So a couple of weeks ago, I made my own list of nominations for the Anime Awards, just because. I posted some of the other more jokey categories I came up with, including: Worst Girl and Prettiest Protagonist, but I never posted my full real list. 

So here are my real picks if I were making my own anime awards. How many do you agree with? Or should I have my weeb card revoked?

Couple things to consider: I’m counting JoJo Stone Ocean as 2021 because an entire cour dropped at once, so why not? I’m not going to include the categories for best director (because I don’t have a good way to measure who should be considered the best) or best film (because I’ve only seen a few anime movies from 2021 and felt it wouldn’t really be fair to compare things I haven’t seen) But my pick for best film is the Shirobako movie, and best director should probably go to Sonny Boy.

There is no rhyme or reason for which title translations I use. Some are the English version, some are in Japanese.

Also I’ve only seen one episode of Odd Taxi and Vivy, so don’t @ me. I included them where I could.
