My landlord lost his house in a court case. We just moved in 8 months ago, and unless we can find someone to give me a mortgage with a 570 credit score, we have to vacate. My wife just had surgery last week and is still not back to normal. So I'm dealing with running point on a million different things for my household because each of us is a different flavor of ND, and I'm the only one who makes phone calls successfully. Housing in this city is a complete disaster and it's going to take a miracle to find another reasonably affordable four bedroom that allows pets.

So of course my phone broke. I could hear it ringing but couldn't answer it or use it to do anything. Without it I can't access any of my bank accounts/credit card accounts/anything with 2FA turned on. So that was a fun 48 hours until went to the store and spent a bunch of money on a new one.

I just wanted the day to end. And when I went to bed the frame split and instead of sleep I had to disassemble my bed and put the mattress on the floor.

And my new phone doesn't have the VPN access for work so I'm having to do an unplanned in office day to get that straightened out.
