"Oh my god, you like him"

"What are you talking about?"

"You know we follow each other on spotify right? You've been listening to the same 6 7 songs for days now. It's a playlist isn't it?"

"Where is this conversation going exactly?"

"Who is it? Tell me"

You look at your friend confused. Soonyoung can be random at times, like right now. He just started this topic randomly.

"You like someone, you only make a new playlist when you like someone so who is it?" he asks

"No one, oh my gosh"

Just then the bell hanging by the door chimes, signaling someone just walked in. You didn't look over only to be surprised when someone sat beside Soonyoung,

"Hey guys, sorry I was late. Have you ordered?"

"Hey" you nod over at Joshua, the guy smiling back at you

Soonyoung watches the exchange, looking back and forth between you and your other friend. It's like a lightbulb just lit up in his head.

You can see his expression change, but before he could say anything you kick his leg under the table to stop him

"AH!"

You shoot him a look, meanwhile Joshua stays oblivious to the chaos. He reads the menu, looking for something to order.

"Is the coffee good?" he asks no one in particular

"Yea, she likes it" Soonyoung points at you

"Oh uh yea it's good"

"Okay, I'll go get that. Do you want anything else?"

"I'm good" your other friend answers, then the two look at you

"Me too, thanks Shua" he shoots you another smile before standing up

"Shua? SHUA? You call him Shua???"

"Yea, because that's his name" you roll your eyes, trying to play it cool

"Oh my god, it's him. You like him" he points at you

"Shut it before he comes back"

"You didn't deny it"

You shoot him another look just as Joshua takes the seat beside him again. The three of you hang out to catch up, a little tradition you do with your friends when you have free time. Sometimes, you drive around town or go on an easy hike or set up a picnic.

Sometimes your other friends join you, but today it's just the three of you.

"The sky's getting dark, it'll probably rain soon" You say while looking out the window, the two guys following your gaze

"Oh yea, we should go. Hey Joshua, can you drive her home? I have a thing I have to drive by before going home"

"Yea no problem" ever the gentleman, Joshua agrees with a smile. The three of you walk out the cafe, saying goodbye to Soonyoung as he walks over to his car. You catch him mouthing something a long the lines of "you're welcome". Probably trying to play cupid between you and Joshua.

The two of you also walk to his car, a hand behind the small of your back to guide you. Even though the ground is flat concrete, you feel like you're going to trip just thinking about how close he is.

Joshua opens the door for you, holding a hand over your head as you get in. You're not even close to hitting the roof of the car, but still, he does it because he is the epitome of 'gentleman'. He waits for you to settle in before closing the door and jogging over the driver's side.

When he gets in the car, he puts the keys in and turn the engine on. Putting one hand behind your seat as he maneuver out of the parking lot.

You can feel your cheeks get warm, it's nothing special but you had to admit he looks so good while doing such a mundane thing.

Joshua looks over at you and notices the blush on your cheeks.

"You okay, baby?"

"Shut up"

He laughs louder, his hand finding yours and intertwining your fingers together.

"Soonyoung thinks I have a crush on you?"

"Does he?"

"Mhm, been listening to the playlist you made me. He said I only ever make a playlist when I like someone" you tell him, you see the smile forming on his pretty lips you had to stop your self from leaning over to steal a kiss from your boyfriend.

"I mean, he's not wrong. You made me one before"

"Yea like before we dated, now you do it too"

It was how you confessed to him, too shy to say you like him to his face so you did it through songs. You thought he didn't get the message you were trying to send over because he didn't say anything to you after you sent the playlist.

You really thought he really didn't see anything other than a friend until one night while hanging out he started to play one of the songs on his guitar. It was during a party, surrounded by all your friends, with people having their own conversations all around you.

And yet your attention was on him, listening to each note he's playing.

"When will we tell him?" Joshua asks you

"Let him figure it out on his own. It's kind of fun to see him get excited over it, it's like we have a fan rooting for us"

"What if I kiss you in front if him"

"You wouldn't dare, Joshua Hong" he smirks when he heard his full name, sparing you a quick glance. He waits until the light turned red before turning over to you, a hand behind your head to pull you closer to him then he's crashing your lips against him.

His lips moving against yours in sync. Like a routine he worked hard on memorizing, he knows just how to get you chasing after his lips asking for a few more kisses. Each one taking your breath like it's the first kiss.

He's the one to break away first (even though he didn't want to, but you're in middle of the road), he kisses your nose before going back to his seat. His hand goes back to holding yours, like back to normal. Like he didn't just kiss the breath out of you.

Joshua smirks when he looks over at you, looking at him with round eyes he loves so much.

The traffic light is still red but you don't dare to tease your boyfriend again because you know he won't hesitate to do it again and then some.

"Hey, I love you" he squeezes your hand, making you look over at him

"I know" you jokingly reply, then you lean over to give him a peck on the cheek.

"Let's sit together next hang out and pretend to secretly like each other" you say, "Easy, I already look like I like you" he say

"No kisses though, have to take me out first"

"We'll call it a date then"

Your POV

I was lying on one of the couches that was in the studio. Josh was recording his first ever album and I couldn't have been more proud of him. I heard the sound of paws hitting the ground so I looked over and saw Woody. I gently moved my left hand closer to the ground to give him some attention while we waited for Josh. 

" That was fantastic Josh." The producer said 

I looked over to the producer then to Josh who was sitting in the booth. Just by his expressions I could tell he was having a hard time. I got up and motioned to Tanner who was also with us that I was going to check on him. He nodded and informed the producer they should take a five minute break. 

Once I got the okay to walk in the booth I didn't waste another second. I gently pushed the door open. 

"Baby..." I whispered softly while walking over to him

He looked up and I could tell he was tired from the long studio days. I gently pulled him into my arms which resulted in his head resting on my chest. 

" Try not to stress yourself out baby." I whispered while gently running my hands through his hair. I heard him take a deep breath, but didn't make a move to leave the comfort of my arms just yet.

He moved out of my arms still taking small deep breaths to calm his stress level. " Maybe you should call it a day." I softly suggested while rubbing his back some

I pulled my hand back to my side. " Josh, I'm not asking you to stop, I'm telling you to take a break. You've been in the studio for over two weeks now. You need rest, you're exhausted." I softly explained 

" I will when I get this song down." He said stubbornly 

I sighed, " Joshua, come on. Your voice needs a break. Just let me take you back to the apartment so you can rest." I said 

" I can't okay, you don't get it cause you're not a singer. It needs to be perfect so please let me be." He said annoyed and put his headphones back on.

I know he was stressed and it shouldn't hurt, but it does. I just left the booth and walked back to the couch and blocked out the studio with my headphones. 

Joshua's POV

Right after those words left my mouth I felt bad. I wanted to go out of the booth and comfort her, but I know she would rather have some time to calm down just like me because of my stress level. I went back to trying to figure out the song and how to make it better, but my mind kept wandering to the beautiful girl on the other side of the glass. 

" Hey, um can we pick this back up tomorrow?" I asked through the mic

" Yea, it's not a problem go get some rest man." my producer said 

I nodded and stood up and left the booth which made Woody run over to me. " Hey buddy." I softly said and gave his ear a couple good scratches. I then walked over to the couch. 

"Y/n/n..." I softly said 

She just gave me a glance. I sighed and got to her level.

" Can you look at me please." I asked 

I knew she was ignoring me, which I don't blame her because from her point of view it most likely hurt her feelings. I place one of my hands on her arm. " Hey babe." I said 

She looked over and I could tell by her eyes that was hurt. I frowned and said low enough so we were the only ones that could hear. 

" I'm sorry, can we head to the apartment?" 

She sighed but nodded, so we packed some stuff then said goodbyes and I picked Woody up.

Your POV

I stepped out of the bathroom drying my hair with a towel. " Can we please talk now?" Josh said 

I looked over to him and nodded. I walked over and sat down. " Josh, I was just trying to help." I whispered 

He sighed and nodded, " I know and what I said I didn't mean it. Believe me please." he said 

I just looked over to him. " Still doesn't mean you should have said it." I whispered 

" I know and I'll keep apologizing. It's just this is my first album. I'm terrified no ones gonna like it and-" I immediately cut him off right there. " Baby....Don't do that. Your songs are amazing and if one likes them, then screw them. I'll be your biggest fan." I reassured 

He smiled. " You really mean that." 

" I wouldn't lie to you." I whispered 

He pulled me into a sweet soft kiss. " I love you." he whispered into the kiss

I smiled as well, " I love you more." 

He pulled away some, "Impossible." 

I let out a small chuckle making him smile more. He kissed me once again knowing that I would support him no matter what comes our way.

The latter licked his lips at the sight but his satisfaction quickly turned into something else when the younger man stood back up, slowly walking the few steps to reach the other. He had a seductive look on his face as he approached the elder. 

Joshua scoffed, a smirk on his lips "What do you think you're doing?" Hoshi stood only inches in front of the other man, looking at him longingly "I'm undressing you." He said, casually but with a serious look on his face. "Thought you should know that." The older idol added nonchalantly, winking at the youngest in the room whose smirk had long turned into more of a scared look. With that, Jeonghan closed the door behind himself again.

The dancer just swallowed drily, not even trying to talk himself out of the situation. He knew how much he had riled up the older singer and that there was no getting out of this now.

"Hey, Hosh. You know I really don't mind having you crash at my place. But for the love of god, could you atleast take a shower? You have not showered since you got here a week and a half ago. On top of that, you still haven't told me what happend, nor can I reach Chan? You know I care about you, right? Please just tell me, maybe I can help you." Jeonghan said as he sat down at the edge of the bed. Soonyoung looked exhausted, which he was. In the past week and a half he had only left the bed to go the bathroom. Jeonghan looked at the plate with food he had brought to Soonyoung last night, "and again, you didn't finish your food?" Soonyoung let out a sigh, "Han, please let it go." His voice came out cracky and soar as he turned around, facing his back towards Jeonghan, trying to go back to sleep.

Jeonghan had enough of it. He got the blankets away from Soonyoung and harshly grabbed Soonyoung by his arms, getting him up. "I'm not letting you starve yousrself, you're coming with me downstairs, now." Soonyoung groaned as he slowly followed Jeonghan downstairs. They sat at the dinner table in the kitchen. Jeonghan had made some soup for the two of them. Soonyoung was slowly stirring the soup in his bowl. "I think he left me." He suddenly spoke, his voice broke and his eyes were filled with tears. Jeonghan looked at him in disbelieve.

"Chan, i'm home!" Soonyoung screamed as he walked inside, just getting home from dance practice. It was already later then expected and Soonyoung didn't even have dinner yet. He quickly went upstairs to take a shower first, but he didn't find Chan there either. He just figured he was out for dinner with a friend. He was strolling around their bedroom, gathering some things together, as his eyes fell on Chan's nightstand. Not just the nightstand, no. Chan's wedding ring that was resting on it. It felt like his heart had dropped to his chest, he tried not to think too much about it, maybe Chan just forgot to put it back on after his shower. Soonyoung shook  his head, he didn't remember Chan had taken it of before. He took his phone from his pocket, calling Chan. Once. Twice. Six times. No answer. This is were Soonyoung started to feel very anxious. He put the wedding ring in his pocket and put his phone back as well, immediatly going back downstairs, grabbing his car keys. Maybe he just forgot to put it back on. Maybe his phone had run out of battery. He was just having dinner with a friend.

Soonyoung was driving through town, he knew some of Chan's favorite restaurants and cafe's. He would just check if he was there and if he was okay. After that he would just go home again. Arriving at the third cafe, it was getting late. It was getting dark outside already. He walked inside, seeing that people were having the time of their lives, inhaling the strong smell of alcohol. Looking through the crowd of people, still not seeing him. He let out a big sigh. "Hey Dino, let me introduce you to my friend." He heared an unfamiliar voice speak. His heart skipped a beat, Dino was a nickname he had given Chan back when they started dating. He turned around, to his big suprise, it was Chan that the guy was talking to. He observed them from a distance. Chan laughed, he looked drunk. Soonyoung literally felt his heart break in to pieces when he saw Chan kissing the white haired man. And not just that, after that he kissed the black haired man, even all three of them kissing together. A fourth man walked up to them, talking to the white haired boy. This didn't feel real, this was a nightmare. Soonyoung couldn't move. He just stared at them. He couldn't talk. He could barely breath. "Hey, you okay, man?" A random guy stopped in front of Soonyoung. "Ya.." Was the last thing he was able to say, before passing out.

Moments later, he woke up again. The random guy was still with him, handing him a glass of water, as he tried to sit down. "Bro, you look pale. Do you need something?" Soonyoung just shook his head as he took a few sips from the water. Soonyoung sat on the ground, but he was still trying to see if he could spot Chan or the two boys. "Did you happen to see 3 guys? Uhm. One of them had white hair, one of them was really tall-" before Soonyoung could finish, the boy interrupted him. "You mean Joshua and Mingyu? Yea, I saw them with Dino. Quite possible they went upstairs already." Soonyoung gave the boy a confused look, "upstairs? What's upstairs?" The boy pointed upstairs, "Joshua's VIP party's. Or well, party's? Not really. He usually just fucks with Mingyu and Dino. Sometimes Joshua lets other people upstairs as well. Were you invited? Is that why you're here?" Soonyoung felt as he was about to get sick right then and there. "You mean this happens regularly? You know Dino? How often does he come here?" The boy helped Soonyoung up, making sure he was stable enough. "Hey, lad. I'm confused. Do you, or do you not know them? Anyways, long story short, Joshua and Mingyu have been married for what? Two years now? And ever since Dino came in last year, he became part of that. They couldn't let him go, man. Joshua was, or well, is, head over heals about him. And like I said, Joshua calls it his VIP parties, but pretty much the only thing they ever do up there is fuck each other like there is no tomorrow. Sometimes, mostly on fridays, like today, they invite some friends to come with them. You still haven't answered my question? Were you invited? I could call Joshua if you want." Soonyoung shook his head, he was as pale as ever. "No, just.." he took the wedding ring from his pocket. "Please give this to Dino when he's back." He tried to thank the boy before storming outside, emptying his stomache on the concrete. Never had he felt so sick in his life before. Instead of taking his car, he took a cab. That's how he landed in front of Jeonghan's place.

for the longest time, gian was what you’d consider a golden boy of sorts. impressive grades, extremely talented, loved by any authority figure ever, on the road to a getting a college scholarship. literally the one kid every parent wished was their son tbh,

gian is a great listener. i can guarantee you that he’d hear out a total stranger just because they have no one else to reach out to. he always wants to be that person who helps everyone out even if he doesn’t get anything in return

he’s very much the good kid yea, but that’s pretty much all everyone knows about him ?? he doesn’t reveal much about himself, instead choosing to put on that good kid facade in front of everyone
