Anyone remember Wally and Marty?

Does anyone remember or otherwise know about the two Christmas elf mascots Walmart had around 2006/2007? They are my special interest right now and I was hoping to find people with the same interest, or at least others who remembered they even existed at all, lol. Been trying to do research on them and I've found some interesting things. A lot of things related to them are lost media as far as I'm aware. There was a comic book and a song, both of which I'm looking for.

If that happened then they'd be the same age as Irey and Jai.

There is no doubt in my mind that the tornado twins will either be the same age as the west twins or the same age as Wally's new baby.

They're setting up a cousin/childhood friends situation with the younger Wests and Allens. And they're paralleling Wally and Barry.

L: Lightning blasted at him from all sides, but he was unfazed. Wally would have cried right then and there, if it wasn’t for the blast of heat. Captain Marvel was his den father. He could be a goofball when everyone wanted the downtime. He never chastised Wally for his laid back personality. And, despite having the powers of gods and titans and other mythological figures, he looked so human when he let emotions wash over his face.

I: “Ignore him,” said the other man, Sinclair, sitting on the white armchair armrest from Marty’s couch. He sat back, a book in hand, and rubbed his other hand against his suit in quick excess. It was odd. Like he was trying to cover a stain or something. There was a faint tint of warm smoke in Barry’s nose. Something burnt. But, just as he noticed it, it was gone.

G: “Guys!”

“Oh, what is it now?” Marty grumbled.

“Did either of you know A’Daire was back?” He asked quietly.

”She’s what?”

“Where is she? Did you call here? She’s on the run right now!”

H: He unbuttoned the top two buttons on his jacket and folded the collar over his suit. The light of the moon hit the side of his face, shadowing his body. The heroes inched slightly closer to get a better look, and Robin’s eyes widened. There, attached to his undershirt, was a golden lightning bolt. “I’m a friend of the Captain.

T: That’s what Barry told himself. That he chose. Because he knows that’s a lie. He’s heard it before, going from Zatanna, to even Swamp Thing. When you become the Champion, you are chosen. Full stop. There’s nothing else for you to do, other than accept.

Not too many at all! I love the variety. Since there’s so many, I’ll probably only 1-2 headcanons for each.

Bradley’s favorite room in the treehouse to sleep in is Wally’s. You know how animals always seem to know which person in the room likes them the least and then consciously choose to bother that person the most? That’s Bradley lmao. He also has a wide collection of sweaters that Kuki likes to dress him up in, but after his robo-surgery it’s a lot harder to put them on.

Okay to be completely transparent I totally forgot Vin Moosk existed and had to google him. Fake fan guys, sorry. Anyways, after Moosk breaks free of his accounting job (again), he begins his new career as a menswear bounty hunter! Since the queen tie has been defeated, he’s broadened his horizons and dedicated himself to stopping all sorts of stiff, expensive clothing. Windsor is currently trying to locate him, to no avail.

Numbuhs 86 and 362 spend most of their lunch breaks together. Rachel is often too busy to leave her office so Fanny brings her lunch to her, and they sit and talk about all the crazy confidential data they’re privy too and also how much Fanny hates stupid boys. Sometimes Rachel nods off during the conversation, but Fanny is usually too caught up in her own ranting to even notice.

Julie is one of Cree’s friends, as they’re both on McClintock High’s volleyball team. She isn’t a teen ninja, however. She’s too nice for that. Her and Marty end up breaking up a few months after their attempted date at The Point, but in typical teenage fashion get back together when they realize they can’t live without each other (they break up again next month).

I loveeee Virginia. She was 100% the girl that tried to make you eat earth worms in kindergarten. She really likes old school fighting games like Street Fighter and Tekken. Her and Bartie once connected her game console to one of the main monitors of the Moonbase Observation Bridge and were officially banned from Moonbase for a week for it. It was totally worth it.

You’ve never told Jesse why you made the move from LA to Hawaii, or the reason you decided to step down as a detective and become a criminalist instead. He’s traced his fingers over the divot that’s hidden within the stem, surrounded by thorns.

Whenever you talk about your life before it’s with a wistfulness, you skirt around a few things, he can tell, but he never pushes you. Your secrets are your own. When you’re ready to share, he’s here, ready to listen.

It’s Detective Marty Deeks that changes things. The instant he sees the two of you interact he knows you used to date. He only sees the exchange from a distance but there’s a familiarity in the way the detective touches you, one that indicates intimacy. There’s a guilt there too, a sadness, he sees it in the both of you as you talk.

When you cancel your plans with him that night, he knows it’s because you’re seeing Deeks.

Something’s come up, you text him. I need to take a raincheck.

There’s no further explanation and Jesse doesn’t press you. He simply replies with a thumbs emoji.

The two of you haven’t put a label on your relationship, you’re free to see who you want, when you want. The thing is he hasn’t looked at another woman since he met you and he was pretty sure up until now you had no interest in other men.

You’re illusive over the next couple of days, too busy to respond to his messages. When he drops by your desk with lunch, you’re absent, nobody seems to know where you are. It’s then that he sees the casefile, the photocopied one from LAPD. It’s tucked under a bunch of paperwork in an attempt to hide it. It’s when he flicks through the first couple of pages that he starts to understand what’s going on with you.

All the lights are on at your house when he turns up that night, he has a takeout bag from Wally’s in his hand and a four pack of Coconut Hiwa Porter in the other in case he needs to beg for forgiveness.

When he knocks, it takes you a minute to unlock all three bolts. You’ve never used all of them, not in the time he’s known you. When you open the door, he sees the exhaustion in your features, there’s dark circles under your red rimmed eyes. You’ve been crying he thinks.

“Jesse.” You say, your voice pained. “It’s not a good time.”

“I know.” He responds holding up his offerings. “I just wanted to drop these off, make sure you eat.”

You take them from his hands, your mouth pursing into a grim line. You don’t meet his gaze, your shoulders are slumped, dejected. He hates seeing you like this, so upset, closed off.

“Are you ok?” He asks you and you shake your head in response.

“Do you want to talk about it?”

You raise your eyes to the ceiling, trying to blink away the tears that sting your eyes.

“Zoe.” He says softly. “I saw the casefile, I know what happened to you in LA. I know why Deeks is really here.”

You swallow hard against the well of emotion in your chest. This is the last thing you wanted, you’ve worked so hard to put that shit behind you, to claw your way out from underneath it but it just keeps coming back to haunt you.

“Zoe?” Jesse says again and you find yourself staring into those warm hazel eyes of his.

Right now you’re at a fork in the road. You can shut down, walk away, forget about Jesse, Hawaii and the life you’ve built here or you can face it head on, stop being a victim and start being proactive.

That’s the decision you’ve been trying to make over the past couple of hours.

To stay or to go.

You still haven’t made up your mind.

“You’d better come in.” You say quietly, holding the open the door. “There’s some things we need to talk about.”

as for your question I unfortunately couldn’t find anything specific like a comment by Elvis about having to wear a dress for the scene but knowing that he was prideful, especially about his image, I would imagine he likely wasn’t too thrilled about it although probably never voiced any opposition about it either

by that time in his film career he had made so many of the same kinds of pictures, requiring him to do so many humiliating things, that I think he became almost desensitized to the material. He knew he had no choice in what would be asked of him and so he just did the best with what he got

I will forever be frustrated about how the Colonel completely sabotaged Elvis and his love for acting… we truly got something great in “King Creole” and not only was the film great but Elvis was proud of it and that is what I love about it most of all

You and Wally have officially moved in together. You and Wally don't have a lot of money but managed to find a small apartment together.

“Babe!” Wally yelled from the bedroom.

You are in the kitchen making a sandwich for yourself.

“What!?” You yelled.

“Where are my lucky socks and lucky shirt!?” Wally yelled.

It's game day and he always supports his favorite football team. He claims his lucky shocks and shirt, brings luck to the team but you don't believe that.

“It's in the closet in the box!” You yelled.

He went to look for it in the closet and he started to smile.

“I found it!” Wally yelled with joy.

A few minutes later he came out wearing shorts, his high-crew socks and he has on the gold chain.

“I’m ready now!” Wally smiled.

Wally painted his face with the team's color.

“Wow. I can see that you are ready” You said.

“Well, yeah! Plus it's the Superbowl and I know they will win” Wally said.

He takes a bite of your sandwich and you roll your eyes at him. You follow him to the living room and he turns on the TV and puts on the game. Wally went to grab the snacks and put them on the coffee table. You and Wally start to eat the snacks and he cheers very loudly, for his favorite team. So far, his team is winning and you look at him then at the TV.

“Y/n, they are going to win!” Wally grinned.

“There is time left, it's not over yet,” You said.

“Y/n, don't bring the bad luck. You have to be positive” Wally said.

“I’m going to get more soda,” You said.

“Oh, bring me a root beer” Wally smiled.

You went to the kitchen and grabbed the drinks. The team scored a point, then Wally cheered so loud that you almost the soda cans.

“Fuck” You said.

You go to the living room and give him the soda can. You sit down and he is still cheering loudly and he makes a mess while eating the snacks. You are really not into sports but he likes it when you watch it with him.

“We won!” Wally yelled.

Wally puts his hands on your face and he starts to kiss you hard. You start to kiss him back and he is smiling.

“I told you we would win” Wally smiled.

He starts to kiss you again, and you two are smiling at each other.

It's nighttime and Wally is watching a movie, on the couch, and eating popcorn. The lights are off and he is watching a scary movie, he didn't notice you walking by and you touched his chest when you walked by.

You screamed and the popcorn went everywhere. You turn on the light and he is breathing hard.

“Why did you scream?” You asked.

“Something touched my chest,” Wally said.

“It was me. I touched your chest when I was walking towards the kitchen” You said.

“Don’t do that, Y/n. I was watching a scary movie in the dark and you scared me” Wally said.

He started to clean the mess and he didn't finish watching the movie.
