctic shack

I'm colder than this home

  Snow rains down as he shivers

I'm meaner than my demons

  The memory book is open to a blank page with only the dream smile

  The camera pans out to show the full shack and then it changes into the house he built

  Ranboo has tears running down his face as he wildly swings a pickaxe at a wall in the panic room

  A chest is revealed

  Ranboo opens the chest to see tnt in it

  Ranboo slowly steps backwards with both hands pulling at his hair

I'm well acquainted with villains that live in my head

  Ranboo is sitting on the floor of the panic room with music notes coming from the jukebox and s sign with a smiley face on it

They beg me to write them so they'll never die when I'm dead

  The memory book is visible and it shows Ranboo writing

And I've grown familiar with villains that live in my head

  Techno swings his sword and blood splatter onto his face

  On a wall something in Greek is written that means something like “absolute reciprocity”. It’s written in blood and a body is slumped in a pool of blood right next to it

  Ranboo stands up in the panic room, looking directly at the signs

I'm colder than this home

 Ranboo begins taking the signs down

I'm meaner than my demons

  Ranboo continues to take down the signs as flashes of Dream’s and Tubbo’s faces appear

I'm bigger than these bones

  Ranboo breathes heavily with broken wood from the signs scattered on the ground

And all the kids cried out, "Please stop, you're scaring me"

  Techno locks eyes with Tommy as Tommy is yelling at him

I can't help this awful energy

  Techno starts yelling back with hints of tears in his eyes, but not daring to let them fall

God damn right, you should be scared of me

  Camera cuts to techno placing wither skeleton heads on soul sand

Who is in control?

  Techno turns to face the camera with his arms stretched as 3 withers rise from behind him

And all the kids cried out, "Please stop, you're scaring me"

  Techno and Ranboo show up to a woodland mansion with a pack of dogs killing evokers

I can't help this awful energy

  Ranboo sets the mansion on fire and they both start to run

God damn right, you should be scared of me

  The fire lights up their figures as they run across the tree tops, smiles on their faces

Who is in control?

  Their backs are shown as they’re on a treetop, watching the mansion burn. A broken dream mask is next to Ranboo, and scattered wither skeleton heads are next to Techno

And that’s it! I tried to stay away from the voices in their head narrative, so I focused on manipulation and betrayal. I used the parallel of them being used/dragged along and showed them starting to embrace theirselves. Ranboo was fighting with his anxiety, and Techno was fighting with his bloodlust and need for revenge. 

Also with techno’s blade leaving a bloody trail, I’m still conflicted on having the cape leave the trail instead. I like both ideas a lot
