Oh, this IS a pretty fun one!

Beat: Audrey from Atlantis because he was a bit of a gear head as a kid and thought sh was cool for working on a submarine.

Olivier: Bell from Beauty and the Beasts because of how nice/kind she is. (He's got a thing for the classic sweet/nice girl. Why he fell for Gabby so hard since she was always sweet to him)

Nia: Aladdin. Probably obsessed with the movie after Vera showed it to her and though he was cute. (Megara from Hercules would be the girl crush she had without realizing it lol)

Astro: Elsa for both the stereotypical reason of ice, and because he just sympathizes with her having to hide her powers and whatnot.

Beatrice: Gaston because she thought he was hunky (she wanted him to make a rug out of the beast and thinks he was ugly as a human anyway...)

Lettie: Also Gaston because of his gains. (She tried eating a bunch of eggs after she saw the movie and got sick).

Cleo: Hiro Hamada since she thinks he's cute and smart.

Helmut: Jane from Tarzan since she was a proper lady and very honest and nice (this was before he became much more cynical)

Samuel Shaft Gilligan, or Sam, the son of Hank and Kaydence. A high IQ whiz kid who is unfortunately just a step behind his sister intelligence-wise. He has a passion for basketball and plans to try and go pro someday, causing him to butt heads with his mother who thinks he should focus on a more STEM field based career. He’s close friends with Dylan and the two tend to hang out when there’s no ��freaky god or demon shit’ going down.

Instead of Minerva kid, why couldn’t Serpens be like some orphan hybrid that Astro adopts? Totally seems like something he’d do, especially if because Serpens lost his family in the war. Do a vengeance fueled enemy to adopted son route.

Not bad. But I was thinking maybe he's a son or relative of one of the other (former) septarian tribes. Maybe tried to challenge Astro by old monster law (challenge in combat for the title of king of monsters) to put Septarian back on top, and ends up getting molly woped, and then ended up kind of getting an admiration for his strength (and still support the septarians through serving as one of Sagitta's guards alongside Sandor).

I feel like I wanna work Serpens into the main AU somehow so I'll be more inclined to use him (I'm not not getting the inspo for his what if scenario fic). Maybe just have him not be Astro's son but a fan of him or something in the septarian guard.

I’m curious, since Kruger isn’t a Titan but a demon then would he age? Like I know Titans stop aging at one point but would Kruger too? Or would he be a silver fox by Future AU?

I would say he's basically immortal. Some demons kind of ascend to a point where they go beyond just being long lived and just stop aging (there's going to be other demons unrelated to Mewni later in the story who are the same).

What are Sirius and Cauldron Child (Clu) up to in the Future AU?

Sirius eventually retires from the Shields and spends his time either helping Rosetta with her experiments and research. Outside of that him and Clu usually travel around Mewni trying different things (activities, food, etc). A few people like Astro or Rosetta have direct contact with them in case their needed but for the most part they're just experiencing 'living', since they didn't get to do that before.

Why did Scylla killed one of Posidon’s kids? Also if she research about Nergalings from the Earth’s Underworld that hybrid Nergalings were born as an egg after their mother gives birth, like Nergal Jr. for example, she will freak out more. Jajajajaja!

They were basically trying to talk crap to her about how she better not tread in their seas or whatever. Scylla has the shortest temper of the Ten, so when she gets stepped to she's not going to hold back. So just knocked his head right off.

She probably would have fraked out even more if she found out about the Nergalings when she was pregnant lol. Gadfly ended up regretting making that joke because he had to deal with how panicked she was after.

Scylla Future AU Facts

Gadfly once asked Scylla if she thought about challenging Hody for the throne. Her response was that she had better things to do than ‘run that dump’. Sometimes Gadfly tries to get her to do it anyway, tempting her with the idea of what Hody’s face would look like. 

While Scylla hates going to the Waterfolk kingdom, she does have a taste for its food. To keep from going there she sometimes visits Maria who is always happy to invite her over to make a meal for her and the others. 

While on a mission once Turq got into trouble. Before he could call for backup Scylla showed up and wiped out the forces surrounding him. She didn’t say anything before or after the fight and just left, and still hasn’t said anything about it since. Turq is pretty sure she only showed up because her blood tie to him kicked in. 

She once attended a meeting on Avalon with Astro. One of Poseidon's children tried to confront her, and she killed him instantly. A brawl nearly broke out before Astro told her to leave, and she hasn’t returned since. 

A few other waterfolk couples who married other monsters ended up coming to the village she and Gadfly run, figuring they’re kids and families would be better off with a place she was partly in charge of. Scylla thought it was annoying, but let them stay anyway. 

When they first had Ravana, Scylla was worried. Insectoids usually laid eggs, and Gadfly jokes she might lay one or end up giving birth to it instead of the kid. He ended up regretting it since she was freaking out almost the whole time. 

When she had Ravana she didn’t let anybody but Gadfly hold her. Gadfly was afraid she wouldn’t learn how to walk because Scylla barely ever put her down. Eventually she learned how to relax a bit. By the time Dagon was born she let him fly all around the house or wherever they were. 

Because they were so fast as kids, Scylla couldn’t catch Ravana and Dagon when they scurried around as babies/toddlers. She eventually found out what each of their favorite snacks were to lure them to her. She knew it probably wasn’t that healthy, but she really didn’t care at that point. 

Scylla met Dottie and was surprised to see another Waterfolk and Septarian hybrid. She was even more surprised to see she was close to Hody. She’s usually distant with most people outside of the village, but Coral is one of the few waterfolk who isn’t afraid to approach her, and will hold conversation with her. 

Hody once tried to ask for her earrings back so he could put them in the royal family vote. Scylla told him he could have it if he handed over the royal crown. He hasn’t bothered trying to ask since.

Branch Future AU Facts

Children in the tribe love to gather around Branch as he tells them stories and tales about the tribe. Some of them still exist today, while some were lost to time and are brand new to them. Branch enjoys it since it was something his sister used to do. 

Branch can sense that the Great Tree has a strong connection with both Wisteria and Azalea, which he finds odd since only Azalea was born from the Tree. The Great Spear seems to learn more towards Wisteria while the Great Shield leans more towards Azalea. 

Branch was very protective of Bloom during her pregnancy with Wisteria. Since natural pregnancy is incredibly rare within the tribe many weren’t sure how to handle it. Bloom thought it was sweet and simply let him and the others dote on her, especially since it made Slick feel better whenever he had to leave. 

Branch thinks Slick can be a bad influence on Wisteria and Azalea. He blames him for Wisteria’s rather reckless attitude. 

He can tell Wisteria is rather distant from the rest of the tribe and tries to reach out to her so she doesn’t feel too isolated. He doesn’t want her ending up following in his footsteps, though he knows it’s not likely either way. 

When she was getting married, Bloom insisted Branch be the one to give her away and conduct the ceremony. Branch didn’t believe it was appropriate given his past, but Bloom refused to have anyone else do it. 

Branch tutors Wisteria and Azalea on how to use the Great weapons. For now he never lets them take them outside the village since they're too powerful to risk using in regular combat and he doesn’t want them to lose control. 

When he found out about Azalea’s crush on Vander he was… concerned. He thinks Vander is a nice kid but, between him and Slick he is worried that the women in their family may have an odd taste in men. 

Conversely he thinks Wisteria’s interested in Dorado is a good thing and encourages it since he finds Dorado to be an upstanding young and virtuous young man. 

He very much admires Astro’s garden, impressed at how immaculate it can be without any connection to the Great Tree. With his permission he put in a cherry blossom tree within it as a gift. 

Branch was pleased to learn that F5 is still around and functioning. He’s appreciative of Rosetta keeping up his maintenance. Sometimes the golem comes by and they chat. 

Branch is honestly surprised at how many half breed Nymphs there are now. In his time it was unheard of for people to marry or mate outside the tribe. He believes it’s a good thing overall, but is concerned about some of the traditions of the tribe being maintained.

Matrona Future AU Facts

Matrona is always looking for a sparring partner around the tribe. She’s got no shortage of them, but most can’t really keep up with her for as long as she’d like, tapping out after a few hours. She’s always glad that Fum comes back since he can fully keep up with her. 

Like the rest of her family, Matrona spoils Diane without a second thought. Diane often uses this to her advantage and asks her to carry her to certain places, mostly wherever Dorado is so she can challenge him to a courtship duel. 

Whenever she’s sleeping a lot of the children in the tribe like using her like a jungle gym. Sometimes when she nods off sitting up or standing they play a game where they see who can grab a hair from her head. 

Matrona was rather amused when Fum finally grew taller than her. It was the first time she ever had to look up, even slightly, at someone else. 

She was fascinated when she met Sigurda and Leif since she had never met ice giants before. She kept poking and prodding at them until Antero finally told her to stop before a fight broke out. 

She was disappointed when she found out Diane wanted to use a sword instead of a hammer or a more traditional giant weapon, and was even pouting and muttering ‘What’s so great about Delphine….?” 

Matrona went to visit Townsville once. Unfortunately she didn’t tell anyone and showed up at her natural size. The city went into a panic and assumed there was a monster attack going on. The Vanguard got in contact with her and calmed everything down. They were impressed how easily she moved through the city without stepping on anything. 

When she went to Avalon she wanted to try and ride Jormungandr. DJ managed to stop her, though she was rather disappointed by it. Astro is afraid she might try again and has a spell to tell if she arrives on Avalon without him knowing. 

Matrona always seemed to be able to tell when a new giant being born was a boy or girl. When asked how she just shrugs and says she just knows. 

She’s been challenged to more than a few courtship duels. She accepts them all, but hasn’t taken anyone as a partner yet. Seeing her current descendants she doesn’t think she needs to have anymore kids, and she’s not interested in settling down again. 

She likes to drag Fum and the others on hunting trips. They go with her mostly because they know she’ll overhunt the population if someone doesn’t keep an eye on her. 

Matrona tried to lift Thor’s hammer, but her fingers were too big to get a decent grip on the handle. She got pouty about it and claims she liked her hammer better anyway. 

Though it wasn’t in bad shape, Puff wanted to tend to her hammer. Matrona wasn’t sure he could do it and was hesitant, but eventually caved. It took a week for him to finished, but she was impressed and claims he’s the greatest smith she’s ever laid an eye on.
