Astro Observations
(and maybe even controversial opinions)
Where 4h/cancer is placed can tell you about your home’s size/condition, especially childhood home.
Saturn= small/may feel constricting, Jupiter= large
poorly aspected/malefics/debilitated= ran down home/broken things.
Prey yonis (deer, rat, goat) feel safer in a group & in familiar places. Being by themselves or new places alone can cause anxiety. When out sometimes they feel that they are always in fight or flight or something’s around the corner.
Predator yonis (lion, tiger, snake) may not feel the same way. They may feel sure in themselves and how they can protect themselves. Tiger & snake yonis in particular might feel better off alone. Since both are solitary animals.
Debilitated planets aren’t bad, it just makes the person work a little harder to reap the benefits in that area. Whereas, exaltation comes easy. Which can sometimes make one lazier in that particular area, because there’s no drive. (the same with easy aspects & hard aspects)
For example,
Exalted Pisces Venus (naturally effortless beautiful, “woke up like this” minimal makeup)
Debilitated Venus in Virgo (Cosmetic procedures, tailors, professional makeup, gym trainers, spa, personal stylist/hair stylist)
Venus in Virgo/Scorpio usually tend to be even more beautiful because they actively work to put effort & keep up maintenance.
Mars in Capricorn (wake up early no alarm, straight to the gym, knows exactly their task and when to do it, doesn’t have much trouble with procrastination).
Mars in Cancer/Taurus (might need schedules, alarms, set tasks, mentor/motivator).
Saturn in Libra (gets benefits from hard work right away, not much struggle young, no problem with discipline)
Saturn in Aries/Leo/cancer (rough start in life/a lot of set backs, takes longer to see benefits or gets it after Saturn return/30s, has to actively work on their discipline).
Debilitated Saturn after hard work in younger years, later in life, they usually achieve gains & become a household name.
People tend to say Jupiter is luck. But to me it’s excess. In this world we associate excess=luck. (ie you have a lot of cars, money, children, etc) When it’s not always the case.
For example,
Jupiter in the 7h (Being in a lot of relationships or marriages. But the downside is it doesn’t last because Saturn represents commitment.
Marilyn Monroe multiple divorces
Drake dated a lot of women but no serious relationship.
Jupiter creates a surplus in whatever it touches. But it is not longevity, unless Saturn aspects Jupiter.
A planet that is a benefic can act as a malefic if debilitated & poorly aspected.
If Jupiter is debilitated & poorly aspected it can turn into a giant malefic. Because Jupiter expands what it touches. Rather it’s negativity or positivity.
Some say Mars is where your drive and aggression is. But I see it more so where you get injuries, accidents, or aggression towards yourself or others.
For example,
I’m Aries Ascendant; My Mars/lagnesh is in Virgo/6h. My most serious injuries came from doing mundane tasks around the house. I faced workplace aggression from coworkers & sometimes customers too. Also, I tend to face health issues that affect my daily life. 6h/virgo rules daily activities, physical health, workplace, coworkers.
Mars just went retrograde December 6. I can already see it’s affect on my daily routines/6h. Nonstop nausea, bloating, stomach issues, & headaches everyday. Virgo rules stomach/nervous system. Aries my 1h/Asc rules the head
My whole schedule is out of wack. Today, I dropped my breakfast on the floor and burnt my lunch lol.
Mars, Mercury, Uranus, & Jupiter are all retrograde right now. If you are taking the necessary precautions and your planets are in good dignity, you should be fine. Though it’s still going to be quite frustrating for most people.
Transits mainly do the most damage if you have debilitated or poorly aspected planet that is going retrograde.
Malefics going retrograde to some degree affect almost everyone negatively, but not in the same way. What area varies from chart to chart; the sign/houses it sits in.
Outer planets affect us as a collective. Inner planets affect us personally.
Even though in traditional Vedic/jyotish Uranus, Neptune, Pluto isn’t considered. I still see the planet’s nakshatras/signs/houses in a chart influence a person’s life. Especially, if they aspect personal planets like Sun, Moon, Ascendant.

Astrology Observations No.27:
*just based on my observations, pleas only take what resonates
(Trying to write more posts and answer more asks lately, everything has been so busy omg- hope you all enjoy what I can put out there tho! c:)
-A perspective but I think Libra placements (big 6 but especially Venus and mars) are attracted to harmonious/balanced appearances, like I think having that glow from confidence in your aesthetic and it fitting you and things like that can make you just as attractive to Libra placements as conventional measurements of beauty
-Sun Conjunct Venus makes you really charismatic and you probably attract a lot of people by being yourself, and sometimes these natives can be people pleasers especially if they’re trying to impress others
-Quietly I associate your mars sign and your MC the most with the work you’ll do. Mars because you can’t divorce your passion from your work (says the Capricorn). And MC because it’s what you’re known for and that’s often tied to some sort of work/action. North node is tied in there too but it plays out so long term it can be harder to summarize. (I can do a post about the general fields that placements tend to go towards if folks are interested?)
-Aries and Sagittarius Mercury tied for most likely to accidentally blurt out your secrets
-Chiron Venus aspects (especially square, opposition, and conjunction) may find themselves undoing a lot of pressure around their looks or being especially hard on themselves over their perceived flaws/imperfections
-The sign over your 5th house may denote if you have many or few casual romantic connections (Saturn/Capricorn pointing to fewer one end of the scale and Jupiter/Sagittarius pointing to many at the other end of the scale, depends on Venus and mars too)
-You may find yourself accidentally pouring your heart out to water moons (especially cancer over how emotionally in-tune they are and scorpio over traaaaumaaa oml)
-I feel like Sagittarius can feel less mutable because Jupiter makes some of the forms of expression so big (ex. A Sagittarius Mars can get so mad at you and blow up, Sagittarius Mars/Venus typically date many partners, Sagittarius moons can express their emotions in a big way- I probably feel this way bc I’m Sag Pluto, the extremes lol)
-I’ve noticed that Venus dominants can seek more attention compared to like Leo/sun doms
-Fixed Venus can become codependent on their partner, putting heavy exceptions on their person for them to be their everything if underdeveloped— but if developed they can be very loyal to their person
-Mutable Venus aren’t quite commitment-phobic but they tend to be looking for a really special combination of traits to actually settle down with (when they’re monogamous), otherwise they get distracted very easily (or they treat their romantic options, and sometimes friends, like very temporary things- for better or for worse)
-Cardinal Venus are most likely to really go after what they want romantically, I think out of all the Venus modalities they have the most accurate idea of what they want at heart, from the start. But on the shadow side of this, they may be manipulative or try to conform their partner into what they want. (may play out differently for moon opposition/square Venus)
-I feel like where ever Venus is heavy in your chart may be how people assume you’re gracious but in a somewhat shallow way (ex. Venus conjunct mercury, people may find your voice and expression charming but assume you’re not that smart)
-Venus/Saturn aspects/ Capricorn Venus tend to have a lot of unrequited love interests and crushes that don’t reciprocate their affections when they’re younger but as they get older they tend to get the most affection from suitors that are older than them (be careful out here! Sometimes these old folks don’t know anything and they have bad intentions- girl when I say I had to take my own advice)
-Leos (big 3, especially sun & Asc) often know the right thing to say to charm you, it’s like when they want to they hit that sweetspot dead on. So do Libra’s (big 3) but they tend to approach things less directly, like compliments that really sit with you and come onto you in quieter, sometimes less serious way (if they have both in their big 3 then they’re just -a charmer- and idk I take that at face value 80% of the time lol but I’m a skeptic)
-I find that Pisces and Sagittarius placements (big 6 but especially sun for identity and moon for emotionality) often get VERY into spirituality at some point in their lives
-People with Jupiter in Virgo tend to work very diligently, almost too hard sometimes and they can be prone to burning themselves out from this behavior (something something don’t burn the candle at both ends- hypocritical from a Jupiter in Capricorn person lol but still)
-We talk about how Scorpio placements observe every detail about you, but I like Pisces placements (big 6 but especially sun, moon, Venus, and mars) have told me things about myself and habits I have that I’ve never noticed about myself. They’re super observant they notice a lot. I think they have this in common with their sister sign, Virgo. But I noticed Pisces will use their intuition in their observations instead of just analyzing. (I.e. you do x when you’re angry, is it because you feel defensive? Or I noticed you light up when you talked about him, you must really like him)- can also apply to Neptune Conjunct your big 3 (especially moon), and big 3 in 12th but it’s a bit more second nature to them than Pisces
-The season of your Venus sign is the time you’re most likely to indulge in self care and purchases for yourself (Sag season started and all of a sudden I was like I need makeup now, even though I hardly wear it in the winter lol)
-The season of your mars is the time you’re most like to take major actions (starting a business, going on solo adventures, etc)
-The season of your sun is when you’re most likely going to receive the most public recognition (also when the sun is transiting your MC/10th house)

Astr observations 《4》
Disclaimer: I am not an astrologer. This post is only for entertainment purposes, so whatever I have mentioned, if it is reasonates, well and good, and if it doesn't, then please take it with a grain of salt. Thankyou.
🛖 Aries in 3rd house may have a very reckless yet mature behind the scenes relationship with their siblings. They also fight a lot with their siblings for no reason. Surprisingly, this usually goes physical more than verbal. Very playful relationship. There is always a strong urge to hit the other person and irritate them to death. It gives them pleasure. When injured, you might immediately stop the fight no matter how serious it is and take care of each other. Oh, and if someone else dares to trouble any of you, hell would break loose. They can't hear anything bad about each other. In certain cases, this could also apply to mars in 3rd house.
🪵 Dirty mind, Dirty mind, Dirty, Dirty, Dirty mind~ Heard the song? Yeah it's made for those who have their personal planets or ascendant conjuct asteroid Prevert. Trust me, the dumb way to die is by sneaking a glance in their minds. You will be traumatized for the rest of your life and will never look at them the same way again. At any given moment their thoughts are always in gutter. Yeah I am calling myself out at this one. Do I care? No.
🛖 Mars in 10th house folks are really good at dancing. They dance so well.... like you can see the passion in their steps. Dancing can be one of the hobbies in their lives. These people can also be known for dancing professionally and being captivating as hell on social media.
🪵 Lilith in 7th house could indiacte having seen a lot of failed marriages in their life. This could be in their immediate family or even include their own parents. Hence these people have a really different mindset when it comes to marriages. They might even resent the idea of getting married and often question, what's the point?
🛖 Moon in 1st house are babies. Literally babies. Like they look so damn cute and adorable that I just can't help myself but give them a huge hug. They are the most genuine type of people I think because its rarely when what's on their mind is not on their faces. They look so innocent and naive (even if they are legit not.) People just wanna protect them at all costs. They bring out the maternal instinct for them from the other person naturally. But no matter what their warmth is the best comfort zone and their arms are home <3
🪵 Mars in 5th house would definitely be that uncle/aunt/cousin/sibling who spoiled small kids to death and taught them to do weird stunts and create a headache for other family members.
🛖 Transit Saturn in 1st house is really frustrating. It feels like you are doing nothing progressive for yourself and just wasting time. Your efforts go in vain and its really hard to maintain consistency. Sometimes you also realize what mistakes you are making but you find it difficult to correct them. Mental state is always fluctuating and self-confidence is very down. This mainly goes on until the very end when you realize that now you gotta be serious. But when you really do hardwork and break the cycle of laziness, it pays off. Its like an immature, careless kid suddenly becoming a responsible and serious person. Remember, our beloved saturn plays mind games with you. Its either you break free from this if you want the prize or pay the price.
🪵 The people that I have seen to be most likely get cornered, misunderstood and targeted are people having chiron in their 1st house. Its really concerning and hurtful. Because of other idiots these babies get hurt on a very deep and subconscious level. They occasionally have identity crisis and depression is their bestfriend. They try to be happy but life always seems to push something in their way.
For example, I have this relative of mine and she lost her brother a year before she got married. She thought if she starts fresh, it would help. But unfortunately turned out her in-laws were not good people. She was gravely misunderstood by everyone. Even if people knew that it was not her fault, they took great pleasure in gossiping about her, blaming her and literally named her a psycho. Which she is not ofcourse. She was just mentally fragile and instead of understanding her, supporting her, they made her more unstable for no reason.
🛖 Leo venus folks love Cats. They are an animal lover by heart and soul. They are someone who might stop their car in the middle of the road because they saw a really cute cat walking on the sidewalk. Just to go their and mingle with it while thinking, If only I could take it home....
🪵 Cancer moons in 3rd house, please, please stop imitating that baby voice just to butter me up and get your work done. You might think its cute but no, I can see through everything and its so annoying plus immature. Ofc now it doesn't apply to everyone out there but those who do, please take my advice and stop it. Usually I have noticed only underdeveloped people do this but until they realize, its too late and others already find them so annoying. Honestly Cancer moons are so smart yet sometimes they.....*sighs*
🛖 Nessus aspecting Mercury could mean that you often end up hurting people through your words or the way you communicate even when you genuinely don't mean it. These people are really misunderstood a lot of times. Also this works the other way too. For example, you get easily hurt or offended when people speak ill about you. They might just share their opinion on your new home decor but instead you would feel insulted when in reality that's not the case. Not that you would hold a grudge, it depends person to person but you will definitely not overlook that. It would just sting a lot for no reason. You will always wonder, why did she say that?
For positive aspects, this could work out well too, for instance they know exactly what to say and what not to. They can be great negotiators, entrepreneurs and social influencers. They also know how to handle people embodying nessus qualities like a troll or opposition hell bent on creating trouble. Hard aspect people will slowly learn to overcome their problems in communication with time and experience.
🪵 Mars opposite MC screams suppressed anger. The thick tension between their anger and self-image is unbelievable. They don't like to get angry in public. They often gulp down their anger to the last extent because they don't want their reputation to get spoiled because of it. Sometimes its automatic they wanna get angry at someone but end up swallowing it anyway. But please don't test their patience. They might just explode unexpected at any time like a nuclear bomb and destroy everything within their range, not caring about their public image whatsoever.
🛖 Lilith in first house/Conjuct Ascendant are the infamous bad examples of the family while Lilith opposite Ascendant are the good examples with secrets darker than nightsky- always holding their sanity with a single string. Ironically, both are siblings, two sides of the same coin.
🪵 Remember, in one of my posts, I said that I don't relate with Aquarius rising and their unique fashion sense? Well, guys, I finally cracked the mystery! It's not our fashion sense that's unique. It's us. We are the aliens. Ok, that was a bad joke. But really, for example, a few months back, I wore a very pretty dress at my cousin's wedding. And istg people were looking at me like I was an alien, like I wore something totally out of the blue. As if It was not something improper or overdressed but very different than what everyone was wearing, which, of course, was not the case.
Now the funny thing is, if it was someone else wearing the same dress, I don't think anyone would've said anything about it. And voila! It happened. A few days back, I attended a family function, and I saw a girl wearing the same dress in different color and design. And fr nobody uttered a word. Those same people overlooked her as if it was totally normal. As if they didn't just make me talk of the town for a whole week because of that dress. So yeah, finally figured out, it's me, I am the problem.
🛖 Its not always true when they say Earth Mars people are calm and collected. I mean they are but suppose you have a virgo mars but you also have a Leo or Aries or Sagittarius stelium, your Virgo mars will be crying in the corner while that fire stellium will create a havoc and burn down the whole world in matter of some seconds.
🪵 North node in 11th house people are so likable. They are that one friend who knows the entire school and vice versa. So many connections and so many new friends. They just keep making connections left and right no matter where they go. People like to be in their contact. This gives me 'popular girl' vibe.
🛖 You sneaky little thing, you think no one knows how much you love reading smut? Yeah you, I am talking to you, Scorpio Jupiter/3rd house. Look me in the eye, I dare you to deny this.
🪵 Mercury conjuct Mars.... man, they literally spit fire when they talk. Can't win any argument against them. Ngl, I told my friend that I would leave her if she doesn't keep her hands off me special mention to her love language that is playfully hitting me at any possible situation. She just laughed and said, "Go, nobody would take you." Me: Cries silently. Her: I know baby truth hurts. Lemme give you a hug.
🛖 If you have no positive aspect to sun in your natal chart, it might be possible that people don't like your personality much. They think you are too egoistical or full of yourself. They might also backbitch about you a lot. Now this is just what I have observed so far. So it may not reasonate with everyone.
🪵 People with Sun conjuct Ascendant make very great leaders. They have a king/queen Aura surrounding them. And when they speak or share their opinion, people actually listen and take them seriously. When they walk in a room, they make sure everyone knows who has the authority.

How You Handle Breakups Based on Your Venus
I want to dive into how Venus placements play a major role in navigating love, relationships, and breakups real quick along with a few astrological transits and aspects that influence how we process separation and healing…all through the lens of Venus in your natal chart ;)
Venus in Fire Signs - Aries, Leo, Sagittarius
People with Venus in fire signs tend to approach breakups with boldness and independence. They might initially react with strong emotions but are quick to recover, preferring to move forward rather than dwell on the past.
Transits to Watch: Mars Transits: When Mars forms a hard aspect (conjunction, square, opposition) to natal Venus, breakups can bring intense emotions, quick decisions, or even impulsive actions. Jupiter Transits: Jupiter transits can bring optimism and growth after a breakup, pushing the individual toward new experiences.
Venus in Earth Signs - Taurus, Virgo, Capricorn
Those with Venus in Earth signs may find it difficult to let go and often take longer to process the end of a relationship. Stability is a core need, and they might try to find closure through practical means or even immerse themselves in work or routines.
Transits to Watch: Saturn Transits: Saturn's hard aspects (conjunction, square, opposition) to Venus can bring emotional hardship, leading to serious reflection, self-discipline, or feeling isolated. Uranus Transits: Uranus can bring sudden and unexpected shifts in relationships, which may lead to impulsive breakups or sudden realizations about personal freedom.
Venus in Air Signs - Gemini, Libra, Aquarius
These individuals are often more detached and may intellectualize their emotions. They might seek social connections or engage in conversation to process their feelings. Libra Venus, in particular, may struggle with the loss of harmony and partnership.
Transits to Watch: Mercury Transits: Mercury’s influence can bring a period of reflection or communication, leading to conversations that might clarify or bring closure to a breakup. Neptune Transits: Neptune can blur boundaries and cause confusion, making it difficult to understand or fully let go of the relationship.
Venus in Water Signs - Cancer, Scorpio, Pisces
Water Venus signs are deeply emotional, and breakups can be incredibly painful. They tend to take breakups personally, experiencing intense emotional currents and needing time to process their feelings before they can heal.
Transits to Watch: Pluto Transits: Pluto's intense and transformative influence can trigger deep emotional upheaval, especially for Scorpio Venus, bringing themes of power struggles and rebirth after a breakup. Moon Transits: The moon’s transits through water signs or forming aspects to Venus can heighten sensitivity and emotional processing during a breakup.
Other Important Aspects & Transits Related to Breakups
Venus Retrograde: Venus retrograde periods often bring relationship issues to the surface, triggering breakups or reconciliation. During this time, individuals may reevaluate their values, romantic interests, or past relationships.
Venus-Mars Aspects: This dynamic can create tension or attraction in relationships. When hard aspects (square, opposition) between Venus and Mars are present, breakups might occur due to conflict, impulsiveness, or frustration.
Saturn Transits to Venus: Saturn transits, especially when conjunct or opposing Venus, often indicate times of challenge and restriction in relationships. This may manifest as a breakup or a time when love feels strained, heavy, or burdened by responsibilities.
Uranus Transits: Uranus, the planet of sudden changes and liberation, can lead to abrupt breakups, especially if it’s transiting Venus or forming hard aspects in the natal chart. It brings an unpredictable quality to relationships, often promoting freedom over stability.
Neptune Transits: Neptune transits can cause confusion, idealization, or disillusionment in love. Under Neptune’s influence, breakups may feel murky or unclear, and individuals may have difficulty moving on due to lingering feelings of uncertainty.
Pluto Transits: Pluto transits to Venus can be extremely intense, often indicating deep transformations in relationships. Breakups under Pluto's influence might feel fated or involve power dynamics, but ultimately these experiences push individuals toward personal growth.

𝙥𝙧𝙤𝙜𝙧𝙚𝙨𝙨𝙚𝙙 𝙘𝙝𝙖𝙧𝙩 𝙤𝙗𝙨𝙚𝙧𝙫𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙨 ⚡️
hello all! i’m trying out a new observations post. today we’ll be focusing on your secondary progressions chart (click the link to calculate your current chart!)
creds to @kisssaturn for research help! and @dollywons for the borders
PAID READINGS ARE OPEN! please check my bio <3
★ when progressed mercury is conjunct your natal sun, expect a lot more chaos in your day-to-day life. depending on the sign, it’s a great opportunity to network and to promote yourself to others as well.
★ moon progressing through the 1st/10th houses or in leo, expect more opportunities for recognition
★ when natally retrograde planets turn direct in your secondary progressions, it shows a major transition or realization made in that planet’s energy. it’s very transformational for an individual and most likely has permanent repercussions
★ pay attention to your relationship dynamics and those you meet when you have progressed venus at 29 degrees. these people will likely have a significant impact on your identity whether if it’s for the worst or the better
★ i also noticed that when my progressed mercury and progressed vertex were conjunct i was using social media much more and i met so many new people online as well, very exciting time socially
★ whenever venus enters aquarius in the progressed chart, people usually encounter new revelations about their friends/family. these revelations aren’t always positive, it can sometimes lead to big transitions in social circles
★ planets that progress into the 11th house may show a time where you are pressured to create more money or find stability in your career or your role in the world/society.
★ when the moon crosses over your natal or progressed north node you may notice that you are pushed outside of your comfort zone.
★ mercury-mc trine shows a time for opportunities and learning in your career, especially if mc is in the 9th house in whole signs. it’s a very exciting time that shows great progress!
★ progressed mars crossing over natal jupiter is a great time to launch your own projects or businesses
★ when my mom was pregnant with me she had progressed jupiter conjunct progressed venus, venus ruling her natal 4h of family, jupiter ruling over expansion, you see where im going with this…
★ when the ascendant shifts to a new sign this shows a new era in your life
★ moon entering libra can indicate entering or being at the peak of a significant relationship. moon entering air signs in general can show an emphasis on relationships during those phases ive noticed
★ sun being at 20 degrees can show significant events happening with your life in relation to partnerships or environments i’ve found
★ moon aspecting mars can show increased ambition and desire in your life, especially for material or status-related gains. be careful of emotional turbulence
★ moon making aspects to sun can show you being happier during this period
★ just a theory, but when you have retrograde planets in the natal chart, this means in the progressed chart they’ll progress slower as well. as result, it’s possible that natives are more likely to be late bloomers in life
★ pay attention to the configurations made in the progressed chart! for example, a t-square made between planets indicates an intense/stressful period in life
★ i’ve generally noticed that points or planets that are at 28 degrees generally show more abundance or opportunity in the planet’s areas of life (ex: 28 degree venus can mean abundance in friends/lovers)
★ pay attention to transits x your secondary progressed chart! it’s be a good idea to see where this upcoming mars retrograde impacts your progressed chart :D
hope you enjoyed!

astro observations #3
Pisces moon coupled with earth, especially Capricorn, are unrivaled when it comes to philosophical and social breakthroughs. they have the spiritual awareness and collective vision of Pisces hand in hand with the objectivity and discipline of earth signs, and they can therefore be masters at deconstructing the functioning of society and the psyche. it’s such a consistent pattern with notable examples such as Joan of Arc (Cap Sun and Mercury), Benjamin Franklin (Taurus Saturn, Cap Venus & Sun), Henry Dunant who founded the red cross movement (Taurus Sun and Mercury, Cap stellium), Edgar Allan Poe considered to have invented the detective fiction genre and one of the earliest contributors to the genre of sci-fi (cap sun and mercury, Pisces stellium).
Venus conjunct Mercury could purchase books just because they look pretty and aesthetically pleasing lol. The type to look for the prettiest hardcover of a book to get.
Pisces stelliums with mercury, especially if it's retrograde, have such a hard time staying focused during a conversation, other people might think they're actively ignoring them but they just can't stay attentive for too long unless it's something they wanna know more about 😭 lowkey adorable when it’s not annoying lol.
A Virgo/gemini moon is a common placement amongst rappers known for being fast. Whether it's Doja Cat, Busta Rhymes, Min Yoongi, or Dizzee Rascal… after all, the moon (emotions and the inner mind) is ruled by fast-paced mercury (an exception would be if natal mercury was deeply afflicted). Jupiter conjunct Mercury as well can indicate the same.
5h moon transits are the times when you start to develop a crush or meet up with friends, decide to practice a particular hobby, binge tv shows/movies or read books, etc… one of my fave transits particularly because my 5h is in Pisces so I spend this transit often reading and consuming/creating art, and being delusional 🤭.
3h Pluto transit can indicate a gradual shift in your mindset, gradual because it’s a very long transit. It can either be positive or negative depending on how both your natal and transit pluto aspect your natal chart + transits. As my 3rd house is in Capricorn squaring my Aries moon, I spent this transit working on my work ethic and long-time consistency, as well as my self-esteem being dependent on how much I achieve and not my thoughts and core beliefs as a person (natal 2h pluto is in Sagittarius).
12h Leo can be such a humble bragger, and very obviously so… the type to complain about how being pretty sucks because guys like them too fast, or about how being rich isn’t easy, etc… I have six friends with this placement and only one isn’t like this but they’re also far older and more mature.
9th house in cancer people are very likely to be feminists or just very passionate about gender equality if the moon is well-aspected. If not, and if Venus and IC were not well-aspected, they could be deeply misogynistic and against gender emancipation.
that's it for today, thank you for reading my observations, and don't hesitate to ask and/or comment about anything!

venus into leo imo is SO underrated. peak glamor, all flashy gold (rose gold!!!), beautiful fantastic perfect hair, etc. and don't let anyone tell you it's frivolous; glamor IS magic. you can even get away with being a bit gaudy in such a time.

2025 Forecast
AKA my notes on The Astrology Podcast's 2025 Forecast, hosted by Chris Brennan and Austin Coppock. Saddle up, it's a long one!
Overview
This year's forecast is divided into an overview of big planetary shifts and a chronological breakdown, but it doesn't go quarter-by-quarter like in previous years.
Outer Planet Shifts
It's quite rare that such slow-moving planets as Neptune, Uranus and Pluto* all enter new signs in the same year (*Pluto has already ingressed to Aquarius after transiting Capricorn for the past 16 years, but this is the first full year he'll spend in Aquarius). Uranus has been in Taurus since 2018, and Neptune first ingressed to Pisces in 2011. Thus we are seeing major shifts happening all at the same time. These represent major cultural and social changes. In personal charts, this concludes activity in other parts of our charts and begins focus in a new area.
Pluto in Aquarius (November 2024 (final ingress) - January 2044)
Chris has been connecting this to cryptocurrency (Bitcoin started under Pluto in Capricorn) and AI stories, such as Google & other companies rolling out livechats. He predicts that robots, especially humanoid ones, will he ubiquitous in everyday life by the end of Pluto in Aquarius, though Austin is skeptical as to how evenly distributed technological advancements will be. Jobs and labor will surely be affected by the increasing digitization of different industries. Everyone's trying to hitch a ride on the AI train, but it'll take a major scandal before we see regulations put in place or see just how it'll integrate into society. We'll have to train our eyes to recognize the artificially generated, and we'll also have to deal with inefficient bureaucracy that technology alone can't quite fix. In mundane developments, even though the US was founded under Pluto in Capricorn, most of the government structure were put into place under Pluto in Aquarius. Last time Pluto was in Aquarius was the French Revolution (opposite Leo, the fixed signs of sovereigns and heads of state). The current Pluto in Leo generation (baby boomers) were raised definitively in the area of the celebrity, an issue that will likely come into question in the years ahead.
Uranus in Gemini (July 2025 - May 2033)
Uranus trines Pluto during this transit, so these two planets' themes are closely tied over the next decade. Previous Uranus in Gemini periods include the revolutionary war/founding of the USA, its Civil War, and WW2. Term limits were pushed and set under this transit with Washington & FDR; 84 years previous to the founding of the US John Locke wrote his ideas on government. Continuing on the theme of liberal democracy, the King James Bible was published under Uranus in Gemini in the 1600s--an attempt to democratize religion and encourage readers to have their own individual relationship with the text. Uranus was discovered during a Gemini transit in 1781, and was almost named "George" after the King of Britain. In general Uranus in Gemini brings particularly forward-thinking ideas while in Mercury-ruled signs. We should expect to see continued developments in AI controversies and LLMs (large language models), and the role of language overall. We can also expect shakeups in transportation, with technologies like self-driving cars and drones expanding in transportation, war, and everyday life. The burgeoning dominance of electric vehicles space travel are also likely previews into the Uranus in Gemini era, and we can look out for major developments in the realm of social media as well.
Neptune in Aries (March 2025 - March 2039)
Neptune's 165-year cycle means it changes sign about once every 14 years. The last Aries transit was in 1861-1875, and the ingress coincides exactly with US Civil War: Fort Sumter fell the day it ingressed. Neptune gives us dream-logic for its time, trends that are often only clear in retrospect. Austin describes the Neptune in Pisces era as valorizing qualities like acceptance & inclusivity, where the heroic figure of the time is a compassionate mystic/saintly. He predicts Neptune in Aries will valorize "the heroic." Where once suddenly everyone was an astrologer or witch, now, suddenly we're all soldiers/warriors. (This played out literally as mass conscription in the US Civil War & in England in previous Aries Neptune periods.) This period also saw developments in photography, namely war photography in newspapers bringing the goriness of war into every home. Civil War photos were originally shot in 3D and meant to be experienced through viewers, and the first color photo was taken 05/17/1861 when Neptune was at 1Aries, bringing levels of heightened realism and simulation into the conversation. Neptune in Aries faces us with forks in the road--no half measures.
Neptune in Aries can indicate wars remembered for their ideology, as was the case with the Taiping Revolt/Rebllion's bloody conclusion during Neptune in Aries (begun in Pisces). One of the deadliest wars in history (cost at least 20-30 million lives), it was instigated because of an extremist Christian religion. In medical astrology Mars-Neptune contacts can indicate autoimmune diseases where the body attacks itself, and the mundane analogy here is internal conflicts. In antiquity, the destruction of the Second Temple in Jerusalem in 70 CE occurred during Neptune in Aries, Pluto in Aquarius, and the eclipse points moving from Aries/Libra to Virgo/Pisces (all configurations we'll see in 2025). This is considered a catalyzing event for the subsequent Jewish diaspora over the following centuries, as well as the shift from centralized worship to Rabbinic Judaism. In science & engineering, the steam engine, dynamite, first underground railway, Suez canal, mechanical submarine, and the concept of light as EM radiation via Maxwell equations all came about during Neptune in Aries periods.
Saturn in Aries Saturn is entering Aries from May to September this year and will be copresent with/conjoining Neptune over the next three years. Saturn is in fall in Aries, highlighting tensions between patience and impulsivity. We can also expect prominent figures to fall from grace, such as during our last Saturn in Aries in the late 1990s with the scandal around Bill Clinton and Monica Lewinksy. In personal charts, Saturn in Aries people will often chalk up their difficulties to "not trying hard enough," when really it may just be a matter of timing and patience. Famous Aries Saturn people include skater Tony Hawk, daredevil Evel Knievel, directors Francis Ford Coppola and Lily Wachawski, witch-hunting politician McCarthy, writer Margaret Atwood, actresses Zendaya and Lucy Lawless, and activist Malala Yousafzai.
Saturn Conjunct Neptune Saturn and Neptune will get within 1 degree of each other this year, though we don't get an exact conjunction til 2026. We've been seeing the buildup of this since Saturn entered Pisces in March 2023. What's real and bounded, and what's illusory and pervasive? This tension between illusions & structures likely means we'll see increased distrust in authority, such as the public doubting what's reported in news stories or fake news sparking major conflicts, and Chris predicts increasing polarization between aggressive skeptics and religious fundamentalists. Austin uses the analogy of the Mad Max: Furiosa movie--everyone is trying to conscript you to come fight with them for water. Austin notes that Saturn-Neptune contacts punctuate major events in recent Russian history, including the founding of St. Petersburg and the dissolution of the USSR. He also brings up the historical example of ronin, rogue samuari who had some public support as vigilantes, and compares it to Luigi Mangione's alleged assassination of the United Healthcare CEO, saying the public reaction to this event is a prediction of things to come.
Chronological Breakdown
Mars Retrograde: December 2024 and January 2025
We enter the year with Mars retrograde in Leo (opposite Pluto) and moving to Cancer on January 6th, and only getting to Leo on April 17th. This makes an extended transit through those two signs. Observationally, Mars is actually brightest and closest to Earth during its retrogrades, rising as the Sun sets, making him hyper-visible and much more reactive & chaotic than Venus & Mercury retrogrades. And indeed Mars's station on December 6th saw a bunch of major events: an attempted coup in South Korea, the Assad regime falling in Syria, a healthcare CEO assassinated in the US, a contested election in Romania, and the French government collapsing through a no-confidence vote.
Back to 2025, though: Mars entering Cancer on the 6th hearkens back to his last visit to the sign, September 4th-November 3rd of 2024. Events, both mundane and personal, will come back to us during this time. In politics we saw a lot of nativism and racism in US politics while Trump was campaigning, and unfortunately this is likely to resurface. Concerns over homelands & origin showed up in celebrity news with controversy over the New Orleans Superbowl booking Los Angeles-based rapper Kendrick Lamar over NoLa native Lil Wayne.
Mars is in fall in Cancer, and with Saturn in Aries later we get both malefics in fall this year. The trap of Cancer Mars is "nothing's safe enough," while that of Aries Saturn is "nothing is under enough control," and we must be on our toes to avoid falling into either. Mars in Cancer is reactive and impulsive, in contrast to the Saturnian discipline & foresight that Capricorn grants it in exaltation. In personal charts Mars rx in Cancer/Leo can show up as obstacles or frustration, or as an extended expenditure of energy in that area. Retrogrades can also bring things or people back into your life, and how you handle the situation sets you up for the next time you meet.
January 2025
We enter the month with retrograde Mars opposing Pluto on the 3rd and regressing to Cancer on the 6th. On January 15th we get the exact opposition of Mars to the Sun, days after the Full Moon, so that's another time to watch out for in events. The US presidential inaguration is on Jaunary 20th under a Sun-Pluto conjunction.
Electional chart for January:
The chart is for January 10th, at roughly 9:30AM local time to get early Pisces rising. The ruler of the Ascendant, Jupiter, is in the 4th house (♊) in a day chart and makes an auspicious conjunction to the Moon, who herself is separating from a square to Venus (♓). Venus is also exalted in the first house & on the Ascendant. This is also about as far away as we can get from the Mars-Pluto opposition while also avoiding the Sun-Mars opposition later this month. This is good for 4th house matters: not only home and family, but also matters where you're important but not visible, like a director.
Overall, January and February are dominated by the Mars retrograde, a "not so calm" before the storm of springtime.
March & April Venus goes retrograde on March 1st, regressing into Pisces before stationing direct on April 12th. Meanwhile, on March 29th we get an Aries solar eclipse, the final installation in a series going back to October 2023. The next day, March 30th, Neptune waltzes into Aries for the first time in a century. Meanwhile Mercury retrogrades from March 15th until April 7th, backtracking into Pisces while doing so. And if that wasn't enough, Saturn moves into Aries on May 24th. March & April are like a series of cascade reactions, and we'll spend the rest of the year (or few years in the case of Saturn) reacting to, cleaning up the aftermath of, and wrestling with understanding what happened. We'll definitely see major geopolitical events, maybe with bizarre connections, all the while thinking things are going in one direction when they're really going another.
Venus & Mercury Retrograde; Eclipses
Venus's station points are felt most intensely, but like with the Mars retrograde we also experience this as an extended transit of Venus through the signs of Aries and Pisces from January to June. Her retrograde also comes just 5 days after Mars concludes his own. Chris predicts that, unlike the Leo Venus rx a couple summers ago, there may be more fighting around women's issues rather than straightforward celebration. In Aries we already expecting a more combative expression of Venusian issues, and the increased activity in Aries only intensifies this prediction. Venus in Aries is not quiet--she's bold, active, and direct. In personal charts we'll see returns of events from 8, 16, or 32 years ago (last time she was retrograde in Aries), reviewing and revising relationships in the present. What and who do we want? Do we still want that? Under Venus rx we look for an unambiguous "yes." We can also see delays or postponements, scandals, and provocative art & culture. We'll be going back and forth between an exalted, compassionate Venus and a forthright, exiled Venus, choosing between the two on any given day and trying to reconcile them.
With Venus retrograde we can also think of the myth of Inanna (a story based off the Venus rx cycle), who descends through gates of the underworld and returns home to find her consort has taken the throne before she takes it back. We'll likely see stories about women in powerful positions reclaiming something after going through a struggle as Venus stations direct in her sign of exaltation. Specifically, she stations direct on April 13th conjunct Saturn (ironically another signature of Trump's upcoming inauguration), with Mercury retrograde also in Aries & Pisces at the same time. Both these planets are passing over Neptune in late Pisces as well: sometimes we have a lovely, dreamy vision that turns out to be terribly disappointing. Venus and Mercury will both cross Neptune three times, in both Aries and Pisces.
Mercury stations at 0Aries on March 29th, the same day as the solar eclipse, and switches signs with Neptune (leaving Pisces) the next day. The culminating eclipse is marred by miscommunications and illusions. As the last installment of a series begun in October 2023, this eclipse will definitely see developments in Israel's wars on other countries in the region. More generally, in mundane astrology North Node solar eclipses in Aries have coincided with the assassinations of heads of states & movements, as well as the eclipsing/stepping down of leaders...yet another signature of changing/threatened leadership in 2025.
In the middle of March we also get our first Virgo eclipse of this series, corresponding to the September eclipse in Pisces. We'll revisit the areas again in September with a Pisces and Virgo eclipse. The barrier between Aries/Pisces and Virgo/Libra sees a lot of activity in the first half of 2025. We'll definitely remember this year for the crazy Aries activity, though Austin predicts it'll come back to haunt us in 2026.
May-June-July Saturn enters Aries on May 24th, creeping up on Neptune and getting within a degree of him by July (~13th-14th), and then stationing retrograde. An outer planet's first station in a new sign signals what to expect, and Saturn and Neptune both do so in July (on the 13th and 4th respectively). From May 24th to September 1st we have Neptune and Saturn very close to each other and retrograding. Uranus enters Gemini on the 7th.
Jupiter in Cancer He enters in June of 2025, staying there until June of 2026. In this sign of his exaltation, he'll be counterbalancing some of the crazier transits of this year. He's also doing cleanup after Mar's messy transits earlier this year in the Cancer parts of our charts. Jupiter is a little folksy in Cancer--he's not just lavishing the wealthy, but is generous to everyday people as well. The Affordable Care Act (Obamacare) was enacted during Jupiter in Cancer in 2013-14 (a Jupiter under attack!), bringing important healthcare considerations to this placement (A/N: Cancer as a sign of nurturing and protection). In July of 1990 during Jupiter & Venus in Cancer, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) was passed. Chris is wary of being too optimistic, but hopes that something good in healthcare is coming forward. This transit is a Jupiter return (every ~12 years) for the US Sibly chart, and also the repetition of a longer 83-year cycle where he hits the same degree on the same day--the third one since the US's founding, making this an especially potent Jupiter return. You'll notice that's only one year off from Uranus cycles, so we'll definitely see further reevaluations of the US's founding this year.
Generally, exalted planets represent someone at the highest level of their field, and Jupiter in Cancer is a sort of "get rich slow" planet. Success is cultivated, grown, and encouraged. In June & July Jupiter will square Saturn, though, a configuration that corresponds to financial and economic crashes. Jupiter in Gemini saw tech company crashes, but in a new sign we'll likely see new industries affected.
July & August: Outer Planet Teamup
Uranus enters Gemini on July 7th, the last of the slow outer planets to ingress to his new sign. From then til October 21st, we have the rare and powerful influence of several outer planets teamed up: Uranus sextiling Saturn & Neptune and trining Pluto (meaning Saturn & Neptune also sextile Pluto). This is a sort of pilot episode previewing what'll happen when they return in 2026. These planets shift from feminine water/earth signs to masculine air/fire signs, and each outer planet (except Pluto) will retrograde into his preceding sign in October & November, giving us a break from the teamup of big players for a bit. Mars in Libra will aspect all of these outer planets in August, making the configuration especially active then.
September - Eclipse Season Last September we saw our first Pisces eclipse of this series, and we'll have had another development with the first Virgo eclipse in March. Now we're firmly in Virgo-Pisces eclipses for the next 2 years. The September 7th and 21st eclipses will have us think about the big picture vs. granular details--how can we hold them in unison? The major endings & beginnings brought by eclipses are further punctuated by Saturn regressing back into Pisces on September 1st. Maybe a last set of upgrades need to be put in place in our Pisces area, though now our Virgo house is tied in as well.
October, November, December Neptune returns to Pisces October 22nd, Uranus to Taurus on November 7th, and Saturn stations direct for his last pass through Pisces on November 27th. A new chapter of our lives has begun, but we need to do a final check-in before things reach completion. The outer planet demolition team will be back on April 25th, 2026, where it'll stay until 2032-33. Neptune will station in Pisces on December 10th, another important Pisces turning point. Jupiter stationing in Cancer on November 11th is the cherry on top for the year ending where it began (but not to stay!). We end 2025 coming full circle on our sort of last look backwards before plunging for good into new--though not entirely unknown--territory.

Soul development + Predictive astrology:
NN rules the themes and direction of your soul’s development and growth. When using predicative astrology to see where you are currently developing- it’s best to track how your natal NN aspects via transit, everyone will experience these aspects at least once in their lifetime; how we respond, and develop during these transits will directly manifest our future lives.
Once a year
Transit Sun conjunct Natal NN: this transit happens approximately once a year, and lasts about one month. Energetic effects of this aspect can prove to be a time where things happen which feel karmic or out of our control. When transit Sun exemplifies the energy of your natal NN, this pushes forth the messages from the subconscious about what exactly needs to change in order to reach inner fulfillment. This much conscious, internalized self awareness can cause transformations to be pushed into your daily life in order to align you with opportunities to learn the lessons meant for you to face at that time.
Before the first Saturn return this can prove to be times of pivotal personality shifts, and building blocks to emotional development, and style of communication. This is also a time where one can feel consequences of isolation if they actively choose to be avoidant of the required behavioral changes necessary to further healthy development.
After your first Saturn return- this will become a period in the year where you may feel universal tests to prove your alignment with the higher self, or even times where you are on the receiving end of gifts, surprises, or karmic situations involving new tests of growth. Annually this will be a checkpoint time frame- checking in that you’ve maintained growth and changes made during first Saturn return, while also open to opportunities for further soul development.
As you approach your second Saturn return this will become a heightened period of possible success and fulfillment- this will display as a major shift in one’s desired to “finish what they started,” or play catch up on any lost desires, dreams, or lost goals; this is why many people will decide to buy into luxury, leave toxic relationships, move locations, change careers, or anything that would otherwise be known as “out of character” for their typical behavior, and choice’s.
Once aligned with the path of the NN and balanced properly- this will become a period of blessings, joy, and fulfillment; although it’s a sad reality that many people struggle with matters of the NN because these matters have been constantly pushed upon the placement holder over their lifetime, when their comfort zone naturally aligns more with the traits, and methods help in the opposing sign.
This is why balance is the most desired skill to hone in order to achieve the humbled, self awareness required to see through the correct perspective that would align you with the easiest route to learn what your soul is meant to develop.
Transit Moon conjunct natal NN: this happens approximately once a month for 3 days- this can be accounted for times in the month you may notice old wounded emotions or situations resurfacing; insecurities, old trauma being triggered through daily encounters, weird dreams, feeling more tired then usual, or dealing with turbulent emotional situations, or circumstances.
As you find the correct balance of your needs, and present circumstances then continually put work towards goals found within the midpoint; this transit will feel more comfortable, and introspective instead of invasive.
Transit Mercury conjunct natal NN: this happens approximately once a year in all 12 signs, (not accounting for Mercury Retrogrades that happen typically 3-4 times a year/ in different signs/ dependent on the year); once it lands into a sign, it will stay in transit for about 2-3 weeks. When Mercury is conjunct natal NN in transit this can result in communication mishaps, issues, or trials; core memories made towards building one’s connection with communication style; balancing between internal thoughts, and vocalized expression.
Those who have a comfortable form of creative expression, or art can facilitate the focal spike during this transition to create legendary pieces, break into an industry, or align their focus back onto their craft in order to feel the muse effect of this aspect. If this transit ever happens to cross harmonious aspects to Moon, Venus, Jupiter, or Neptune this will heighten its emotive effects while pushing the aspect holder to embrace growth.
If Mercury conjunct NN happens with a harmonious aspect to Pluto- transformation will be embraced by the aspect holder, even if they were resistant when the transit began; if there is a hard aspect to Pluto during this transit that may prove to display as personalized avoidance, or resistance to change necessary for further soul development, and growth.
It’s important to note that these aspects all predict the natural energy present in our energetic field, and how that may cause your natural frequency to be affected. This is NOT something that is meant to make the decision of an outcome for you, instead it’s about instructing you on what to expect so you know how to properly perceive these changes and get ahead of any possible mishaps. Just because something is hard doesn’t mean it’s not possible, in fact, it’s the things you work hard to achieve and maintain that you will never lose. A secret to the universe is the knowing that what you put your energy into will continue to expand.
Transit Venus conjunct NN: this happens approximately every 1-1.5 years depending on retrogrades every other year. When natal NN is critical to transit Venus- this is a window of time allotted for that person to reevaluate, readdress, and redesign your values, priorities, relationship, and role within your family dynamic to fit the needs of your higher self.
If the person being affected by the transit is stuck in self loathing, pity, martyrdom, reckless behavior; or outdated relationships and priorities this can display in chaotic, highly volatile situations that can cause adverse emotional effects, causing the person to feel set back or excluded from their surroundings.
More on Venus Return’s:
Once you reach your first Venus return after birth, (approximately 8 years after birth), the unique characteristics of the one’s creative endeavors, personality, interests, and perspective on life develop further and are easily distinguished as attributes of an individual.
This is a time when children will find interests, and hobbies that are unlike the direct influence of parents; while marking the beginning of that individuals values, passions, love style, and the first trial with the relationship with self.
Until the first Venus return after one’s first Saturn Return, the personal definitions of love, values, family values, passions continues to develop through the process of trial and error. This can seem turbulent, or unstable; however, it’s just a part of growing up.
In astrology it’s explained that many children are more connected to their south node during childhood, only to connect with their NN as they age; which is almost like the universal grand designs way of allotting time for the joy of exploring the world and yourself during childhood.
Once in a lifetime, or more!
Transit Mars conjunct NN: (takes approximately 2 years to cycle 12 signs)[1-2 months per sign]
-This is a time when energy level, and ambitions increase which causes opportunities for alignment to fall directly into the persons lap. This can display as increased motivation, making big changes or shifts to realign with higher purpose, and normally an increase in wealth, and success. This can also be a time of increased efforts into physical appearance, or transformations; however if the person can manage these changes after the transit ends will determine true growth.
Transit Jupiter conjunct NN: (takes approximately 12 years to cycle)[1 year per sign]
⁃ this is a period of time that will allow your talents to shine while also showing the aspect holder exactly what stands in their way of success. This is a fruitful, and abundant time, yet can be viewed as emotionally and financially turbulent when viewed in hindsight.
⁃ What is shown now is what strengths you have that others desire; at the same time that you are shown the worst in human connection in order to grow thicker skin so they will be able to thrive in any environment going forward.
⁃ The most important lesson to take from this transit is to connect with the areas, and skills that make you special, while understanding your baseline priority of protecting your space, and energy from those who only want to leech from you.
Transit Saturn conjunct NN: (take’s approximately 30 years to cycle)[2.5 per sign]
Transit Chiron conjunct NN: (50 years approximately to cycle) [1.5-8 years] <— retrogrades can account for extreme differences in Chiron cycles.
Only some will have these/advanced development
Transit Uranus conjunct NN: (takes approximately 84 years to cycle)[7 years per sign]
Transit Neptune conjunct NN: (approximately 165 years to cycle)[14 years per sign]
Transit Pluto conjunct NN: (approximately 248 years to cycle) [14-30 years/per sign]
More on this to come! To be continued…

Venus Goes Retro!
A lot of planets going retro...How are you all holding up?
After Pluto, Saturn and Neptune... Now Venus will station retrograde starting from July 23rd and will remain rx for 2 months. What does this mean for us?
This marks a period where our values and beliefs regarding love, money and our style is being revised, tested and redefined. Here is how to navigate this emotionally intense energy:
Revise your relationship with your self-worth. Do you still think you need to work for the things you deserve? Do you stillfeel the need to prove your value to others? Remind yourself in this period that self-worth is something you are already born with.
Revise your standards and boundaries in a relationship. Aside from any external influence, what works and what doesn't work for you?
Explore different lifestyles, and personal styles. See what you would like to implement once Venus rx is over!
Explore new sources of income! Venus rx period is where you revise and see what hasn't worked before. Explore new options that you might haven't considered!
Break toxic patterns! Ask yourself what didn't work in terms of your social or love life before. Try to define the culprit... and break the cycle.
I hope that's helpful! enjoy your time, Venus just wants to have some fun! ;)

Transiting Venus enters Leo
Thursday, July 11 - Sunday, August 4, 2024
Hot girl summer up here, north of the equator - I guess south of it, the days are warmed by Venus’ rays?
This transit, like summer’s lease, hath all too short a date - it really is (or can be) a fun time. We don’t quite take things so seriously, we’re a little more forgiving of others and ourselves. How it plays out through Venus’s areas:
Art - tending for the performing arts here, dance and drama as well as music. We can get very creative, maybe expressing ourselves a little more openly and honestly than usual. If we want to try something new, this encourages us.
Beauty - fun, spa-type treatments during which we are royally pampered. If Venus aspects your Ascendant or its ruler, this is an excellent time for a makeover.
Love - oh, Venus here loves, all right. We behold our loved one(s) and literally light up. We’re lavish with them; we can’t do enough to show the strength of our ardor. (Downside: we can’t always accept that other people get to exercise free will, too, ie, nobody has to love us back.)
Money - can be an utter tightwad and miser; also can joyously piss away every last penny for one moment’s pleasure. We’re inclined to spend on luxury items, and to make sure everyone is having a good time.
We’re starting and ending the transit with challenges from two of the transpersonal planets - all three, if I were to add Neptune (an inconjunct on August 4, maturing about seven hours before Venus enters Virgo). Remember what I wrote about other people having free will, too? I think that’s going to be a theme. Anyway, the following aspects are valid a day or so on either side.
Friday, July 12 - Venus/Leo opposite Pluto Rx/Aquarius, 1°07’. We’re rebuffed, rejected, &/or refused. Or, we’re trying like hell to rebuff/reject/refuse someone who won’t take “no” for an answer. Someone else (it’s an opposition) thinks we need to be taken down a peg, or we make that call about someone else. Issues about authenticity and honesty.
Friday, July 19 - Venus/Leo trine North Node/Aries, sextile South Node/Libra, 10°14’. This can be a teaching moment during which we discover that being direct and honest can be just as effective as being manipulative and passive-aggressive. We could charm our way into something, but we could also be a little bolder and more open. And speaking of charm….
Sunday, July 21 - Venus/Leo sextile Jupiter/Gemini, 12°30’. The two “benefics” flowing together can be very lucky. It’s a sextile, so we need to actively do something about/with the good fortune.
Tuesday, July 23 - Venus/Leo conjunct Vesta/Leo, 15°10’. Adds a bit of dedication and devotion to Venus. Might be to an artistic project as well as to a person. We can also work on loving ourselves!
Sunday, July 28 - Venus/Leo square Pallas/Scorpio, 20°57’. Hang-ups and blockages in sexuality and intimacy. Are we coming on too strong? Tension between a creative project and a relationship is another potential manifestation.
Tuesday, July 30 - Venus/Leo trine Chiron Rx/Aries, 23°31’. Great energy for apologizing, and really meaning it. And for forgiving others, too. Make-up sex. Deliberately doing something fun that heals by making us feel happy.
Thursday, August 1 - Venus/Leo trine Eris Rx/Aries, 25°29’. Women’s rights! This is another aspect that encourages us to be honest and authentic. It’s still disruptive, but in a fun way.
Friday, August 2 - Venus/Leo square Uranus/Taurus, 26°51’. About this aspect, astrologer Steven Forrest wrote, “Love and trust should enhance our freedom rather than diminishing it.” To which I add, for both partners equally! Not everyone is going to love us back the way we want them to - and if we keep “picking” people who don’t, we need to ask ourselves if we really want any relationships in the first place.
And since I mentioned it:
Sunday, August 4 - Venus/Leo inconjunct Neptune Rx/Pisces, 29°38’. Adjustments needing to be made - maybe taking off the rose-colored glasses and seeing reality? Disillusionment. A reminder (a nudge) from our spiritual sides.

Hi,🎀 I have 3 planets in 9th house , all 3 at 24th degree. (cancer mars, Jupiter cancer, Leo Venus) id love to hear your thoughts and interpretation PLEASE I've literally been dying to know , id love to hear your interpretation/thoughts on this! thank you much
the 24th degree: 📝
the 24th degree is a pisces degree, meaning that planets here can take up more of an emotional and intuitive nature when it comes to their planetary themes. objects at this degree can make us much more intuitive, empathetic, and creative !!
for example, with your jupiter and mars conjunct at 24° cancer, this can mean that you take a more sensitive approach to conflict with others, or perhaps you're a bit sensitive to conflict yourself (esp. surrounding politics, spirituality, morals, religion, or your cultural beliefs)
but despite mars' snappiness from being fallen in cancer, jupiter is empowered from being exalted here !! this can make it easier for you to see the bigger picture to conflict and understand when engaging in disagreement is actually important or not. jupiter at 24° cancer can make us wiser and gentler with our words, rather than using them to lash out people
and with venus at 24° leo, this is an excellent position for anyone who wants to use art to express themselves, regardless of if it's a natal placement or venus in transit !! utilize venus at this degree to heal yourself with the arts (♀) and use them to give your heart (♌︎) more attention !!
“art opens the closets, airs out the cellars and attics. it brings healing.” — julia cameron
if any of you have questions about the degrees, just send one to my inbox and i'll answer it as soon as i can !!
book a reading !!

astro notes: daily transit 4/30
Tuesday 4/30 the astrological focus is on Mars transitions from Pisces into its home sign of Aries at 8:32 AM. This shift marks a significant change in energy, as Mars in Aries is assertive, energetic, and ready to take action. This ingress into Aries can bring a surge of motivation and drive, inspiring us to pursue our goals with passion and determination.
We also have Venus in Taurus forming a semi-square to Pluto in Aquarius at 2°. This aspect can create tension in relationships, particularly around issues of power, control, and transformation.
Venus in Taurus values loyalty and stability, while Pluto in Aquarius seeks change and evolution, leading to potential conflicts in how we approach love and partnerships. Relationships may be particularly challenging on this day, as Venus in Taurus squares cautious Saturn and semi-squares passionate Pluto.
As the Moon completes its journey through Capricorn in this morning, it forms sextiles to Neptune and Mars, helping us gracefully tie up loose ends and prepare for new beginnings.
That being said, with Mars in Aries and the recently ingressed Moon in Aquarius, there is a strong emphasis on independence and taking initiative. This energy can be invigorating but also challenging, especially in relationships.
These aspects will trigger lessons around loyalty, boundaries, and transformation, leading to potential conflicts and power struggles.
People may be most reactive late morning when the Moon squares Venus, semi-squares Saturn, and conjoins Pluto, highlighting the need for patience and understanding in our interactions.
