You laughed to yourself, seeing Aonung trip over the sand during his walk of shame. His dad had just scolded him for giving the Sully family a hard time. Neteyam followed behind, hiding a laugh after seeing your own amused face. Your tail whipped Aonung as he walked by, and he turned around with a, ‘Just wait till later’ look. You flipped him off and rolled your eyes. He always tried to look tough, despite you two being friends he was always an ass.

Neteyam scratched his head, standing next to you awkwardly. “It was a difficult conversation to hear. I cant tell if my dad is scary or if Tonowari is..” You scoffed, “They’re both equally horrifying. Especially when they yell like they’re the only ones in the clan.” You shook your head, tying back your braided hair.

“Alright, let’s get some diving training in, Mr. Fall off a still Ilu.” You said while nudging him with your elbow before turning away from him to walk to the active waves. “It was one time! I didn’t get good balance!” Neteyam said, following behind you quickly.

You clicked your tongue, “Woo, tuctuctuc. Woo tuctuc.” Your Ilu, Rita emergent from the waves, and Neteyam mimicked your ways as well, his rushing to him and splashing him with water. “I feel like he just has something against me.” He said, wiping off his face with his large hands.

“Psst, your Ilu is a girl.” You said, a smile forming on your face while you straddled Riti. Neteyam groaned, petting his underwater friend. “Yo, sorry bro- girl, sis? No wonder you’re fed up with me..” He straddled her, grabbing onto the handle and looking up at you shyly. His smile looked so soft, and he waited for you to dive first. You raised a brow, not taking the lead this time,

“Your turn to dive in first, Yam.” You said while crossing your arms. He just gave you a sad look, taking a series of deep breathes, his blue cheeks puffing out as he dived in, his Ilu already taking off with yours following next to him just as fast.

‘You have good breath control. You learn quickly.’ You signed, releasing the handle of your Ilu for a short while before swimming up to quickly grab it again. Neteyam nodded happily, glad he was getting praise. You two continued circling around, chasing coral before heading to the surface so he could get some air.

“That was a good run, you did great.” You said with your eyes closed, and baby blue hands pushing back stray braids and hairs. He stared at you, the way your torso tensed up along with your arms as you raised them above your head. He covered the lower bit of his face with his hand before turning to you again with an ego. “You should give me a date as a reward.” Neteyam said with confidence. “I wanna get to know you, without that sarcastic little tone.” You actually laughed out loud, “You want a date, beat me in a race and you’ll know everything about me.”

Neteyam grabbed your hand, shaking it as a deal before petting his Ilu and motivation. “Let’s do it. You’ll know i’ll win.” You smirked, “Alright, big boy. Let’s see how fast you can go.” Both of you readied up, Ilu’s speeding off into the depths of the ocean.

Safe to say Neteyam definitely won that date. Knowing that his crush on you and that sassy little personality of yours is his biggest weakness.

It's me the person who requested na'vi reader x horangi and könig, I really liked what you wrote and I'd like to request another avatar x mw2 crossover, the tf 141 get a mission on pandora but it's a mission that will take place in the reef, and that's where they meet mreader, like he was just fishing and he finds the team there and he's really chill about them, he wasn't mad or angry at them he just let them be, the team notices how calm and gentle he is, until his spirit brother dies and that's where he loses his shit and becomes hella violent, just throwing his spears at anyone that was on the ship that killed his brother, the team had not expected him to be that aggressive, he then sees a recome threatening to end Gaz's life and he goes crazy and throws his spear directly at the recomes head with no mercy, he already lost his brother and he doesn't wanna lose his dear friend, hopefully I didn't write too much and I hope you have a great day and remember to drink water! :D

The 141 had been set out on a mission on Pandora

A scientist had hidden an avatar bed somewhere and stolen a prototype of the reef avatar

They hadn’t been given avatars due to being able to have their own base on a boat

When they first discovered you, you where out fishing by yourself

You where always a bit of a loner, especially since the Sully family came to your village for refuge you didn’t really like to stay there

You went outside the reef to get some alone time and stay away from drama that the Sully family would cause

They where out on the oceans of Pandora, travelling to where their target might be next

That’s when they noticed you emerging from the water on your Ilu, spear in hand

You emerged right in front of their boat, you where curious as to what they where doing there

You had heard of sky people and they had heard of the reef people

They had learned Na’vi from some teachers back on the main base

Soap was the one who first spotted you

He stared at you

Your light, teal blue skin

Flat, thick, fin like arms

Flat tail

And curly hair

“Bloody fuckin Jesus!” He jumped and held his hand up to his heart in shock, he didn’t expect to see a giant, male, adult reef Na’vi to just appear

He hadn’t even seen the forest Na’vi yet

You looked at him, silently, but calmly

He reached for his comms and called the rest of them out

They all rushed out at the sound of Soap telling them he was standing right in front of a Na’vi and an Ilu

You put your hand to your chest and put your head down in a bow as a sign of respect

“I’m Simon Riley but I also go by Ghost” Ghost said shortly, in an accent you didn’t recognise

“My names Johnny Mactavish, but my call-signs Soap” Soap ushered to himself

They all looked at the tattoos that decorated your body and face

You led you Ilu up to the boat and promptly stood off

They knew the Na’vi where massive but when they are actually face to face with one it’s so much more intimidating than they expected

They all looked up at you like a little kid against a fully grown man

They all stepped back so they didn’t have to strain their necks just to look at you

“You said you where here to capture someone yes?” You questioned them calmly

They all looked visibly nervous, even Ghost

“Yes. Yes we are, a scientist went rogue and we are trying to track him down” Price answered

“Ah! Scientist? Jake Sooly told me about them, they uh… what do they do again?” You questioned again, Na’vi accent prominent when saying Jake Sullys name

“Oh they uh, study the world around us” Gaz answered back to you

You nodded

“I must mention though. I would recommend staying away from the villages, the other clan members are not too, fond of you sky people” you warned them

“Not too fond how?” Soap asked

“Uh. Well, I would recommend staying away from them if you want to keep an eye” you laughed to yourself

After a little while longer of talking with them and telling them about your Ilu, you decided to take them with you on your Ilu

“Come, take your tiny demon ship with you I would like to take you to my spirit brother! He should be migrating around here somewhere” you ushered towards their tinier boat as they all got in

Leading them with your Ilu you told them stories of you and your spirit brother, what it was like growing up, your family, your clan leaders and more

Before you knew it you where faced with the body of a Tulkun

It took you a moment but you realised it was your spirit brother

You stopped, heart stopping and breath hitching

You got down from your Ilu swan up to your Spirit brother

The 141 didn’t know this was your spirit brother but they knew something was wrong, and they knew of the Na’vis connection to the land and other animals

“I’m- we’re so sorry [name]” Soap comforted you

It only hit them when you started crying, wailing how your Spirit Brother was dead

“My Spirit Brother! The demon ship did this! They must pay with their life!” You screamed to basically yourself

The 141 exchanged looks of worry and sympathy

You didn’t even notice the big demon ship approaching until you heard yelling

“Look at that! Some blue monkey crying over a fuckin whale!”

They where speaking in Na’vi, obviously trying to provoke you

Before you could react they grabbed Gaz and pulled him up to the ship, gun to his head

“Don’t move or else we’ll shoot”

You couldn’t understand them as they where speaking in English but you knew none of it was good

You dove underwater before coming back up on your Ilu, throwing your spear at the guys head so Gaz could grab the gun

You landed on the ship and yanked your spear from the ships deck

In a blink you where shedding blood, spearing people in the head and chest, biting people, even throwing them off the ship

Price grabbed Gaz back onto the tiny boat they were on, keeping him safe

“Fuckin hell” Ghost commented to himself as they all watched you smear blood everywhere and throw people around like a dog with a chew toy

Once you were done you sat there for a moment

Breath heavy and shaking

You stood up and turned around to them, face bloody, gashes on your chest, and spear smeared with the remains of people

You dove back into the water, water now slightly red where you dove in from the blood as you swam up to your Ilu

spider did not know when it started, when he developed the habit to check in on her first thing in the morning. it was a part of his routine ever since he could remember, and that did not change even after they left their home to live with the sea people.

on that particular morning, he had left his marui pod to look for her in the village, like he would always do.

yet, kiri was nowhere to be found.

he ran into lo'ak, however, who said she left before sunrise on her tsurak to the second island to the east, mentioning something about gathering new herbs for her collection. spider could not ride a tsurak or an ilu, making the small one-person boats of the metkayina his best allies.

on days like that, when kiri wandered off alone, he could not find it in him the will to not go look for her.

he found her kneeling down on the sand, probably too focused on the work in front of her to notice his presence. the boy slowly climbed off his boat, approaching the area without making a sound, evidencing all the experience he had garnered while living amongst the omaticaya, in the way he moved, leaning in on his knuckles, crawling the distance between the two of them in all fours— his very breathing. he bore a closer resemblance to the wild creatures that inhabited the forest he grew up in than to his own kind.

spider stopped a mere inch away from her, his face right above the curve of her neck. he stared into the striped pattern of that skin he knew so well, preparing to give her the scare of her life–

"i know it's you, monkey boy."

–before she ruined it for him.

"damn it!" words could not describe his disappointment. he let his body fall next to her in the sand "how do you do it, huh?"

"i could see the shadow of your massive head from a mile away," she didn't even look at him, but he could spot the smug smirk on her face as she continued to work on her herbs.

"my massive head?" spider poked kiri's waist, where he knew she was the most ticklish, making her instantly throw her head back laughing "who's got a massive head?"

"you do!"

"take it back," he poked her again, and again, with both hands this time "kiri, take it back!"

"never!" she was laughing hysterically now, unable to contain herself. still, she would not yield.

"is that so?" spider tickled her even more, moving closer, pushing her to the ground. kiri tried to escape, but there was nowhere to run, he had her surrounded with his arms.

"fuck you!" kiri snarled at him. it was a rare occasion to hear her curse but, funnily enough, all of those occasions seemed to happen when a certain human boy was involved.

"take it back and i'll let you go."

"spider, you skxawng!" it was only then that kiri realised where she was. laying on the ground with spider on top of her body. those big brown eyes of his fixated on her.

"are you blushing?"

"in your dreams," kiri tried to keep her wits about her, but it was impossible while she was so aware of his body, his eyes– "fine, i take it back!" although she tried to seem angry, she could not stop herself from smiling.

"good girl," he said while helping her up.

kiri felt her face burn, as if all the blood in her body went straight to her cheeks.

"bastard," was all she thought to reply.

"you know you love me."

kiri just scoffed at him, resuming her work. she tended to the herbs she had recently collected, cutting and separating them in piles, organizing everything in her purse.

"why did you leave so early, anyway?"

"ugh, to get away from my mom," kiri sighed "ever since i completed my iknimaya she hasn't stopped talking about– you know what? forget it, it's stupid."

"kiri, it's me," he reached for her hand and gave it a reassuring squeeze.

"well, she thinks i should be choosing a mate," she nearly whispered, almost as if she was afraid of the word itself. "oh, not only that, she also thinks that you and i are together."

"whaaat?!" spider suddenly felt anxious and unable to look in kiri's eyes directly, turning his gaze to a patch of grass nearby.

"yeah, i know! it's crazy right?"

"so crazy," spider laughed weakly, pulling on a strand of grass "but, i guess your mom just wants you to be with someone who's good enough for you, and obviously that someone isn't me."

"are you saying you don't think you're good enough for me?" kiri whipped her head from her work to face him, "i mean, in this strictly hypothetical situation," she added abruptly.

"kiri, i don't think anyone is good enough for you."

"idiot," she scoffed, gently pushing his shoulder back "it's not like anyone would want me, either way."

"that's not true–"

"yes, it is, okay? i'm a freak," her voice broke in the middle of the sentence, as she felt her throat tighten "everybody's knows it."

"kiri, you're not a freak," spider cupped her cheeks with his hands, making her look directly into his eyes "i think you're amazing. every single part of you, even the parts you don't like."

she looked at him, teary eyed. his heart broke for her. he just wished she could see herself through his eyes.

"will you just... hold me? please." spider did not have to wait for her to finish that sentence before taking her into his arms.

"i'm not going anywhere," he gently pulled her closer to his chest, caressing her hair, playing with the beads of her braids, whispering comforting words in her ear.

"spider?"

"yes, kiri?" she lifted her head and stared at him, his hand gently stroking her cheek.

"just so you know, you are good enough for me," he felt his blood boil under his skin as he realised what she meant "you are more than enough."

"kiri, i–"

"take your mask off," her tone was low and demanding.

he knew what she meant and that only made him the more anxious. spider would be lying if he said he never wished for it to happen, but now that it was happening, he did not know what to do. at last, he did as he was told.

ever since kiri, arrived, i was obsessed.

not in a creepy way.

but i love spending time with her.

and teaching her about the ways of my village.

she’s so funny and kind and beautiful.

like the other day, when i was teaching her about the sea animals.

i was showing her a fish i knew a lot about and was telling about all these cool facts i learned about it growing up.

and everyone i took a breath to look at her, she’d be smiling with her bright curious eyes on me.

and earlier today, when we met up for morning feast, or break-fast as she calls it, she came with her two front hair strands in little braids.

and two hair clips i have on either side of her head.

she was absolutely glowing and i just, i couldn’t stop smiling!

she looked so cute!

and now it’s later and all of us are on the beach.

we’re supposed to be training them with their ilus.

“hey.” kiri whispered to me as we stood next to each other on the beach.

i smile and glance at her.

“you wanna get outta here?” she asks.

“yeah, let’s go.” i whispered back. we tiptoed away from the group until we were far away enough to run and not get noticed.

i took her hand and we ran into the jungle of the mainland.

“where are you taking me?” she laughed.

i turn and hold both her hands in front of me. i look up at her excitedly.

“i have a spot i want to take you to. i think you’ll love it!”

she nods and i continue to lead her through the jungle.

we finally reach a clearing and i push giant leaves out of my way to reveal my favorite spot on the whole island.

a cove with a waterfall. the most relaxing place i’ve ever known.

plants and flowers surrounding the pool and vines hung from tree to tree over it.

“woww.. it’s just like the forest at home.” kiri gushes as she stared at the wildlife around her.

i watch her in admiration as she stared at birds fly by.

“yeah, i.. i sometimes come here to be by myself.” i told her.

she looks down at me and smiles.

“come. i have another spot to show you.” i smiled.

i take her hand again and we walk around the pool to the giant boulders where the waterfall was formed.

under it was an opening where you could sit behind the waterfall.

we sit down next to each other and despite the load chaotic noise from outside, the waterfall made little noise where we were.

i watched as kiri stuck her azure striped hand into the water. it splashed on her palm and she giggled at the sensation.

i laughed softly at her reaction before she shook her hand and the water droplet got all over me.

i rolled my eyes and wiped it off my face.

“very funny, forest girl.”

“i know.” she smirked.

i sit with my legs crossed, facing the water.

“how do you like the island so far, kiri?” i asked her nervously.

“that’s the thing, you’re the best part of it.” she chuckled.

i don’t think she knows i took that seriously because my cheeks are heating up so much, i think they might catch fire.

we stayed like this for a moment.

i look at her suspiciously.

my heart started pounding.

what’s wrong with tarn!

well aside from being a terrible terrible terrible person. nothing. it's just funny bc tarn Wears A Mask like scourge did in the movie and is the only character I can think of whose thing is Wearing A Mask. but they didn't use him for the movie they used scourge 😔

tf media is very interesting bc there are sooooo many versions and iterations of characters that can often be wildly different from each other, so the question of 'who do you pick' when you need a character to fill a certain role in your new story inevitably has a lot of options to choose from. scourge makes sense bc he was originally one of unicorn's dudes (he was the guy with the beard in the 1986 movie) but he wasn't the main one and they didn't give him his iconic beard. they gave him tarn's mask. making him kinda like a weird galvatron/scourge/tarn mashup. which is not unusual it's just funny

mirage was not the obvious choice to make the main robot guy. there was already a guy named tracks that would have been the obvious choice. same personality, same story (got stolen by a human dude, became gay best friends with him). but I guess they wanted to use the hologram powers that mirage has so they took tracks and gave him mirage's name and now he's mirage.

and @youunravelme whose asks and notifs MAKE MY ENTIRE LIFE. u don't even know and i can't explain bruh i get like 80% of my serotonin from getting notifs from u and hearing ur thoughts in my inbox. it's the absolute best. u have made my 2020 like 80% better. i can't emphasize this enough you make me so happy.

and maybe (just maybe) im abt to mention @tinywhim again who is absolutely the kindest most gracious person alive i swear 🥺 also she wrote my absolute outright favorite thom fic that i have ever read (and yes, i have read quite a number of them since 2016) and im now enamored w demon!thom

Episode 8: the One where NHS is a Total Cockblock

We are blessed with the opportunity to see WWX play with the bunnies again~! Meaning that this episode starts right where it left off last.

After WWX realizes that LWJ is going on the Super Important Mission, he starts complaining to the bunnies

WWX: We promised to go on that adventure together! You guys were there, you saw him promise, didn’t you??

WWX: and he’s DITCHING me?? FRIENDS DON’T LEAVE FRIENDS BEHIND!!

the bunnies definitely agreed with him. we don’t actually see that happen, but it’s true.

Now the rest of the Yunmeng sibs appear to share a moment with the bunnies. It’s super cute but not a wangxian moment so we’re skip on ahead here.

Wait, one last bunny moment to share. We see lwj leave for his mission, and he stops by the bunny area and says, very solemnly, “farewell” to all the bunnies.

BECAUSE EVERYONE LOVES BUNNIES, OKAY??

Blegh, boring plot stuff happens, yuck

NEXT WANGXIAN MOMENT - we see lwj walking alone wearing some stunningly bright blue robes 

(the white sash with that robe is really emphasizing his tiny waist, STOP THAT LWJ, I CAN BARELY HANDLE IT WHEN WWX DOES IT, I CAN’T HAVE YOU BOTH SHOWING OFF YOUR TINY WAISTS AT THE SAME TIME, I WILL DIE)

There he is minding his own business when suddenly he catches a loquat that was just chucked at him

GUESS WHO IT IS~!

(It’s wwx, in case you didn’t guess)

Anyway, back to the wangxian scene~!

Wwx: lan zhan!!

Lwj: *looks at the loquat he just caught and throws a dirty look  at wwx* Boring

WWX: *whining* lan zhan, how could you break our promise?? WE’RE SUPPOSED TO ADVENTURE TOGETHER, FOR HONOR, CHIVALRY AND DUTY!!

Wwx: ooh, did you ditch me bc you’re scared that i’ll steal your thunder?? Wow, i didn’t realize the lan clan was so petty.

Lwj: how boring *walks off*

Don’t worry, wwx is completely undeterred by this

Ugh more plot stuff

But then we get another wangxian scene!

They’re still walking in the middle of nowhere but lwj is ahead of wwx 

Wwx: lan zhan wait for me *whine whine*

Lwj: *ignores him and keeps walking*

Then we get a reappearance of wwx’s Mischievous Grin as he does some magic glowy talisman writing in the air and flings it to lwj

NOW THEY’RE MAGICALLY TIED TOGETHER, AAHHH

Wwx: I made it myself! Isn’t it neat~? 

(why, wwx, why did you feel the need to make glowy magic  rope? What were you doing that made you think of this? WERE YOU THINKING OF LWJ?? it’s okay, I understand!! who wouldn’t want to tie down the second jade of lan??)

He then proceeds to tug the magic rope every which way, which of course yanks lwj’s arm around to match, bc HE’S A CHILD LOL

Wwx: what should I call it? Binding or Bonding?

Lwj: *stares steadfastly away* Boring

Lwj then whips his arm back dramatically and it’s his turn to yank wwx around.

Ofc he doesn’t get playfully tug-of-war-ish with it. He just turns on his heel to keep walking. 

Alright now they reach a town for Plot Reasons and we have this funny moment where wwx finds himself a scary mask and sneaks up behind lwj to try to scare him! Doesn’t really work, but lwj’s eyes do widen just a fraction so maybe he was a little bit startled? Idk idk

In this town we bump into NHS!! And we get a glimpse of jealous!LWJ because of him!!

See, wwx is a touchy guy, right? If you’re friends, he’ll happily sling an arm over you and tug you in close for conversation

Which is exactly what he does with NHS

Lwj looks at them while they do this before disdainfully dragging his gaze away and continuing through town

WHAT’S THE MATTER LWJ?? DO YOU WISH WWX WOULD PULL YOU IN CLOSE LIKE THAT?

DO YOU?? 

We cut to yunmeng to see a bit of jiang sibling time

And we’re back in town with LWJ, WWX, and third-wheeling NHS.

Nhs: so why are you hanging out with lwj who hates you? Are you being punished??

Wwx: how dare??? I’LL HAVE YOU KNOW WE GET ALONG GREAT NOW

Then they stumble upon a group of people excitedly looking at something, we don’t care what

Hey guys, remember back in episode 7 when LWJ dives into a violent crows like nbd bc wwx was in danger??

Yeah, here lwj does not go anywhere near the nonviolent crowd

Wwx: lwj, why aren’t you going over there to check it out??

Lwj: no way, too many people

I FEEL YOU BRO. I TOO AVOID CROWDS LIKE THE PLAGUE

Wwx: it’s not that crowded! Come on!! You’ll be fine!! I’ll protect you *proceeds to physically grab lwj by the arm and drag him to the crowd*

AND NOW WE HAVE A WONDERFULLY PICTURESQUE MOMENT

It starts raining colorful flower petals!! The music in the background is upbeat and cheerful! Everyone around is making sounds of joyous surprise!!

Nhs looks over to LWJ and his jaw drops open: “LWJ truly is an unparalleled, gorgeous, elegant gentleman!”

No really, that’s exactly what he says to WWX about LWJ. 

The camera angles up here so we see lwj from a lower point of view, and get a shot of him silhouetted against a blue sky that just makes him GLOW as flower petals gently swirl around him. His face is serene.

What i’m trying to say here is that NHS NAILED HIS DESCRIPTION BC LWJ IS LOOKING LIKE A YOUNG GOD HERE.

Wwx: *gazes softly at lwj* I agree

Wwx: *internally* whoops that sounded too honest, better fix that

Wwx: TOO BAD HE ALWAYS LOOKS LIKE HE’S GOING TO A FUNERAL, AMIRITE?? 

NHS is offended on LWJ’s behalf here but wwx doesn’t even care because he’s TOO BUSY ADMIRING LWJ’S GORGEOUS FEATURES

LIKE, OMG WWX, CAN YOU GET ANY QUEERER??

Plot things happen in town and then the boys leave

Yes, including NHS, what the heck (ilu nhs, but c’mon)

NHS: wait a minute…are we on a dangerous mission right now?!?!

WWX: if by “we” you mean me and lan zhan, then yes! Bc you’re not invited. This is mine and lan zhan’s time. Not mine and nhs and lan zhan’s time

Nhs does not take the hint, and LWJ keeps himself determinedly ahead of the pair so he can properly ignore them

MORE PLOT STUFF HAPPENS, WTF, CAN YOU NOT??

And now we’re in a cave!! Not the cave of wonders, but another cave!! For Plot Reasons we don’t care about!!

MORE boring plot exposition. 

There’s way too much of that going on in this episode i think

Oh, now we’re getting another shot of jealous LWJ!

Random old guy: yeah, we don’t have any houses or inns or whatever so i guess you’ll just have to sleep in this creepy cave with the ugly fairy statue that may or may not steal your soul ByYyEeEE

Nhs is not, you know, the bravest of cultivators so he immediately gets all close to wwx and starts whispering to him how scared he is

The camera refocuses on LWJ who is a little ways behind them and BOY IS HE JUST BORING HOLES INTO THEIR HEADS

C’MON LWJ, WWX IS ALLOWED TO TALK TO OTHER PEOPLE

DON’T GET WEIRD ABOUT IT. DON’T BE THAT GUY.

Alright now we skip to the boys sleeping uncomfortably in this creepy-ass cave and THE FAIRY STATUE WAKES UP!!!

WWX & LWJ: I’MMA STAB IT WITH MY SWORD (guys, they’re practically synchronized here, probably because they’re ~soulmates~)

NHS: LOOKS LIKE YOU GUYS GOT IT UNDER CONTROL SO I’M JUST GONNA HIDE BACK HERE

And then we see WWX use his binding technique to save the love of his life from getting smashed by the fairy statue’s arm.

He does this by tying his magic rope around the statue’s arm and pulling it back (while his braces himself on the statue’s side because he’s a badass) so the full weight of the blow doesn’t land on lwj (who blocks it with bichen)

ANYWAY these two are battling the fairy statue because they’re just that Skilled but obvs wwx never takes anything seriously…

WWX: Lan Zhan, she has a crush on you! :D :D :D

(omg wwx, now is not the time)

LWJ: Shut up

(see, lwj agrees with me)

And whoops, the bindings snapped! Before the evil fairy could hurt them more, wwx does a Dramatic Twirl and launches a couple of sealing talismans at it 

(@theuntamednarrator​ and I have determined that the Dramatic Twirl is super important to activating the talismans. The harder you Dramatic Twirl, the stronger they are. It’s just how magic science works.)

LWJ then reinforces them by doing this weird thing with his sword? He kind of…scrapes his scabbard against bichen and it starts glowing with blue energy (??) that he scoops up with his hand and launches it at the statue. 

Not sure what all that’s about but it works!!

Now, you’re probably wondering why i went into detail about the battle when bc it’s more plotty than shippy

BUT YOU’RE WRONG, IT’S TOTALLY SHIPPY BC WE GET TO SEE WANGXIAN WORK COHESIVELY TOGETHER TO TAKE DOWN A BADDIE FOR THE FIRST TIME EVER

THEY’RE SO WELL MATCHED EVEN ON THE BATTLEFIELD

I LOVE THEM SO MUCH

THIS ISN’T EVEN THEIR BEST BATTLE SCENE. IT’LL GET EVEN BETTER GUYS, JUST YOU WAIT.

And that’s it for the episode. I hope we get to less plot-heavy eps soon bc let me tell you, this one kind of dragged with how few wangxiantics we were getting. 

STILL, we got to see LWJ be beautifully surrounded by flower petals so I’ll count this as a win.

ok since you said manipulation. When I was 8 or so, this girl was bullying my best friend because she was fat. I didn’t have many connections with people or a reputation, so it was easier for me to get the bully to like me and think I understood her. I then basically manipulated her into bullying someone else. It worked perfectly and she forgot about my friend lol.

With this conflict between Ana and Pharah, I was like, “Oh man, I have a golden opportunity here that i don’t normally get” Part of the reason I love overwatch is the wide diversity of the cast gives me a chance do to things with it that I don’t always get. And yes! I haven’t gotten to write as much about Pharah as I’d like, but the idea that she had so many complicated feelings about her mother, but always somehow, trusted that her mother loved her even if they didn’t get along? AND NOW??? THIS??? That’s my shit, gotta say.

That ending! Their Overwatch! There it issss! I am not being very articulate here but as much as I love the whole thing and the Amari Mama Drama, the way you’ve got the thread of the New Overwatch running through and tying together each of the segments is my favourite.

I absolutely love how conflicted and complicated Ana is and how angry Pharah is. And she is absolutely right to be furious. But seeing it from Ana’s side also makes it ache in the BEST WAY, because she made a very human decision and is having difficulty owning up to the fact that it was a bad decision.  It’s painful no matter which way you look at it and it’s DELICIOUS.

Yes!! I am, and will always be, “Ana Amari did a LOT of things wrong” but I also understand how hard it can be, and that’s why that whole line of “You make a decision for long enough, you decide the only thing to do is keep making it” like I GET IT, I just object to fandom generally letting her off the hook for it ahaha. 

AND THEN YOU FINISH OFF WITH PHARAH / MERCY FEELS AND I AM DYING.  God I love them SO MUCH and you write them SO WELL and now I have FEELINGS and aaaaahhhhh .  Mercy the healer who can't heal this hurt I love it SO MUCH. Healing is what she DOES, but her strong beautiful wife is CRYING and she can't fix it and NNNNGGGHHHH

And yes, I feel like Pharah CRYING is some sort of defcon five situation, what the fuck do you even do? And Mercy would happily fucking pop Ana in the face right now if she got the chance because How dare!!!! She!!! (Maybe someday i will write Mercy trying to gather her courage to yell at ana ahaha) 

Also Lena is FABULOUS in this and the crunch of the potato chips is A+ (and then Winston saving her from certain death).

Yes! Pharah being raising by five well-meaning people but basically SAM WAS THE BEST CHOICE HERE LBR is my fav headcanon in life, and Pharah having to deal with the fact that these people she loved so so much are EXTREMELY FLAWED, and the pain of that, A+. AND YES, Mercy is not a fighter by nature but for Pharah she can do ANYTHING. 

I feel like I have more to say that's actually comments and not screaming but the words won't come.  Not at all related to the double punch of FEELINGS because Amari drama and Pharah / Mercy. NOPE NOT AT ALL.

This doesn’t hit me in the same way that your Pharah / Mercy-focused fics do (nor did I expect it to) but it’s so INTERESTING and SO GOOD and there are still a massive boatload of FEELINGS and just YES

Tying loose ends

I’m sorry if this is in the wrong place, I don’t use tumblr and don’t post to these sorts of blogs because I dislike drama.

I just wanted to write a little something regarding all the hate-posts about me not so long ago, which I was told about by my best friends [thanks guys! ilu]

Just so everyone knows, every single one of the posts slandering me that I could find was made by a certain user called RPGLinxx, also known as LunarGenesis and PastelLolitaGirl on Toyhou.se, and as FlufferNuttiez on dA [current active account]. There’s a plethora of evidence of what this person has done out in the open, all it takes is googling her usernames. She has owned 20+ accounts on dA and some 3-4 on TH that I know of.

She’d made hate accounts of me a few times as well [on dA], when I clearly stated I wanted nothing to do with her a long time ago [some time in autumn 2019].

Despite anything she may claim, I had long moved on from whatever happened between us and left her alone, and I wish she would do herself and everyone else a favour and do the same.

To cut a very long story short, she has a hate-boner for me because I cut contact with her and didn’t let her insert her OCs into my OC’s universe [I have my reasons and they’re not of a personal nature]. I reported her to TH for making mentions of my OC in her OC bios without my permission, mods took action, and RPG got butt-mad because she didn’t get her way. That’s all. ✨

I can provide proof of everything I say, please let me know how I can reach out to the mods of this blog!

Mod Edit: Firstly, thanks, but googling those usernames returned no results on my end other than a petition to unban her for art theft? Secondly, not all the asks came from one person, your attitude is the issue, not whatever drama happened between you and a user who wasn’t even brought up.
