Veggie chilli with all the sad veg from the bottom of our fridge! Chilli is great for using up random bits of veg because it's so tasty and all the flavours get merged in there. This one-pot meal is also super budget friendly because it uses cheap veg and beans as protein which are way cheaper and better for the planet than meat. Here I added - 🥕🌰🍅🍠🫑🌽 plus garlic, tomato paste, broccoli stems, and some wilted spring onions with plenty of spices, a bit of water, and a teaspoon of veggie stock powder. Processed foods have less, and animal-derived foods have no fiber at all. Animals have bones to hold the meat up; plants have fiber. 🍑🍑🍑 In the pic I have new WHOLE vegan snaks with only 2 ingredients. One is apricots & hazelnut and the other is dates & cocoa. They are very good to keep handy along with trail mixes. In case you get really hungry you won't eat junk.
