This quote from Goncharov (1973) in relation to soukoku has been haunting me from before I even got to that scene in the anime (the full thing is: Katya- Of course we're in love, that's why I tried to shoot you/ Goncharov- If we really were in love you wouldn't have missed). Violence as a tool for communicating emotions, especially love and hatred, especially love and hatred makes me go feral- how could I not think of the iconic quote that says that katya's miss was a sign of a lack of love/a fake love when chuuya didn't miss? Just... losing it over here.

sometimes being aroacespec is confusing. what do you mean, most people can tell the difference between platonic and romantic and sexual attraction? what do you mean people don't "choose" crushes? what do you mean that people can imagine themselves in a physical situation with someone else?? isn't dating just Friendship Plus??? hell, isn't marriage just Friendship Plus?????????

Dazai being an actual ray of sunshine while still managing to make Chuuya's job and life more difficult. Chuuya just wants to get that money but he can't do that if Dazai's alive 😭 Chuuya visiting Dazai's coffee shop constantly and unintentionally becoming a regular Dazai gets to know by name and Chuuya's just like, dang, he didn't realize how hard taking out some barista would be. DAZAI GIVES HIM A RUN FOR HIS MONEY

thought i'd do something different for this today :^) i'm working on a powerpoint (inspired by ezra velocitic thank u for the idea ^-^) to hopefully one day be able to explain the cyberpunk extended blorboverse that red reaperkiller and i have been working on for over a year now! it also includes my own story with vincent and his friends since the two stories eventually come together sometime in 2083 and 2084 (yeah i know the game is called 2077 i don't care leve me aloe). here's some slides to give you an idea of what kind of lore to expect :^)

walking people through all my interactive AR experiences at AWE has made me realize that I literally do not need to care about anyone who approaches my work with disrespect

I guided hundreds of people through portals to other worlds, dandelion forests, carnival games we could all play together, toys and collaborative paintings and just pure magic - and 99% of them clearly experienced joy and awe unlike anything they’d ever seen before…

and the small handful of people who still managed to be negative after all of that were clearly just unhappy individuals who had some kind of personal issues entirely unrelated to anything I was doing or sharing with them.

one guy was literally mad that our marketing wasn’t good enough on our business card. like… that is so vastly unimportant. I’m just here to bring people joy and show them something new - if someone can’t let that in, it’s extremely incredibly not my problem.

watching decked out 1's tutorial video and its super interesting to see what's changed and what mechanics came from what, etc. clank, for example, hasnt changed too much. its effect through the whole of the run were replaced by hazard, but at max it still releases vex and makes it easier for the mobs hunting you to find you (aggro-net, which i will forever be impressed by). but artifacts, while still the path to gathering points, function so much differently.
