this man is the greenest green flag when it comes to support and encouragement

you saw this gorgeous dress on display but not sure if it'll look good on you? "go ahead and buy that dress, you look good in anything." you want to sign up for sewing classes? he's immediately doing extensive research on all the sewing workshops nearby and background-checking all the employees. you're struggling to carry all your shopping bags? he's dropping everything to rush to your side and help you carry them to the car.

date nights. date nights. i can't really envision him going out to expensive restaurants (idk why, i'm sorry), but i feel like he would prefer simpler date nights as well, like just sitting down on the sofa with a box of pizza and face masks bc u insisted, watching some corny rom com movie

this man is rich rich. given his job, there's no way you would ever be short on money. he feels bad because his job doesn't really give him a lot of time to spend with you, but he makes up for it by transferring millions and millions of won into your card every month to spend on clothes, manicures, skincare, whatever you needed

pouting to him because you accidentally spent all the money he had given you? no worries, he'll simply press a kiss to your crown and transfer more money, giving you a little extra "just because".

lives for forehead, hairline, crown kisses bc let's be for real, this man is huge. i'm not exactly sure of his height but let's just assume he's super tall, and you have to be standing on your tiptoes just to be able to kiss him properly

because of this, it would be more convenient for him to press kisses to the top of your head before he rushes off for work

very protective

his years as a mercenary have honed his awareness skills (??), and he's really good at detecting threats to you. for example, there's a man that keeps following you around, and you're not even aware of it, but manager nam's already excusing himself to go beat the guy up - or kill him, it depends on his mood that day.

you don't ever need to worry your pretty little head whenever you're around him, because he's already taken care of every threat in the area before you're even aware of them <3

if he's busy on a mission tho, he'll get a bunch of bodyguards to follow u around bc he's just gentlemanly like that

i feel like he would def be like manager kim and hide his occupation for you.

sure, he did mention lightly that he's a contract bodyguard, which is why he's so rich, but he refused to tell you anything other than that, because in his words he has to "protect the clients' privacy" (he's lying he doesn't mention the part he's also a contract killer / mercenary). i mean, it wasn't exactly a lie, right?

he can't say he's never thought of starting a family with you, but between his busy schedule and the constant threats looming behind his shoulder, he would want to wait until everything settles down before giving you a child. until then, he's very strict on using condoms and ensures you take the pills before and after yall do the deed.

but when you guys do have children, he would be an amazing father to the child, no matter their gender.

as a girl dad, he would definitely dotes on her like he does to you, but he's really strict on ensuring she doesn't end up too bratty and constantly trains her in self defense so that she's capable of protecting herself and her mother from creeps. your daughter would def grow up to be a total hothead and extremely protective of her mother, and insists on having "girls night" and literally kicks her depressed father out of their shared bedroom lol. tbh, manager nam's just a total softie for his family

if he was a boy dad tho, the tables would turn because i feel like he would have really strict training regiments and standards for his son, and they're both fueled by the constant reminder that they need to protect you <3 always fighting for your attention it's almost funny lol. until your son grows up and petty arguments turn into full-blown fights that leave you fuming and refusing to talk to them for days because they broke your favourite vase

in conclusion, manager nam is a total simp that would bend over backwards just for you. if he respects and admires manager kim, he 100% worships and adores you with all his heart. every day you spend with him feels like a dream <3

10/10, total green flag that would do anything to keep you happy. as long as he sees you smiling lovingly at him, he's happy.

%Oliver Aiku, who was a highkey weirdo when you first met him, his person surrounded by a myriad of women after a particularly good game when his gaze landed on you. He approached and was stunned at your indifference, provoked to get your number regardless. It took a lot of asking Groveling to get it from you, a jab at his pride but he’ll live. Even after the first couple of months of meeting him, you can’t say your opinion of him would stray much 

%Oliver Aiku who can’t stop staring at you, just locked onto your features. You’re such a vision, the thought of you can’t leave his brain even as he sits with someone else. He spends hours awake just letting his mind wander to you, envisioning what you’d look like in his arms, what you’d look like under him, what face you’d pull as he’s taking you in this very bed

%Oliver Aiku with a Mountain of pride, that shakes and buckles at the idea of you rejecting him. The thought of someone else having you does more to him than you not feeling the same way. He’s determined to have you, even if he forsakes parts of himself for you. He’ll make himself seen around you more often, he puts more thought into how he speaks and acts around you, and he's more protective when it comes to the men who speak to you, even going as far as to flirt intensely. You mindlessly brush it off as his usual antics so much that you miss the way his eyes fixate on you as though you’re the only thing in his world

% Oliver Aiku who is a pretty sweet boyfriend all things considered. You consume so much of his time that he can’t find any to look at others, although he still has his Casanova ways. He teases you for your jealousy but never agrees with you, always stating that his heart is as good as yours, no question. Which he ends up proving in more ways than one. (Freak -.-)

Micheal Kaiser (Clap it up for me guys, I can’t stand this man but i’ll write for him for your enjoyment)

%Micheal Kaiser who has severe affection issues and effectively avoids any from you. It's confusing since he always initiates but at a safe distance, so he’ll flirt and play prince by kissing your hand and junk but can’t cope with the thought of holding each other tenderly and just existing for one another. It takes a lot of unpacking and patience to get him to be more comfortable with affection so intimate and raw with you. 

%Micheal Kaiser who only tones down his superiority complex when you come to watch his practice/games. This comes with a story.  At first, he was about as stuck up as usual with his respective teammates and you decided to visit his practice since you had the time. Unaware of his rivalry, you strike up a conversation with Isagi between breaks. Safe to say he wasn’t happy. God forbid you two exchange numbers; all hell breaks loose. After that petty fight, you swore you’d never come to visit him if he kept harassing his younger. His team thanks you for rounding him out with that threat as practice has gone much smoother since then

%Micheal Kaiser who talks to you in German when he’s sure you can't hear him i.e. sleeping, distracted, etc. It's weird because he knows you aren't listening and still can’t bring himself to say it in English. It’s typically romantic rambles or sweet l love you’s. Either way, it's always cute when he mutters a string of his native tongue to you. You won't tell him when you can hear him, or that you’ve picked up on what he’s saying, no way he’d admit it

%Micheal Kaiser who is iffy about how you interact with Ness in particular. Mainly because you aren’t fond of how he treats the poor boy and end up doting on him. That in turn makes him harsher on Ness which keeps biting him in the ass. After months of this merry-go-round, this stubborn king finally concedes to easing up on Ness as long as you quit giving him so much of your time. He might explode from the bubbling jealousy when you even mention your worry about another

(I believe in pathetic! and whipped! Kaiser because he radiates that energy, argue with the wall-3-)

Otoya Eita + Tabito Karasu (…..yes, I believe in Bi! Karasu and Otoya, they just seem like the type to be gay for each other specifically. I just feel like they’d be better as a throuple rather than individually, they already get along well so why not.)

=3Otoya Eita + Tabito Karasu! who have such a weird compatibility overall, god knows how they landed a stable relationship. Karasu carried when it came to confessing cause Otoya is no short of a moron with it. Karasu had been conditioning the albino for a month now to keep him from saying anything dumb and ruining the whole thing with his foolish womanizer ways

=3Otoya Eita + Tabito Karasu! who love on you in such drastically different ways. Tabito’s affection is warmer and gentler as he applies more thought to his moves and speaks in turn, he lacks technical experience but makes up for it with attentiveness, finding weak points isn't his strong point in soccer alone ya know. Otoya takes on a less careful route, he does what comes naturally, some from what worked in previous relationships. It has earned him a few berating sessions so he strays away from it these days.

=3 Otoya Eita + Tabito Karasu! who get along typically but nearly always fight over you. Insisting their methods are better than one another, you've been caught between several of these battles before. Then again, getting sandwiched between them as they please you from both angles wasn't a bad place to be, they'd even compete to see who makes you louder. It was akin to a game to them, which almost makes you wonder how much they actually care to compete. Perhaps they just need an excuse to manhandle you as a tag team.

=3 Otoya Eita + Tabito Karasu! who decimate any guy that dares to approach you. Karasu will make certain to pick out each flaw he spots and poke fun while Otoya eggs him on with a smirk; the both of them looking down on the man with disgust and heckle him till he screws off. This has in fact gotten you kicked out of several restaurants, which then leads to you scolding them and they insist it won't happen again….did that guy just stare at your ass? 

Ryusei Shidou

=3 Ryusei Shidou! who is 16 shades of insane right down to his feet. Nothing he says is classified as normal, no matter his true implications. You’re subject to filthy jokes whenever, god forbid you wear anything particularly eye-catching to him; It's all over. He's certain to let you know how fine he finds you and if that means ass smacks or pervy comments, he’ll do it without question.

=3 Ryusei Shidou! who has a weird obsession with Sae that you're not sure if you should bring up. You don't mind the redhead and as a matter of fact, you two get along swimmingly since you both remain on a similar degree of apathy that (gets him off) he enjoys. Most time spent with him is Sae sending his regards and applauding your resolve. The three of you together is heaven to the blonde, it's actually weird. You two could be berating him and his smile would be a mile wide. Please don't ask him what he’s picturing, it's not worth knowing.

=3 Ryusei Shidou! With bonus: Sae Itoshi! A Threesome with the three of you would be like; it makes him explode? just thinking about it. Perhaps he’d want you two to have your fun while he watches, just forced to watch and watch till it aches. Then again he’s too impatient and would get hasty. The look you two would give him makes him shiver down to his toes. No doubt you'd edge and force him to the brink over and over without relenting just to teach him to be patient if he wants to be rewarded. This freak would never learn and do it again just for the attention. Someone sedate this man…and me for writing this ig.

=3 Ryusei Shidou! w/ Sae Itoshi! who somehow became a throuple without realizing it??? Like neither you nor Sae are quite sure when but soon enough you all were exclusive and naked in bed covered in each other's marks. You two mesh well, it's just annoying how big and smug the perv’s grin is when he wakes up, was the bastard planning it all along?! The morning after was some harsh whiplash, especially with how natural it felt. 

Bonus (no, I don't have favorites…)

 Ryusei Shidou! who just can't get enough of having his two favorite people around. He doesn't have to play soccer just to harass Sae, he can do it right at home! Best of both worlds if you ask him. With Sae Itoshi! who puts up with it because you're so sensible, he almost wants to date just you at times with how pestering Shidou gets. He actually makes good conversation with you which is a breath of fresh air from the demon attached to his hip. And Y/N! who learns to grow fond of Sae, it's easy to see why Ryusei likes him. One thing for certain, you know to never tell Shidou that, you’ll never wipe the smile from his face and no amount of glaring and harsh comments from you two is rocking him off his high horse.

(I definitely got carried away. I like Ryusae Throuple a lot, it scratches my brain. If you want more of it, maybe I could make some exclusive headcanons?)

wonyoung rolls her eyes at you. sure she’d asked you to become her girlfriend; her fake girlfriend but that was for a very good reason okay?! 

it was all her ex’s fault. she hadn’t really even liked the guy that much, but the fact that he went from a blinded, lovesick puppy to be the one breaking up with her made her furious. and an angry her did not always have the most logical ideas…

when she saw him drop off his new girlfriend in front of the girls washroom (was it just her or was that highkey weird..) she lost it completely. grabbing you by the shoulders, a girl she vaguely knew from.. chemistry was it?, she immediately pulled you into a stall with a curt, “i need you to pretend to date me.” dropping from her delicate lips.

oh okay, you thought, just an average wednesday. the literal love of your life drags you into a bathroom stall (?!?@?#?$?@#) and asks you to date them. well, fake date them. it’s the same thing really, c’mon.

which is what lead to a major series of unfortunate events (not for you, to be honest – you get to spend time with The jang wonyoung, hell she can use you for whatever nefarious schemes she has cooking up in that pretty little head of hers &lt;3) ending up with you here..

..stuck between a wall and a hard place. quite literally. with wonyoung having placed her hands on the wall, effectively trapping you against it; almost as if in a protective manner. you knew she’d been boasting about you to everyone who’d listen – there was hardly anyone who wasn’t interested in the school princess’ romantic affairs – before you’d arrived.. rather late, unfortunately.

“so are you planning on explaining why you’re late? or will you only be making sarcastic quips at everything i say~?” she asks with the sweetest smile but you will not be falling for that. the nicer her expression is, the more scared you should be is the one thing you’ve managed to learn from having had her arm wrapped around your waist for around 3 weeks now.

“i told you there was just an .. issue. nothing you need to concern yourself with.” you reply back, avoiding her piercing gaze to the best of your abilities. (spoiler you're not really very successful in doing that...)

she’s never been one to back down or leave a matter though, “i’m your girlfriend. how can i not concern myself with every single thing about you.” you’re just about to point out that you are, in fact, just a fake girlfriend but before you can wonyoung interrupts you, tilting your face towards her in a way that leaves your lips inches away from hers (and leaves you completely breathless), her tone dripping with urgency, “he’s looking. kiss me now.”

Can you do Obey Me headcanons of a Christian MC? MC isn't a toxic one though, they're actually super nice and supportive of everyone and such. They're also generally really trusting and try and see the best in people. They're more or less just extremely concerned and slightly uncomfortable with the entire being kidnapped and brought to hell thing(and also being forced to attend school again)

They also got really excited when they learned angels were gonna be attending RAD too, so there's that lol

once you get to know him, the both of you chuckle about human depictions of him and you finally get that picture! be sure to make him sign it and then frame it

learns quickly just how many copies of the bible you own once he spends enough time in your room including but not limited to the version on your phone, the mini version in your RAD bag, and the one you keep on your side table

once you get to the stage of basically living together, he learns that you read the bible and say a prayer nightly

at first, he was nervous having to be the one to guide you but he learnt you were probably more scared of him, and you were actually just so sweet

he jokingly picks up all of the jesus merch he finds so now you have an entire shelf

the most normal out of the brothers besides the fact that he spends all his time in his room, but that kind of reminds you of a brother you only see like once a day

it's almost scary and a little jarring walking into his room, but after that, you guys get along so well

People like to sort him into Athena because DC has spent the last few years emphasizing how smart he is and how he's better at the more “cerebral” and detective aspects of the job. But Tim’s most prominent pre-reboot traits are not actually his detective or tech skills: they’re his reckless, impulsive bravery, his ability to analyze and think very quickly on his feet in dangerous situations, and his "power of friendship" idealism.

He's a people person; it's one of his greatest strengths. Tim is like...physically incapable of going somewhere and not making at least one friend while he's there. Hell, when he ran off to travel the world on his "fuck you, I'll find Bruce on my own" trip he still managed to pick up his own little crew of assassin friends along the way. Making connections and talking to people and relying on others for help is how he successfully navigates being a hero, as he himself notes on multiple occasions:

"Did you think I was going to run all around the city, desperately trying to save everyone all by myself? I'm not Batman. I have friends." -Red Robin #12

Tim loves his family and friends, and losing so many people he's close to within such a small timespan sends him off the deep end in multiple ways (trying to clone Kon, fighting Dick to get the Lazarus water, isolating himself from everyone, fighting with Dick and running off to find proof that Bruce was alive on his own, etc).

At his core, Tim is an idealist who becomes a hero for no other reason than a) a broken man needs help and a broken family needs mending and b) if Dick won't go back to being Robin he might as well do it, because someone has to be Robin. He sees what will happen if Bruce stays on the path he's on and says "no. I'm not going to let that happen." He's a hero because someone has to help, and he's able and available to do so. He doesn't work on cold hard logic and facts. He works off of gut instinct and then uses his big brain to go find facts and logical conclusions that support those instincts.

Tim was never going to be an Athena child.

So I started thinking. At first, I wanted him to be a Hermes child; it seemed right to frame his parentage around being the child of the messenger of the gods given how he became Robin. But that's not really him, either. Apollo, within the scope of both classical mythology and the PJO-verse's depiction of him and his children, fits him better.

While modern culture tends to zero in a lot on Apollo's status as the god of music, poetry, and the arts (for good reason), Apollo in classical Greek mythology was first and foremost known as the god who (for lack of a better term) helps his people. He's the god of the sun, of light, of medicine and healing, of prophecy, of truth.

Tim comes into Bruce's life at a time when Bruce is at his absolute lowest point. Jason is dead. He's estranged from Dick. He's failing in his mission to save Gotham. He's highkey passively suicidal. And Tim takes it upon himself to fix that. And he does it by being a solid, bright, stable presence in Bruce's life and an extremely blunt, truthful messenger of the future he sees: Batman needs a Robin, and if Bruce doesn't have one he's going to die.

And I didn't abandon his intelligence in the calculations: Apollo is also the god of rational thinking, order, and knowledge, contrasting and working in harmony with Dionysus (the god of irrationality, chaos, and passion). He was also known to be the god whose job it was to interpret the will of Zeus to humankind, which I thought was appropriate for a boy who spends quite a lot of his time being the living communication translator between Bruce and everyone around him.

So. Apollo child.

This fic is a continuation of a drabble I wrote for my 2200 follower celebration

Warnings: Mentions of mob violence? Modern/Mob AU. Fake Dating Trope. Angsty-ish. Fluff.

Pairings/Characters: Sandor Clegane x reader

How did this happen? That was the question you’d been asking yourself for the last several weeks. Ever since you figured out who the man who’d saved you from Roose Bolton’s men was. You’d managed to trade one mob family for another. However, Sandor Clegane was nothing like Roose Bolton or his son. He had saved you the night you met him and had even given you his number so you could contact him as often as you felt unsafe. 

You told him exactly how you’d gotten on the Bolton’s radar and he called you stupid. It wasn’t said to hurt you, but rather to stress just how poor your decision making in your dealings with the Boltons was. You realized that when the Bolton’s men would not leave you alone. It got to the point where you were calling or texting Sandor every other day. It was getting tiresome, but luckily for you, Sandor came up with a brilliant idea.

“What?” you asked in disbelief as you stared at the scarred man. “As often as I see you, we might as well.” You merely stared at him as your brain processed his words. “Let me get this straight,” you managed to say after a few minutes, “You want to fake-date me and make it obvious until Roose and his cronies finally decide to leave me alone?” He nodded. 

“Look, they leave you alone whenever I’m with you. We might as well make sure that’s as often as possible without you having to pull me from work. And I don’t have to listen to your whinging every time you see them.” You glared at him. “I don’t whinge,” you muttered, but he heard you anyway and arched his brow. With a loud sigh, you said, “Fine. I know it’s the best idea we’ve got. So, let’s do it. What could possibly go wrong?”

*time skip*

Feelings. That’s what could go wrong. You developed feelings for Sandor faster than you ever thought possible. Spending so much time with him, day in and day out lead to you falling head over heels in love with him. And you were doomed. Sandor was not a man who expressed feelings easily and he certainly had a very bleak outlook on love. There was no way he would ever, ever return your feelings. 

You hid your growing adoration as best as you could. You stopped seeing him as often, which didn’t help the whole Bolton situation. You kept conversations shorter unless you were out in public together. Anything you could do to avoid confronting your feelings, you tried. Eventually, however, you couldn’t any longer. 

One evening, you and Sandor planned a dinner “date” and for some reason it made you even more nervous than usual. You couldn’t help feeling like something was going to happen. Good or bad, you didn’t know. Just something. You just knew that your life was about to change again. 

Dinner was a soft-spoken affair. That was typical. Sandor didn’t talk much and when he did, it was either quiet enough so only you could hear or loud enough the entire restaurant could hear. No in between. After dinner, you were still feeling a bit antsy, so you asked Sandor to walk with you through a nearby park. He agreed, but was even more quiet than usual. 

“What’s up?” you asked when you were finally away from a crowd of people. Sandor didn’t reply so you stopped walking and looked up at him. “Sandor…” He met your gaze and those deep brown eyes nearly had you drowning in them. “Are you okay?” He nodded, but you didn’t believe him and asked again. “Sandor, I know something’s bothering you. What is-”

“You.” You blinked and your jaw dropped open in surprise. “Oh,” was all you managed as you felt your heart twist in your chest. “I see,” you croaked out, willing the tears not to come. You would not let that man see you cry over him. 

“Why can’t I get you out of my head?” he asked, almost too quietly for you to hear, “You’re always there. I can’t take it anymore. WHY? Why do I always see you staring at me with those (e/c) of yours? You don’t look at me like everyone else does. Like I’m dangerous, which I am. My entire family is. You look at me like…like I mean something. ” 

At that, you felt the tears you wanted to stay away come to your eyes. “Sandor, you do mean something. You mean so much. I-I think I might…” you trailed off, unable to put your feelings into words. Instead, you stepped closer to him and placed a hand on his unscarred cheek. You gently guided him down so you could meet his lips, kissing him softly.

When you pulled away, Sandor was gazing down at you in surprise. He clearly had not been expecting that. While the two of you had shared small pecks, mostly on the cheek, to sell the idea that you were together, you’d never kissed on the lips before that moment. You gave him a soft smile. 

Then, as suddenly as your happy moment came, it ended. Sandor glanced up and a frown made its way to his lips. “Oh,” was all he said before backing away and heading in the opposite direction. You took off after him, confused until you looked over your shoulder. Bolton’s men. 

“Sandor,” you panted, “Wait!” He stopped and whirled on you, fire blazing in his dark eyes. He was furious. “What was that about?” you managed to ask. He gave you a look that said, “Are you kidding me?” 

“I knew we were pretending, but that was lower than I ever thought you capable of,” he growled. Your brows knit together in confusion. “What?” 

“Kissing me like that just because Bolton’s men saw us again. I know I’m no prize, but you didn’t have to…to-” he trailed off as you realized that he wasn’t angry. He was hurt thinking that you only kissed him because you were pretending. You had to remind yourself that the man standing before you hadn’t been shown real love in his entire adult life. “Sandor, I didn’t even know they were there. Honestly. I kissed you because I wanted to. I’ve wanted to kiss you for a long time.” 

Sandor was silent, hanging on your every word. You continued, “When we started this, I was just grateful to be protected. But then I got to know you and spend time with you. I don’t know when or even how it happened, but I fell and I fell hard. I love you, Sandor and nothing else matters. Not what people think, not the dangers from any other “families”, not the Boltons, not even your brother. The only thing that matters at this moment is whether or not you love me too.” You answer came in the form of the giant man pulling you to him and kissing you breathlessly.

You sighed as another old man exited the bar you were working at, finally getting a break. The loud screams coming from the group of people playing billiards were almost unbearable for your ears, so you grabbed a coffee and went somewhere behind the building, a beautiful motorcycle catching your attention as it was parked somewhere close to you. You absolutely loved motorcycles, something you took after your dad; so, without a second thought, you approached it, examining the details. It was black and shiny, meaning that its owner was actually taking good care of it. As you wanted to touch it slightly, a deep voice from behind you interrupted your intentions, making you flinch.

"Do you want to steal it?"

His confidence was visible—from the way he acted to the way he was dressed; jewelry and accessories cladding his neck and hands, the leather jacket making him look like your typical biker.

"I—no, no! I just—"

He smirked at your state, getting one step closer to you.

"If I see a single scratch on it, I'll make you pay for it. Do you think you have the money?"

You couldn't stand this guy already, but you tried to understand him—maybe you would have done the same if you had your own.

"I just want to buy one myself, and yours seemed nice so… I'm sorry." you said, looking down as you couldn't think about spending the money you tried so hard to keep for something like this.

His look softened a bit at your words. He might not be known as the best guy around town, yet he couldn't help but remember where he came from and how much help he needed to be able to purchase his precious gem.

"I was joking, flower. Would you like me to take you home? I can explain more on the way." he smiled, words slipping from his mouth as if calling you that was something usual for him, and for the first time that afternoon, you found him cute.

It wasn't that the idea didn't appeal to you—but your shift was nowhere near completed, and you didn't quite want to trust the stranger that fast.

"I work till midnight." you said nonchalantly, drawing the biker in even more.

He pouts playfully, before taking his phone out of his pocket and handing it to you.

"Here, put your number," he encouraged, unlocking it, "I'll be back for you."

You hesitantly took it, typing your number as a voice snapped you out of your thoughts.

"Seonghwa, it's time, let's go." a quite long-haired guy said, signaling with a move of his head that they should leave.

"I'll be back." Seonghwa smiled and took his phone as your steps began to take you inside the bar again.

He was too late when he realized that you didn't get to put your name in his phone, yet he decided to just call you Flower. You watched everything from the window and waved to him when he smiled in your direction before their bikes let out a loud groan, and they were gone.

It was already dark outside before you were supposed to catch your last break for the day. It was way more peaceful than the other days, which made you wonder if something happened; though you couldn't complain about it, you enjoyed the silence. You were drying some of the glasses you just washed, your eyes darting to the door right when it opened for the nth time that day—and for some reason, it felt different this time. A tall guy with an intimidating, yet mysterious posture stepped inside, leather hat on, thus you couldn't see his face. You noticed him throwing a few balls from the billiard table with his hand, taking your eyes off of him as you feared he was looking for fights. Of course, you could call Seonghwa, but you didn't want to put him in danger—and you didn't even know if he would come.

"Whiskey on the rocks, please." he said in a low, deep voice, head facing the floor.

You turned around, your back facing him, as you wanted to take the bottle—though the poster in front of you grabbed your attention. WANTED was written just above the culprit's face, making you gasp in shock as you turned back to the guy, who was now facing you. You kept looking at the poster, then back at him. He looked at you more intensely, and you looked back at the poster. He was the wanted one. You opened your mouth to say something, but he put a finger on his own lips, signaling you to shut up. You swallowed your words, nodding that he is safe, before gathering the courage to finally say something.

"Dude… they did you dirty with that nose." you said, a chuckle escaping your lips as you compared the man in front of you to the poor drawing behind you.

"I know, right?" he said, laughing a bit too—until he saw your expression changing into a serious one. "Please don't say anything, don't tell them you've seen me!"

"Don't worry. It's not like this bar is not frequented by other criminals and more anyway."

"Thank you! That's such a relief, I'm tired of running away all the time. And I'm Mingi, by the way."

You smiled softly, finally handing him the glass he ordered and telling him your name. The tension could be cut with a knife—there was definitely some sort of attraction between the two of you, yet you both enjoyed the silence of it and the way you could understand each other with just some gestures; well, that was until the door opened, three guys with guns on full display looking at Mingi with a smirk; that didn't look good.

"B-behind you…" you stuttered, trying to alert him somehow, yet all you could see coming from him was the same, dirty smirk that was stretching the mysterious guys' mouths.

"Hold tight, doll."

He said, jumping from his chair and taking a rifle out of its holder. You gasped at the sight, yet a smile from him silenced you. He started to shoot around him, aiming for the guys, bullets flying all over the floor as you covered your ears, not standing the loud sounds.

"Shhh, I'm sorry. Here, stay here." he said, guiding you under the bar with one hand as the other kept on shooting at the enemies who kept getting inside, outnumbering him.

He got up again and got another gun, this time a revolver, his moves fast enough to get rid of the bad guys in a short time. You were still shocked, breath hitching in your throat as he looked like nothing happened, another smile taking over his face.

"So freaking persistent," he sighed, rolling his eyes in annoyance, before his attention went towards you: "Are you okay, doll?" he asked, fingers stroking your hair softly.

You nodded, looking at him as he searched for any scar on your beautiful skin. You grabbed his waist softly, telling him that you were fine. Suddenly, you noticed something wet on your hand—it was blood.

"M-Mingi, you're hurt…"

He looked a bit down, just to notice his drenched shirt—but he only smiled.

"It's okay, love. It has happened before."

You were too stunned to speak. No words could leave your mouth as you saw how relaxed he was, while you felt like passing out on the spot.

"Can you help me with a med kit?"

You stood up and ran to search for it, while he was just looking at you in awe—he truly found you cute. Maybe love at first sight was really a thing, and he was witnessing it right now.

"Here… tell me how I can help."

He raised his shirt softly, revealing a wound, making you gasp—again.

"It's okay, lovely. Just help me with the band-aids, so I can go home and treat it properly."

"Will you be okay…?"

He nodded, kissing your cheek softly before he stood up like nothing happened.

"Thank you, doll, for everything. See you again."

You were shocked. As you were laying on the ground like a teenager in love, you remembered that you still had to wait for Seonghwa. The events drained your energy, and you were already tired, so you took some time to think if waiting for him was worth it or if you could just go home.

He's not great with his words and can find it hard to express love by just telling someone. Back to the bluntness thing, you can often find him accidentally offending someone and he doesn't even realize it

The troupe very quickly learned this and it's more of an endearing trait of his to them [and to most people who know him]

REALLY good cook. Fantastic, in fact. Probably one of the best chefs out of any of the characters.

Learned the hard way that enlisting Buster's help in the kitchen is a bad idea. Also Ash isn't great either, but he actually tries to teach her some of his recipes. And she's quickly improving

Buster was just being an idiot and forgot you shouldn't microwave tinfoil

Clay travels a lot, but spends most of his time in Calatonia [he technically still lives at his and Ruby's house, but he's super scared of accidentally closing himself off again, so he only visits to check up on the flowers and maintain the property pretty much]

He's like Ash's second [and very cool] dad. Which- also intimidates Buster quite a bit :D

I feel like their dynamic could be a sitcom. Clay is Ash's awesome dad and Buster is Ash's lame [endearing] and oddly unhinged and anxious dad who feels like he has to be as cool as Clay [and always fails heehee]

Clay is more entertained by Buster's ridiculous criminal record than horrified and I don't know if that's worrying or just a classic Calloway W

He's a very nonchalant person

Ruby's death is the only time I can really think he had a legitimate emotional break that wasn't just him being snappy [which is also pretty rare]

Clay's also like an uncle to the Piglets

He's kinda just taken up the role of "super awesome miscellaneous family member" for everyone at this point

He's back performing again after Sing 2- just not frequently or putting out any new songs [on his own at least- he might do a collaboration or two with Ash]

Thinking about a RWBY au where people with unlocked Aura can fuse, SU-style, but typically without developing extra limbs/features, and with the resulting size increase being much smaller. (basically, they briefly break down into glowy Aura-mass and then recombine. Weapons optionally can too, if they're made with materials Aura-conductive enough for the breakdown to work.)

At first this was about cool combined Semblances, and it still kind of is, but now I'm more focused in on the dynamics. And how they'd be kind of a mess, for *spice*.

Renora is fused practically all the time and it's lowkey-highkey unhealthy, mentally speaking. They both clearly hate being unfused and tend to be kinda jumpy and anxious on their own, even though a lot of academic tests and assignments require them to unfuse.

But their friends and teammates are hardly equipped to properly sit them down and call them out on it, because it turns out All of them have a hard time being Normal About Fusing in some way

Each fusion can use their Semblances separately or combine them, the effects of which may vary in predictability, since each component's effects often kind of " stretch" and take on looser, more metaphorical qualities to smoothly combine.

So, Renora's fused Semblance is "Grimm Jamming", an effect that is not actually electrical anymore, but retains an electrical aesthetic. Rather than cloaking people, it just makes all Grimm in the area of effect unable to sense anyone for a while, with the major upshot being that it can simply be used once rather than needing to be a sustained effort.

When the effect is concentrated enough, it's also able to cause pain and disorientation to Grimm.

"Jyrrha"/sometimes jokingly called "Prawn" is barely any better once it happens for the first time, because Pyrrha's lonely and easily addicted to the feeling of the mental bond kinda speedrunning a deep companionship and no-strings-attached acceptance, while Jaune's addicted to the confidence and composure.

Of course, at first they just have souped-up Polarity, but if Pyrrha were to survive, they'd get "Aurakinesis".

The ability to push and pull Aura.

Its only balances are their moral code and their inexperience with it, because in theory, it's just as busted as it sounds.

Ruby likes fusing with Yang a Little Too Much, and their resultant fusion tends to be a little TOO reckless and energetic, especially because it also gets *even faster* upon taking damage.

Yang is kinda self aware about it and kinda tries to avoid it, but on the other hand, it's hard to resist the simple fact that it's also just plain fun as hell for her.

Blake is always reluctant to fuse and has trouble determining the line between "excessive paranoia" and "reasonable caution and skepticism". Followed by the reveal that she also used to be kind of addicted to being fused with Adam, before the Drama, which is then followed by Yang fusion kind of just re-enabling her repressed addiction with a new outlet. (And Yang ALSO becomes Less Normal about fusing once this is something they consistently do)

Weiss spends a good while at first being insufferably pushy with anyone she fuses with, and then blaming the resultant shitty experience on them, but also all while transparently thirsting big time over the desire to fuse with Pyrrha.

first day back into art studies

i am very nervouxcited today!!! i could just SCREAM!

today is my first foray back into really committing myself to my art studies again. i took break from them because I became extremely overwhelmed with college and knew that I could not mentally focus on both. however, it has been 2 weeks since i have graduated and I feel thoroughly refreshed and ready!!

studying can be really hard for me cause i find myself wanting to design the most min-maxed ultimate schedule ever but that is just SO not realistic for me. for starters, it takes me a while to start tasks and it is really hard to stay on task, the old study schedules i would make were super idealistic and unrealistic. like 8-12 hours of studying a day level unrealistic(you don't even really pick up info as deeply after like 4 anyways so..literally wasting time so less efficient when you think about it?) not to mention since i'd schedule myself completely full, for weeks out in advance, i would inevitably not live up to these schedules and have to shift my whole schedule(also weeks out in advance) + feeling demotivated constantly having to re-arrange my schedule.

after A LOT of trial and error i have found myself able to chew through work slightly better by scheduling lots of varied things for smaller increments of time. i also set a limit so i dont spend all day trying to study(emphasis on trying, because i definitely won't ACTUALLY do that. just flip flop between studying and worrying about not studying) n e ways. i still find myself easily getting distracted and also spending a lot of time just choosing where to start, so i have been trying pomodoro timers to see if that helps. so far it has been helpful but i have only used it for a few days currently. something about the small small dedicated blocks of working helps me refocus(which helps prevent me from spending 5ever picking what to start).

so yea, i have made a weekly study guide that just goes over general things for the week, like things i'd like to practice each day and then a few projects. it's about a year long atm, i will update it with future studies when i get there lololol i use this week by week guide to help me with my daily calendar. which is just awesome for me, the less on the spot decision making i have to do the better. another thing i found that would make it hard for me to study consistently is trying to plan my studies out for the day just as i went along. i tried that after the 8+ hour study regimen (basically swinging too hard the other way) and found myself stuck in decision paralysis day after day. so i am now doing a slightly planned but much more flexible schedule now?? and so far it has been great. just again, struggle with staying focused. but that is what the pomodoro timer is for(and like i said so far so good)

i have a lot of high hopes, because even with my crazy studying journey and total inconsistency, i STILL SAW tons of personal progress and development. so i know once i get back into it and stick with it i will see the gainz again and since i dont have to worry about college i have way more free time now!!

i might post some of my old study work + new study work, but no guarantee, it highkey depends on how im feeling!! i dont want posting to become the focus of these studies either, i worry ill become perfectionist in my studies

so yeah!! the agenda today is some simple volume drawings + simplify from observation project with a sprinkle of blender donut tutorial study work later. being week 1 of this new study-venture i am keeping it easy and building up to more intense studies + exercises
