porsche tho i mean he is consistently fucked (figuratively, here. lmao) by kinn. you’ve got their whole pre-relationship thing, then their beginning when porsche is drugged to high hell, there’s the tawan situation that’s almost made worse by the fact that kinn was faking it the whole time? it’s one thing if he was tricked by tawan but he WASNT he was just keeping porsche in the dark and yes he had his reasons!

the point is porsche does not stay angry about any of these things nearly long enough. he’ll do a little silent treatment and maybe run away but he’ll forgive so so quickly !!! and i understand it in terms of his character!!! it makes sense and it’s delicious!!!!!! but i feel that it’s a very important part of him to keep in mind bc yes he does stand up for himself occasionally but truly he is not the poster boy of enforcing boundaries and self-respect

For reverse trope prompts: I feel like fake amnesia could be super cracky and/ or angsty for kimchay post-breakup. Kim pretending to lose his memory to see if Chay will give him a second chance, OR to try to push Chay further away. Chay using fake amnesia to see how Kim reacts if he thinks Chay doesn't remember getting his heart broken. Or Chay doing it just to fuck with Kim's head for a few mins as payback lol.

It was around noon when Chay got a text from Porsche that had him sprinting for the elevator: You know Kinn’s brother Kim, right? He’s hurt pretty bad. Chay’d been pissed at Kim for a while, of course, but in the wake of it was the fear that he’d never find someone like Kim again, someone he really, really loved, and a desire not to be alone anymore. Truthfully, he’d nearly taken Kim back after he sent the song. At that moment, he’d seen his own loneliness reflected back at him, and his heart ached. But he’d stayed stubborn and refused to forgive Kim, or even acknowledge his existence. He’d tried to pretend he didn’t care for so long - and now, rushing through winding halls to the compound’s infirmary, all he could do was pray it wasn’t too late. Porsche was right, Kim was in bad shape. His unconscious body was connected to a dozen wires and monitors, and his head was covered in a large wrap that had been bled through.  Chay said nothing as he took a post next to Kinn, and in return, Kinn didn’t ask. They stayed vigil for several hours before Kim finally showed signs of life. Kinn immediately called for the doctor when Kim blinked his eyes open, glancing blearily around the room. When he locked onto Chay, his brows furrowed.  Chay stood close to him, swallowing the lump in his throat. “Hi.” The crease in his brow got larger. “Who…?” Chay’s heart skipped a beat, but he didn’t have time to investigate further before the doctor came back with Kinn and started a volley of questions at Kim. “And do you know who this is?” “My brother, Kinn.” “Great, and the other person?” Kim squinted at Chay’s face. “Am I supposed to know you?” Chay bit the inside of his cheek in an effort not to cry, or throw up, or something else that wouldn’t be helpful. “I’m Porchay.” Kim seemed to understand something then, and for a second Chay thought he might have remembered, but then he said, “Nice to meet you, Porchay.” Chay really did try to listen to the doctor when she pulled him and Kinn aside, but he only heard bits and pieces like “short-term amnesia” and “brain damage” and a bunch of other horrible things. He did hear when she said he’d need to stay under observation for the next few days, and decided maybe this was the universe’s way of telling him to start over with Kim. That night, Chay told Kinn to go sleep in his own bed, that he’d watch over Kim and let him know if anything happened. Chay could tell he needed it, especially when he watched how the man drag himself out of the room. Chay refilled Kim’s water and threw a pillow to one side of the loveseat he’d be sleeping on.  “Psst, psst.” Chay turned around, and sure enough, Kim was waving him over conspiratorially. “How was that?” “Uh…” “Do you think he bought it?” Kim whispered like he was sharing a secret. “What are you talking about?” Chay squinted at him. “Do you think Kinn believed that I didn’t know you?” “Wh- you remember me?” Chay screeched, only feeling half bad when Kim cringed in pain. “Kim, why on earth would I want you to pretend you didn’t know me? He knows we’ve met!” Kim shrugged as much as he seemed to be able to. "I asked if I was supposed to know you." Chay let his face fall into his hands as he flopped to the ground, all the stress and grief of the day finally leaving his body as he cried. “Sorry,” Kim muttered, and Chay just laughed. What the fuck was his life. He did stay with Kim that night, and he spent a lot of it on the floor next to him with Kim’s hand locked in his own.

“I’ve made a lot of mistakes,” he says, and trails off. He doesn’t know where to go from here. Chay’s hand creeps across the floor and into his own. His touch isn’t electric. It doesn’t burn. Something real. “Do you think you could forgive me?” he asks. 

“I forgave you a long time ago, Kim.” He squeezes Kim’s hand, but there’s something in his voice, a kind of caution that was never there before. 

“But?” 

“I don’t know who you are. Not really.”

“You know me better than anyone else,” Kim tries, but Chay stops him. 

“I know what you wanted me to know. But, Kim—everything between us was built on lies.” Chay’s voice is gentle, even as it cuts, twist, twist, twisting that knife, that Kim drove into his own chest. “I still don’t know how much of what we had was real, and how much was you…”

“Using you for information,” Kim finishes. 

“Yeah.” 

Kim doesn’t have an answer for him. Chay doesn’t ask for one. Maybe that’s worse, because Kim should know, shouldn’t he? But he doesn’t. Everything happened so quickly, he was trying to keep his attention on so many things, he doesn’t know when he truly started loving Chay. It came upon him so seamlessly, like something that was always meant to be there, finally settling into place. He didn’t wake up one day and realize he was in love. Rather, he looked at Chay, carefree and beautiful, fitting so perfectly into his life, and realized he’s been in love. 

“I need something real,” Chay says. “No more lies, no secrets, no manipulation. Just you. Raw and unfiltered. The most honest version of yourself, even the parts you don’t want anyone to see.” 

Kim breathes, in out, very carefully. “Okay.”

“Okay?” Kim nods. Chay squeezes his hand again, laces their fingers together, asks, “Are you already lying to me?”

Kim’s mouth splits into a broken smile. He looks at their joined hands. “I hope not.” He breathes again, and blinks three times before he says, “I want to try again. Do you think we can start over?”

“It won’t be like it was before.” 

“That’s okay. It wasn’t real, and I… I want something real, too.” Something that isn’t built on deception. He wants to be able to look at Chay and know the exact moment where they fell in love. 

Chay smiles at him, so beautiful that it hurts. He’s missed that smile.

Kim takes a deep breath, sighs, and lays himself bare. 

“My name is Kimhan Theerapanyakul, but I go by WiK for my music career. It’s my name flipped around, I came up with it when I was fifteen, and thought it was clever. I have two older brothers. The oldest, Khun, is crazy, but he was more of a father to me than my own ever was. The other, Kinn, heads the most powerful branch of the mafia in Thailand. I try to stay out of their business, but I can’t escape it entirely. I don’t want to.” He shuffles closer, until he and Chay are shoulder to shoulder, and strokes Kay’s hair. Chay doesn’t let go of his hand. “This is my son, Kay. He was born when I was eighteen, but I didn’t know about him until a year ago. I’m still learning how to be a father.”  

Chay drops his head on Kim’s shoulder. “It’s nice to meet you, Kim.” Whispers, “You too, Kay.” 

“Between growing up in the mafia, and my career, I never learned how to get close to people, or let anyone close to me. It’s something I’m working on. But if all of that doesn’t scare you off… Can I take you on a date sometime?” Kim continues, smiling at the way his heart speeds up in his chest, rattling with schoolboy nerves, as if he doesn’t already know the answer. 

“I’m not scared,” Chay says, and he’s smiling too, Kim can hear it in his voice. “I have to warn you, though, my brother can be really overprotective, and he’s part of the mafia, too.”

“We should introduce him to Kinn, then, I’m sure they’ll have a lot in common.” 

Chay giggles. He can’t keep it quiet, this time, and Kay wakes up. Chay passes him into Kim’s waiting arms, and doesn’t move from where he’s leaning into Kim’s side. Takes Kim’s hand back in his own as soon as Kim gets Kay settled against his chest. 

His body is warm, and his edges aren’t so jagged as Kim thought, and they slot together with ease. Two pieces that, once they’re turned the right way, were always meant to fit together

I think one of the things that fascinates me the most about Kim is his lack of morality, especially when it comes to his pursuit of Chay post-break up? 🤔 And also during/post-confession scene?

Probably an unpopular opinion (?) that’ll get me cancelled, but like—he was one of the first and only people in the show to insinuate a possible blood relation with the Kittisawasds before the attic sister reveal, lol Even if he had meant it as a joke and only Big heard of his suspicions, knowing how his brain works, he must’ve considered it within the realm of possibility, at least. Half cousins is still incest, alas alas. XD

So I can’t help but think as to how Kim would have acted towards Chay had there been an actual blood relation between Korn and Nampheung, yknow? Would he have tried to fight his growing feelings for Porchay a bit harder? Would he have thought it pointless? Would the truth have been revealed earlier, perhaps? How would Chay have reacted, had he known? He’s already had a romantic inclination (at least to Wik) long before he actually met Kim, so how would that have changed their trajectory, if at all?

Because ngl, the way I view Kim’s character, I don’t think this would have been a roadblock for him in falling in love w/ Chay. Not in the way it would have been as we see with Porsche and Kinn’s reaction later on, I think. Although in that same vein, Kim (again, imo) would have probably done his best to shield this info from Chay, in order to keep their romantic relationship.

Idk, it’s just a fun little thought experiment I can’t help but dabble in sometimes: the potential incestuous direction KinnPorsche and KimChay could have taken.

From Stoker's perspective, I headcanon that he has terrible mommy issues (daddy issues too) so he would fall for this mean treatment from Gothetta. He would fall for smart, powerful woman who wouldn't tolerate his shit.

Gothetta would be affected to his anger and his weakness because of her dad. She obv has some savior complex an addition to it.

so post ep14/ post cannon right. Kinn kills Korn somehow and they get Nampheung help. Chay and Kim talk and begin their journey of healing. they arent dating just yet but Kim leaves no chance empty to show Chay he wants to cherish him for life. Porsche is still the head of the Minor family but convinces Kinn to give Vegas another chance and shares power w him.

Vegas has a hard time accepting that people genuinely want understand him and hear him out after years of Kan's toxic parenting, but Pete gently guides him through it.

Now Kinn has a habit of ending his calls to Porsche, Khun, Kim and Chay with "love you, bye."

SO what if one day kinn is on a call with Vegas, to finalize some final details of a deal, he ends the call with "alright. love you, bye." and just ends the calls. Hearing those words, Vegas is in shock. he doesnt move even an inch from his office. which is where Pete finds him late into the evening, after looking for him for a long time. Hes. very worried about Vegas having had a panic attack, or a flashback of a bad experience and Pete not being there to help him thru it. hes truing to coax Vegas out of his chair when he hears him whisper," he said 'love you'." Pete doesn't know what to make of those words but tries to get Vegas to talk. he notices Vegas has his phone cluthed tightly in his hands and wonders if something happened on a call. So he gently pries the phone away, and checks the recent calls. He finds that only kinn has called in the past 2 hours.

So Pete does the next most logical thing, after getting Vegas to get up, drink some water and eat; and calls Porsche. "Hey! sorry im calling this late but i kinda had something to ask you." "Do you know if anything happened between khu- between Kinn And Vegas today. i saw they had a conversation but Vegas is acting really weird right now and i wanted to ask if you knew anything".

Pete gets a call early afternoon the next day. its Porsche. he investigated the situation and found some very interesting things. things that warmed Pete's heart so much, he physically couldn't stop smiling.

Porsche ends the his call with Pete after reassuring him that he WILL find out of anything happened. so he leaves the garage where he was cleaning his Kawasaki, and heads up to his and kinns bedroom. he cleans up, calls for Mia, Kinn's scheduling assistant, and finds out kinns still holed up in his office looking over some proposals sent by their business partners.

So he heads down to their (unnecessarily) huge kitchen, makes Kinn some chamomile tea and saunters his way up to said office. he finds kinn is the very position he expected him to find. his suit jacket flung over the back of a couch, sleeves of his shirt rolled up, hands resting on his desk, hunched over a couple of files. Porsche sets down the tea on the small coffee table, guides Kinn away from those paper. promising he could go back the minute he finished the tea and settles down beside Kinn on the couch.

he starts the conversation very casually, asking kinn about work, deals, shipping, bodyguard training and then slips in a question about the calls v vegas. "how'd your call with Vegas go?" Kinn doesn't seem to think much of the question. "Oh it was fine. we're getting that weapons deal with the organization in Korea. Mr. Cassano himself will be present for finalization." Porsche thinks Kinn wont say anything he thinks isnt important. so he lets kinn go back to him files and paper. they both had a day off tomorrow. he would get all the information he needed then.

and so the next day, when laying in bed cuddling, watch the sunrise and just basking in each other's presence, Porsche asks kin about the call with Vegas again. tells him Pete's concern. Kin himself doesnt get it at first. it takes him an entire narration of the conversation, word to word, to realize what he said. Porsche fears kinn might try to deflect from it. call its a mistake. say it was habit and it will never happen again. and Kinn does say it was habit. he admits to not realizing he said it to Vegas too. but what Porsche doesnt expect him to admit is when Kinn says he might mean it some way. thats he mightve been trained, literally, to hate Vegas ever since he started his training as the heir apparent, he clearly remembers the time he spent with his siblings and cousins as kids. all the pranks on Tankhun, cooing over Macau, teaching Kim to ride a bike, fighting over who to sleep beside Macau, cuddling with Khun, eating aunty Vera's pastries and cakes. kinn admits to finding himself wishing those days never left. wishing they didnt have to hold a gun to each others back. wishing they could go back to their fights being on whether they go to the park or to eat.

and Porsche finds himself ache. For Kinn, for Vegas, for all the Theerapanyakul Kids. and especially for all the love lost. he wishes he could wipe it all away but he knows the only thing he can do now is to make sure no one is left alone hereon. his emotions bleed into his voice when he calls pete later. he knows pete feels the same. he knows theyve all embarked on the very slow journey towards healing and acceptance.

2022

2022 is over, what a weird and interesting year it has been for the BL world! 🤡

A lot of series, that I didn't expect anything special from turned out to be unexpectedly great for me. However, many series that I expected to be miracles turned out to be just avarage or even meh 🤷‍♀️

I haven't finished a lot of series. And to me that was the most surprising thing. Even those that I watched with some kind of interest, I just eventually... dropped or fastforwarded. Basically - after a week's break, I just didn't watch the next episode. This had rarely happened to me before 🤔 so I guess it’s a sign of something, idk (too many series? too many mediocre series that can’t keep my attention?). Anyway, I tumblr-watched many dramas, as in, I checked the gifs, read the reviews and that was enough...

So here’s my little summary:

✨Shows that started well but either flopped, or clearly had no idea how to finish, or ended flat or did something really stupid in the finale that ruined the whole show for me:

Ghost Host, Ghost House - until the first half of the episode 7, it’s a 10/10 show, after that, this series doesn't exist for me, so angry with that one

The Miracle of Teddy Bear - I hate the finale SO MUCH, the rest of the episodes are 10/10, again, so angry with this one

Enchante had a chance to be a great show, what a waste..

Old Fashion Cupcake ended a bit anti-climactic, although otherwise the series is GREAT!

KinnPorsche - sort of? I mean, I LOVE Kinn and Porsche, but since the last few episodes kind of lost their focus on them, it stopped being that interesting..

✨2022 had another amazing thing, which was couples that had spectacular chemistry, or some great scenes together (quite often on shows that were otherwise weak plot-wise or simply boring for me, that I wouldn't normally watch, if not for that one couple). These definitely include:

Kevin and Pluem (GHGH) - who went beyond any scale in terms of naturalness in the relationship (which the show ignored in the end with a stupid, forced breakup)

Kinn and Porsche - forever the most beloved soft husbands, the best relationship on and off screen, Mile and Apo my beloved 💖💖💖💖

Jang Jae Young and Chu Sang Woo from Semantic Error, as well as ->

Moon Seol Won and Kim Ceol Soo from Oh! Boarding House - both couples prove, that Korea can also make a  BL, in which the guys are clearly into each other :)

Phayu and Rain from Oh! My Sunshine Night - in one show a couple I hate (sorry OhmFluke fans) and a couple that literally blew my mind

Nuea and Toh from Secret Crush - again, chemistry off the scale

Khoa and Dung with Mr. Cinderella - I love them for their naturalness and playfulness

Sky and Paitong from La Cuisine - had the same effect on me as Phayu and Rain, an unexpectedly hot couple in a very average series (their kiss in the car? woooooooow)

Dan and Yok from Not Me - my GOD but I was obsessed with them - until about the time they kissed for a first time, then their arc became so terribly stupid

Shogun and Maitoh (Why you..) - a very nice romance, Maitoh is gay from the start, which was a nice thing, also what I loved is that they ended up as a couple, I was so sure that Maitoh would end up with Shogun's rival "as a reward" for his long pinning

Idk if you have seen Bly Manor but there were two couples there. One w/w. Another w/m. And the w/m one; well there was something going on. And we have the main couple( the w/w one) comment on how the m in that relationship thought that love was about control. The way he pronounced his love- it was like ownership and how that can't be love. And this makes me think of canon kp and fanon vp.

By fanon vp I meant the glorification of the time in safehouse in some fics ( not all. Like maybe 2 in 8 or something)

In canon, Kinn always believed that Porsche was his to own. From day one. We can dress it up as enemies to lovers, but the truth is that, his attitude towards Porsche was consistent. He doted on Porsche, but never really trusted him and whenever he got the chance, he made it known that Porsche was his property. Even when he was trying to let Porsche go, he said, "go before I change my mind," because it was his decision. Not Porsche's. Kinn viewed Porsche's actions as disobedience or obedience to himself. In the hospital, in the club bathroom, on the rooftop, when talking to his father. These weren't only things that happened in the first half of the show.

In the finale, Kinn looked Porsche in the eye and told him that if Porsche wasn't on his side, then he was the enemy. This was after Porsche showed up to help him. Yeah, he stares at Porsche like Porsche is the sweetest thing. But so do people who own dogs. They pamper the dogs and keep them on leashes so they don't move about freely. That is kinn's relationship with porsche.

And Porsche accepted it in the end. I can make an argument for Porsche -

wanting to use that as a ruse to go against Kinn's father, or

realizing he has nowhere to go and cracking under the pressure of Kinn's affection and just accepting it so that he can keep his brother and mother safe.

Either way, Kinn's love for Porsche was always coated in ownership.

HOWEVER,

In canon, even though Vegas started out as wanting to own Pete, the same way Kinn wanted to own Porsche, Vegas was aware of his own malicious intent. From day one, it was never about doing anything his father wanted. After all, Kun said to kill Pete. But no. Vegas was bored and lonely and in need of a toy. He took Pete so that he could play with him. Simple as that.

In a way, this was even more evil than what Kinn did. Because Kinn started out as seeing Porsche as some kind of enemy. And even though his feelings changed, his perception of Porsche as his property never changed.

But Vegas knew from the beginning. Pete was a toy.

And when Pete nearly died, things started to change. And honestly, if Pete had never broken down and threatened to kill himself, Vegas would have kept him locked up forever, content to know that his toy would never leave.

But Pete's behavior was the first red flag, for Vegas. That was the first moment he took a step back to regroup.

And this is the point that most people ignore about Vegaspete. This is where the divergence from canon begins. Most of fanon vp, not all, sees Vegas' love as ownership. They still view him as a man who wants a toy. Even though Vegas wants someone who isn't suicidal.

In canon, Pete didn't want ownership, so Vegas changed because that was the best way to have Pete.

In most of fanon, Pete accepts Vegas' ownership as love, the same way that canon Porsche accepted Kinn's ownership.

vegaspete storyline is. a lot so far. i do like it, even tho it feels extremely speedrun by being brought in so late. them bonding over the abusive dads thing was good, the unhinged bdsm is sexy, and somehow despite the torture and light sexual assault they have better consent than kp for their first sex scene plus vegas uses a condom, so. a confused thumbs up about that

currently i'm like. vegas has 2 hands. yes he lightly sexually assaulted porsche and nearly shot him and lied to him but. kinn has also done all those things and he's more insufferable, plus even if it's fake or w/e vegas and porsche had cute chemistry. plus if he and porsche and pete had a thing their abbreviation could be pvp

kim and chay are INSANE. they have so little time but every moment is fantastic. kim finds out chay has a shrine to him and is like 'hot. write me a love song, kid'. he then tries to ghost him and chay lightly stalks him in order to find him and perform his love song on the sidewalk. they sort-of kiss and cuddle together overnight and chay's like 'i love you! do you love me' and kim makes dial-up noises for five minutes while looking for emotions that he stopped having at the age of seven, and finally settles for, 'i'm hungry'. chay confronts him about lying and is wailing sobbing emoting his little heart out and kim is just like ._. then chay decides to cope by bailing on music college, styling himself to look more like kim, and trying to get into substance abuse (this FAMILY!!) whereupon kim remembers the emotion of anger and shows up just to punch a guy, yell at chay ambiguously, and leave. obsessed with them. no idea where this is going

big is dead set against being a part of this mess. kinn knows he shouldn't but a part of him remembers how much he used to love singing. Porsche, who a) notices the look on kinn's face and b) is always in for chaos somehow finagles the group into agreeing to audition

Instead of real choreo porsche and big spar while kinn sings. kim is horrified and chay is confused. Ning Jing makes some cutting remarks about big's perpetual stankface. Porsche and Kinn get voted into the show while Big is relieved to be kicked out lol.

Chay and Porsche have a talk and Porsche explains that he got roped into auditioning w his boss but doesn't tell Chay about the mafia. The way choosing rooms worked in Chuang 2021 was that whoever got the most votes (I think from fans???) got to pick a room first. Kim is in the first tier bc his established fanbase. After that is Porsche, Kinn and Chay in that order. Kinn orders Porsche to get a nice room for him or some shit and they end up in a double. By the time Chay gets in the only beds left are the ones in the 8 person rooms and the other bed in Kim's room (Kim wasn't popular enough to get a single lol). So you have KinnPorsche and KimChay roommates.

In this universe Kinn hired Porsche right before Kim and Chay left for Chuang, so Kim is aware that Kinn hired a Suspicious Bodyguard but didn't get a chance to investigate Porsche so doesn't know anything about Chay. Chay is ofc starstruck. At first Kim has his Wik Persona(tm) up but over time he and Chay become songwriting buddies and get close ;). Kim asks Chay to be the unofficial director of his vlogs (fans could vote for contestants to film vlogs about their life at chuang etc) so between that and Chay writing songs for other people (like during the theme song challenge) fans get to see more of Chay and he becomes more popular.

MEANWHILE Porsche is glad to see Chay but is getting bored. Kinn is trying to surreptitiously manage Theerapanyakul Affairs(tm) while half-assing dance practice and singing his heart out. He quickly establishes himself as a Twink Magnet(c) so Porsche gets sexiled a lot. As a result Porsche ends up in a bunch of ppl's vlogs etc and gains a small following that way.

Thanks to their fanbases all four end up on an ep of one night werewolf which lead to extreme chaos. Kinn ofc wins by a mile.

The Chinese New Year celebration happens and off camera someone sneaks booze into the dorms. Kinn and Porsche get wasted and make out.

Then the first elimination performances come!!! Porsche is in the love me ready are you ready group and is Camp(tm) (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PjL12GZejYU). Kinn is in that one breakup song and wows the judges with his singing though they say he needs to loosen up on stage. Chay is in loverboy88 (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1ZqmnvrsOL0) and plays the guitar. Kim either gets you need to calm down (kimlor swift!!!) or Lit (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zkXRk_CCc0s) to 'show versatility' aka look like he's about to murder everyone.

Both Kinn and Porsche fully expect to get kicked off. Kinn ropes Porsche into helping him with his vlog where they open a mocktail business for a day or something. During this Porsche realizes he's gotten to see a different side of Kinn (joyfully singing! getting along with civilians! not being a bastard!) and has his oh fuck I've caught feelings moment.

Time to see who got eliminated!!! Porsche despite serving Charisma Uniqueness Nerve and Talent gets kicked off. Kinn is SHOCKED to learn that he made it through and is in the top 20. Kim is in the top 10 and Chay is in the top 30.

In the second elimination both Kim and Chay pick the group where you get to write your own song. They spend a lot of time together and are v much catching feelings. Kim is conflicted bc on the one hand Chay is the brother of mr sus bodyguard but also is v talented and has become someone Kim wants to have in his personal + professional life. Chay is living his best life working with his phi and idol.

Meanwhile Kinn is in a bit of a bind. Mafia things are ramping up back on Thailand and he's still stuck in the competition. Vegas is trying to make a move on the major family and there's only so much Kinn can do from afar. He starts asking fans to not vote for him and says he misses family etc. I'm blaming covid on why intimidating production doesn't work. Kinn decides to do the crab dance song (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3jQwpKM5-Eg) bc he figures it's not in his wheelhouse and he'll get cut.

Surprise surprise fans are endeared by his 'I want to go home and support my family' thing!!! He gets into the next round!!!! So do Kim and Chay (their song gets the most votes of the night).

Now Kinn is fully like oh fuck. He keeps being like please send me home to Thailand etc etc and turns into a meme in China (much to the surprise/amusement of the Chinese triads lmao). In the third elimination they have to sing with a girl so Kinn picks the least romantic song (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5VgNdVzYpDc). Unfortunately his fangirls go wow so cool!!! lmao

But anyway during all this Kinn is in his room with the empty bed that was Porsche's and thinking about how he felt so happy around Porsche etc etc, how he felt relaxed around Porsche and like his mafia side and the rest of him could coexist around Porsche or something. So now he's mooning about Porsche while fucking every remaining twink (much to Kim's revulsion).

Kim is doing his whole tortured love shtick and not communicating with Chay. They end up on the same group doing this song (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TrcjG2w69uM but with a lady in there somewhere). There's a lot of belligerent sexual tension going on and the producers make a meal out of Kim and Chay's ~~ falling out(?????) ~~~

Anyway all three of them get into the final. Vegas is doing shenanigans in Thailand while this is going on that Khun + the bodyguards are dealing with while Korn is Disapproving. There's a phonecall/video message thing before the final with Khun and 'Kinn's friends' (aka the bodyguards) including Porsche who says some shit about his time at Chuang (aka coded love message lmao). So Kinn is having Feelings. This turns out to be Kim's phonecall too when Khun breaks out the baby pictures lmao.

Kinn does some kind of ballad for the final and pours his whole heart into his performance. All the angst he's suppressed re wanting to be a singer and giving it up for the mafia, about wanting Porsche but not being able to have him, not living up to Korn's expectations etc pours out. It's a gut wrenching performance.

Kim performs why don't you stay. Chay performs his own song about Kim. They both get into the group but Kinn doesn't (thanks Kinn's fanclub!!!). Cue Kinn bolting out of there like Lelush did and Kimchay doing the Oscar+Yetao handholding thing.

Then Kinn hightails it to Thailand without catching covid somehow and deals with vegas + gets with Porsche
