Those are the very facts surrounding Matthew Livelsberger’s actions on New Years Day outside the Trump hotel in Las Vegas. Yet corporate media refuses to use words “MAGA terrorism”—and many are leaving out of their reporting the full details of Livelsberger’s final bone-chilling notes. We now know many of the key facts in connection with 37 year-old Livelsberger—whose Uncle explained “loved” Trump. He was a career Army Special Forces master sergeant who served three tours in Afghanistan and was decorated by the Army for valor. Reportedly, he suffered from some form of PTSD that likely drove him to take his own life by shooting himself while in the Tesla truck. Tragically, nearly 20 veterans each day in the United States commit suicide.

But Livelsberger didn’t commit suicide like many others in a spur of the moment event or in a private setting like a home. This was part of plot hatched over time. As FBI Special Agent In Charge Spencer Evans stated Friday, “It’s evident that [Livelsberger] considered, planned, and thoughtfully prepared for this act.” [...]

Livelsberger wrote point bank in a note he directed to, “Fellow Servicemembers, Veterans, and all Americans” that it’s, “TIME TO WAKE UP!” He continued on to explain, “This was not a terrorist attack, it was a wake up call. Americans only pay attention to spectacles and violence. What better way to get my point across than a stunt with fireworks and explosives?” But the corporate media articles almost all ignored other parts of his note and instead focused on his next comment: “Why did I personally do it now? I needed to cleanse my mind of the brothers I’ve lost and relieve myself of the burden of the lives I took.”

That is misleading reporting on a few counts. First, most articles leave out that in the next line, Livelsberger pledged his allegiance to Trump and the MAGA agenda and urged others to do the same. Livelsberger wrote, “Consider this last sunset of ’24 and my actions the end of our sickness and a new chapter of health for our people. Rally around the Trump, Musk, Kennedy, and ride this wave to the highest hegemony for all Americans!” (Boldface added.) Livelsberger was urging people in his last words to support Trump and other MAGA leaders. His note also amplified the MAGA agenda such as writing “DEl is a cancer” and he labeled Vice President Harris “the DEl candidate” who “thankfully we rejected.” He mocked Biden by referring to him as “Weekend at Bernie’s,” while sharing joy about Trump’s win, claiming now we will have a “real President.”

But the most alarming and sinister parts of his notes have been barely covered by the media. For example, under his call for “Fellow Servicemembers, Veterans, and all Americans” to “wake up,” he urged them to head to Washington, D.C. to “purge” the government and military from those who oppose them. He wrote, “Military and vets move on DC starting now. Militias facilitate and augment this activity.” He demanded them take control of the facilities until “the purge is complete.”

Those ominous words are made more concerning by the lines that followed. Livelsberger made it explicitly clear that the target of this purge are Democrats—who if they won’t give up power peacefully, force must be used. He wrote, “Try peaceful means first, but be prepared to fight to get the Dems out of the fed government and military by any means necessary.” He added, “They all must go and a hard reset must occur for our country to avoid collapse.” [...] In contrast, in the case of the New Orleans attacker Shamsud Din-Jabbar who drove his rented truck into the crowd on New Years Day and killed 14 people, he has rightfully been labeled a terrorist given videos showing him swearing allegiance to ISIS and his goal being to further their sick agenda. In some parts of corporate media, there has been nuanced coverage of what led him to this dark place from personal to financial issues, etc. But the coverage still includes—rightfully—a look into what radicalized him in the hopes of preventing ISIS from successfully recruiting others in the future.

The Las Vegas Trump International Hotel Tesla Cybertruck bombing was a MAGA-inspired terrorist attack, as the perpetrator Matthew Livelsberger was a die hard MAGA cultist seeking to inspire people to violently remove Democrats and anti-Trump forces from the world.

Gotta be honest, the idea that Luke wouldn’t send a child alone in an X-wing with only a droid for company is funny to me.

Like, we’re talking about the same Luke, right? The one who spent years bulls-eyeing womp rats and took the experience from that to then blow up the Death Star? The one who was like “This is a trap… I’m gonna walk right into it.” The one who was like “I will rescue my dear friend by waltzing in without a disguise and being as obnoxious as possible.” “How do we get out of this situation? How about we convince these small bear creatures that our droid is a god, that will probably work.” “I know Darth Vader is a murderer who murdered my Ben and is trying to murder me and all, but he is also my dad and therefore I love him.”

Luke would send a child in an X-wing without even fucking thinking about it! Do you REALLY think LUKE SKYWALKER is a reasonable human being?? Are you honestly trying to tell me that this man who has been driving the same fucking ship for like ten years would understand how dangerous it is to put an unsupervised child in a vehicle??? Do you really honestly truly think that Luke knows how to care for children????

You see, a lot of people like to portray Luke as perfect. And this is the same issue I have with people who portray Obi-Wan as perfect, or Yoda, or Mace, or literally any character in all of Star Wars because the whole point is that the are flawed human beings!

But it’s ESPECIALLY egregrious with Luke because I don’t know where any of you got this idea that Luke is a sweet summer child??? This man has a death count of over one million. This man had Seen Some Shit that it is literally impossible not to be affected by. Why do so many people assume that Luke at the end of the Trilogy is the same as Luke at the beginning of the Trilogy? He’s changed! He’s a different person! That’s what makes the Original Trilogy such a good trilogy!! It’s basic storytelling!!! A character canNOT be at the same place mentally as when they began the story, or else it’s not a good story!

But also, I hate the way this colours shipping fics with Luke. Like, listen. There is no ship where Luke should be the straightman of the relationship. Luke Skywalker just is not normal. He’s weird, he’s deranged, he’s so strange; he cannot be a straightman, it just doesn’t work. It’s so completely out of character it isn’t even funny.

The joy of shipping Luke is that every single thing that you can ship Luke with will come out the other sode looking rational.

Han Solo is a smuggler who hangs out with a Wookiee and who does extremely dangerous, stupid shit, but next to Luke?? Rational. Normal. Someone who uses their brain, Luke, take notes-

Din Djarin is a bounty hunter who decided that he would rather destroy an entire group of highly dangerous men than give up the cute kid he just found. But compared to Luke? At least he has equipment on him!

Mara Jade literally was mind-controlled by the Emperor and was Darth Vader’s coworker and was also a Jedi (something that no rational person would be honestly) and even she comes across as normal compared to Luke Skywalker.

I know this is rambly and disjointed and I know people disagree with me, but like??? Yes, I think Luke is great with kids. Yes, I think Luke is a good teacher. Yes, I think Luke is the type of person to wave goodbye as an infant flies off in his warship. I think Luke is the type of person who would throw a child into the air way too high and then catch them. Where did the idea that he’s the responsible parent come from? Luke is teaching infants how to use laser swords, do you REALLY THINK that’s what a responsible parent would do????

a/n: these are my personal headcanons! you don't have to agree, but you also don't need to make a big deal out of it! this is just for fun! also, reminder that agere is a coping mechanism and is not s*xual!

1. Gally (The Maze Runner) - he loves keeping people safe and happy. i think he'd feel so honored that you chose him to do that for you while in littlespace!

2. Finnick Odair (The Hunger Games) - he's spent his whole life unable to save the people he loves, so getting to care for you would help heal some of that. he'd be sooooo overprotective!

3. Jay (Descendants) - i think he'd love to feel like someone needed him after so long feeling like the ignored or forgotten one.

4. Evie (Descendants) - she just screams maternal vibes to me, especially because she cares for the rest of the core four in the movies so well.

5. Steve Rogers (Marvel) - caring for you would help him find his purpose again because he'd want to do good and caring for you would let him do that.

6. Daniel Sousa (Agent Carter / Agents of SHIELD) - he wants so badly to do good and to be able to do things despite losing his leg. getting to care for you would help his insecurity, and he'd definitely be so overprotective.

7. Mack (Agents of SHIELD) - after losing his daughter, he'd definitely feel that void-and then being your caregiver would give him that connection again.

8. Peeta Mellark (The Hunger Games) - he would be the sweetest caregiver ever, always baking for you and letting you help in the garden.

9. Aesop Sharp (Hogwarts Legacy) - he'd be worried at first that he wouldn't be enough because of his leg, but you'd make sure he knew just how much you cared for him. he's just so daddy i can't even.

10. Ominis Gaunt (Hogwarts Legacy) - just like with aesop, ominis would worry about being able to fully care for you because of his blindness, but he'd also be the most doting, careful caregiver ever.

11. Logan Howlett (X-Men) - the thought of being able to nurture someone instead of hurt them never crossed his mind as a possibility until he met you but now, he can never go back.

12. Bill Weasley (Harry Potter) - i don't think i even need to explain this one; he just exudes caregiver energy.

13. Tairn (Fourth Wing) - same thing here-if you've read the books you've heard his caregiver voice in your head and almost said "yes sir" out loud.

14. Teresa Agnes (The Maze Runner) - she'd be worried that she'd make a mistake again, but you'd remind her that she cared for you when no one else did.

15. Din Djarin (The Mandalorian) - okay so just imagine him with grogu, and then imagine yourself instead of grogu, and you'll understand.

16. Phil Coulson (Agents of SHIELD) - he adopts lost kiddos like they're baseball cards.

17. Edwin Jarvis (Agent Carter) - he'd be so awkward and proper at first, but then he'd turn into the silliest caregiver ever.

18. Peggy Carter (Agent Carter) - she's just so obviously mommy to me. like the way she herds all of the men so they don't blow themselves up?

19. Azriel (ACOTAR) - he's a shadow daddy for a reason, ya know.

20. Bear (Bear in the Big Blue House) - the only kids show on here as of right now-but you can't tell me that bear, who fosters like five children in his big blue house, wouldn't welcome with open arms another kiddo, too.
