Human Twilight Sparkle and Sci-Twi (renamed to Nightfall Dazzle cause we can't have two twilights) in a college au type of setting

Twilight Sparkle -> is the older twin, but still ended up being the shorter one -> is majoring in particle physics whilst also studying sociology and pedagogy -> is the more outgoing of the two; learned the importance of friendship and has been trying to get her sister to be more open as well -> is very popular on campus, as she is very friendly and likes to tutor other people -> bisexual ; had a boyfriend for a while (Flash Sentry), but decided to end things as they just weren't compatible -> likes coffee, but fell in love with Pinkie's tea assortments -> met Pinkie in their first year visiting the bakery she was working at ; they like to study chemistry together -> met Applejack shortly after Pinkie Pie, when she was making a delivery to the bakery, she helped out a bit -> met Rarity in some of their shared classes during their first year -> met Starlight Glimmer and Trixie during her first year; she was tutoring Trixie for a while and was pretty sad when she had dropped out in the end ; she still meets up with Starlight regularly for study dates as they are on the same major -> met Rainbow Dash through Rarity, who had asked Twilight to help tutoring RD -> met Fluttershy through Nightfall and Applejack ; they often have tea parties -> for a few months she was visiting the bakery more often [it definitely wasn't because of a certain somebody working there] -> met Sunset Shimmers through her mentor, Professor Celestia ; they are research buddies -> it was her idea for them to get matching septum piercings Sci-Twi -> Nightfall Dazzle -> is the youngest of the two -> is majoring in astrophysics and is a teacher assistant for Professor Luna -> unlike her sister, she's more shut-in and antisocial ; she's willing to try to make friends now and again for Twi tho (especially since she's getting mistaken for her sister a lot) -> has a short temper -> is a coffee connoisseur -> bisexual as well, but was never really interested in dating ; had a boyfriend for a few months, but ended up forgetting about him, as she was so focused on her studies -> met Pinkie in their first year visiting the bakery she was working at ; they like to study chemistry together -> she met Applejack when she was out shopping one day ; AJ mistook her for Twilight, realizing her mistake she invited Nightfall for a coffee -> met Rarity in a shared class during their first year -> on her first meeting with Starlight she was mistaken for her sister again ; they are in good terms, the three of them sometimes meet up (Twilight, Nightfall and Starlight) -> ran into Rainbow Dash in Pinkie's bakery ; RD mistook her for Twilight, Nightfall ended up having an impromptu study session with RD -> met Fluttershy in Pinkie's bakery whilst having a coffee with Applejack -> the one friend she managed to make on her own, without her sister asking her to, is Tempest Shadow and Moondancer ; she bumped into Tempest at a bookstore, they bonded over books ; Moondancer and her are studying the same major -> they are close to their family and often visit their brother and sister in law -> they are out to their family, but they don't care much for that -> their younger brother, Spike, often comes to visit them during his days off from school -> they don't like to sit next to each other during classes, cause they always end up distracting one other with their usual debates -> they are renting an apartment above the town's library ; they often work / help out at the library over their free summers

Dawn

“You made a very grave error coming here boy…” the vampire said, smiling as he and his brethren surrounded the boy. 

Dawn smirked towards them, and held one hand up. “Nah, the only one who made the mistake is you. You really shouldn’t have come to this town. I know you bloodsuckers have to feed to survive and all that, but chowing on innocent people is a serious no go, and as the future king of Avalon I can’t have that, ya know?” he asked. 

The vampire chuckled. “What an arrogant little brat you are. What exactly makes you think you can stand against us?” he asked. 

Dawn opened his hand. “Simple. You guys rise with the moon…” A bright ball of intensely hot magic suddenly formed above it, and the vampires hissed and shielded their eyes. “I rise with the sun…”

“You understand right uncle Astro? I mean You were the right ruler for Mewni, and I’m the right ruler for Avalon,” Dawn said, laying on his back as he looked down at his uncle. “I know Rain is your favorite and junk, but c’mon.” 

Astro crossed his arms as he looked up at his nephew. “You don’t want the throne Dawn…” he said, narrowing his eyes. 

Dawn sat up. “What? Of course I do! I mean I-” 

Astro cut him off. “A throne isn’t a seat, it’s a weight. I don’t want you or any fo your siblings to ever have to carry it. Just… enjoy being young,” he said, turning and walking off. 

Dawn stared after him, confused. “Man, he can be so dramatic sometimes…”

“So, who’s the alpha twin between the two of you?” the young goddess asked. 

The Twilight Twins shared a look. “I’m stronger,” Dawn pointed out. 

“I’m smarter,” Dusk countered. 

“Yeah… well, I’m better looking,” Dawn said, smirking. Dusk smirked back, and the two shared a chuckle. 

Dusk   

“You arrogant gods think you can just tower over everyone else,” the titan snarled, glaring as he held his injured arm. “What gives you the right to-” 

Dusk sighed, cutting him off. “Stop yapping at me already. I don’t care if you’re a titan, god, mortal, or anything else. I mean I’m the second least ‘godly’ in my family, so if you’re accusing someone of having a complex go find Dawn or Rain” he said, eyes glowing slightly.  “The only reason you’re about to bite the dust right now if because you bared your fangs at what’s important to me…” 

Dusk could let a lot of things slide, but attempts on his family? Never. He could wipe out every single threat that set foot on this island, and he’d make sure his brothers and sister were none the wiser.

“You let your hair grow out too long again,” Calliste said, reaching up and brushing a finger over his bangs. “You said you’d be more mindful of that.” 

Dusk sat in silence for a moment, and then looked away from the young goddess. “I’ve been busy…” It wasn’t a lie. He’d been running around doing so many tasks lately that it had slipped his mind. Not that she would cut him any slack for it. 

“Turn around,” she said, summoning a small blade of water. “I’ll cut it.” 

Dusk didn’t argue, and turned his back towards her as she moved behind him and began snipping his hair. He untensed and allowed himself to relax. He only ever seemed to be able to do so with her. “Thanks…” 

“If you want to thank me, look after yourself. You can’t look after your siblings if you don’t take care of yourself first.”

“C’mon, let me tag along!” DJ said, chasing after his brother. 

“No, go home DJ,” Dusk said, sounding exhausted. 

“But Dawn is coming with you right? I can be back up! I can-” 

Dusk turned around towards him and glared. “Go. Home.” 

DJ flinched, and then scowled. “Fine…” He turned and walked off, an obviously bitter expression on his face. 

Dusk watched him go, and then sighed. He felt bad about shooing him away. He knew he just wanted to help and be useful. But he couldn’t bring himself to let him tag along on this one. Not with that he was doing. 

He was too young to have blood on his hands…

How would you describe Teen Dusk and Dawn’s aesthetic/style? Like would they still dress the same when they’re older?

Dusk is probably dresses in a very 'plain' style. Dull solid colors that make him blend in. You'd never know he was a god or prince by the way he walks around, and that's exactly how he likes it. Very much tries to blend into the background so he can remain unbothered and get what he needs to get done finished. (He's busy handling 'business' on behalf of the family).

Dawn is a little more flashy, very bright colors (probably a lot of yellow and orange). Likes wearing hoodies and sneakers (collects both and likes showing them off). Also keep a necklace that Taiyo forced for him. (Refers to him as a fellow 'son of the sun' since he has an affinity for fire/sun based magic).

I imagine they also look a little different when they're older now, Dawn being a little taller and keeping his hair nicely styled while Dusk is a bit shaggy now.
