"Hey, what do you think about this?" he giggled as he turned around to show you a pair of oversized glasses.

"I think you look like a clown," you chuckled back, watching as a bright smile grew across his face.

"Him, you're right. Maybe they'd look better on you," he said as he walked closer to you, placing the glasses on your face. His expression softened as you adjusted the glasses yourself.

"I probably look even dumber than you," you scoffed lightly, pulling your lips into a slight smirk. You watched as Heeseung's eyes followed your movements. "Uhh..." you started, cutting through the silence. "You okay?"

"Yeah," he smiled, rubbing the back of his neck. "I'm just a little hungry. How about we go get something to eat?" He asked.

"Wow! I'm surprised you didn't say ramen," you said in an attempt to keep the conversation going.

"Nothing, I was just thinking about something."

"Does it have anything to do with that thing you wanted to tell me last night?" your question hung in the air for a bit before Heeseung let out a sigh.

"Uhh...yeah, but I'd rather talk about it in private," he said as the two of continued your walk across the bridge before entering Cadman Plaza Park.

The air was cool and moist, and the streetlights highlighted small puddles of water that pooled near the botanical arrangements. At this point, you had just noticed that Heeseung was holding your hand.

You walked with him under a set of trees, away from the other few people who were also enjoying a night walk in New York.

You lied down in the grass next to Heeseung as you peaked through the tree branches to see the night sky bleeding through.

"____..."

"Yeah?"

"You know that thing I wanted to tell you?" He rolled onto his side to face you, propping his body up on his elbow.

You waited patiently for him to speak, as you could see his shy side coming out. He bit his lip softly before continuing.

"I-I don't want this to ruin our friendship or anything, but," he paused, playing with the grass between his fingers. "I really like you...and I have for a long time."

To be honest, you had liked Heeseung from the beginning, but you settled for a friendship rather than a relationship and you still didn’t know why.

He looked embarrassed as hell. You took a little too long to respond, leaving an uncomfortable amount of silence in the atmosphere.

“Sorry,” he mumbled. “Just forget I said anything,” he continued before lying down on his back, closing his eyes after taking a deep breath.

A thought crossed your mind and you weren’t gonna be stupid enough to let it pass by. You leaned over to kiss Heeseung’s lips.

His cheeks were slightly red his doe eyes jumped open when you placed your hand on his chest. “I like you too, and I have for a long time now,” you smiled.

His lips formed into a smile as he pulled your face into his, kissing you again. You straddled his body as he gripped onto your waist, pulling your body closer to his. You slowly rocked back and forth, feeling him grow harder beneath you.

Though you had just started, the sexual tension was strong now and your movements excited him. It was obvious by the way he sat up and breathlessly gasped for your touch.

Do you think his love for his partner would outweigh the platonic love/familial love for Haru? Personally I think it would be both a slow and fast progression. Towa acknowledging his romantic feelings and being jealous? That would happen very quickly. But Towa putting MC or romantic interest above Haru? That would take a bit more time, just because the two know each other for a long time. But how long would it take for Towa to value his love interest more than Haru? But I'm curious what Towa would do if Haru starts to like his romantic interest, or gets too close.. would Towa be okay with it? Or does his trust for Haru outweigh that?

When I received it, I found it such an interesting idea but I kept delaying it because I wanted to be in the "correct" headspace to give it a good answer, but it turns out that if I keep waiting I'll never do anything so I'll just give it a shot now!! Firstly, I do think Towa already is a yandere character! Probably due to his whimsical nature and inhuman qualities tbh, but he does act like one (he tries to kill Ren just so it can be only him and Haru again ffs 😭). And with his obsession towards romance, I think he genuinely would be a VERY dangerous love interest...

But despite all that, I imagine that Towa kind of compartmentalizes his feelings. Like, his familial love for Haru is in a completely different box than romantic love (or what he idealizes romantic love to be). There would be no such thing as someone being more important than Haru, because Haru and his s/o are important in very different ways. I think he would be able to kinda separate them in that way.

And like you said, with his s/o, things would move very quickly. As soon as he realized (or decided) he had romantic feelings for them, it'd turn intense right away. He still does his own thing and lets Haru fulfill his duties while he's frolicking on the fields lol but with his s/o? He'd be stuck on them like glue. Jealous, possessive, clingy, he's the whole package.

NOW REGARDING YOUR LAST QUESTION... THAT'S SO HARD!!!!! I really want to say his trust in Haru would outweigh everything, but I'm not 100% sure on that. I don't think Towa's idea of romance would be very healthy, so if he saw Haru being too close or having a crush on what he considers HIS, I think that would have....... really bad consequences. And probably not to Haru, but to his s/o. Maybe he'd act like his s/o was betraying him by "making" Haru fall for them, since he thinks romance is magical and all that 💀

But at the same time, I don't believe Haru would DO any of that either, you know? He's so attuned to Towa's behavior, I think he'd steer clear of anyone that Towa ends up falling for.

Now, keep in mind: This is after his interactions with Mor, after his interactions with Gw*n, the hordes of women in Velaris, etc. And yet… he is only showing attraction and feelings for Elain.

If this man just wanted a quickie, you really think he’d have to go to such lengths for that? I’m betting he’s everyone in the IC’s hall pass 😭 This is not a man that needs to elaborately scheme to get laid 😭

And if this man just wanted a mate, you think he’d be chasing after the one female he KNOWS is already mated? He KNOWS she is not his mate. With that logic, wouldn’t he be looking towards anyone BUT Elain?

Everytime they show us another piece from Bai Jiu's past I get furious at his parents for not finding a way to let him know the truth about not only his mother's, but also his own nature. This is a kid who thought he lost his mom for good at 5 or so, and then grew up thinking that she was murdered by his dad, because his fucking father didn't think he'd understand the truth - in a world where demons and gods are very much real and present! What on earth was that idiot thinking? He didn't say anything even when his son decided to leave home, at fucking thirteen! Seriously, some people should *not* breed.

ZYC's tender heart! The way he indirectly tells Bai Jiu that every moment counts, and urges him to reconcile with his dad while there's still time... because ZYC has none. (And I'm afraid he means it in more than one way 😢😭)

Lolllll kiddo way to turn the heartfelt moment into an awkward one 😂 ZYC could make a career writing poetry though, he just says the most ridiculously precious things. And the second kind of love he's describing - ah, it's the sort of love I wish we all grew up with, something we should receive from our family, from our friends, something we can then learn and give to others in turn. Like I really don't see ZYC's love for WX as romantic in any way (not to mention sexual), and it doesn't have to be; it's deep and pure and strong, and it almost pains me in its intensity.

1) gojo and reader and koji are staying at his penthouse (he’s stupid, yeah) BUT he has only put up large curtains the day he found out about the leak (even more stupid, and i was gonna write that in but eh LOL) he would have stayed at one of his other places, but considering the penthouse is closest to the office and his family/friends know where he is at, he’s decided this would be the temporary fix. also, keep in mind the public doesn’t know where his penthouse is, they just have the interior photo

2) gojo lives in a very metropolitan, rich, and just overall very nice area where the other buildings around his are equally as big. so meimei—i mean SOMEONE (lol) could’ve easily been hiding out from a distance buildings over on the rooftop (the drone tho? girl u hacking into my docs??)

3) mr. itos trying it but trust he’ll get his well deserved punishment

as for my analytical response:

gojo says things he shouldn’t and doesn’t mean, same for reader. it wasn’t his place to tell her not to be angry, but i think he also acknowledges that fact only after he said it. i think right now, it’s at the peak of all the shit happening to her so it’s very frustrating. but also remember, a lot of this is told in y/ns pov. public eye doesn’t know shit, so they’re bashing gojo but equally bashing y/n. and the fact that it took a week?? that’s what makes y/n even more mad cuz she was RIGHT. mothers know best.

What’s your opinion on cross guild? I’m sending this on anon because I kinda hate them while everybody loves them. I think it’s because Buggy is my favourite character and I just can’t see it as anything other than abuse😭 Do you think their dynamic will change? Is my opinion based on unconditional clown love?

i think the fanon toxic polycule concept is kinda funny? like, the idea of buggy continuing to fail upward in life into a triad with two very powerful people who started out hating him? hysterical. does it have a strong basis in canon? no. just about every buggy ship has to be taken with a grain of “let’s ignore the reality of the situation here” salt. my own buggy ship is not immune to this! but cross guild… really needs that seasoning.

in canon it’s more a hostage situation than a relationship—albeit a pretty slapstick hostage situation, as despite their best efforts mihawk and crocodile cannot control buggy or his followers at all, and the injuries buggy takes are treated pretty lightly by the narrative.

in that context, it makes sense that sexual interpretations of cross guild would have strong vibes of either bdsm or ipv. i’m not surprised it’s upsetting for you.

in the end, it’s something i could be convinced to read a mundane au about, where dynamics are always softened to better fit the setting, but that’s about it for me re: the trio. i don’t expect their dynamic to change much, even if buggy manages to rope them into going along with his one piece questing, and i don’t much care.

now, the pairs within the trio?

crocodile and buggy is just “give me my money” -> flight response -> threats of violence -> fawn response -> actual violence -> desperate fawn response. good god. i get why it brings out certain impulses in certain readers—buggy begs to lick the man’s boots, ffs—but it does not really do anything for me, and i don’t expect that to change. crocodile wants money and power, which buggy respects because same, but as he has less of both he can’t really offer crocodile much of anything, and crocodile seems very aware and disdainful of that.

buggy and mihawk is theoretically very fun for the same reason luffy interacting with either of them is fun: they all have a connection to shanks that makes their interactions with anyone else who knows shanks so weird. they cannot be normal about that guy. in practice, none of that has shown up, we’ve just seen mihawk offended by buggy’s personality/reputation/aesthetic and buggy flinching away from his glares. (i can’t imagine mihawk punching someone, so i suspect all of buggy’s injuries came from crocodile… probably because the only way mihawk could actually hurt buggy would be with lethal force.) i’m hopeful, as has been indicated in previous mihawk posts, that we’ll get something more here eventually.

mihawk and crocodile legitimately made me go oh, hm in that first cross guild chapter. crocodile calls this guy up out of nowhere to say, “hey, i notice your job security kinda sucks right now, want to join my company? we have a lot in common… we both hate other people…” is there a history between these two, or did crocodile just get good vibes off him the one time they both bothered to show up for a warlord meeting? i want to know more. if these two ever get rid of buggy, would they actually be any good at managing baroque works 2: crossy guild? idk. i suspect without a scapegoat to redirect their anger onto they’d start having unavoidable personality conflicts, regardless of their managerial competencies, but even that could be fun to watch fall apart.

well, I believe from what I saw in the show that Will doesn't have internalized homophobia. He knows he is gay and he accepts it. I believe he is simply mad about himself for loving Mike the way he does. He believes he has no chance to end up with him. That's what hit my eyes the most when I was watching the show.

Idk I was also thinking:" why did the duffers make Will fall in love with Mike specifically when Byler was the purest friendship of the show?". They could have showed us Will pinning on boys just like they did with Robin or Dustin(with Max). Why Mike? It doesn't make sense to me unless the story isn't over. Now, how will this story end ? I don't know but it's not over.

I doubt Mike has internalized homophobia or at least I don't see it in the show. I think Mike is lost between what he wants and what people want him to be/do. This is why he lets his mom choose his clothes , this is why he is a fan of Eddie who is against conformity , this is why in season 3 he said that a boy and a girl are supposed to hang out together and make out a lot (when it's not true. He can have friends and be in a relationship. He shouldn't be forced to make his life about his relationship the way he thought he needed to do),... I may be wrong but this is what my neutral ass is telling me.

About the I love you, here is my take : I think Mike probably saw that his parents were telling each other ily in the past but Mike saw that their relationship is a big flop so I believe that since Mike isn't sure that El is the right person for him, he refuses to do like his parents and give her false hopes. He probably thinks that ily is a word you shouldn't tell anyone unless you're sure about your feelings. Now, he saw that El needed that ily and when she was almost dying in front of him, he probably thought about smth that would make El very happy and allow her to get stronger which is that ily word. Now, I believe that this ily was a little pushed because Mike really wanted to save El (he is the heart). It didn't come spontaneously. Pretty sure that if Will didn't remind Mike about what he told him in the van, that monologue would have never happened.This is why I am not sure Mike will be able to tell her ily that easily when she will ask him to unless Mike is sure about what he wants. If when he gets his shit together, he realizes that El is the one then I think he will definitely be able to tell it to her more easily but if he realises that it's other factors such as what people expect him to be that lead him to think that being with El was the right thing to do then he will tell her ily but this time he will make it clear to her that it's not romantically. I think that El's independent arc lead her to detach herself from Mike meaning that she doesn't have that codependency issues she had before. It's good.

wrong, from the very first episode we already know that Lonnie was making fun of him and bullied him for a possibility that he's gay, also he was bullied in school, was it bc of the possibility of being gay? who knows, but later we have a scene between mike and troy at school- and why did mike react like this in the first place? because troy was making fun of his missing "dead" friend saying that he's gay, that might be the proof that Will was bullied for being "gay" in school not even knowing that he's actually gay (i think that if he knew already then he was trying to deny it) Now let's focus on s3- mike tells him "it's not my fault you don't like girls" it was not supposed to be homophobic!!!! from mikes pov Will was calling his girlfriend stupid only bc he's the only one in the party without a girl and who's not interested in that stuff (yet or yk👀) and who's fault is that? definitely not Mike's 🙄(actually yeah it is your fault Michael 😭😭😭) but how did Will reacted?? do u remember? he started to think that his priority is "stupid" and that he should let it go and focus on something else like the rest of the party. In s4 we can see that he's actually struggling with his feelings for mike, he said in the van scene something like this "and when you're different, sometimes you feel like a mistake" and let's not forget the part in the script "i hate who i am" . This is for everyone who thinks that mike has internalized homophobia- it's actually Will byers and duffer brothers were telling us that since the very beginning. 2." byler was the purest friendship of the show" well idk what to say here, it depends. Byler is special, because dustin,lucas,will- they're all Mike's friends, his best friends, and when dustin was trying to tell mike that lucas is his best friend, mike was really mad and said that dustin is his best friend too (and to prove it he jumped of the cliff for his teeth😭) mike is really loyal, he would never pick his favourite friend, he loves everyone, and every his friend is different and he acts different around them, for example: ofc that he will be nicer to Will than to lucas, Will is a little pookie and everyone is nice to him😭(whatever he likes it or not👀) (when they were joking around in s3 it ended really bad, that shows that Will is not a person that will take that with a distance) and lucas is more a person to joke and yk do all that stuff. But there's a difference from Will's pov and I'm not talking about his feelings for mike, it's about the fact, that he shares lucas with mike, and he shares dustin with mike, but mike himself is like a safe place for him, it was his first best friend, they met in kindergarten and they were a duo, I'll risk to say that mike was always the closest friend to will mostly bc of that, but mike doesn't have his fav, he's just more calm, caring and loving around Will than Dustin and Lucas cuz Will is different, he always has been different. Their relationship was special, but it got "ruined" in s3 when we can see that mike has different priorities than Will. And did they ruin their friendship? i don't think so, ofc they argued in s3-4 but it's important, it was a sign that their friendship is different from mike& lucas or mike&dustin ones. Will's coming out doesn't have to be the end of their sweet friendship, who said that?? like, we don't know anything yet, why does everyone think it's the end of their friendship and that there's something more? i think that it will help them to develop and become a really iconic and powerful duo in s5.

About Mike's mom choosing his clothes- i think the best season for mike was s3, he was actually himself then, and he was wearing what he wanted to, in s1 he was wearing clothes that a good son from a big rich family wears, in s2 he was literally depressed and he did not care about that💀, and in s4 he was trying to look cool, for El, for Eddie, for himself. So yea s3 was his season. I think that the time between s3-4 mike was really lost (new school, he lost his girlfriend and best friend, he was extremely bullied by the whole school etc.) and he just did not care enough to focus on his clothes that much (until hellfire club)

6."he is a fan of Eddie" well actually he was 😚(😭). And it's actually a hard thing to talk about, i see it like this- it was just mike and dustin against the whole school, and then Eddie wanted them to join hellfire, it's better to be with someone that with everyone yea? so they wanted to join, they wanted to be a part of something, they wanted to fit. We can see a huge difference between how Eddie treated Dustin and how Eddie treated Mike. That's probably the reason why mike felt like he needs to change his look (hair, clothes) to fit and be liked like Dustin.

Also let's remember that it's his first relationship and he's 14, he was dealing with a horrible trauma cuz he thought El is dead so now they wanted to spend all their time together. People can say whatever they want, but mike was paying attention to his friends, maybe not as much as before El but that's not surprising, oh god they were young teenagers in love leave them alone. El is the one people should worried about cuz she literally had no life except mike, so yea max helped a lot here, she helped El to find herself, also it's very important that El finally have her own friend, and not a friend that she shares with mike.(see i said "have"😽 can't say that anymore 😭😭😭😭) but El changed after s3, and I'm sure that they are more mature rn, and their relationship will never look the way it did at the beginning of s3 again.

8. about the ily i have my own perspective, but if u believe that mike is gay or anything like that then u won't even listen to me and i don't wanna argue with a wall😭😭 but I'm focusing on Mike's character since 2019 and i still believe he's straight. Let's remember that yea he loves El but in common we have a huge trauma about losing her again, he said that he loves her when something bad was about to happen and no one was listening to him ( in s3) but this time it was different, he was scared that she's just going to leave him cuz she doesn't need him anymore (i mean she was lying to him about how perfect life she has in lenora without him so i don't blame him) and he was scared to say it, he was scared that if he will then she will leave him sooner than she already planned. Ofc it might be connected to his parents, he doesn't really use a word "love" but he's just an awkward teenager, talking about feelings is never easy and some people have a bigger problem with that and it's okay, that's exactly what makes this show real. The monologue was honest, I'm sorry but mike is literally such a loyal, caring, and loving character, he would never, NEVER say to her that he can't live without her only for her to save the world and then to leave her for her brother(or literally anyone else)he would never do that. And Will wouldn't even allowed him to do that anyway 😭 the whole theory is wild to me.

He's way calmer when he talks to her, he's not losing his words like he does rn, and their conversation looks way better than the ones they already had, so i feel like it's not about mike who doesn't know what he wants, it's just about 14 old awkward teenager who's struggling with opening up about how he feels. hiya! so i wanted to pop in because of the whole changbin exclusionist writer thing. i'm not a writer but i do still feel like there's some things i wanna say about this whole situation.

i'm gonna put a disclaimer here just to say that i don't have that many details on what exactly this person writes or says. this goes out to anyone who excludes one of the members just because you don't find them attractive

personally, i'm attracted to all the members except for changbin and seungmin. but that doesn't mean that i love them any less. i read that the author said something along the lines of "oh, i just don't want him to rail me like the others haha" and yeah, that's completely okay, but what isn't okay is saying that you're a stay and are ot8 when you aren't.

these guys, all of them, deserve the world and they've worked their asses off to be where they are today. so yeah. it's genuinely completely valid if you don't feel attracted to one, multiple or any of the members. but that doesn't give you the right to be an asshole. do you really think that the other members would like what you're doing? that they want to see one of their best friends, their family, be put down like this time and time again?
