It's finally finished!!!

This idea has been brewing in my head since the start of December and finally, it's done!

I tried recreating the first crossover art I did last year with the additions of new characters from TWST and my OC, Mayari, and I'd say I pulled this off wonderfully.

I need to thank @drawsmaddy for this incredible set of doodle commissions! This crossover has been living rent-free in my head for AGES now and I so desperately wanna talk about them aaa but I've already bothered all my friends with them so much ;;;

First off we got Michael and you KNOW he had to be the dorm leader of Heartslabyul. Unless Riddle is present in this crossover, then I think it might go either way honestly. On one hand, Michael was perfectly fine following orders when he played the role of Elliot but on the other hand... he is the guy the writers marked down as the sorest loser and he does have major control issues lol. Either way though, I think he and Riddle would have a lot in common and a lot of mutual respect is to be found. Other than Riddle, I think the relationship with Trey would be very interesting too because while Trey does share some traits with Uriel, he wouldn't need to see Michael completely beaten down into the dust to realize that the guy has TraumaTM and start doting on him. Michael would probably find that unpleasant because it reminds him a touch too much of Metatron but Trey doesn't have those usurper tendencies that make Metatron so dangerous so maybe he'd be chill with it eventually.

William is another hot candidate for Hearts dorm leader, definitely with his perfectionism and being used to sitting on the top but I feel like if we take William at the end of the series (or really anywhere past him realizing he does actually have human care and emotions), he would let Riddle sit in that throne and just befriend him. Again, the two are very similar and there is also the same connection with Trey except William wouldn't be a little bitch about it. I feel like he would be Cater's nightmare though because he is way too good at reading people. He'd also get along so well with Azul for obvious reasons xD.

Dantalion is prime Savanaclaw material. Not only is he insanely athletic but he also tends to go for the easiest solution in any given situation. It's not that he's stupid or doesn't think about things, it's the fact he's sick of scheming and playing nice when he can just beat the answers out of someone. I feel like he and Jack could be friends, or even Ruggie if he brings in some of Baphomet's cooking from time to time, and something tells me he would find Azul absolutely insufferable, only "worsted" by the likes of Jade and Jamil.

For Uriel, I honestly consider him staff more than anything but for the sake of the doodle series, he'd be in Octavinelle. Benevolence isn't something he would connect with himself once upon a time but after taking care of William for so long, that soft side bloomed in his heart like a field of flowers... but he can still be cold and calculating when he wants to be. One of Azul's favorite workers due to his gambling addiction which makes it really easy to make the money they pay him for his services in Mostro right back. He joins Trey, Jade, and Jamil on their cooking nights and swaps stories of their dorm leaders together. He does feel a little unsettled by how cruel Jade can be to Azul sometimes though.

I was debating not including Isaac because he's not technically a main character but you know what? He deserves to be here! Scarabia was an obvious choice and not only because he's essentially just Kalim in a thicker font. Isaac's whole character is about resourcefulness. He can get his hands on nearly anything because he knows the right people and has the right kind of money. While he's not as outwardly naive as Kalim, that is exactly why I feel they would get along. Isaac is safe. Kalim deserves a safe friend. And Isaac's heart is big enough to accept all of him. They'd probably establish family connections after school and then they would truly be unstoppable.

Sitri in Pomefiore is another no-brainer. He's so pretty but also always working super hard. Whether it is to find what attitude will get him the best results or his appearance. Of course, this applies to his schoolwork in much the same way Jamil used to put effort in, where he purposely does worse than he should – only his reason is to have people pity him and do things for him. He would have such an interesting relationship with both Vil and Epel imo where Vil likes his dedication and appearance but definitely disagrees with how he uses them. I mean, even forgetting the schoolwork stuff, why do you put this much effort into sneaking as many sweets into the dorm as you can? Epel would be kind of the opposite, I think things would be tense at first but after he finds out about Sitri sneaking sweets and using his cuteness to make people do his bidding, there's definitely a basis for a friendship there.

And finally, we have Camio! Honestly, dorm leader of Diasomnia fits him the best. He is elegant and unquestionably head and shoulders above almost everyone else in his life. I've been considering putting him in Scarabia too due to how much scheming and plots he did in the series but the way it all crumbled when Lucifer got involved kind of prevented that in my eyes. He could definitely understand Malleus a lot, having lost his mother very young and only knowing his father very remotely. His profound loneliness would also be something he can relate to – and the fear of losing the few people he does have. A more light-hearted dynamic would be with Sebek because I'm ngl, Camio and Malleus look super similar if you disregard artstyle differences except for the horns and I think it would be hilarious to have Sebek simultaneously offended that someone dares look so much like his master (dammit Sebek, people can't choose that) and confused because he's such a simp.

But yes, those are the broad strokes of my many many MANY thoughts on this crossover, PLEASE talk to me about it even if you only know one of these fandoms, I will explain everything, just please, my head will explode.

There’s nothing better than two friends having a discussion on something they’re both passionate about. What’s even better is that Isaac isn’t one to beat around the bush and play nice either. He’s going to be keeping you on your toes with any new discoveries he made. Together the two of you will be two great intellectual minds capable of engaging conversations on various topics.

Apart from those discussions Isaac does enjoy his alone time, but it’s not a bad thing. From what I’ve seen you seem to be understanding about space and won’t feel hurt if Isaac picks some solitary time. Rollo is highly intelligent, so it’ll be easy for him to be capable of standing up to your expectations. Although, you might even find that he goes beyond your expectations at times. You’re bound to be mentally challenged with Rollo as he introduces new things into your life. Plus, in those heated arguments with Rollo everyone around you will be amazed at how you’re able to keep up with each other.

Rollo doesn’t know fear either, I mean he stood up against Malleus in a big showdown. That being said, he won’t hesitate to disagree with you nor do I see you always complying with him. Still, at the end of the day, the two of you will go back together over the simplest of things. Perhaps a painting caught the eye of the two of you or maybe a game of chess did.

You mentioned how you encourage those close to you to follow their dreams and chase them. I think with Rollo, you’ll fall to the same subjection, though it might not be for the best. Rollo did cause a huge catastrophe for everyone… Still, I can’t really see you stopping him. In fact, I get the feeling you might join in for the ride because of how confident Rollo is. In the case that you and Rollo become friends after his catastrophe, you might run into misunderstandings. So, pay attention to details.

Mr. Vanilla, perhaps a shocking match for you. To be honest I was split between a couple different suitors for you. I narrowed it down to Leonardo, Vincent, and Mozart. However, I chose to pursue Vincent in this matchmaking for better or worse. For your relationship match I was in search of a perfect balance between love and growth. With Leonardo, I felt that his coffee flavor would be too much to handle and may cause misunderstandings for you. Meanwhile, Mozart is from team caramel, but team caramel plays hard to get for a very long time. Thus, causing a boring sensation, since you prefer things to be fast paced. On the other hand, Vincent is full of fast paced drama who is sweet, creating a more suitable match for the two of you.

I imagine that upon arrival at the mansion you would be intrigued as to the mind of Vincent. Questions as to how he thinks during painting or perhaps as to why he came back to life. Neige is a hard worker, from taking care of seven dwarfs to polishing up on acting, you can count on this strong minded worker. On the other hand, I expect Neige to be more of a natural in love instead. Just like Vincent, falling in love will be a breeze, but getting to be together is a tough job.

Out of all of the royal sword academy students, he’s probably not one you want to meet or date. So, how will the two of you meet? If you’re from Pomeifore, then it’s natural to meet the person who gets on Vil’s nerves the most. By chance you get to work as Vil’s assistant on set and who else is there? Neige LeBlanche! From here on out it’s important to stay professional, getting along with him is more out of respect for work if anything. I imagine that towards the middle of working with Neige, he’ll give you a new outlook on life or even a reality check. Perhaps, working as Vil’s assistant becomes too much or you get cocky working with him?

Whatever it may be, that conversation is going to lead you to the start of romance as the two of you engage in opposite ideals. Neige is someone who focuses on the what, he wants to know what the end result is and what is to become. Whereas you seem to question why such an idea results in. From there, the two of you will grow to see views from the opposing side, eventually leading to a formidable relationship. Although, you two are going to fight at times in opposite opinions. Remember, as nice as Neige is, he still holds his ground.

In conclusion, finding balance in your core values is what makes this relationship work so well. I’ll approach this chronologically, as I think it’ll give you a clearer understanding of my development over the years.

The first-ever anime crush: Zero Kiryu from Vampire Knight

I know… it’s a questionable anime/manga. But I was around 12, so bear with me, haha. I liked his seemingly cold exterior and, of course, his design. I was drawn to his inner turmoil—hating vampires with every fibre of his being while still being so deeply, pathetically in love with the vampire princess (who, by the way, I found utterly insufferable. Her stupidity was nerve-wracking, even for the 12-year-old me).

MBTI type: Definitely a Fi user. I would type him as an ISTJ, but I’m not entirely sure. It’s been way too long. *cries in 21*

Shin Se Gi from the K-drama Kill Me, Heal Me

The male lead of this drama has dissociative identity disorder, and Shin Se Gi is one of his personalities—if I’m correct, the first one to manifest. I didn’t watch this show to learn about the disorder (it was portrayed more as a supernatural phenomenon than an actual identity disorder), but purely for enjoyment because Kwak Tae-geun (Ji Seong) is an actor I deeply respect and love. I’m not sure if I would love the character as much if I watched it now, but my 14/15-year-old self certainly adored this undercover, soft-hearted bad boy. The comedic timing was spot on, and the actor perfectly brought out his charm.

MBTI type: This one is tricky. ESTP seems fitting, but I could also see him as a Fi user. I’d need to rewatch the show to conduct a proper analysis. However, ESTP makes sense, as I recall typing the core identity of the male lead as INFJ. ESTP is the subconscious counterpart of the INFJ personality type, meaning they share the same cognitive functions but in reversed order.

Lelouch Lamperouge from Code Geass

The mastermind with the goal of the greater good for humanity. Most ardently, my type. The many girlfriends aspect didn’t sit well with me, though. I believe I was around 14 here as well.

Levi Ackerman from Attack on Titan

I was forced to watch Attack on Titan by my friends. Initially, I didn’t want to because it was so brutal, and I dislike excessive blood. However, I’m not as sensitive anymore (or at all), and AoT plays a huge role in that. Levi struck me as this beautiful man carrying more burdens than anyone should. The strongest yet the most unfortunate, sad one. He has such a big heart despite never fully showing it. He isn’t just a father figure but an incredibly dimensional character. I loved him for quite some time—it even bordered on obsession. I remember this era very clearly: I was 16, and it lasted until I was about 18.

(Seriously, his A Slap on Titan version will NEVER stop being funny to me. PAHAHAHA PURE GOLD. “Petra… please don’t cry. You’re so ugly when you cry.” “JAEGER BOMB.” “This was a great tea party… I just sat here and insulted all of you, and nobody talked back.”)

MBTI type: I think ISTP fits, as many type him that way anyway.

Isaac Foster from Angels of Death

Looking back, I realise I’ve always had a soft spot for people who are pure—not in the traditional sense, but in a spiritual and childlike way. Despite being a serial killer, he didn’t have much choice but to become who he was. He was aware of his own shortcomings, like his illiteracy, and he appreciated help, even if he didn’t express it positively or openly. He’s a deeply tragic figure, but I loved him in a pure, untainted way. I saw immense potential for him to become a good person because all the necessary traits were there. If only his chance for a better life hadn’t been taken from him… He was, and always will be, worth saving. And worth loving. I believe I was 16 or 17 at the time.

MBTI type: People type him as both an ISTP and ESTP. Where exactly is the strong Ti? I would type him as an ESFP.

Dabi (Touya Todoroki) from My Hero Academia

This might sound absurd, but I’ve cried over this man. I know he’s a fictional character, but there are real children out there like him, and it’s heartbreaking to see them failed by incompetent adults. They lose their chance at a better life. Seriously, he was just a child—what else could he have done? His desire to establish a new world order without the pretense of heroism resonated with me, though I don’t think he was entirely right. He was spot-on about some of them, like his father, for sure, but generalising wasn’t okay. The moral dilemmas that pushed and pulled the Todoroki family intrigued me. Honestly, I started reading/watching MHA solely because of him after seeing a random edit, skipping straight to his debut—lmao.

I’m not entirely sure why I liked him, but it must’ve been the saviour complex. My fixation with him lasted about a year.

MBTI type: People type him as an ISFP, but I don’t see him as a Fi-dom. He’s certainly too traumatised for accurate typing, but I’d say he’s an ISTP.

Malleus Draconia from Twisted Wonderland

The ancient dragon boy with a feverish need to connect, love, and cherish, yet also the need to isolate himself. To be alone but not lonely. I found his psyche fascinating. Knowing he’ll outlive his friends and family is heartbreaking, and it’s intriguing to see how that fact shapes him. His slow descent into madness—humming that lullaby and all—hooked me briefly when I was about 18. Maleficent is one of my favourite Disney villains, and I liked that he’s her descendant. Note: I’ve never played this game; to my knowledge, it’s not accessible in Europe.

MBTI type: Many type him as an INTJ… but where is the Te? I only see an INFJ with unhealthy Fe and obsessive Ni.

Scaramouche/Wanderer from Genshin Impact (Never played the game, lmao.)

One day, I saw a video of him on Youtube. It explained how his character was inspired by Queen’s song Bohemian Rhapsody. Naturally, it piqued my interest because it’s a song I already knew and liked. That led me down the rabbit hole—I researched his character and stumbled upon official videos where he spoke about his life, humanity, and the gods in such a deeply pessimistic and existential way. His dread and detachment intrigued me, and I couldn’t help but want to understand him better.

MBTI type: Fight me if you want, but I firmly believe he’s an unhealthy INFP. No way this man is a strong Te user.

Fyodor Dostoevsky from Bungo Stray Dogs

Hereby, as a picky eater, I solemnly swear: if my excessive, gut-wrenching crush on this man ever fades, I will eat one of the dishes I despise (though, let’s be honest, that’s never going to happen). I’ve been obsessed with him for three years now. I “met” him when I was 18, and it’s been downhill (or uphill?) ever since.

William James Moriarty from Moriarty the Patriot

Here we are again—another man with the dream of creating a better world. In his case, he wants to build a better society and future. He’s brave, strategic, and intelligent. It goes without saying that I’m a sucker for masterminds, right? I believe I was 18 or 19 when I encountered him.

MBTI type: he could be an INFJ, but I’m not sure. I need to analyse him throughly someday.

Griffith from Berserk

I even wrote an analysis on him, which captures exactly why I find him so intriguing. His ambition, charisma, and overwhelming drive to achieve his dream fascinated me. My interest didn’t last particularly long, though—I believe I was around 19 at the time.

Aragorn from The Lord of the Rings trilogy

I wasn’t sure where to include this because, technically, I’ve known about Aragorn since childhood. I grew up with the LOTR movies since my parents loved them, but my realisation of how perfect he is only hit me recently. Honourable, brave, intelligent, and trustworthy—he is everything one could want in a man. That being said, nobody’s perfect. His moments with Eowyn? I didn’t like those. (I mean, come on, I’m basically Arwen, children.)

MBTI type: INFJ.

Anakin Skywalker from Star Wars

This is another character I’ve been familiar with since childhood. I love his “fallen angel” storyline—it makes him such a tragic character. I had a crush on him even as a 9-year-old, though it was obviously just a childhood crush—nothing too serious (although none of them are serious because they’re all fictional characters, but you know what I mean). The reason he isn’t included earlier in chronological order is that, like Aragorn, I’ve known him for so long, but my moments of admiration came much later. My fascination with him would always fade after a few weeks of obsessing, only to resurface repeatedly over the years.

MBTI Type: This is by far the trickiest one. In his childhood, I might have typed him as a Te-dom, specifically an ESTJ. However, his adult version seems more like an Fi-dom to me, particularly an ISFP. The other types I considered but ultimately found didn’t fit as well were ENTJ and ESFP. Despite spending far too long analysing him, I’m still unsure about his exact type.

In conclusion:

I have noticed a clear trend in my preferences. I love pure characters with immense potential for redemption, but I’m equally drawn to unhinged masterminds who thrive on calculated corruption for the greater good. It seems complex. I probably need someone else to psychoanalyse me (you know who you are) because while I may excel at analysing others, I’m hopeless at analysing myself.

Thoughts while drawing:

Azul is the easiest one to draw. 8/10

Auburn is the second easiest. I did have some trouble with the skirt pleats. 7.5/10

Isaac. Isaac was VERY hard to draw. The most time-consuming part. My neck hurt while drawing him 😭. I'm not that happy with his hair. A pain in the ass. 4/10

I was playing a kalimba cover of Piano Duet from the Corpse Bride on repeat. It was beautiful.

My pen malfunctioned while I was tracing the sketch so it's kinda messy when you look closely.

Putting canon dorm members into consideration:

Vincent and Comte do fairly well in Heartslabyul. Comte I feel is a step below Riddle with the rules and probably goes up to him on his first day and is like "tell me about all of them" and Riddle is like "FINALLY SOMEONE WHO CARES" Charles??? No. never listening to rules. But damn he looks cute in uniform.

Theo and Jean have no issues in Savanaclaw. Jean keeps to himself, Theo socializes a little more. Vincent coming over to visit Theo and Theo is like "If anyone messes with my brother my foot will go so far up your ass" and he's kinda scary so they listen.

Sebastian has no complains. Boy is smart. Always reading so he doesn't give himself time to socialize.

Napoleon fits in very well with Scarabia *not me sitting here typing this and remembering that Napoleon invaded Egypt* Perfect fit.

I feel like Pomefiore has a lot of tension??? For no reason??? Always silently judging, which is 100% Mozart and Will. They gossip with each other a lot.
