Today I taught my final class (Hatha Flow) for Yoga Teacher Training 200 certification. Tomorrow is graduation day!!! So grateful for the lessons learned throughout this 9 month journey. Look what I found. :) I have not seen this guy in over 9yrs. I am super excited to have @ybt_11 Kenyel Kilgore with me in Honduras. Him and I were battle buddies and served together at our first Army Unit 326nd Engineers at Fort Benning, Georgia. As I’m practicing for it, this class will be inspired by my 1000HR Naropa Yoga degree and this past summer yoga walking in the Sierras reflecting on time I was in an MFA Interdisciplinary Arts program. Sounds like a lot, though really means whatever the moment will bring.
