Ophelia Nigmos was orphaned early on — both of her parents drowned in a swimming pool under unclear circumstances. Under the tutelage of her eccentric aunt Olive, the girl grew up to be an outgoing and creative but quite anxious and escapist teenager. Ophelia nurtures a keen interest in a variety of conspiracy theories and more than anything in the world dreams of a full happy family. I replaced her World-Famous Celebrity aspiration given to this sim by EA with the more canonical Big Happy Family, saving the bonus Gregarious trait.

Despite her family's hasty move to Oasis Springs, Ophelia continues to keep in touch with her friends from Strangerville, Ripp Grunt and Johnny Smith. Not so long ago, Ophelia and Johnny started dating... Can a relationship with Johnny heal Ophelia's wounded soul? What family secrets does the unfriendly desert town hide? So many questions, so few answers.
