Not to talk about the watcher thing again as I’ve already kind of said my piece, but one of the most batshit insane parts of this whole unbelievable situation is that for some reason they decided that for some fucking reason the BEST time to announce this highly controversial decision was literally DAYS before they would be going on an international tour and having to face irate fans IN PERSON. Guys. What the hell. At least have the sensibility to announce a move that you HAD to have known would make people upset AFTER one of the few times you actually interact in person with your fanbase.

I hope you’re ready to investigate the Tower of London for ghosts, because I have a feeling the Londoners will be more than happy to acquaint you with the building later this week.

NRIs profit from the rupee's decline, particularly those who remain in nations with stronger currencies. They have an edge because they can purchase a house for a lot less money than it would cost them to live in the country after converting their balance to the currency of their home country.

A Home To Reside 

NRIs are also favouring second houses more and more since they are increasingly seen as investments that may generate a consistent income. Weekend homes used to be seen as affluent and aspirational purchases. Weekend houses are now increasingly being recognised as prudent and secure, though, as of late.

First off, I love ur art so much. Ur style is so amazing and the stories u come up with are so fun (or sad) and I think they're incredible.

Second, Law and Luffy at the pool headcanon bc it's over 100 degrees where I am rn. Luffy cannonballs in before they even set up their chairs and Law just stares at him. He refuses to get in, so Luffy has to surprise him and push him in. He's mad, but then Luffy laughs and all is forgiven because he is the sucker for Luffy's laugh/smile.
