Sketching on my lunch break, fiddling around with new styles. I really need to settle on one smh. Current timeline: Exile Usagi left for Neo Edo early, around 12 years old and had to flee by the time he was 13 (probably 13 and a half). He’s in the battle nexus / on the run from age 14 to 16

There’s loads of hidden details and Easter eggs, but some of my favourite details:

Sculk infection gem with Ender eye sword (secret life)

Wild life Gem with her barn, the ribbon from her skin tied around her wrist and a themed card (it’s the Gemini constellation)

Crescent moon shaped hilt of Pearlo’s sword with the secret keeper and her secret life tower just visible in the back + the glitch effects in general

Dreamtale, but I up the dream and add the doodles

I had an idea for these guys to be guardians of dreams - by which I mean they go into them in order to defend people against nightmares and sooth them - To avoid confusion there, we’ll be nicknaming Nightmare “Nightlight” and Dream “Starglow” after those glow in the dark ceiling stars (Creative I know /j)

Longer ramblings under cut, but be warned they’re not fully baked :>

Starglow focuses more on making the dreams lighthearted while Nightlight focuses on soothing the person

They both have the ability to change the dreams in accordance to how they see it - though this ability isn’t as strong if it’s a lucid dream

The tree of feelings functions as a tree of visions experienced while asleep. (I can’t keep writing dream over and over help)

Its a safe place for the brothers and I��m pondering making it the way they enter the mind projections

It’s in a valley of eternal twilight

There is also no apple incident (yet)

However; Corrupted Nightmare still exists and is the main perpetrator of his namesake - though he veiws it as a necessary evil on his part, though he often makes bad dreams a lot worse in this pursuit if that makes sense

Tried to give his design a monster under the bed feel more than anything actually scary

He is called an old man by the twins while fighting for reasons you can guess

Day 5: Saturation hell

In 2019 I found ghoulkiss’s monster girl maker and by extension got into candy gore and while I wasn’t colouring my drawings at the time, in my head they looked like this. I still like drawing candy gore. It’s very fun

Uhhh ansty bathroom saki, maybe its a nightmare idk you decide

i have no context except i was on tumblr and then saw this colour palette linked under and went “this names pretty saki core” and then inspiration punched me at the ripe time of 3 am yesterday and this came out also the browns a but redder in this because i went saki pink and then shifted it a bit
