Pic of Witch!Sunny from @sirenspells's AU, but with a different cloak. I like to think the cabin Sunny found was once inhabited by a different witch, and some of their stuff was left untouched thanks to ~*magic*~. This cloak is one of those items. The idea of Sunny running off into the woods and becoming a witch hermit with his snarky familiar Omori speaks to me on a fundamental level.

Moon/night motif instead of Sun for Sunny since the moon is more connected to illusions than the sun is, which is the kind of magic Sunny specializes in. Plus, Sunny brings his traumas to life and haunts the woods with shadow monsters. Night motif fits better here.

I should be writing, but I wanna talk about the kids in my Morning Crew Soul Eater au!!!

So! Ramón, Richas, and Sunny were in Academy custody (Black Star style, they didn't do anything) until they ended up in the care of the Morning Crew! It's because of a deal, take care of and teach the kids, and the Morning Crew won't be imprisoned and/or killed.

Ramón, Richas, and Sunny will end up going to the Academy when they're a bit older.

Sunny specifically will end up in a trio. Their meister is pretty small (the smallest of the trio, actually) but wields dual daggers with a surprising amount of confidence.

Hikki!! Changed up her design now that I've changed up Mari's. I've also decided personality wise she's a lot more critical and bossy than Mari, she can be a bit of a hater

Okay, so for the Omori Au (I don't have a name for it yet)

1: Magic is real.

2: After 'the incident', Instead of turning to the church, Aubrey becomes a witch instead (with Bunbun being her familiar).

Aubrey keeps trying to use different spells to talk to Mari to ask her why it happened, but every time the spell was either a myth, or her voice was distorted beyond recognition.

Eventually Aubrey just gives up on talking with her and just wants to be with her again, so she makes a button-eyed felt/plush doll to bind Mari's spirit to, so Aubrey can at least hug her 'big' sister.

The summoning was successful at first, however at seemingly random points in time, the doll bursts open and elongates into this Au's version of a button eyed HellMari.

So now Aubrey juggles between wanting to spend as much time with Mari as possible, and hiding HellMari from the public, especially since Mari keeps trying to find her brother & other friends from time to time.

As a side note: after Mari was a 'success' (according to Aubrey) she decided to make 'emergency dolls' of all of her friends (and her mom) in case anything happens to them (like the bad endings involving Sunny/Basil).

OOOOOOOOO That's really interesting :O I love that! Poor Mari though, all she wants is to see the others but well, HellMari might be too much of a surprise when button-eyed Mari doll is already surprising enough.

I can see how cool and also terrifying the other endings will be in your AU! What with Aubrey putting Sunny and Basil into their own button-eyed dolls, complete with a gruesome bonus!

HauntedCrew AU

What Sanji had thought was going to be the start of another day of crazy adventures, quickly transformed into the worst day of his life. Only moments after departing Wano, the StrawHats and their allies are fired upon by a fleet of ghostly ships.

Rotting corpses emerge from the ocean current and crawl up the Sunny's hull like spiders. These undead are vicious, strong, and relentless, chasing and killing everyone they come across. Worse still is that the Sunny is being shredded by cannon fire and before Sanji knows it, everyone but him is killed in the onslaught.

After the slaughter, the ghost ships disappear into mist and the undead sink back into the sea, leaving Sanji alone, drifting in the debris with a sword sticking out of his back. Grief stricken and exhausted, he passes out and only awakens when he feels someone pulling him out of the water.

It's a really, really old woman with floor length oily hair and pearly white eyes. She explains to Sanji that the spirits called her here, that someone has tampered with fate and changed it's course. Luffy and his crew were not meant to die here and the spirits are not happy, and the witch tells Sanji that he is going to fix this.

She tells him he must find specific items that belonged to his crew and bring them to her. With these tokens and some powerful magic, the witch will be able the bring back the StrawHats from the dead, alive and whole once more.

The items she requires are Luffy's hat, Zoro's Wado Ichimonji, Nami's compass, Usopp's slingshot, Chopper's journal, Robin's book, Brook's violin, Franky's sunglasses, and Jimbei's comb. All of which have been either taken by the government or stolen by scavengers.

To help find these items the witch explains Sanji must give up his most precious treasure, the use of his hands, and he accepts immediately. As the life ebbs away from his fingers, he begins to feel a ghostly fire ignite inside him. He's WAY stronger and can now hear the whispers of his ghostly crew-mates, who know innately where their treasured items are hidden.

With their guidance, Sanji sets off as soon as he can, Hellbent on getting those items no matter what. And boy is he relentless, chasing every lead and hint like a rabid hound. He will not rest until he brings his crew-mates back, and he will burn anyone who stands in his way.

But there's also the mystery of who killed his crew, and their dark plans for the world are far from over...

The Wicked promos have reignited my deep, deep love for Oz-ian lore, so naturally I had to combine that with my new love of FNAF…specifically our favorite beloved gangly-limbed sunny-dispositioned celestial robot with the sweet and goofy Scarecrow 💖

Aside from Sun and Moon as the Scarecrow, there is Monty the Tin-Woodsman-Gator, Freddy the Cowardly Bear, Chica the Good Witch of the North, Roxanne the Wicked Witch of the West, William Afton as the Wonderful Wizard, and into the deeper Oz lore we have Cassie as Princess Ozma of Oz

qibli & kinkajou are def the type to dress as obscure pop culture references (gay halloween core)

turtle never knows what to go as & always stresses out about it

burn doesn't participate in anything BUT decoration, which she goes all out for

blaze likes to give out candy but no one comes to the stronghold because the dragonets get too scared of burn's decor

scarlet throws really lavish parties each year (probably masquerades) burn's always forced to go & hates every second

a lot of nightwings & icewings dress up as darkstalker & he gets really mad over it

similarly a lot of seawings go as albatross; they're both urban legends (think bloody mary)

onyx is number 1 halloween enthusiast. shows up with a really detailed costume

(modern au) onyx also always has recommendations for what to watch; they're always really obscure horror movies that no one's heard of but they're all traumatized by

i guess the pyrrian equivalent of horror movies would be like. scary stories read aloud on scrolls? idk but onyx would bring a bunch

winter isn't that into halloween (didn't grow up celebrating it) but really enjoys pumpkin carving & usually wins in pumpkin carving contests

turtle gets scared everytime by those jumping spider animatronics without fail

clay is the undisputed champion at bobbing for apples

kinkajou eats like all of her candy in 1 night & always gets sick the next day

qibli will store his candy to "eat it for later" & then forgets about it for like a year

winter gets a little matching costume for bandit

moon dresses up but usually as something simple (like a witch maybe) & reuses it for following years

sunny loves to host halloween parties at jma, partially because she & the rest of the dod never got to celebrate it growing up

qibli & winter once got voted as "cutest couple costume" despite neither of their costumes having anything to do with the other's

glory the type to show up with a "this is my costume" t-shirt

We finally got my Sunny Dew in Dungeons, Amigos and Dangers (DAND) here. Sunny is a pretty bad fortuneteller. She does not dress anything up and will straight up tell someone that they will die in horrific ways without a care. Or just say something creepy here and there without being asked. They just wanna drink and make their money without needing to worry about other's feelings. She's a cleric and uses her tarot cards when her Visions of the Future has been used up already (has the ability to use it multiple times a day).
