I’ve been reading a lot of Star Wars Novels lately but one of Rael Aveross’ lines in Master and Apprentice really stood out to me

‘We don’t choose the light because we want to win… We choose it because it is the light’

To me it very well puts together the fight of the Jedi in the Clone Wars and later, the remaining Jedi’s battle against the Empire. They could of very well of given up but they chose to keep fighting on the side of good not because they knew it was the winning side, but because it was good because it was filled with light.

It’s Rael restating Qui-Gon Jinn’s line from earlier in the novel but I prefer the more simple way Rael phrases it.

“I love you”, he breathes, as if it’s the only phrase he’s been taught. Your name is caught on his lips, falling from him with a melodic ring, sending a shiver up your spine as he caresses you, feeling you and only you, all of you.

Perhaps it was the way that you smiled at him, carefree and bright like the sun, graceful and ever ethereal beneath its beams, you, the image of you, burning into his mind like a broken record, looping, so that he might never forget that sight of you.

You are all that is ever in his head, it is only you that he hears, wishes to hear you praise him every time he pushes himself to do better than the day before, because it is you that he adores, you that he strives to be better for.

“I love you,” he repeats, his voice but a hushed whisper, ever-loving and gentle against your skin. And you know it is true, because of how he says it, so fragile and genuine as if he may break if you leave him.

You are all he has, and so you are his, as he is yours.

‘I am what Cere made me’

ITS SO CRAZY THAT THIS BANGER OF A LINE WAS USED OUTSIDE OF A CUTSCENE IN JEDI: FALLEN ORDER(2019). I totally understand why they used it again in Kenobi(2022) with Anakin and Obi-wan’s ‘I am what you made me’. IT GOES SO HARD!!

Regarding the Twitter drama, I would like to make it clear I DO NOT condone or support Elliott Ghindi (or his actions/decisions), nor will I ever choose to do so.

While I AM a Tighnari-themed blog (and while I heavily kin Tighnari), I do not associate him with his VA, and I especially will not ever after seeing all what’s happened. Please do not harass me for having such attachments to a character who has nearly nothing to do with his VA other than simply having been voiced by the person.

I will not condone other users coming onto my blog to yell/nag at me for liking, writing, or drawing/cosplaying Tighnari content. He is a kin and a comfort of mine, and his VA’s choices will not change my views on him. He is a separate person from those who voice him.

(That being said, I am NOT defending Elliott. However, I will block anyone who attempts to start shit with me just because I enjoy making things related to Tighnari.)

Hiii I’ve been kinda dead but hey uh the good news is I’ve managed to communicate with most of my alters.. this is my public way of putting it out there that I’m the host of a plural system.. curls into a ball and cries, I went from 2 alters to a system of 14 in the span of 3 months, please save me, we keep splitting

I do think it’s kinda funny that 4 alters split from OCs, 1 split from TWST, 1 split from PJSK, and 1 split from Haikyuu… and then all the others split from Genshin character sources. Idk it’s just a little funny

Especially that one time Sora (our Wanderer fictive, who formerly went by the name ‘Kuni’) told my friend they’re “the kind of nut you find in an institution” (see the attached image)
