How many wips? Way to many ngl (ノ_<、) But lookin' at the numbers, I've got Works in Progress according to ao3, which I seriously thought there'd be like 30, (it feels like thirty istg) but turns out I have grossly underestimated the amount of oneshots I have. Still, 20 is around half of all my total works, so 45% are WIP's. A little under half!
I've been writing since I was really young, I think? I don't have an exact year, but I've been writing little scribbles of stuff for a while. But if we're talking, like, fanfic specifically, I joined ao3 around summer of 2021, so about 3 years of fanfic writing! I never checked before, I could have a little fanfic anniversary, haha!
Like I said in another ask, I am super indulgent on whatever I write honestly, but basically: villainous/evil women, characters turning evil, characters rejecting destiny/responsibilities, truth serum/spell, time travel/time loop, freak for freak (rare ship moment), but some bonus ones I forgot to mention: ✧˖° any trope that has to do with the mindscape like a somehow going into a character's mind, or like the physical manifestation of parts of characters' personality/emotions. Plus angst. Non-romantic angst, but gimme a mf whose just having a terrible time and I should be sold. And when characters snap, when the mask drops, when they gotta admit the lie, etc etc, especially masks being revealed. I'll eat it up, scrumptiousssss. And any dynamic where they're just trying to make the other worse, especially if they think that's "better" somehow.
#i personally find romance rlly boring so any grief or tragedy tied specifically with romance will have be yawning#rare exceptions exists obvi but i will be fighting sleep#but mutually obsessed with never not be funny to me. like what is wrong with the BOTH of you???? make each other worse <3#be codependent !!! be an angry dog and their pathetic handler !! be devoted and obsessed! have funky power dynamics!!! hate when they're TO#uneven?#asks#also i am so serious i thought the wips would be SO much higher holy shit#i rlly thought it was more 30/40 than the 20/44 turn out???

LOL#No rougher than eating meat for the rest of your life when you were previously a grass-eating horse though#I tried coming up w cool name for the vaccine so its HPE as in “Hope”

homegrown cotton -> homespun & plied thread -> a little piece of lace :)

Freshly hatched. still wet with mucus and whatever#Have you ever seen a butterfly fresh from the cocoon and their wings are all crumpled up?#so yeah their unevenness is intentional lol#I spent forever debating whether I wanted to put Peri there#but ultimately I thought it made the composition more interesting so I kept him#Also youll notice his wings are slightly different now I decided to redesign them to be a bit more galaxy like#its hard to see here but Ive changed the 3 dots to resemble planets in a row: Green for cosmo pink for Wanda and different pink for timmy#I think it came out a bit ugly in this but whatever Ive spend too long on this already#I wanted Devs wings to be reminiscent of gold. For some reason I really liked the idea of them curving inward too#Maybe to represent that hes selfcentered.
