I'm posting this here too, y'all have to deal with it, I finally got my first undefeated trophy in Vintage on mtgo!!! Been playing this deck for a few months, started with a couple strong 4-1s and some 4-2 challenge finishes, but this is my first 5-0 run.

i hate to become that guy but waking up to announcements of like 10 different products, none of which appeal to me bc its mostly frame treatments & crossovers.. kind of feels like the nail in the coffin for me w being actively engaged in mtg. none of this is very interesting to me anymore

Alright, this card is just such an identity for black. Like, wow, it is actually insane that it was that early on that black got its signature 'graveyard digging' ability.

It might not be as iconic as Lich (which I adore sooo much), but I think it was just as impactful for the design of the colour.

Asher, gentleman thief

🕺- Asher, gentleman thief - 🕺 . First post of 2024 here we goooo!!!🔥🔥 It's been a long journey but I finally managed to finish this thingy😤...I pushed it as much as I could and even though some parts leave space for some improvement I can say that I'm quiet satisfied with the end result. I had several ideas for Asher while designing him and also while trying to portray him and his robotic cats doing something. Maybe i'll try to do more things with him (more simpler??) the next time. The first design I did of him was the old man with some white hairs lol. I ended up overpaint an image of an actor i found on pinterest after several tries because i couldn't find the right expression ahah.🤔

The designing of the two cats was totally random ahah. They look like pumas but idk if i wanted them to be pumas but whatever. I wanted them to be a bit chunky but also very elegant.... can you be elegant and chunky? I guess you can x)

This year i'll try to post more illustrations since i've literally done only three pieces last year.... shame on me. Anyway I hope you like it 😎 .
