cake decorating class finale

#buttercream layering w a palette knife is so fucking hard. oh my god. mad props to all those cake decorating vids on social media #we only had 20 minutes after the buttercream to really do any decorating AND cleanup. i finished it at home to hide the ugly green piping #sadly just trifle sponge + vanilla buttercream and all fondant leaves so it's not even delicious. but someday i WILL make good cakes #cake decorating
