A sweet sopresatta sausage, thinly sliced, with a rich, creamy white cheddar. Who needs crackers? Delicioso!! Mangia!! Motto buono!! A great fit a king or, in this case, Petey and me. 😊😋😍 I should've gotten more when I was in NY.

Starbucks Copy Cat Grilled Cheese
Chef’s Note: I substituted mozzarella for provolone. Stronger flavor, so I don’t entirely recommend it, but the foundation of this is solid. It definitely is best when dunked in tomato soup.
Ingredients
3 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
3 tbsp shredded Parmesan cheese
garlic powder
4 slice sourdough bread
3 slice white cheddar cheese
3 slices mozzarella cheese
1. In a small bowl, mix the softened butter and Parmesan cheese together.
2. Spread the butter mixture on the outside of the sourdough bread slices.
3. Place 1 and 1/2 slices of mozzarella and 1 and 1/2 slices of white cheddar on the non-buttered side. Top the sandwich with the remaining piece of toast, keeping the buttered side outside.
4. Heat a large pan or skillet on medium-low heat. Place the sandwiches in and toast each side for about 2 to 4 minutes or until the outside is toasty and the cheese is melted.
5. Remove the grilled cheeses from the pan, slice in half, and enjoy!
I recommend having tomato soup on the side
