(@rainforestakiie I got inspired by the imp au, I tried to get the horror spirit in me so lol hope you like it 👉🏻👈🏻👀)

Little Adam doesn't like this house at all, it smelled badly, it was dark and old, he felt chills when he walked down those halls .

His adoptive mother Sera told him he just has to get used to this, his little sister Emily already loved the house, they don't see what he sees .

He tried argue but kept his mouth shut, because he knows they are here for Sera's job which she needed for Emily . His little sister oh so sick and weak, and they needed the money, plus the hospital is a lot closer ..

So is the cemetery which Sera can agree is not such a positive side, but they have to make it work somehow .

Adam's room was dark with only a small night lamp, barely lighting up his room filled with boxes, an old wardrobe which Sera saw fit for him, his sheets thick and heavy yet he still feels cold .

This sucks .. Adam thought bitterly why can't they have a better house ? Or an apartment he saw on his way to school .

School sucked as well the teachers are strict, and the other kids were bullies making fun of his weight .

Well screw them ! His mom loves his chub and he loves her, so they can suck ba -

He suddenly feels himself freeze up, as his heart beat went up . Di .. did something just move in the corner ?

He tried to see what it was, while still laying still but Adam's eyes could not make what he saw .

Perhaps it was ..

Nope it moved again, this time a cracking sound was made, as Adam felt himself shaking, it fell over on the ground with a soft thud, dried up strays of hair on it's head, as it's paper white skin cracking under the movement, it tilded his head to look at the boy in the bed .

The mouth slack as it's eyes were wide, yet no eyes were inside only little white dots .

It crawled forward determent to get to Adam fast .

It's long nails dragging it forward, as Adam shakes trying to get up, to get away, but he was frozen in place . He could not get up ..

Just as the thing tried to get him, Adam closed his eyes waited ..

Waited ..

Waited ..

Waited ..

He opens them slowly when nothing happens, then he saw a big hand out from the wardrobe, pulling the other inside without a sound .

Adam looks wide eyed at it, when a face stares back at him, a flat white face with ruby red eyes, slowly making a ssssh sound with his finger against his lips . Before slamming the door shut .

Adam stares at it in shock, he could move, he could breath as sweat sticks to his pajama's .

He whines softly as he realize he peed the bed .

Hello! I wanted to ask if you got any inspiration for Machete’s outfits? I would love to find an outfit similar to one of theirs for personal wear but I can never find anything that similar.

Most of his canon outfits are just slightly modified cardinal's cassocks.

Jehan Georges Vibert's paintings have been a recurring inspiration.

The buttoning on his shoes is visually reminescent to late 19th/early 20th century boots and spats.

neil on the run frequents my mind more than i’d like to admit

so for like the entirety of his time on the run he used fuckin 3 4 or 5-in-1 shampoo/conditioner/body wash and like obviously he knew there were other ones he could pick but it’s dumb to lug three separate bottles of shit when there’s one viable option right there. saves space in his bag, less weight, less time in the store. get in, 5-in-1, get out as fast as possible.

so naturally allison finds out about this. she might have inquired. and of course she’s fucking scandalized to learn about the 5-in-1.

can you. imagine. the overwhelm neil probably feels at the store. and allison (who had dragged him there) is explaining that “this one will help moisturize your curls because [she ruffles a hand through his hair and scrunches his damaged ass hair] [cheap ass splat hair dye ass crunchy fried ass hair] …yeah”

and neil is like ???? frantic as fuck in the store like classic clean ??

repair and protect ??? “from what?”

smooth and sleek ?????? “allison these are all the exact same thing—”

and allison is like “omg wait?? what’s your skin care routine?”

and neil is like ??? “my??? my what??????”

allison is like “…..neil.”

neil shrugs and is like, “i just used the 5-in-1. why would a skin care routine [he kinda sneers it bc he had never heard such a thing before and is annoyed at allison’s gaping mouth] be one of my priorities on the run????”

and now allison is pissed because “how is your skin perfect after the horror you’ve put it through???”

ok and then neil is like [in his thoughts] my skin is not perfect. the scars. blegh. the horrors.

and allison sees it all on his face and she grabs his face in one hand (the other one is full of stuff; y’know how women can just carry a bunch of shit in one hand? yea) and makes him look at her, and his cheeks are all squished, lips are pouted, and she says all resolutely, “i meant it. the scars don’t ruin you. it doesn’t matter what happened to your skin. what matters is that you’re alive despite it. that is perfect.”

and when neil can’t make eye contact anymore he kinda just nods and she stares him down for half a second more and huffs. “but seriously, no acne…” continues down the aisle to the face wash and moisturizer. “no acne at all. so fuckin unfair—” and that’s that
