summary: It only took an unpretentious visit to a local florist for all of Lewis's convictions to come crashing down, and finally the lord of the Underworld found what was missing in his lonely existence.

a/n: After weeks (my God, how embarrassing) I'm updating this little story that came to celebrate my first hundred followers and today I have three hundred and a little bit, I can't help but be happy and surprised by this, like, you guys really like what I write (give me a minute, I'm emotional here) Anyway, I hope you like it and I apologize, but in this story I really can't bring long chapters.

chapter two

The mastiffs were waiting for him as soon as he stepped into the Black Forest, the black dogs guiding him through the trees, not caring if Lewis was following them. He could feel the dense magic of the place mixing with the magic of Hecate, the goddess of witches was present in every corner of that forest, in the trunks of the majestic pine trees, in the dry leaves on the ground, even in the drops of dew on the plants. Hecate was in everything, watching Hades entering her enclosure, waiting for him to come to her.

And it didn't take long for him to arrive.

A Germanic Gothic cottage, with a window box of wisteria and hyacinths, and more black dogs lying in the doorway. The relaxed posture of the resting mastiffs did little to hiding how attentive they were, Lewis knew that all it took was one false move, one misinterpreted thought for those dogs to tear his body apart until only bones remained. Lewis smelled herbal tea and fruitcake, and Hecate's husky, powerful voice came through the air like a whisper, humming an old lullaby, singing about old gods, past wars and forgotten glories.

The cabin doors opened and Lewis paused for a few seconds, he didn't know if he was ready for whatever Hecate might tell him. He could have gone after Apollo or Athena, but he knew that his nephews would not hesitate to report their concerns to Zeus and everything would become a big family affair, like everything in that family. Hecate was trustworthy, discreet and antisocial, like him, so there was no one better to give Hades any information without ending up in one of the Olympian interrogations.

“As tempting as it may be, I don’t want a salt statue of the god of the underworld on my doorstep, so just come in,” he hears her say, and as if a hand were pushing him, Lewis enters, hearing the doors slam shut with a thud.

The inside of the cabin was exactly as he expected, cozy, mystical, and dark. Candles were scattered everywhere, the smell of hemp mingling with the aroma of the Black Forest. It was easy to recognize who that hut belonged to.

“I hope you’re hungry, I used my best herbs to make a tea, so you better eat.” He found her in the kitchen, arranging the food on the table.

Hecate was a tall, slender woman with dark hair, pale skin, and eyes as dark as night. Small veins of magic flickered around her, making Hecate's hair levitate, the goddess making it clear why she was one of the most powerful in the entire pantheon, powerful enough to make Zeus afraid to face her.

No one would want to be blacklisted by the heiress of Nyx and Erebus.

“I heard some interesting rumors, could you confirm which ones are true?” She pointed to the chair, waiting for him to settle in. Hades opened the button on his jacket and picked up the cup of tea.

“That depends, what rumors have you been hearing?”

“About Persephone, the walls of Tartarus, and something about the games being canceled…”

“The walls are actually falling down, this makes it easier for Cronus and his minions to try to get out..” he clarified, “And as for Persephone... Don't ask me how, but Zeus said she's alive, but remains hidden in some corner of the planet, without manifesting its powers or any trace of its divinity.”

Hecate looked at the god of the dead over the rim of the cup, the goddess's nocturnal eyes seeming to capture the details that Hades left out “And what do you want, Lewis? I like your visits, but I doubt this was a courtesy”

“I was with the Moirai, with the walls of Tartarus crumbling, my domains are in danger, I need to know what to do to stop it”

“and they said what?”

"that I should seek what is lost, but I do not understand" Hades mutters, he hated not knowing things, hated looking like a fool with no answers.

“Her eyes shone, as bright as when the Milky Way appeared in the sky.

“Tell me Hades, do you feel it?”

“What?”

“You feel that hole deep in your soul, deep, immense, growing bigger every day, devouring more and more pieces of you. Something in you was lost so many years ago that you can't even remember.” Hecate said, her voice taking on a deep, dark tone. “"If you don't find what you lost, if you don't fill that hole, Tartarus will continue to crumble, you will continue to be threatened”

“But what did I lose, Hecate?”

“It's not something, it's someone, Hades”

Olympus

“She is your daughter too, Zeus!” Demeter shouted, she didn’t care about Hera’s fierce glares, the queen of the gods detested any mention of Zeus’s bastards. “Bring her home, Zeus!”

All the Olympian gods and creatures felt the tremors shaking Mount Olympus. The trees seemed to grow and it seemed that winter had come early.

“Hermes and Apollo are after her, Demeter, what do you want me to do? Go down there and open every hole in the earth to look for her?” Zeus said, he seemed too calm and peaceful for Demeter, the goddess of agriculture made the entire Earth shake, she might not be the mistress of earthquakes, but no one would want to anger her, well, except Zeus.

“Yes! Because you never thought twice before turning the Earth upside down looking for your lovers!" She said and finally saw Zeus abandon his composure. The heavenly eyes of the king of the gods turned stormy and lightning crackled around him, making the air static. Demeter was approaching a dangerous limit, but she was never known for temperance.

“Hold your sharp tongue, Demeter, I have already made it clear that Hermes and Apollo will bring Persephone back." He stood up, making everyone in the dome fall silent. "Now speak to me like this again and I will ensure that you spend the rest of eternity sealed in an amphora"

Demeter clenched her jaw, trying to contain her anger, she knew it was not good to contradict Zeus when he spoke in that tone, never. Everyone still remembered finding Hera imprisoned on a golden throne, punished for her own arrogance in plotting against her husband. Zeus was benevolent, but even his charity had limits.

“I understand your fears, sister, Persephone has been lost for centuries, I too want her back and I demand that Apollo and Hermes do their best to bring her home”

Demeter nodded and gave a measured bow before leaving the dome, letting the soft scent of ripe wheat perfume the air.

“Athena, Artemis and Hestia, join Apollo and Hermes and help in the search for Persephone, I will not allow us to spend the next equinox celebration with our incomplete family.” He ordered before leaving the dome, making it clear that he would not admit failure, there was no possibility that Persephone would not be home by the next winter equinox.

The gods scattered, wondering what might happen if the goddess of spring was not home in time.

One of the things that really bothers me in some solangelo fanfics is the way Will is written because authors will literally remove all his flaws and make him perfect. Like give me Will who goes to poke a pimple in tartarus just to check if it potentially has healing properties , give me Will who can unintentionally rude at times by being blunt and not having a filter, give me Will who does not hesitate to share his opinions. Like yes, Will is kind , forgiving, and has a strong sense of justice, is supportive , accepting, will put others needs ( emotional and physical) over his own but he's an audhd teenager with anxiety , self-worth issues and a hero complex. He is also very sassy ( at times ) and can be pretty scary when he needs to be. He is far from perfect, and ppl need to understand that !! His flaws make his character so much more interesting.

love thinking about the underworld siblings just being absolute fucking creatures. they stare at you too long after a conversation has ended and quickly look away if you notice and look back. they sit catatonic on the floor of a pitch black room and get mildly annoyed when someone turns the lights on. they get each other in a distinct way that no one else ever really could and hold hands creepily like the twins in the shining. nico notices the tiny little things of another person's life and when they ask him How he knows he says "the ghosts in your walls told me" (it's a joke and no one laughs). hazel has a fun night on the town with friends when suddenly she lays her fingertips to the earth and says "oh... someone was murdered here in 1998" and the mood is killed instantly. they have a shared macabre that looms over others like the presence of an urn in the corner of a room. percy/frank/will/jason/reyna are used to it but even they get caught off guard by their behavior sometimes. they need to be Weird in a way that makes other people uncomfortable

the idea of solangelo breaking up post-TSATS is extremely funny if only for the fact that it would be the SECOND TIME Nico brought his crush to the Underworld for a romantic quest and it went horribly. Like, well, sure bringing Percy to the Styx didn’t turn out great, but bringing Will to Tartarus is bound to work out-! oh. Oh no it didn’t. ....Well, third time’s the charm-!

Poseidon

Poseidon despises your attitude. You’re disrespectful, you’re rude, you’re agitative, you’re catty… yet, he is so fascinated by who you are, even if you drive him up the wall by daring to berate him. The God of Gods, the King of the Seas and the man far above you, just a puny God/Goddess… he needs more of you and gets obsessed over it

Poseidon did just meet you and he has an uncontrollable obsession he didn’t know where it came from but he’s now addicted to it. You’re a desirable yet infuriating force; he wants you, he wants to shape you, he wants to mold you into a perfect lover, he wants to form you the greatest ruler of the Sea besides him

Poseidon, unlike his brother and nephew, will force what he wants on you very aggressively and he is the much more toxic Yandere lover. Kick and insult him all you want, you won’t get away from him and you won’t win whatsoever. You can be as much of an asshole as you want, he’s an asshole too. You can’t escape

Poseidon can actually handle your own hyper-hatefulness well… by using his own immense raw strength, using his authority as a Supreme God. Keep kicking against him as he drags you back to the room he labelled as yours, he’ll make sure you can’t speak for the whole night

Poseidon is obsessed to the point he will make you his wife/husband/spouse right away, like the moment he gets his hands on you and he often uses his marine beings to invoke constant surveillance on you. He doesn’t care what he has to do, he’ll get you and he’ll be able to smell your beautiful hair and he’ll have what he wants. YOU

Poseidon is a very possessive Yandere, he gives you orders and rules, and he suspects you to obey them. Do not and he’ll punish you for daring to disobey him in a rather… unfavourable way, the only man who’ll tolerate your utterlyunattractive bitchiness. Do as he says, he’ll praise and reward you. More food, more luxury, not a day in the semi-flooded cellar

Poseidon will absolutely kill every soul who just looks in your direction in the most violent manner possible. Do you think he has morality? None in the slightest. If you see him make eye contact with somebody, suspect him to spill their guts all over the floor. As divine punishment for tainting you with their filth called a existence

Poseidon is the embodiment of a very strict stern hyper violent Yandere, who gives you brutal punishments as to ‘fix you’ and isolates you from everybody, yet loves you infinitely

Apollo

Apollo is a lot less aggressive, more eccentric and protective! He knows you’re so rude and you’re such a prick, you have almost no likability but you’re absolutely beautiful, so exotic, so sexy. He wants you, and he doesn’t have much boundaries so he wont take a no. He always gets what he wants, he is the most beautiful powerful desirable God in the Greek Pantheon!

Apollo did just meet you a few days ago, you’re one of the few people that did not bend to his pure existence and fall for him. You were quite harsh and sharp, shocking him and that feeling… he is already hooked on it and he wants more. He’ll get more of you, rather you want it or not

Apollo does force you into things and he won’t even bother to tell you about what’s going on. He is quite narcissistic so his new-formed passionate obsessive love for you is mixing with his own self-centred mindset that he always weaves you into his choices, making you do as he wants

Apollo dislikes your attitude, it’s not regal or beautiful! He tries to fix your attitude so you’ll be even the more beautiful than you currently are. Even with your attitude, he’ll fight for your honour and he will not let anybody talk smack about you. He will enforce respect, even when you constantly disrespect everybody

Apollo may not be as violent and murderous as Poseidon but he isn’t as lenient as Hades. He will kill for you if absolutely needed and he enforces his superior position as the God of the Sun to ensure nobody will ever try take you away from him. You are his, you are his pet, you have his name marked across your heart!

Apollo is very clingy and affectionate, he follows you around all the time. He barely gives you time alone nor does he back down at your yelling and berating. He won’t leave you to be vulnerable! You need him to clean your back, you need him to escort you across Valhalla! Stop fighting him, he’s only here for you and your own good

Yes! Apollo has you meet his beloved older twin sister, Artemis and he wants you to bond with her since you mean as much to him as she does. He pushes Artemis to be patient with you and your snarky jadedness and since he is very tunnel-visioned, he believes you two are friends since you’re not trying to hurt her at all

Apollo is the hyperactive clingy affectionate needy Yandere, who unknowingly disrespects your wants and needs for his own wants. Though, loves you infinitely

Hades

Hades is singlehandedly the most caring and gentle Yandere of these three magnificent Gods that he rarely forces you into stuff with him without your input. He deeply cares for your wants and needs and thoughts, he asks you for your opinions yet he just brushes past your steely belligerent attitude, to give you the love you deserve

Hades truly didn’t care how rocky and honestly awful his first meeting with you, just a minor God/Goddess, was. He only cared about this rapid beating in his chest your presence granted and your razor sharp cruel tongue induced to his mind that it doesn’t go away… is he a masochist? He can’t be… but, he wouldn’t mind you looking at him again

Hades gets it. He’s the King of the Underworld, he is the greatest King in Greece history and he has everything a person like you could want and all the more so come on. Down to Helheim with him, where he’ll spoil you rotten and make you his King/Queen. You’ll enjoy your brand new home, he’ll make sure you do… yet, he’ll never realise him kidnapping you is wrong

Hades gives love language through his multitude of presents. All very pricey and very luxurious, all materialistic objects that show his passionate deep unhealthy love for you. Look at all the hard work he’s putting into giving you all this, despite the fact you’re ungrateful and always tick him off. He’ll excuse it all since he loves you, even if it means he has to give a slap or two as punishment

Hades has the infamous; ‘collects things you once owned’ trait. He collects absolutely every materials and items you have made contact with as to absorb your mark on them. That hairbrush, it’s yours but he feels the hair to smell it. That soap bottle, it’s yours but he uses the shampoo to feel connected to you. He has a shrine of you, it’s that bad

Hades is not touchy because he is shy, he is too shy to be affectionate to you in public where Apollo has no fear and Poseidon’s very professional. Surprising, yes but it’s true. He holds your hand, even as you pull away and he kisses it and possessively rambles about how perfect you are, flawed but it can be fixed. He just goes on and on, he’s obsessed

Hades is also the least violent amongst the three. He doesn’t fear to stand up to threats harming his beloved and he will absolutely raise his Bident and drag his romantic rivals or enemies down to Helhelm for him to torment them… he just does it sparingly, in order to protect your view on him. He doesn’t want to hurt you…

Hades is the most emotionally-in tune possessive obsessed Yandere who has built his new world centring you and constantly excusing your actions, since he loves you infinitely

They where the first gods, as years go by they got bored so they start to create things, m!y/n enjoyed the animal's only on earth while f!y/n enjoyed watching other suffer, so litte by litte m!y/n created Helios and selene after that f!y/n created titans.

Out of annoynce m!y/n took twins(apollo and Artemis) and made them into gods and taking thers place.

After that both went into the life of humans, m!y/n and f!y/n decided to live with nymphs, witch they took them in, and so the rest is history.
