Five times you hated Joshua
genre : soft angst word count : 1.3 k words > trigger warnings : profanities and slight slut-shaming (not by shua)
1.
When he helped you up after you tripped in front of him like a goddamn idiot
What happened half an hour ago was the thing you have been dreading since you and Joshua broke up. You even went to church on a Sunday with your mother and begged God to let you keep your dignity for once and NOT make a fool of yourself in front of Joshua. And did you do exactly one week later? Be the biggest, most pathetic loser in this whole city, nay, the universe! Maybe it wasn't a big deal. Lots of people make eye contact with their ex who they have been ghosting, and then stub their toe in the sidewalk, let out a scream a pterodactyl would be proud of, and fall face first into the snow. Joshua running over to help you up was the nail on the coffin. You hated him so much.
Why couldn't he have left you alone when you were hurt?
2.
When he lied to your mom that you were still together
"Why didn't you tell me the reason Joshua couldn't come to family dinner was because he is busy on an important work project? A project that could even net him a promotion??" As usual, your mother screeched as soon as the call connected.
Blindsided by it all, you replied in the most intelligent way you could,
"Huh?”
"And here I thought he finally had enough of you and broke up. I mean no would blame him. Look at who Joshua is and look at yourself. Goodness!”
"Um, yeah, sorry, he was just busy.”
Your brain volleyed off your mom's interrogation on autopilot because the only thing your mind could loop was how much you loathed Joshua.
Why did he still have to be your partner in crime?
3.
When he helped you feed stray cats even when he doesn't like pets.
Enough time has passed since your breakup that you felt that it was safe enough to pass through your old neighbourhood yours and Joshua's home. Making a slight detour to check up on the two stray cats you used to take care of, you push down the feelings of guilt that bubble up. You keep telling yourself that they are okay. They are stray cats. They will be fine without you feeding them premium grade tuna. But, you are still apprehensive of what you are going to find. Suddenly, you see a silhouette dropping something on where the cats frequently gather. Recognizing it's Joshua, you dash into deep dive into the adjacent alley. Your eyes widen in disbelief as you recognize the can Joshua poured something out of. Making sure to stay still until he leaves, you creep slower when the area is deserted again. You saw right. It was the type of tuna you always fed the strays with. It took you a whole minute to wrap your head around the fact that Joshua kept on feeding your the cats. The same Joshua who grumbled that they will follow you home if you keep on feeding them. The same Joshua who passive aggressivly attached the pet policy notice on the fridge with magnets. That Joshua? You can't even stand seeing a single strand of his hair at this moment.
Why did he break his own rules for you?
4.
When he doesn't let anyone disrespect you behind your back
You didn't mean to hear it. However, it seemed that the universe decided that you were its new punching bag and thus, the moment you hit behind the curtains to take a breather (cough hide from Joshua cough) , an annoying, grating voice piped up,
"Hey, Josh!"
Your first thought was, who the fuck is Josh and your second thought was, oh no (you could f e e l the universe smugly saying, oh yes)
"Hey, man! Long time no see. What's up?" A very, very familiar voice replied.
"It's all good. Just peachy. You here alone? I swear, I thought I saw that girl of yours."
You swear that you could feel the. heat radiating off a body just a few centimetres in front of you in the pitch-black darkness . And the voice responding confirmed that you were not being delusional.
"Um. Maybe she is here. I don't know actually. We sort of broke up." Joshua replied awkwardly.
"Oh damn. It's all right, bro. There are plenty of fish in the sea and all that. I always thought she was a bit of a bitch anyway. Acting like she is so above us while dressing so slutty."
Pin drop silent lasted for a few seconds and then, with steel in his voice that you didn't know he possessed, Joshua spit out,
"I think you got the wrong idea here, pal. She broke up with me and not the other way around. And even if I broke up with her, it would not be because of any fault of hers. She is an amazing person inside out."
That piping voice finally got a hint (who even was this idiot) and squeaked a bit in fear.
"Wow, sorry, man. I didn't know that you guys were still together. I totally respect your territory and all that."
"You don't have to respect my 'territory' at all. But never disrespect her in front of me again."
"Yeah, whatever, bye."
Both of you could hear the idiot mutter as he walked away, "What crawled up his ass today?"
Letting out a deep sigh, Joshua also walked away. And you hated him a bit more.
Why couldn't he let you face the world alone?
5.
When he is always in your corner even when you are not
It was a dull Monday evening like any other. The only thing that was exciting in your life was that you were two pages away from finishing the book you were slogging through the last eight months. Just as you turn to the second last page, a small slip of paper starts to float down from the book. Now, curious, you pick it up only to read the words,
"Almost at the end! I always knew you could do it, sweetheart <3 - Your Joshua."
A high-pitched kneeing wail slipped out of your throat and you fell down to your knees. Why, why, why, why, why, why, why. Why did he have to be so supportive? You never hated someone as much as you hated him.
Why did he always have faith in you?
+ The one time you accepted that you will always love him
+1
You were so used to taking the same route every day that it was something you could do with your eyes closed. Suddenly a shrill ring of the phone broke the sacred silence of the subway. Ugh, who doesn't even know to silence their phones before getting on here? You think before recognising that it was your phone that was ringing. In a panic-filled scramble, you accept the phone call and whisper,
"Hello?"
"Wow, I didn't think you would pick up." Joshua said with a tired chuckle.
"Um, well, I did. Is it something important you wanted to tell me? I am actually on the subway. I will call you back later?"
"No! It's fine. There's no need to call back." With a click, the call ended. You turn the short conversation over in your mind. Only one thing stood out. Joshua's voice was even but there seemed to be something he was holding back.
Making a sudden split decision, you elbow your way through the crowd and managed to get on the platform just one second before the subway pulled away. Giving yourself a second to catch your breathe, you make your way towards Joshua's house. It's not something an ex-girlfriend should do but Joshua was so bad at asking for help and you couldn't bear the thought of him experiencing any kind of pain.
It's okay, you guys were bad at being exes anyways.
#happy shua day!#i didn't have anything written for him but it felt wrong to NOT celebrate his birthday 😭#i am on the other side of the country and used my phone to write this in an hour jndndndn#so the quality is whatever#also#unbeta'd#seventeen#svt#seventeen imagines#seventeen drabbles#seventeen fanfic#seventeen scenarios#joshua#joshua x you#joshua x reader#joshua x y/n#joshua x oc#joshua angst#seventeen x reader#seventeen x you#seventeen x y/n#seventeen x oc#writings of tie-dye

FRI(END)S - Kim Taehyung
Genre: Non-idol au, bestfriends to lovers and romance
Pairing: Taehyung × fem!reader
Content: Love, comfort, slightest bit of angst, mutual pining, best friends in love, confession scene, domestic setting, fluff , bestfriend!taehyung, kiss and sweet physical intimacy (non-explicit)
Content Warning: Emotional vulnerability (e.g., fear of rejection, discussing insecurities), mild angst (e.g., tension in the confession scene, fear of losing the friendship), other than these there's no explicit content or heavy themes requiring further warnings
Word count: 2.04k+
A/N: Happiest birthday to our winter bear 🐻 we love you so much! I hope he's doing well in the military. I wonder if Jin and J-Hope will visit Tannies today. Also, I've made Joshua's oneshot for his birthday too so check that out as well.
And you were there on my lonely nights keeping me together, so wouldn't it make sense if I was yours and you could call me your baby? But we say we're just friends...just for now
You were no stranger to this room—the familiar scent of sandalwood mixed with hints of citrus lingered in the air. Taehyung had a thing for candles, and his apartment reflected that in abundance. Still, you hadn’t expected to find yourself here again, tucked under his favorite beige blanket while he strummed absentmindedly humming a tune that had yet to find its lyrics.
Your weekend plans were supposed to include lounging in your sweats, binge-watching some show you’d forgotten the name of. But one text—
“Come over, love.”
—and you were already slipping on your shoes and heading to his place.
It had always been like this with Taehyung. He was your best friend, your partner-in-crime, your favorite constant since 2009, when you first met in your awkward teenage glory. But somewhere along the way, lines had blurred, and your heart had started to ache in ways that best friends’ hearts shouldn’t.
-
“Why are you staring at me like that?” he asked, pulling you out of your thoughts.
You blinked, realizing your eyes had been fixed on the curve of his lips as he sang softly. He stopped playing and tilted his head, those dark brown eyes searching yours.
“I wasn’t staring,” you said defensively,“Your voice was just…nice.”
His brows raised, a playful smirk tugging at the corners of his mouth. “Nice? That’s all I get? Should I be offended?”
“Fine,” you huffed, crossing your arms. “Your voice is stupidly amazing. Happy now?”
He chuckled, a sound that wrapped around you like a warm hug. “Much better.”
The evening rolled on like it always did between you two. Comfortable. Easy. He made you tea while you ranted about your coworkers, calling one of them a "walking HR violation," which made him nearly choke on his laughter. It was moments like these—normal, mundane moments—that always made you question how this wasn’t something more.
When he returned with your tea, he sat beside you, closer than necessary but not close enough to feel like too much. His knee bumped yours, and neither of you moved away. He sipped his tea quietly, but his eyes lingered on you as you spoke. You always had his full attention.
“You know,” he began after a moment, his voice soft yet tinged with something you couldn’t quite place, “you really should stop wasting your energy on them. They don’t deserve you.”
You rolled your eyes, smiling despite yourself. “You always say that.”
“Because it’s true,” he countered, leaning back against the couch but never breaking his gaze. “You’re too good for people like that. Too good for a lot of things, actually.”
You raised an eyebrow, your lips twitching in amusement. “Careful, Tae. People might think you actually like me or something.”
He didn’t laugh. Instead, his expression softened, his smile faltering just so slightly, and the air between you shifted. “What if I do?”
You blinked, caught off guard by the weight in his tone and not processing what he had just said. “Huh?”
“What if I do?” he repeated, his voice steadier this time but still so tender, “Like you. What if I’ve liked you all along?”
You stared at him, the tea in your hands growing colder by the second as you tried to process his words. “Tae…”
“Why do you always show up when I call?” he followed up to maybe urge you to think, there's no teasing edge to his voice.
“Now, what kind of question is that? You’re my best friend, Tae...Of course, I’m going to show up.”
He set his mug down with a sigh. His fingers fidgeted with the hem of his sweater—a tell you’d learned meant he was nervous and slightly frustrated. “That’s the thing,” he said, his eyes meeting yours. “You’re always here. And I’m always calling you because I—” He stopped, running a hand through his hair as if searching for the right words, “I don’t think I want to just be your best friend anymore.”
You blinked at him, unsure if you’d heard him right again—questioning your hearing ability, “What?”
“You don’t have to say anything,” his hand reaching out to brush a stray strand of hair from your face. The touch was light, fleeting, but it sent a warmth through you that had nothing to do with the tea. “I just… I need you to know. You’ve always been there for me, even when no one else was. And I can’t keep pretending that this—us—feels like just friendship.”
Your breath hitched as his words sank in. You wanted to say something, to tell him you felt the same, but the lump in your throat wouldn’t let you.
“I know it’s scary,” he continued, his hand lingering near your face before he pulled it back, resting it on his knee. “And I know it could change everything. But doesn’t it make sense? After all these years, after everything… doesn’t it make sense for us to be more?”
You want to tell him that it does make sense, it always has but nothing comes out of your mouth.
After you don't say anything at all, he let out a nervous laugh, shaking his head. “Forget I said anything—”
“No,” this time you voiced out interrupting him, now placing your mug down too and leaning closer. “Say it again.”
Shocked, his eyes searched yours, filled with a mixture of fear and hope. “I don’t want to be just friends anymore. I don’t think I’ve wanted that for a long time.”
Then the room fell silent, the weight of his final confession settling like a soft, undeniable truth in the air. Your heart pounded in your chest, each beat echoing in the quiet room. His words replayed in your mind, intertwining with memories of the past—every stolen glance, every touch that seemed to hold a deeper meaning, every late-night conversation that left you wondering what if. You thought of those moments when the lines between friendship and something more blurred so effortlessly, leaving you breathless and confused. Now, with his words hanging between you, it all made sense—every laugh, every comfort he offered on your loneliest days, every unspoken feeling tucked into the corners of your shared history. And suddenly, the weight of it wasn’t heavy at all. It felt like coming home.
“Tae,” you whispered, tears stinging your eyes.
“Why are you crying?” he asked softly, concern etched across his face.
“Because I’m an idiot,” you said, letting out a watery laugh. “I’ve felt the same way, but I was too scared to say anything.”
He stared at you, his lips parting slightly as if trying to process your words. Then, in one swift movement, he closed the distance between you, pulling you into a hug so tight it felt like he was trying to hold you together from breaking.
“Why didn’t you tell me?” he murmured against your hair, his voice breaking slightly.
“Because I was afraid that my feelings won't be reciprocated, you'll drift away,” you admitted, your hands clutching the back of his sweater. “I didn't want to lose you.”
“You could never lose me,” he said firmly, pulling back just enough to cup your face in his hands. His thumbs brushed away the tears streaming down your cheeks. “Not in this lifetime, love.”
Love.
His gaze flicked to your lips, and for a moment, time seemed to stop. Then, with a soft, “Can I?” he leaned in, pressing his lips to yours in a kiss that was everything you hadn’t known you’d been waiting for.
It was warm and gentle, like a promise whispered in the quiet of dawn—a promise that neither of you had spoken aloud, but both had been carrying in your hearts for years. His hands cradled your cheeks with a tenderness that made your chest ache, the pads of his thumbs brushing against your skin to reassure himself that this moment was real. He held you close, but not too tight, as if giving you room to pull away if you wanted. You didn’t pull away. You couldn’t. Instead, you leaned into him, your heart racing yet somehow feeling entirely at peace. Your fingers found their way to his hair, threading through the soft, messy strands. The texture of it under your fingertips, the subtle way he shivered at your touch, sent warmth coursing through you.
You tugged him closer, closing the last fragile inches between you until there was no space left, no room for doubt or hesitation. His lips moved against yours slowly, unhurried, as if he had all the time in the world to memorize the shape of you. Every touch felt deliberate, every movement careful, pouring years of unspoken feelings into this one kiss.
It was vulnerable not desperate. His breath mingled with yours, shaky and uneven, but it made you feel grounded, like you belonged right there in his arms. The world outside ceased to exist, leaving only the quiet hum of his presence, the soft brush of his lips, and the steady thrum of your heartbeat that seemed to echo his own.
When he finally pulled back, just an inch, his forehead rested against yours. His breathing was ragged, his gaze still heavy-lidded and vulnerable. But the way he looked at you—made you feel like the most loved person in the world.
“So,” he said, a small smile playing on his lips, “does this mean we’re putting the end in friends?”
You laughed, swatting his arm lightly. “That was terrible.”
“Yeah, but it made you laugh,” he said, grinning.
-
Later that night, after he’d handed you a bouquet of flowers he’d somehow hidden in his kitchen, because of course, the hopeless romantic that he was—you found yourself back on his couch. His arm was draped lazily over your shoulders, pulling you just close enough that you could feel the warmth of his body pressing into yours.
The room was dimly lit, the soft glow of a single lamp casting golden hues across his sharp features. His thumb traced absentminded circles over your shoulder, sending gentle sparks up your spine. You tilted your head to glance at him, and the smile on his lips was crooked, almost shy and then his boxy smile, but his eyes told a different story, a gaze so deep and intent that it left you breathless.
“You’re staring,” you teased softly, though your own eyes lingered far longer than than him.
“Can you blame me?” he murmured, his voice low and warm, tinged with that deep timbre that always seemed to melt you.
You felt your cheeks heat under the weight of his gaze, and before you could respond, he leaned in, his nose brushing against yours in a touch so soft it almost wasn’t there. His free hand moved to your knee, his fingers resting lightly but firmly, like he was testing the waters.
“Taehyung,” you whispered, his name falling from your lips like a secret you weren’t sure you were supposed to say.
He chuckled quietly, the sound rumbling against your skin as he shifted just a little closer. “Hmm?”
“I can hear your heart racing,” you said, your voice barely above a whisper.
“Oh, it’s racing,” he admitted, his smile widening just enough to make your stomach flutter. “But so is yours.”
His words hung in the air, a quiet challenge wrapped in sweetness, and without thinking, you leaned into him, resting your head against his chest. His heartbeat was steady, grounding, and as you closed your eyes, his lips pressed a feather-light kiss to your hairline.
“You know,” he began softly, his voice dripping with a teasing undertone, “I think I’m going to keep hiding flowers around the house. Just so I have an excuse to see that look on your face again.”
You laughed, your voice muffled against his shirt, and he tightened his hold on you, “that's ridiculous.”
“Is it? I think you'll love it every time,” he countered, grinning as his hand slid to gently tilt your chin up, his eyes locked on yours. You didn’t deny it. How could you, when being there, wrapped in his arms, felt like the most natural thing in the world?

More Than Pancakes - Joshua Hong
Genre: Non idol au, romance and fluff
Pairing: Joshua × fem!reader
Content: Celebration, love, comfort, fluff overload (my heart is full), Shua's endearing clinginess, kisses, cuddles, newly-established relationship, boyfriend!joshua, hugging
Word count: 1.6k+
A/N: This is my first year (almost 3 months in January) being with SEVENTEEN, so it's also my first time celebrating Joshua's birthday. Unfortunately, I missed Jeonghan's birthday, even though I saw the celebration—I was still exploring at that time. Anyway, I hope you enjoy this! It's veryyyy soft and warms my heart, so I hope it does the same for you, especially during this season. I should probably write one for Taehyung too since it's his birthday as well...Also, I was listening to, "To You," while writing this :(
To you, to you, the story I want to express to you, to you...
The room was quiet, save for the rhythmic sound of Joshua’s breathing beside you. You rolled onto your side, propping yourself up on an elbow to look at him. He was still fast asleep, his chest rising and falling steadily, his face so peaceful it almost made you feel guilty for the plans you had to wake him up. Almost.
You’d been planning this for weeks—a quiet, cozy start to his birthday. Nothing extravagant, because you knew Joshua didn’t need much to feel loved. But you still wanted to make it somewhat special.
“Josh,” you whispered softly, leaning closer to him. No response. Not even a twitch. You tried again, a little louder this time. “Love, wake up.”
His brows furrowed slightly, and he let out a low, sleepy groan. “Mmm, five more minutes,” he murmured, his voice thick with sleep.
You couldn’t help but smile. “If you don’t wake up now, you’re going to miss the best part of your birthday morning.”
One eye cracked open, his gaze unfocused but curious. “Best part?” he repeated, his voice was raspier than usual especially since it's morning.
“Yes,” you said, leaning down to press a gentle kiss to his cheek. “Me.”
That earned a soft laugh from him, and he finally opened both eyes, his sleepy smile lighting up his face. “You’re not wrong,” he said. “But couldn’t the best part have waited a little longer?”
You shook your head, sitting up and tugging at his arm. “Nope. Come on, birthday boy. I have plans.”
Joshua let out an exaggerated sigh but let you pull him up. He rubbed at his eyes, his hair adorably messy from sleep. “Alright, love. I’m up. What’s the plan?”
You grinned, hopping out of bed and grabbing his hand to lead him to the kitchen. “First, breakfast.”
As soon as he stood, he slipped an arm around your shoulder from behind—except instead of holding you upright and proper, his arm hung lower, draping lazily around the upper part of your arm, his fingers brushing your elbow. It was loose but deliberate, as if he wanted to keep you close without fully restraining you.
“Josh,” you laughed softly, glancing up at him as you tried to lead the way.
“What?” he murmured, leaning down to press a featherlight kiss to your jaw.
You rolled your eyes playfully, but your heart skipped a beat when he nuzzled his nose against your neck, his lips grazing the sensitive spot just below your ear. “Love, you’re going to make us trip,” you said, trying to sound stern but failing miserably when his lips curved into a smile against your skin.
“Then I’ll catch you,” he said simply, his sounded voice warm and low, like a promise.
As you reached the stairs, Joshua’s grip around your shoulder shifted slightly, pulling you closer so that your sides were pressed together. He pressed another soft kiss to the curve of your neck, then another to your jaw, like he was following an invisible map of your skin.
“You’re being so clingy,” you teased, though a laugh was bubbling in your chest.
“And you’re complaining?” he shot back, his lips brushing against your temple now.
You shook your head, a smile tugging at your lips. “Not exactly.”
By the time you reached the bottom of the stairs, you’d almost forgotten where you were headed. Joshua’s soft kisses, the warmth of his arm around you, the way he murmured sweet nothings against your skin, it was all so overwhelming in the best way.
As you approached the dining room, he finally loosened his hold, stepping back just enough to let you lead the way. But not before planting one last kiss on the top of your head. Your cheeks flushed, and you turned to look at him, your heart feeling impossibly full. “You’re—” you paused, but the warmth in your voice gave away just how much you didn’t mind.
On the table sat a plate of pancakes—stacked high and topped with fresh berries and a drizzle of golden caramel syrup—and a steaming cup of milk, just the way he liked it. A small candle was perched on top of the pancakes, flickering softly.
Joshua stopped in his tracks, his hand still in yours. “You did all this for me?” he asked, his voice soft with wonder.
“Of course,” you said, turning to face him. “It’s your special day, I have to spoil you as much I like.”
He didn’t respond immediately, just looked at you with that tender expression that always made your heart flip—the one where his eyes softened like you were the only person in the world, and the corners of his lips curled up ever so slightly, as if he couldn’t help but smile when he looked at you. His gaze lingered for a moment longer, and then, without a word, he stepped closer, his arms around you, pulling you into a tight hug in a way that felt both strong and delicate, like he was holding something precious.
You barely had time to register the warmth of his embrace before he buried his face in your hair, his breath soft and steady against your temple. “Thank you, love,” he murmured, his voice filled with a quiet sincerity that made your chest ache in the best way.
He held you like this for a moment, swaying ever so slightly, as though the act of hugging you was enough to center him. His hands rested firmly on your back, and every now and then, you could feel his fingers curling just a little tighter, like he was trying to memorize how you felt in his arms.
You closed your eyes, letting the world melt away for a while, focusing only on the way his heartbeat thudded steadily against your own, how his chin brushed against the top of your head, and the way he whispered sooo softly, “I don’t know what I did to deserve you.”
You pulled back just enough to look up at him, your hands resting lightly against his chest, but he didn’t let you go completely. His arms stayed around you, holding you close, his thumb absentmindedly brushing circles against your back. “You don’t have to do anything to deserve me,” you whispered, your voice as soft as his.
He smiled at that, leaning down to press a gentle kiss to your forehead. “Still,” he said, his lips lingering against your skin, “I’ll spend every day trying.”
You hugged him again but softly, smiling against his chest. “You haven’t even seen the rest yet.”
He pulled back slightly to look down at you. “There’s more?”
You nodded smiling at him, “But first, make a wish.”
He chuckled but didn’t let go of you as he turned toward the table, his arms still loosely wrapped around your waist. Closing his eyes briefly, he blew out the candle.
“What’d you wish for?” you asked.
Joshua gave you a smile. “Can’t tell you, or it won’t come true.”
“Lame,” you teased, leaning up to press a kiss to his jaw.
He laughed, the sound warm and happy. “Fine. But I’ll give you a hint, it has something to do with spending every birthday with you.”
Your heart swelled, and you had to blink quickly to keep your emotions in check. “That’s cheating,” you mumbled, burying your face in his chest.
Joshua kissed the top of your head, his arms tightening around you. “Then I guess I’m a cheater.”
The two of you eventually settled at the table, sharing bites of fluffy pancakes smothered in syrup. Joshua insisted on feeding you a piece every few minutes, grinning every time you tried to playfully swat his hand away. Between bites, the room filled with laughter over the silliest jokes, the kind that wouldn’t obviously make sense to anyone else but felt like the funniest thing in the world to the two of you.
Joshua, however, couldn’t seem to stop stealing glances at you, his gaze lingering on the way your lips curved when you laughed, the way the sunlight hit your face just perfectly, and the way you looked so effortlessly like home to him. Every time you caught him staring, he just smiled, unashamed, as if it was the most natural thing in the world to look at you like you hung the stars in the sky.
“Thank you,” he said suddenly in a soft tone, pulling your attention back to him. His eyes held so much warmth, you felt it seep into your skin. “For making today so special already. I don’t think I’ve ever had a better birthday morning.”
You blushed under his gaze, the sincerity in his tone making your heart stutter. “It’s just pancakes, Joshua,” you teased lightly, though your voice betrayed how flustered you were.
He leaned forward then, resting his chin in his hand, his other one reaching across the table to gently take yours. “No,” he said, a gentle smile tugging at his lips, “it’s you. You’re what makes it special.”
Your breath hitched as he brought your hand to his lips, pressing a soft kiss to your knuckles. “You’re my favorite gift,” he murmured against your skin, his words laced with so much tenderness that you couldn’t help but duck your head, hiding your burning cheeks behind your free hand.
Then you reached to take his hand in yours, giving it a gentle squeeze. “Get used to it, love. I plan on making every birthday even better than the last.”
Joshua smiled, bringing his lips to yours for a soft kiss. And in that moment, with the sunlight streaming through the window and Joshua’s warm hand in yours, you knew there was no place you’d rather be.
I love you.
I want to say more things like this...in a swirling wind if there's an eternal love then you're that person ~ (To You)
