Discovering True Treasure: Contentment in God's Love
By Alice
Hi, friends! 🐰✨ It’s me—Alice! And guess what? Mr. Fluffernutter and I have just returned from a treasure hunt! But not the kind with gold coins or sparkly gems. Nope! This adventure was all about finding the greatest treasure of all—contentment in God’s love. 🌟
Have you ever really, really wanted something? Like a new toy, a shiny bike, or even just the last cookie in the jar? 🙈 I’ve been there too. Sometimes, wanting stuff makes our hearts feel all twisty, like we’re missing something big. But the Bible tells us that the biggest, most beautiful treasure isn’t something we can hold in our hands—it’s something we carry in our hearts. 💖
In one of his letters, Paul wrote to his friend Timothy about this special treasure. He said that living with faith, thankfulness, and love is way better than having piles of riches. Isn’t that amazing? When we stop looking at what we don’t have and start seeing all the blessings right in front of us—our family, warm hugs, giggles, bedtime stories, and God’s forever-love—we feel something even better than excitement. We feel peace. We feel full. That’s called contentment.
So before we jump into our story, let’s take a teeny moment. Close your eyes (but just for a second so you don’t miss anything!) and think about all the good things around you. The people who love you. The food in your tummy. Even your cuddliest stuffed bunny. 🐰💕
Now, let’s go exploring together and uncover the real treasure—one that never breaks, never fades, and never runs out! ✨
Ready, adventurers? Let’s go! 🚀💛
🌿 Be Careful of Greed 🌿
Mr. Fluffernutter says chasing the wrong treasure can lead you straight into a pit of porcupines! (Don’t worry, it’s imaginary—but still ouch!) 🦔💨
So let’s talk about something Paul told Timothy, something super-duper important: “The love of money is the root of all evil.” (1 Timothy 6:10) Whoa! That sounds pretty serious, doesn’t it?
Paul wasn’t saying money itself is bad—nope! Mommy uses money to buy groceries and fluffy socks. What Paul meant is this: when people start loving money too much, they can forget the things that truly matter—like family, kindness, and God’s love. 💖
Imagine someone so busy counting coins that they miss their sister’s birthday cake! 🎂 Or someone skipping dinner with their family to chase after shiny things. That kind of focus can make hearts feel cold and empty, even if their pockets are full. Paul was warning us: don’t trade your heart for a handful of gold.
Yaya always says, “The more we chase after stuff, the more we miss the blessings right in front of us.” 🌟 Isn’t that the wisest thing? It’s like chasing fireflies with your eyes closed. You run around and trip on a stump, while the sparkles were glowing quietly all around you.
So how do we keep from falling into that porcupine pit of greed?
📝 We start by pausing and noticing all the wonderful things God’s already given us:
A good friend who shares their sandwich crusts.
A warm hug when we’re feeling sad.
A family that giggles at silly jokes (even the ones that don’t make sense—right, Mr. Fluffernutter?).
And a forever-love from Jesus that never, ever runs out. 💞
When we stop staring at what we don’t have and start thanking God for what we do have, our hearts get all cozy and full. That’s called gratitude, and it’s a superpower for seeing life clearly.
And guess what happens next? We start sharing! 🥰 When our hearts are full of thankfulness, it’s easier to give to others—like baking cookies for a neighbor or donating toys we’ve outgrown. That kind of giving builds the most beautiful thing of all: community. A place where no one feels left out, and everyone shines.
Paul was showing us a better map—one that doesn’t lead to pirate gold, but to peace, love, and belonging. ✨🏴☠️ Instead of filling our treasure chests with stuff that breaks or fades, we fill our lives with love that lasts forever.
Mr. Fluffernutter says, “True treasure sparkles from the inside.” 🐰💫 And I think he's absolutely right.
🌼 Contentment: The Greatest Treasure 🌼
Do you know what Paul told Timothy next? He said something really beautiful: “Godliness with contentment is great gain.” (1 Timothy 6:6) Now, that might sound like something grown-ups say with their serious faces, but Mr. Fluffernutter and I like to think of it this way: when we follow God and trust Him to take care of us, our hearts become full of joy that no toy or treasure chest could ever hold! ✨
Contentment is like saying, “Thank You, God, for what I already have,” instead of, “I want MORE!” It’s choosing to be happy with the blessings around us, even when others are busy chasing sparkly stuff.
Yaya once told me a story about her friend who had a big, important job that made lots of money. But guess what? She gave it up so she could spend more time baking cookies with her kids, going on nature walks, and just being together. 🌳🍪 And do you know what happened? Her heart felt lighter. Her smile got brighter. And she said she was the happiest she’d ever been. Isn’t that amazing?
Mr. Fluffernutter had the best response. He said (in his whispery bunny voice),
“Alice, I’m happiest when I have a carrot and a hug. That’s all I need.” 🐰🥕💕
And honestly? SAME, Fluffy. Because contentment is like a snuggly blanket for your heart—it wraps you up, keeps you warm, and whispers, “You already have enough.”
When we start living with contentment, everything changes. Suddenly, we laugh a little louder at dinner, we notice the pink streaks in the sky, and we find joy in simple things—like jumping in puddles or sharing hot cocoa. ☕💬 Our hearts slow down, and we start hearing God’s voice more clearly, like a soft song in the quiet.
And here’s something really neat: contentment helps us love others better, too! Because when we aren’t always wishing for more, we start giving more—time, attention, kindness. We become the kind of people who say, “Here, you can have my last cookie,” and mean it. 😄
Wanna know the richest people in the world? It’s not the ones with the fanciest shoes or the biggest houses. It’s the ones who have big hearts, grateful thoughts, and people they love.
Think about those special moments:
Sitting by a window with your family while it rains. 🌧️
Listening to a bedtime story with your head on Mommy’s shoulder. 📖
Laughing so hard you snort juice out your nose (okay, maybe not that part 🥴).
All of those are treasures—real, lasting treasures. You can’t buy them at a store. They only grow when your heart’s in the right place.
Sometimes, the world says, “Be rich! Be famous! Get more!” But God’s voice is quieter. He whispers,
“You are already mine. And I love you. You are enough.”
So let’s live like we believe it. Let’s thank God for hugs, for carrots, for stories, and for all the beautiful moments that make life sparkle without needing gold.
Because, friends? That kind of joy—that cozy, peaceful, overflowing kind of joy—is the greatest treasure of all. 🐰💖
🪙 The Dangers of Loving Money 🪙
Mr. Fluffernutter once tried to trade ten jellybeans for a shiny button. 🍬🔘 He thought it was a great deal until he realized... buttons aren’t very tasty. 😅 Lesson learned: not everything shiny is worth chasing!
Paul told Timothy something important: “They that will be rich fall into temptation and a snare.” (1 Timothy 6:9) That means if we only care about getting rich, we might trip into trouble, like stepping into one of those twisty rope traps in a jungle movie. 🪤🕵️
Now, money isn’t bad—no way! Money helps us buy food, shoes, and books. It’s when we start loving money more than God, or even more than people, that we lose our way.
My sister Ariel asked the perfect question one day:
“So it’s not bad to have money, but it’s bad to love it more than God?” Exactly, Ariel! 🎯 God wants us to enjoy the blessings He gives us, like toys, ice cream, and warm socks—but not to make them the center of our hearts.
Imagine this: Someone decides to work, work, work all the time just to earn more and more. They skip family dinners, miss bedtime stories, and forget how to laugh. 😞 Even if they have a big pile of money, their heart might feel super empty. Why? Because money can’t hug you back.
Yaya says, “You can’t buy the giggle of your child or the warmth of a real ‘I love you.’” 💞 And that’s so true. Real joy comes from God, from the people He places in our lives, and from living with kindness and love.
Even Mr. Fluffernutter knows this! He once said:
“Alice, I like having a snack stash—but I’d trade every crumb for one cuddle.” 🐰🍪💕
So what’s the secret? Balance! 💡 We can work hard and be thankful for the nice things money helps us enjoy. But we should always stop and ask:
Am I making time for my family?
Am I remembering to talk to God?
Am I helping someone else today?
If our hearts are too busy chasing coins, we might forget to chase the things that matter—like kindness, peace, honesty, and love. Those are the treasures that last forever. ✨⏳
Sometimes in the world, people think your value is all about how much money you have. But God doesn’t look at wallets—He looks at hearts. 💗 And guess what? Every heart that chooses Him is rich beyond measure.
So let’s be wise adventurers! Let’s use money to bless others, not to build walls around our hearts. Let’s work hard but never forget to rest, love, and laugh. And let’s remember that our greatest value is being God’s children—not how full our piggy bank is.
Mr. Fluffernutter says, “Love big, give freely, and don’t eat buttons.” 🐰🧡 That’s our motto from now on!
💖 What Really Matters 💖
Paul shared something super important with Timothy—like, sparkly-top-of-the-map treasure important! He said: “Follow after righteousness, godliness, faith, love, patience, meekness.” (1 Timothy 6:11)
Whew! That’s a pretty fancy list of big words, huh? Don’t worry—Mr. Fluffernutter and I unpacked it together like a backpack full of snacks, and now we’re going to tell you all about the treasures hiding in each one. 🍱🐰✨
🌱 Righteousness
This one sounds like something superheroes wear on their belts—“Righteousness Ray, activate!”—but really, it just means doing what’s right even when nobody’s looking. Like when you pick up someone else’s trash without being asked, or when you tell the truth even if you might get in a teeny bit of trouble. That’s righteousness! And every time you choose it, your heart gets shinier and braver.
🌼 Godliness
This treasure means living every day like God is right there with you—because guess what? He is! 💫 It’s saying “thank you” when things go well and praying when things don’t. It’s showing kindness even when you're tired and choosing love even when it’s hard. Godliness is a way of shining God’s light in our everyday adventures—at home, at school, or even when you’re standing in a long line for ice cream. 🍦
🌈 Faith
Faith is like a flashlight in the dark—it helps you keep walking even when you can’t see the whole path. 🕯️ Sometimes, life gets stormy. But faith says, “God’s got this!” And He does. Mr. Fluffernutter once got stuck in a laundry basket, but he believed I’d come back for him (and I did). That’s faith, bunny-style!
💕 Love
Love is everything. It’s the glue that holds us together and the spark that makes life beautiful. Love looks like sharing your cookie, writing a kind note, helping your little sister with her socks—even when they’re inside out and wiggly. 🧦 Paul says love is the greatest of all, and I believe him. After all, God is love!
🐢 Patience
Oh boy. This one’s tricky. Patience means waiting nicely. Like when you want to open your birthday presents soooo bad but Mom says, “After dinner.” 😩 Patience helps us stay calm when things take a while, like learning something new or waiting for prayers to be answered. It grows our hearts stronger and steadier.
🌸 Meekness
Meekness sounds quiet, but it’s actually super strong. 💪 It means being gentle and humble—like knowing you’re special without needing to show off. Mr. Fluffernutter never brags about being the fluffiest bunny. He just gives the best hugs and lets others go first in line. That’s meekness in action. 🐰💗
All these treasures—righteousness, godliness, faith, love, patience, and meekness—don’t wear out, rust, or vanish. They live in your heart forever and grow every time you use them. They make you strong, brave, kind, and peaceful. And best of all—they help you become more like Jesus.
Yaya once told me,
“The best treasures are the ones you store in your heart, not in your pockets.” She’s so right. 🥹
She even told me about a family that didn’t have a lot of money but was rich in joy. They played silly games, laughed until their cheeks hurt, made shadow puppets on the wall, and prayed together at bedtime. Their treasure wasn’t in stuff—it was in love. And it sparkled more than diamonds.
So let’s plant seeds of goodness today—one kind act, one patient pause, one giggle at a time. Because when you fill your life with what truly matters, you grow a garden of joy and love that everyone around you can enjoy. 🌻💞
Mr. Fluffernutter says, “That’s the kind of treasure you never have to dig up—it grows right where your heart is.” 🌍🐰
🎒 What Can We Learn? 🎒
Alright, fellow adventurers! Mr. Fluffernutter and I have reached the end of our treasure trail—and guess what? We found some super sparkly lessons tucked into Paul’s message to Timothy. Let’s open our treasure chest and see what we’ve learned together! 🗝️✨
🌸 Be Content
Mr. Fluffernutter says, “A carrot tastes sweeter when you’re not grumpy about what you didn’t get.” 🥕😄
Being content means saying, “Thank You, God!” even before you get what you asked for. It’s about noticing the blessings right in front of us—warm pancakes, family hugs, clean socks (okay, maybe not exciting, but still important!). 🙃
When we stop wishing for more and start thanking God for what we already have, our hearts get really happy. It’s like we’re holding hands with Jesus and walking in peace. 💛 That’s how contentment works—it turns “not enough” into “more than enough,” just by opening our eyes to God’s goodness.
💰 Avoid the Love of Money
Having money isn’t the problem—it’s loving it too much that can trip us up, like stepping on a banana peel of bad choices! 🍌😬
If we start thinking money is the most important thing, we’ll miss out on what really matters. Like…
Dinner table giggles 🍽️
Helping someone in need 💕
Taking time to talk to God 🙏
Paul says chasing after money can make our hearts feel empty. So instead, let’s fill our hearts with faith, not fear of missing out, and kindness, not competition.
Mommy always tells me, “Our worth doesn’t come from what we own, but from who we belong to.” And we belong to God! That’s the best treasure EVER. 🥰
🌟 Pursue Eternal Treasures
Now this part is the golden map of the whole lesson. Eternal treasures don’t rust, break, or go out of style. They’re the kind you tuck in your heart and share with the world!
Wanna know what some eternal treasures look like?
Saying “I forgive you” even when it’s hard.
Sharing your sandwich even though it’s the peanut butter one you LOVE.
Holding someone’s hand when they’re scared.
Praying for someone who’s hurting.
Trusting God, even when you don’t know what’s coming next.
These are the kinds of treasures that make heaven smile—and they last forever. ⛅
Paul reminds us to build our lives on love, not stuff. To leave behind trails of compassion, not piles of things. That way, we don’t just change our own lives—we help shine God’s light in the lives of everyone around us. 🌍💡
So what did we learn on today’s treasure hunt?
💡 Be thankful. 💡 Keep God first. 💡 Build a life full of love that lasts forever.
And maybe—just maybe—give your favorite stuffed bunny an extra hug, because even bunnies know:
“The richest heart is the one full of God’s love.” 🐰💖
🎉 A Fun Family Challenge! 🎉
Are you ready for a super sparkly adventure in thankfulness and contentment? 🎒🐰✨ Mr. Fluffernutter and I have cooked up three delightful family quests—each one bursting with joy, love, and giggles (maybe even carrot-shaped prizes… shhh!).
Let’s go treasure-hunting… but this time, in our hearts! 💖
🏺 The Thankfulness Jar
All you need is a jar, some paper, and a sprinkle of gratitude magic! 📝✨
Every day (or whenever your heart feels full!), write down something you're thankful for—like:
“I’m thankful for Daddy’s silly songs.”
“I’m thankful my spaghetti didn’t touch my peas.”
“I’m thankful God made bunnies!”
Then fold your paper and tuck it into your special Thankfulness Jar. Once a week, gather together as a family and take turns pulling out the notes to read aloud. You might laugh, cry (in a good way), or even remember something sweet you'd forgotten. 💛
Yaya says it best: “When you count your blessings, your heart grows softer and stronger all at once.” 🌻
🗺️ The Treasure Hunt of Truth
Time to be explorers! Hide tiny “treasures” around your house—like:
A note with a Bible verse 🕊️
A heart-shaped rock 💎
A sticky note that says, “God loves you!” 💌
A tiny picture of Fluffernutter (just kidding… or am I?)
Make a little map or leave clues! When someone finds a treasure, pause and talk about what it means.
“This verse says we’re never alone—how have you felt God with you today?”
“What’s something you’re thankful for right now?”
It’s like a treasure hunt for your soulfilled with real joy, not just chocolate coins. (Although chocolate is still awesome.) 🍫💕
🎁 The Generosity Challenge
This one’s all about sharing what you have with love—just like Jesus does. 💒
Have a family brainstorm:
Who needs a smile this week? 😊
What can we give or do to bless someone? 👐
Can we write a card? Donate toys? Bake banana bread (with extra bananas for Fluffy)? 🍌🍞
Then pick a day to be your “Generosity Day.” Everyone in the family picks one kind, giving thing to do—and you can even wear superhero capes if you want. Because kindness is a real-life superpower. 🦸♀️💥
Mr. Fluffernutter says, “Giving from the heart makes your ears feel extra wiggly.” 🐰💫 (That’s bunny talk for: it feels really good!)
These three family quests aren’t just fun—they help us grow stronger hearts filled with joy, thankfulness, and love. And the best part? You’re doing them together. 💞
So gather your crew, grab your maps, and remember this: True treasure isn’t gold. It’s love, laughter, and the light of God in your life. ✨
And maybe a warm carrot muffin, too. 🥕💗
🌟 A Final Thought from Me and Mr. Fluffernutter 🌟
Whew! What a treasure hunt we’ve had today, friends. And guess what we discovered? The most precious treasures don’t jingle or shine. They live in our hearts, our hugs, and our hope in Jesus. 💖
Paul’s letter reminds us something super special: 🗝️ True treasure is found in God’s love, not in piles of stuff. When we live with thankful hearts and learn to be content—right where we are—we find a kind of peace that no toy, trophy, or treasure chest can give.
Isn’t that wonderful?
Sometimes, the world says we have to race, win, and collect more more more! But God gently whispers,
“Slow down, little one. Look around. I’ve already given you so much.”
Like the cozy feeling of family. The sound of laughter at the dinner table. The joy of helping someone just because you care. These are the treasures that sparkle in God’s eyes. ✨
Yaya always says,
“Wealth isn’t measured by how full your pockets are, but by how full your heart is.” 💕
So as we keep growing and learning—making choices about how we spend our time, what we chase after, and who we listen to—let’s remember Paul’s treasure map:
Be content
Love big
Give freely
Trust God
Shine His light wherever you go 🌈
Even small moments—like sharing your snack, listening to a friend, or saying a quiet prayer—become treasures when you give them with love. 💌
Mr. Fluffernutter says,
“The best kind of rich is being rich in hugs and God’s love. And maybe a muffin now and then.” 🐰🧁
So let’s go out this week and spread some sparkle! Whether you’re at school, at home, or chasing butterflies in the backyard—you can be a light. You can remind the world that kindness wins, faith fills us, and God’s love never runs out.
Until next time, let’s treasure God’s love, share His blessings, and live with hearts overflowing with joy and thankfulness. 💫
Love always, Alice (and Fluffy too!) 💕🐰

Finally Finished!
I don't have that many screenshots of the ending because I was too busy crying and feeling emotions and loving how good the narrative is. And I'm still tempted to go back and play more! I only have half the achievements and I want to investigate all the tiny moments this game has to offer since that's really what makes it great. In addition to that, I still have a lot of unanswered questions, mostly about Sif's backstory. It's possible that this uncertainty is part of The Point®, but it's equally possible that I'm bad at gaming and missed something.
Maybe I'll come back later to try to answer those questions. In which case I will definitely throw more words on the internet about how good this game is. Until then, have the last two screenshots I took, the first being possibly my favorite line in a game filled with nothing but bangers.

So I have. Never properly drawn Geno, so I decided to do it in honor of the remake! I needed practice drawing him anyways because I am being dragged down the Genario rabbit hole and I cannot draw it if I cannot draw them both.
Now to spend an ungodly amount of time trying to figure out how to work SMRPG into my timeline.
(reblogs with tags/comments are appreciated. Thankyu)
