Shut up that cheek stroke and wiping away of her tears and ‘it’s okay’ was IMPROV? Ari you took care of Glinda so well love this for you Nobody breathed during this scene in the theater because the silence and awkwardness was so pronounced and you could really feel that was actually difficult for Galinda to do this and correct her mistake a hard No and the first time she actually stood up for someone else at a potential cost to her popularity which is her shield and the way she does it and leaves everyone else behind- both on the dance floor and at the end of the dance from this point on she and Elphaba are constantly connected and the turning point is such a great moment this was so so good Elphaba loves Galinda because she is the first human to see her as a person with actual feelings and to understand her heart and Galinda loves Elphie because she wants everyone else to love her but knows Elphaba loves her without her really asking for it So much that she almost gave up her classes and path to the Wizard because she perceived Galinda as being kind And it changes EVERYTHING for them the OzDust Ballroom was my favorite scene for so many reasons but primarily because of this apparently IMPROV moment by Ari and i can’t stop thinking about what a fantastic choice this was to have Glinda reach out and touch her tears and make them known So that Elphaba can truly be SEEN What a great adaptation of this moment Wicked Spoilers @dealanexmachina

28.11.2024 Exam Countdown: 14 days

• Spoke with the professor about the model I made. It didn’t occur to me at all to consider the mechanics involved. I just made something that looked functional and called it a day💀. He was nice about it though and we came up with some new ideas.

• Studied and made more flashcards for about 3 hours. I’m feeling more optimistic about the exam. I only have two more topics to cover and I’ll hopefully be done by Monday so I’ll have a week just to revise🙂‍↕️.

• Did some violin practice today and I actually played!!! And nobody slid a note under my door telling me I sucked!!! I started immediately I was done setting up so I didn’t have time to stress about it.

• Started playing Life Is Strange and I’m loving it sm. Making decisions stresses me out but knowing I can always make a new save makes it easier to bear.
