Methinks some people want to hate Stolas so much that light blinds their eyes and white noise fills their ears whenever Blitz interacts with a demon that's above him in station because how you can get to "Blitz holds a lot of understandable and justifiable anger for Hell's hierarchy" but not follow up on that with "even so, or maybe because of it, he doesn't give a fuck about fearing or respecting royal demons" is beyond me, because you'll see them going on and on about how his whole livelihood was dependent on Stolas and how he was forced to make him happy and go along with his wishes etc etc etc, and then you'll pull up the actual episodes and see Blitz telling Stolas to shut the fuck up or fuck off every two interactions that they have. Like with UC showing that he very easily could have found a way to go to Earth by himself and FM & AT making it very clear that the grimoire was an excuse for him as much as it was for Stolas just take the L and go

That TERF from yesterday still has a chokehold on me bc her "Link is a cisgender butch lesbian and everyone in Hyrule just thinks she's a guy" HC has got to be the most ironic "babe you're so close" ass headcanon I've ever heard.

So Link is a butch lesbian who is misgendered by everyone in Hyrule (including Zelda for some reason, if we are to take this as canon like OP suggests), to point where she's literally been labelled as the legendary swordsMAN and even the Gerudo can't tell she's a woman until she puts on more traditionally feminine attire. Link doesn't even put particular effort into appearing masculine, but everyone in Hyrule still just can't fathom her being a woman, because her presentation is not "feminine enough" to be considered one.

HMMMMMM gee golly gosh I wonder... I do wonder if another group of vulnerable individuals might empathise with Link's plight here?... gee whizz 😳

Wait, speaking of horse movies you guys ever notice how Jason gets written as like, an ornery traumatized animal that another Bat proves their Goodness and Empathy with by being the Only One Who Gets Him, either coaxing him back to the light or being his safe port within the family?

It’s not super clear in comics but Gotham Knights has a similar flavor, and it’s certainly a well-worn trope within fanfic.

the thing about hina is that he could've manipulated her as well, made her see him as a hero like he did during the valhalla fight when he intervened at just the right time to rescue mikey. he could've easily bribed/blackmailed some guys into pretending to harrass her and then kicked their asses to show her how cool he's become and how similar to takemichi he is now

but instead he chooses the long and tedious path of manipulating mikey instead so that he can be reborn (???) as japan's number one bad guy and only Then can he see hina again, and show her how cool he's become

Didn't felt like mentioning it immediately but shoutout to my sick and twisted brain for getting so triggered by an unexpected Christmas parade that I ended up havin the absolute worst panic attack of my entire life (potentially the only real one? I've had a couple other episodes I thought of as panic attacks but they were not even close to that so who knows) to the point where I spent the very last day of my 30th year on this earth in the ER, good times, good times 😊
