honestly I encourage everyone to get comfortable opening up their electronics. game consoles. computers. phones. keyboards. headphones. whatever. like obviously don't start with the most difficult thing to open up and don't just mindlessly pop open something and lose all the screws and don't do it while its on. but get comfortable looking inside your stuff yourself

its not hard to open up most electronics that don't have an apple logo on them (and even a lot of those are easier than you'd think) and it DOES NOT VOID YOUR WARRANTY.

Companies will try to scare you from learning how to care for your own stuff because they get money that way. Warranty stickers are technically illegal in the US but just isn't enforced, and a company can't actually void your warranty if you repair something yourself, so long as you don't break something else in the process.

like I look at threads all the time where people express fear about just opening up a console and looking at the internals to see which version they have but don't be! its easy, its safe, its free! get comfortable with your electronics and learn how to clean and repair stuff yourself, it isn't scary, companies just want you to think it is!

That being said, it brings up so many questions about both him and Frank! They are obviously carved from the same wood! …come from the same motherboard???

They seem to be active opposites! One looks like Sun, the other like Moon. One speaks constantly, while the other took ages to. Even now, Frank's words actively make him sound in pain!

Most importantly, where Frank is a being of negative emotions, Francis comes from positives!

He is actively learning magic, and slowly moving on from the trauma he repressed for so long. He seems to have sparked something in Molten even, though what exactly remains to be seen!

There are still things to work through, but he seems to be doing better!

That being said, it's almost July 16th, and Dazzle is preparing to tell him her secret!

I am guessing, this is where it's all going to go downhill.

I think, shit is going to hit the fan very soon.

Sun will be confronted with his arguably worst day. The question is: will he strong enough to be confronted with it?

Not to forget, Taurus is going to be here soon! They said three weeks. It's almost been three weeks.

And of course, the creator. He seems ready, to take a more active role in the plot. He is aware of Ruin's device, and he is scheming.

Hell, we keep learning new things about him as well! He's the one, who MADE the council, and was exiled from it, which opens even more questions.

Was he going against them? Or was he a threat to them?

I have found myself in a bizarre cat and mouse game with my government benefits office.

Last year they tried to deny my health coverage for an unknown reason and I had to go like 3 layers deep into the call center hierarchy before I found someone who was able to audit my case and confirm that someone on their end had entered some data wrong and that actually my coverage was approved. Folks were also constantly losing my documents, probably because they made me send so many of them. You have to send a truly appalling amount of documentation to prove you're poor enough for food stamps, at least in Indiana.

So this time, when it was time for my annual redetermination, I put together a 42-page PDF packet with a table of contents listing each document, what page of the PDF packet it was on, and which requirement it satisfied from the list they'd sent me. I then went back to the list and checked off each requirement, adding a number next to each which corresponded to an item listed in my table of contents, and I included that in the packet as well. I put in a spreadsheet listing all of my income streams and expenses broken down by month, bank statements, utility bills, and a bunch of other stuff they requested including, for some reason, confirmation of my Venmo balance. (It's zero btw. Don't keep money in your Venmo. It's not a bank.) The table of contents was like 13 or 14 items long. It took me hours. I sent it in a week or so before the due date and then called two days later to explicitly confirm that it had been received and added to my case.

A few hours ago I got a message from the FSSA saying my food stamps and health coverage are both being denied based on lack of documentation.

So anyway I am calling them tomorrow.
