I think it'd be a lot more tragic if José wasn't the antagonistic asshole we all assume him to be. At least, not from his point of view.

Could you imagine a José who is genuinely trying to be friendly with his baby brother in his own weird way; initiating meaningless competitions between them because he can see how excited Alejandro gets when his competitive fire is nurtured, playfully roughhousing with him as a form of bonding, trying to set a good example for his baby brother by meeting their parents impossibly high standards and encouraging him to do the same, so on so forth.

A José who's completely oblivious to Alejandro's hostility towards him, who perhaps makes himself too present in his younger brother's life because of how vacant his older brother Carlos had been to him. Who genuinely thinks that Alejandro shares the same perspective on their relationship - since their parents have all but banned healthy communication in their household, and the Burromuertos at large are in the habit of masking their true feelings/thoughts.

I just think it'd be interesting to explore things from José's point of view without making him some irredeemable villain. Plus, learning how Alejandro really views him from a reality television show of all things would beprime angst material.

Sometimes, some relationships just don't work out. When you make a show, sometimes you think up relationships that aren't meant to last.

I've been thinking about this for a while but I'm really baffled. I saw someone post a while back that Collies are getting larger, their Collie (quite small) is a more traditional size, but everyone I've asked who was in the breed 50 years ago agrees that Collies are getting smaller (this was even a complaint 50 years ago!). I don't know where this idea comes from. Maybe Collies in, like, the late 19th century were smaller, but it seems to me that they were declining in size as early as the 70s, where I've found articles bemoaning that Collies are turning into Shelties or that Collies aren't over 75 pounds anymore.

I would tend to agree with them I mean of course none of us know the ins and outs of the situation but the UK has pretty strict privacy laws (GDPR) and whilst I'm sure all their company cars are tracked with GPS the legality of accessing that data would be very strict and they would need a legitmate reason for doing so. Checking up on where your employee is going in their private time would not be considered a legit reason under any circumstance save suspicion of criminal activity or something. And not to mention that not only was that information accessed, it was then seemingly spread to multiple Alpine employees, who in turn spread it to the press and we can assume that's where all the Ocon/Williams rumours came from in the last few weeks.

Like disregard the fact it was Williams he visited for a moment and let's say instead it was a hospital. So they have checked his GPS because [insert dodgy reason here] and found he spent 5 hours at a hospital. They then tell other staff this. They then spread it to the press. Then the media would be speculating about why he was at a hospital. That would be a pretty insane (and illegal) breach of privacy, right?

i really liked dark knights of steel but bruce being clark’s half brother really threw me off. like i know that it was supposed to be medieval and stuff so it didn’t rlly matter if ‘batman’ had powers but it feels like it goes against his character??

like he’s literally supposed to be this unnaturally powerful person DESPITE not having powers amongst all these god like beings of creation and strength. that’s what makes him stand out and what makes him ten times scarier!!

i also didn’t rlly like how the robins were written :( i hate hate HATEEEEE when they’re written to be his employees. its such a watered down version of their purpose but wtv nothings perfect.
