The Hacienda Getaway (CC Pack for The Sims 4)

Welcome to "El Agave" Hacienda Resort!

Hey, Simmers! With the arrival of the "Ciudad Enamorada" world in The Sims 4 Lovestruck, I couldn't resist recreating a beautiful spot I visited last year in Los Cabos, Mexico.

This CC Pack is all about an old hacienda where they produce the finest tequila. Even though I'm not a big drinker, the place was simply magical! Of course, I had to try a couple of Paloma cocktails and some tequila shots – when in Rome, right? 🍹

In this pack, you'll discover a treasure trove of old archways, grand double doors, and windows made of wood, clay, and iron, all available in open versions to bring your spaces to life. Plus, there's a full set of cozy, leather-style living room furniture where your Sims can chat, relax, or get a little romantic. 💕

I had a blast crafting the rustic coffee table and console with carved wood finishes. The iron chandeliers add an authentic old-world charm, and the mud planters with cacti are a perfect touch of the local flair. 🌵

But wait, there's more! I've added new flowers, a traditional-style rug, rustic painting frame, cushions, armchair, cool beams for your ceiling, beautiful terracotta tiles, and of course, a tequila set to make it all complete.

I had a lot of fun creating this set, reminiscing about one of the best vacations I've had. I hope to go back soon, but in the meantime, my Sims can enjoy a bit of that life.

What’s new in this update?:

Ciudad Enamorada and Ravenwood have been completely redone, added multiple new lots, updated other lots and provided make-overs for the households.

Added new households (when living in world; with jobs, friends, preferences etc).

Komorebi, Henford-on-Bagley, Tartosa, Moonwood Mill, Copperdale, San Sequoia, Chestnut Ridge, Tomarang, Ciudad Enamorada (NEW!) and Ravenwood (NEW!).

Finished vacation worlds: Granite Falls and Selvadorada.

Finihed other lots: Hospital, Science Lab and the Police Station.

To be updated: the Magic Realm and Grimm's office, will either be included in a future update or on the gallery (OriginID: fleuralia)

What do you get with this save?:

For my save file all lots are either completely new builds (almost all) or renovations, ofcourse created by me. Exception: I have added the official build for the release of the Paranormal SP by Dr Ashley to this save. This build is therefore not my own creation, credits are given in the description to Dr Ashley. The lots in newer worlds are largely created by GameChangers. The ratio is around 50/50 with my builds versus renovations (done by me but with the original as the base).

All the townies had make-overs plus I added new families to spice it up a bit. Some of the townies are made by other creators, who are given credits in the description of the household. All the townies in the different worlds have a story, some include sentiments and adjusted relationships to the story.

Added plenty of community lots to give your Sims something to do (YAY!). Almost every world has one restaurant, but it also includes festivals that represent the four seasons (park lots) and a fully functional shopping street in Magnolia Promenade (toy store, bridal store and more).

I have added rental lots so you can go on vacation in more worlds. For example in Sulani, Willow Creek and Windenburg.

Other details:

As mentioned at the beginning, this save uses almost all packs (except some kits). This means that if you download it without owning or installing most of the packs a lot of objects will disappear from the save, but if you are not bothered by this you can still download and play in it.  

I disabled the neigborhood action plan voting/environmental changes, you enable them again in the pack settings menu. I also disabled the neigborhood stories, you can enable them again in the household menu.

I would love to add some households in this save created by all of you! Add your household under the hashtag #fleuraliatownies in The Sims 4 Gallery, you can add a storyline and world in the description but thats not obligatory. If I respond on your creation it means that I have incorporated it in the save for the next update.

Sadly every game update comes with a lot of bugs. I suggest before reporting problems in the save to me, to check on forums if its related to a general bug/glitch or to mods (if you use them).

As said in my previous post I will be slowly starting on moving the builds and sims to a fresh save to help with bugs and incorporate fixes from the Sims team that only work in fresh saves (like Grimm not being able to woohoo). How to make it work in your game:

Download the save file from the link below.

Drag it in your saves folder under: PC/Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 4/saves.

Change the numbers if you already have a save with the same name.

It should now show up in your game as: Fleuralia Save V 8.0.

HELLO you beautiful people!! I hopee y'all are doing well on this fine Friday evening/ Saturday morning (Wherever you may be). So, I have something special I have to share with y'all! It's a CHALLENGE!!! Yes, I was heavily inspired by @powersocial's Adopt a Sim Challenge (Which I definitely recommend trying by the way.) And decided to do one of my own. I shall call it the Foreign Exchange Student Challenge!

Challenge: Your family (sims) will be hosting Nevaeh Daigle, A geeky teen with a goofy personality who flew from Ciudad Enamorada to live with your family while attending school in the world you choose to reside in. It is your job to make her feel welcome and care for her. Be the best host family you can be to her.

Outcome: Have her max out at least five skills before she graduates high school.

Requirements:

You must have a teen sim in your family.

You have to play as the teen sim majority of the time.

I also made a randomizer to help out;

If you guys are interested, I can also provide a few prompts for you to try out, but the imagination is up to you really.

A few things to mention;

High School Years is recommended but not required.

You are free to change her closet as time passes by, but DO NOT alter her skin details or her skin color!

If you want to try this challenge but you play vanilla, I am currently working on making a cc free version for you!

Any genre of story is welcome.

You DON'T have to make a new family for this. It could be one that's in your current save file. The randomiser is merely a prompt to help.

Эта чудесная симка запала мне в душу с первого взгляда. Настолько, что я решил ненадолго отвлечься от основного повествования и показать вам ее небольшой мейковер, в основу которого легли предметы из нового допа. Мне очень понравился новый CAS и я думаю, что многие из моих симов будут носить вещички оттуда.

Мне кажется, что Луз не очень уютно чувствует себя в городе романтики и жарких свиданий, ведь она совсем не любит физическую близость и «дурачества». Может быть, ей стоит переехать в Стрейнджервиль по достижении совершеннолетия? Думаю, что к тому времени военные успеют разделаться с материнским растением... Или нет. В любом случае, там всегда будут рады необычным и увлеченным персонажам!

Luz López is an adorable teenager from the new world Ciudad Enamorada. Luz uses the pronouns she/they and identifies themself as non-binary.

This wonderful sim has fallen into my heart at first sight. So much so that I decided to divert from the main story for a while and show you their little makeover, based on stuff from the Lovestruck add-on. I really liked the new CAS, and I think that many of my sims will wear these clothes.

I don't think Luz is very comfortable in the city of romance and hot dates, because they doesn't like physical intimacy and messing around at all. Maybe they should move to Strangerville when they reaches adulthood? My guess is that the military will have had time to deal with the mother plant by then… Or not. Either way, unusual and enthusiastic sims will always be welcome there!

Pretty excited about this challenge because there’s no better family to welcome Nevaeh than the Quinns! Thanks for this awesome challenge @ruthplaysthesims ✨

I imagine Nevaeh is about 17, so a year older than Dom, making her a senior. Dom enrolled in a foreign exchange student program at her school and was the lucky few selected to be a host family. After 2 months of being pen pals, Nevaeh can finally join the Quinn household and get the full Willow Creek experience.

Alonso was born and raised in Ciudad Enamorada as well so he’s already very impressed with Nevaeh!

Dom always wanted a big sister so I feel like she’d look up to Nevaeh and try her best to look cool.

The only one fluent in Spanish is Alonso, with Dom knowing some words and phrases.

Nevaeh can speak some English according to the op , so I feel like it gets challenging when it’s spoken too fast to really grasp the language, like when the Mila and Hailey are yapping excitedly lol

Unfortunately, it’s winter time in Willow Creek, so I feel like poor Nevaeh is freezing 😭 being from a warmer climate.

Let me start by saying that I do not like the color pink (unless it’s a cherry blossom.) It’s just an ugly color to me and I don’t like seeing it. So, when I saw that the first generation of this challenge was centered around the color pink, I was wary. However, I got to work on the founder and I fell in love with him. He is so adorable that I can overlook the pink for him c:

Without further ado, meet Ronan Dokidoki! He moved to Ciudad Enamorada to chase his dreams of finding ‘the one.’ Look at this cutiiiiie.

Upon moving here, he joined the Romance Consultant career and his first task was to watch romance reality TV. He kept getting distracted by the cute penguin TV though c:

The welcome wagon included someone who piqued Ronan’s curiosity.

He went straight for the bear, introducing himself and asking about the costume.

Only, the bear wasn’t too receptive to this question.

So, he asked again.

He had a sudden urge to hug the bear because he could feel the aura of sadness radiating off of him and he just wanted to help.

I guess the sadness is contagious, though…

After this, he asked once more about the costume and it became clear that the bear would not budge.

Instead, he switched his strategy, asking about why the bear is so sad instead.

The bear left after this, leaving Ronan to his thoughts. He still had guests to entertain, though!

After everyone left, he returned to his work assignment, but he had trouble focusing for multiple reasons.
