Well turns out I don't have long covid I'm just very anemic and I get so out of breath so quickly because my red blood cells can't carry enough oxygen to my lungs! Fun!

I'll probably just have to stop taking that supplement (which is fine)#but it means I'm finally absorbing nutrients correctly!!!#which may or may not be because I started taking long term corticosteroids a few months ago#so this might be a less inflammation = better nutrient absorption thing? just timing-wise#but oh my gosh am I glad that it's working#I was not looking forward to the inevitable Next Thing to find out I was low on#I mean I don't have high levels of iron. I am still well on the low end of that#but I might be processing B12 correctly now! :D

I had a prescription for vitamin d supplements in the winter and I need to get in contact with my doctor to get that happening again but in the meantime I figured I’d just get otc ones and. The max the store had was 5,000 IU and I was taking 50k. This is going to be annoying.
#my vitamin d level was like. microscopic. but the supplements got me in normal range#it makes no sense because I like being in the sun and drink tons of milk and food high in vitamin d#i do have a digestive disorder that affects nutrient absorption so that’s probably the culprit#p

and just as a heads up, that is why you should actually read the whole attached tiny print information packet that comes with your meds even though you think you already know it
and also when they ask if you have questions for the pharmacist say "yes" and ask if there are any food or drug interactions you should be aware of
i know vitamin c basically neutralizes adhd meds but lemonade good
#sincerely: I was dumb and combined caffeine with adhd meds the first time I took them#sincerely also: I am on like 4 different vitamins and meds prescriptions rn and I have to take them all different times of day#b/c they can interfere with each other's absorption#turns out don't take your calcium and iron at the same time#etc
