It's a nice evening to send random asks. Please tell me a one your top 5 AUs and in which of them jaytim (or timjay) is THE LEAST LIKELY about to happen (doesn't mean they wouldn't happened, just would need... to work more on it) :>

Ok so the first part was easy but boy the mental gymnastics I had to go through to come up with an answer that covered the second one...

Mainly because "my favorite AU" and "jaytim not happening" do not go in the same sentence for me lol but hm after thinking it over I have some specific scenarios which are some of my favorites but also would have them not together or really complicated?

Timowlthy AU - Seer/Owl Tim (he can transform into an owl) and Red Hood Jay (more of mix between young justice TV jason and red hood): in which Jason killed Tim's mom under Ra's orders, while he was more dead than alive and was part of the League of Assassins. This is a really Dark Tim who made his way into the court of owls. Jason agrees to work with Tim against Ra's because he remembers what he did while he was under Ra's command and not happy about it. Tim accepts to work with Jason because he is strong, needs someone with motive and Jason owes him and he is set on making him pay. Reluctant allies relationship at the beginning because "our objectives align and then will never see you again", with a lot of guilt, complicated feelings, toxic relationships and eventually pent up sexual tension.

Joker Jr. Tim/Priest Jason - Would end up together but evidently lot of work to do, they'd have a really toxic relationship that eventually settles into a complicated relationship that they know they just cannot escape.

Hanahaki - I like hanahaki au preferably with happy any and any type of hanahaki but I also like scenarios in which either of them is too late so oh well one dies and i cry.

Sleeping Beauty AU - I have three scenarios for this one, one is happy, one is angsty but happy ending, one is angsty and sad ending (you guessed, one dies)

Star Wars AU - former jedi padawans jason and tim, after order 666 and a time skip Jason becomes a bounty hunter/mercenary and Tim eventually becomes a Sith lord, Ra's his master (after a lot of trauma for Timmy). This is in my head a reverse/Dark Tim that is actually set on getting back at Ra's and kill him, take over and end the empire on his own. Jason just happens to be on his way plenty of times. They'd hurt each other a lot here but also can't find it in their hearts to kill each other. Eventually Tim is also battling hard to hide from Ra's that he doesn't want Jason killed. Eventually Ra's finds his way to this information and maybe that's when Jason finds there's a heart in Tim still and his feelings are requited but who knows, maybe is far too late.

I finally took the time to photograph my vintage dip pen nib collection, and I need to share with you all how wonderful and diverse their designs are.

These two are my favorite. Just look at them! One of them is named Gorille and the other Mephisto, but to me they're little pumpkins.

And of course you gotta love the Pinocchio nib. You get to write with the nose of a tiny guy! Just not something you get to do anymore.

Finally rearranged (and dusted) my bookshelf! There's also the bottom shelf with plenty more room for new books.

Books are absolutely not organised btw, generally favourites on top shelf/graphic novels/manga on third shelf and that's about it. May still adjust decor.

when i was a kid, a new family moved into our neighborhood. my parents wanted to welcome them, so my dad made a bowl of salsa and went over with my mom to introduce themselves. the husband of the new family was very excited when he got the salsa—he was a professional chef and as such no one ever made food for him because they always assumed he’d think it was bad, just because he was a good cook.

the moral of the story: give your artist friends art! give your writing friends writing! and give your chef friends food! even if they’re “better” at it than you. i can assure you that they’ll love it regardless because it came from you.

academic bias is so funny because you’ll be reading about the same historical event and one person is like “Despite the troubles that befell his homeland and near constant criticism of the court King Blorbo remained strong in the face of adversity” and the other one is like “after letting his people carry the brunt of his cringefail decisions Blorbo the Shitface refused to listen to any reason and continued to be a warmongering piece of shit. Also he was ugly.”
