#no i dont think its because Hunter needs time to heal first #i think if it was up to Hunter they would plunge into a committed romantic relationship immediately after the events of the finale #he would propose to her in like. 3 months probably #i know that sounds intense but i think this is what ''i literally died and came back to life'' mania does to a guy #he is so carpe diem minded hes become a little insane. he wants everything #no more waiting around. no more hesitating. he cant afford to do that anymore #would it have been the wise decision to enter a romantic relationship immediately #who's to say. but Hunter would have done it without thinking about it #its Willow that makes the decision to slow down and wait a while before they make any committments theyre not ready for #i dont think she's entirely learned her lesson about letting herself be emotionally reliant every once in a while #shes made progress but the events of ftf were such heat of the moment responses #once things are semi-stable she still needs to adapt to acknowledging that her feelings for Hunter are like. serious. and scarily intense #so like. yea Willow is slamming her pedals on the breaks for both their sakes. shes thinking about how this would effect Hunter too #but also. she scawwed.#when Willow tells him she wants to talk and she's like ''i think we should just be friends'' oh the face he makes is DEVASTATED #he didnt expect it was going in this direction at all. but like. once Willow explains how this is the most reasonable decision for now #he DOES agree. he understands what shes saying and he agrees that it's the best decision to take a breather before they jump into a romance #anyway even when theyre not officially dating the flirting continues insistently. they are very obsessed with each other and cant stop #Willow keeps trying to insist to herself that its just messing around. nothing serious. they find each other hot. its fine to kiss a little #but Hunter makes it very hard when he looks at her with big brown labrador eyes. looks at her like shes the entire world #i think if it was up to Willow they would have been trapped in that uncertain limbo forever. shes too scared to take the plunge #even if she wants to. she badly wants to #but Hunter just wont let that happen. every so often he says ''im ready whenever you are''#he makes his intentions very known. he is not the shy boy from Camila's house anymore #Willow cant just playfully flirt with him without worrying that hes gonna reciprocate. he talks now. he expresses himself #shes a little afraid of that. but she adores it too. he makes her feel safe but also he wont let her stay in this comfort zone #hes giving her the push she needs to pursue this relationship. gives her to push to feel like she can go after what she wants #because god knows HE knows what he wants #they make me so insane

Btw if you come on holidays and stay at an AirBnb instead of an actual registered hotel I hate you personally. Not "I hate the gentrification and touristic massification and the way we can't live in our homes and are forced to move away because of tourism" in an abstract way- No, not just that. I hate you.

#I'm from a seaside town that has become popular with tourists who come for the beach and the mediterranean climate #and the typical whitewashed walls of mediterranean coastal towns #in just a few years the average rent has gone up so much that now the average rent id #*is over 1000€ per month #one thousand!#that's a whole salary!#in the past 2 years they've been building a new neighbourhood. they've destroyed the vinyeards to make a new neighbourhood that will make #the town 1/3 bigger than it is. that's a lot. but all those houses are luxury houses with private swimming pools for rich foreigners (we #already have 2 private British schools high schools and college(in the british sense)/baccalaureate where their kids go and never have to #interact with locals. I teach some of those kids and they're very prejudiced against locals and very bigoted against the catalan language #(which ofc they never bother to learn)#there's a law in catalonia that says that for every certain amount of houses you build you are obligated to build a certain percentage of #affordable housing. so in this new neighborhood they built the bare minumum affordable housing which is still too expensive for us #and since there's so few of them everyone is competing to get them. the city hall and the bank have had to make an official competition for #them but you only classify if the renr would not be more than 1/3rd of your salary which is impossible. my cousins who are in their mid 30s #and have been working a good qualified job for 15 years (and their partners too) are considered too poor to be considered for the #affordable housing #everyone is having to move out to other cities away from their friends and family and current jobs. the only jobs left here soon will be #mostly directed at tourists #and the only way to continue living here if you're a normal person and not rich is if you're an only child who one day might inherit the #parents' house #but we look around at what's happening in nearby cities and we see the next step which will be airbnb taking the houses that are left #in many places (I've posted about thia before) there aren't any flats for rent or sell anymore that isn't an airbnb #I'm still lucky in my town when compared to other places like Barcelona which are already full of the airbnb plague #actualitat #airbnb #tourism #touristic massification #gentrification

faceless / obscured face besties ! (2 of these characters loathe each other and one accidentally murdered the other)

#in the Rachel / Nathan / Victoria 3 episode miniseries Im always writing in my head Victoria is mostly obscured/in the background of Rachels #episode because Rachel has been suspended by this point and knows if Victoria sees her she'll immediately snitch. she finally gets to #Nathan's dorm and we see Victoria leering in the background/hear her once Nathan opens the door but he's being #weird around Rachel so she'll seek him out once he apologizes and can lure her to the dark room so he's quick and kind of rude but shuts #Rachel out almost immediately. she's only there to talk to him because she thinks Victoria got her suspended and wants to talk to #her through Nathan who she considers her friend bc she knows if Nathan has some sympathy for her Victoria will be less cruel. still not kin #but less biting in her remarks. in Nathan's episode it's like 3 days past Rachel being dead so she's been officially declared as missing bu #the episode opens with him in his home bedroom instead of his dorm because he's been avoiding his peers/her missing posters/tvs. so even #though Rachel is mentioned at school fairly often he never says her name. he almost breaks when his dad asks him if he #knows anything about 'the missing girl' to test him because he obviously knows about the DR but Nathan says no and deflects to ask about #seeing dr Jacoby or something which is Obviously not what his dad wants to hear . he goes back on campus the next day and Victoria seems #shaken by Rachel's absence as well -- he says something like 'she's probably on the beach in california laughing at all of us' and we see #Victoria reckon with the fact that he definitely knows SOMETHING but doesn't want to engage with that so she agrees and they both agree not #to go to a search party in the woods the next morning because it would be a waste of time . they sleep in together and he seems much more a #peace asleep next to Victoria who is noticeably awake. they act like nothing happened the next week and he notices Taylor/courtney follow i #attitude the next time him and Victoria see them (even though they were both at the search party) . from there on he doesn't mention Rachel #but is trying to get into contact with Jefferson who is avoiding him for obvious reasons. he finally 'comforts' him at the end of the episo #and says that it was going to happen to Rachel someday which Nathan accepts. watch the succession number one boy scene now .#in victoria's episode Rachel appears so prominently because Victoria is fixated on the possibility that Nathan hurt her but doesn't want to #confront him on it or mention Rachel to him at all because she knows how he gets - Nathan might even be absent for a majority of the episod #because she's Amateur Girl Detective-ing in the spirit of lis1/Audrey Horne so she's avoiding him for the most part and focusing on her #studies (both the actual school work and trying to prove to herself that he had no role in her disappearance but knowing otherwise but #wishing it was the other way)#or something
