Just like Unji, Bega has lost everything because of the evil in society, but they were at different points in life, so their response to this trauma is very different. Unji's instinct was to destroy the world, and that's what he tried to do. Bega's instinct was also the same, to destroy, but his love for his daughter held him back. He knows destruction isn't the way to fix things, that's why he's starting with Unji. They have the same fire, they just need to know how to control it and build up the good in the world, since evil will always be present.
