I'm not a gyoza fan but this truffle gyoza by @omnipork.hk is really amazing that I bought a few boxes after I've tried it for the first time. It has a really strong truffle taste and smell, you would definitely love it if you're a fan of truffle food. ENCAPSULATED FOODS, LESSON 2: GYOZA + MISO GLAZE 😋 My submission to @foodfutureinstitute Super excited with this lesson coz I love love love gyozas and dumplings! I used the following for the filling, and kept some of it raw (celery, ginger, chili, microgreens): - shiitake mushrooms - Red cabbage, chopped - Green onions - leek, chopped - celery, chopped (to replace the carrot which was not on the PDF grocery list) - Ginger, chopped - Red chili, chopped - Garlic - chopped - Bok choy microgreens from @thefarmasia - Mizuna microgreens from @thefarmasia - Soy sauce from @mu.soysauce - Sesame oil - Salt For the wrapper, I used rice paper instead as based on the pot pie lesson, white flour makes me quite ill and I really wanted to eat this gyoza. 👄💦😋 Posted @withrepost • @vegspirationfeed CREAMY RED CURRY W/ VEGGIE GYOZA 🥟 Follow us @vegspirationfeed for Daily vegan recipes Photo and recipe by @alexafuelednaturally I can’t name a combo that I love more🤭 Tag friends and grab recipe below ✨ Ingredients: 1 yellow onion, diced 3 garlic cloves, minced 1 inch fresh ginger, minced 1 tbsp coconut oil 1/2 tsp salt 1/4 tsp pepper 1 cup broccolini, chopped 1 container tofu, cubed (I really like use high protein firm tofu) 1 red bell pepper, chopped small 6 cups filtered water + 1 tbsp bouillon paste (or 6 cups vegetable broth) 2 cans coconut milk 1 tbsp soy sauce 4 tbsp red curry paste 1 tbsp 100% pure  maple syrup 1 tbsp Sriracha (optional) 1 bunch cilantro, for garnish Store bought vegetable gyoza or homemade (I have gyoza recipe on the blog, It will be linked in my bio!) Method: 1. In a large pot over medium to high heat melt coconut oil then add diced onion, minced garlic and minced ginger. Sauté all together for 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper for 5-6 minutes then add chopped bell peppers, tofu, broccolini & sauté for 7 minutes, stirring as it cooks.  Add vegetable broth, coconut milk, soy sauce, curry paste, maple syrup and stir. Bring to a simmer and cook for 10 minutes or until vegetable are tender. 2. In a blender carefully spoon 4-5 cups of broth and the red bell pepper to the blender. Blend on high for 1 minute then pour back into pot. Stir and let simmer for an additional 5 minutes. 3. Make gyoza according to the directions on package or if you’re following my recipe for homemade gyoza follow the directions accordingly. 4. Zajrzeliśmy wreszcie do @ukigreen na rameny. Jest dobrze, nawet bardzo. Choć mamy parę przemyśleń i rzeczy które nam nie podpasowały. O tym niedługo na blogu. Konkurencja ramenowa w Warszawie stoi na mega wysokim poziomie, co chwilę zaskakując nowymi lokacjami albo pozycjami. Specjalnie nie wrzucamy na zdj zup, żeby podtrzymać Was w oczekiwaniu. 한국어 👇#리뷰 Have you ever heard of Perilla Seed Powder? This ingredient found in Korean cooking is one of my favorite ingredients ❤️ I love it with noodles or even in my oatmeal - have you seen my reel or IGTV video with that recipe? 😊 It’s getting cold so I wanted to make something warming and delicious and I got to try these new vegan dumpling from @britebelly and so I thought - why not give Mushroom Perilla Seed Powder soup a little mandu twist? 🥟 So here you have my new fave dinner - Mushroom Perilla Powder or “tteulkettang” with Gyoza 🥟 For 2 servings: 4 cups of water boiled with 1/2 cup of radish, few pieces of seaweed and 2 shiitake mushrooms 2 cups of mushrooms of choice 1 pack of vegan dumplings (frozen) @britebelly Optional - green chill pepper, spring onion 10 tbsps of perilla seed powder 1/2 tbsp sticky rice powder (or corn or potato starch) 2 tbsp of soy sauce 1 tbsp minced garlic Salt and pepper to taste First boil your water, radish, seaweed and shiitake mushrooms for about 15 min on low heat. Remove seaweed, add rest of the mushrooms, salt and soy sauce. Cook over medium heat for about 5 min. Then add your dumplings and cook for another 7-8 min. Add your perilla seed powder and rice powder mixed well with 3 tbsp of water and stir in well into the soup.
