A MESSY HAIR SATURDAY My hair is a complete mess these days. A lot of breakage, tangled hair that I can't fix with finger detangling and I think it's the protein in my formal products that causes it. Yet I don't know for sure what it is really but I started using the Shea Moisture low porosity products that are protein-free. The shampoo and conditioner were great not heavy on the hair and I left a bit of the conditioner inside the hair to keep it soft and used the protein-free leave-in after. Then I twisted my hair with a little bit of Shea Moisture's Curl Enhancing Smoothie. Lets see how that works out. While yesterday was all about hair, today is all about food since I'll be at a food fair with lots of vegan options. THAT GOOD GREEN STUFF

Edamame’s (soy beans).. I love them. I always have them in the house just to be sure to have a delicious guilty-free snack at home late in the evening.

I’m definitely a late evening eater. I’m trying to eat earlier and sometimes I manage but till now I get back to old habits and I eat pretty late.

HAPPINESS IS… ME TIME

I decided to take a day off from work. Monday hasn’t felt so good for ages 💃🏾 In the meanwhile I know I haven’t been posting any hair care pictures. That’s because I don’t post that much at all these days since I decided to take a step back online due to a very busy schedule that drains so much energy out of me physically and mentally.
