James whistles from across the great hall at the Slytherin table. There’s a whistle in return from that table. From his boyfriend, Regulus. James smiles and so does Regulus. They made a secret language for when they can’t say what they really mean. James’s was ‘I love you’ and Regulus’s was ‘I love you, too, Idiot’.

Regulus whistles across the common room to his cousin. She whistles back. They started whistling to each other, so they know they’re both still there. Narcissa turns around in her chair and smiles at him. Regulus smiles back.

Andromeda whistles to her daughter before she leaves for her first day at college. She whistles back, but it’s not the same as her sisters.

Lily whistles across the lake, Pandora turns around and whistles back to her. Pandora smiles as well as Lily and she turns around and walks back up to her friends.

Marlene smiles at her girlfriend as her whistle echoes through the room, and she continues smiling when she whistles back.

Evan whistles to his sister across the common room and she replies back with a softer whistle and a smile.

Regulus whistles the tune that Sirius taught him when he was little. Barty whistles back after hearing it for so long. Regulus feels comfort in that, but it’s not the same.

Andromeda whistles before leaving Hogwarts, hoping to hear one of her sisters, it never came.

Mary, Dorcas, and Lily whistle at Marlene’s grave, hoping she’ll whistle back. She never does.

Barty, Evan, Pandora, and Regulus stand at Dorcas’s grave and whistle, hoping it’s some sick joke she decided to pull. But the return whistle never came.

Pandora, Barty, and Regulus stand at Evan’s grave whistling for Evan to appear, but they all know if Barty’s not in on it, it’s real.

James whistles to Harry in his crib. The same one he used to whistle to Regulus for their secret code. This time, Lily whistles beside him to Harry.

Regulus whistles to Draco, except he whistles James’s part ‘I love you’. He was waiting for the whistle back, but the only one that came was Narcissa’s from the doorway.

Pandora whistles to Luna in her crib, the same one she and Evan used to communicate.

Alice and Frank whistle just as Bellatrix hits them with a curse, Bellatrix whistles in return, not tauntingly, but like she wants to stop.

Mary and Remus whistle at the physic ward, hoping to hear a return whistle from both Alice and Frank, but it never came.

Mary, Remus, and Pandora whistle at Lily’s grave, knowing that Lily would never pull something like this.

Regulus stands next to Mary and Remus whistling and hoping to at least hear something in return, but the only ones that came was from beside him.

Sirius whistles the tune he taught Regulus from his cell, another whistle came back, but it wasn’t the one he wanted to hear, neither was the one after that.

Barty, Pandora, and Narcissa stand at Regulus’s grave, whistling to him for the last time.

Barty whistles throughout Pandora’s house, but the only one that came was a soft one from her daughter's room.

Sirius whistles throughout all of Hogwarts until he hears what he was looking for. The whistle that could only come from one person, Remus.

Remus walks the halls of Hogwarts after Sirius’s death waiting for something in return. It never came.

Bellatrix whistles as she dies, but she never got one in return.

Narcissa whistles in front of her sister's house. There’s a return whistle from inside the house and her door opens showing her older sister standing at the door with a sad expression on her face.

Harry whistles throughout Hogwarts and two return whistles come from behind him. He turns around to find Luna and Draco. Another one comes from beside him. Teddy stands there and smiles at him.

okay random but you know all the hp groups and their names?? like the marauders, Valkyries, emeralds/skittles, golden trio? I was thinking about pansy, Draco and Blaise obv being the silver trio because duh, Slytherin yk? and then I was thinking about Enzo, Mattheo and Theodore and I HC them being STH along the line of the heir trio or the heirs? because yk, matty is the heir of Slytherin, Theo is the heir to the Nott family and Enzo to the Berkshire one (I do not see those idiots having siblings im sorry they're only children) anyways if you combine the silver trio and the heirs trio into one friend group they'd be called the silver heirs because once again they're all the heirs to their family (pansy is also an only child idgaf) and yeah just random HC 🫶

adding to what Zero said, we also just don't need to wallow about our past we can focus on our future. we do have positive accomplishments since committing to our path by defeating Draco. we resisted raging and attacking Setanta, stopped the white signal and saved the Valkyrie and Bryn, we have managed to stay civil while being in the city, we took the chance to help out with the Priests request, made it a priority to avoid killing Alter Ego, and didn't resist arrest. We're definitely chaotic but that's our nature as a multi-souled shadow blob, and we're doing well staying committed to the change. We can pile on more positive accomplishments and make a good impression by tackling this meeting maturely. I believe in us!

regulus died

-barty was not a good person + died

-evan was never mentioned

-vernon, petunia and dudley existed

-draco married astoria

-regulus was in fact straight and had a girlfriend
