shawpher/shawnpher au where topher is this college-student-vlogger who posts videos of his life, yes, but also of him getting roped into various crazy shenanigans with his friends (bc the viewers need relatability, duh, and what better way to show that than posting vids of you being dragged into doing stupid stuff with your friends?!)

one of these videos is a halloween one in which topher's dragged to either the woods (dubbed to be haunted) or an allegedly haunted house that used to be inhabited by some random guy until his mysterious demise some few years ago. the public eats that stuff up so naturally corporations took it into stride and bought the place to turn it into this elaborate "haunted house" thing, unaware that all the hubbub isn't amusing whatsoever to the spirit of its former resident who shows it off by pulling crazy stints to get rid of them (but everyone just thinks it's part of the gig and more people come so it basically backfires)

enter topher who's forced to do this haunted house gig on halloween and videos himself bc ofc he does. the usual shenanigans happen and topher brushes it off with forced nonchalance bc he's totally not scared one bit. (he does lament irritably about the "stupid so-called jumpscares messing up my hair!"). he gets a literal coronary when a literal ghost around his age--maybe a year or two older--appears seconds later demanding to know just what is so allegedly stupid about the hauntings he's been doing

"hold on, pal, what were you saying about the hauntings? what's wrong with them, huh? do you know how much consideration I put into--stop screaming, jeez, you're really not equipped for this--anyway, as I was saying--"

mental breakdowns and panicking once he realizes that this dude isn't a prop or a guy in a costume, aside, somehow topher gets dragged kicking and screaming into helping this seriously weird ghost regain his house in order to rest peacefully, while also solving the mystery of who even is this guy and what the heck happened to him

(somehow the biggest mystery occurs between all this: how the heck does he end up getting this itsy bitsy teeny tiny crush on the guy?)

(oh, and the videos turn into a huge hit. something abt "elaborate dedication" and "solid props and effects" and "interesting plot")

hello!! this is an ask about the shipname chart,, i was gonna ask if u could put GothicSweaters as an alternative for Angryfrog(like “AngryFrog; GothicSweaters”) ? its a shipname i made up 🥹 i feel like ships with Ross in it have very basic and bland shipnames so i decided to make my own for him n roy,,

this is a cute name !!! i also would like to see more ross shipnames that isn’t just ‘frog’ haha

though, and i’ll have to double check, i think “gothic” has been used for ethan and morgana (poisonjab’s ocs) ships…! /nm

i wouldn’t mind adding it in the morning (12am rn) but it may cause some confusion with the other side of the fandom… 🙇 like an alt. name for morgana x roy

i normally wouldn’t worry too much about using “words” from popular (oc) ships but majority of the fandom consider ethan and his family as canon (because they are from one of the show’s animator) so it gets tricky when considering ouhhh idk idk……!!
