Some newer additions, the first stuff was a bit older as of 6 / 17 / 2024.

Philza, Schlatt and Slime made a Grimwalker from a bit of Philza and what was left of Techno. Thus, making Tommy. Grimwalkers in this AU age fast until teen years, where memory actually starts. Tommy doesn't know what he is. Tommy is 20 when things begin.

Tommy will get wings later after some arc or smth. Same with Philza, he too has a bird beast, a Crow form. He also gets a Crow harpy form.

Philza is a long distant cousin of the Clawthornes.

Slimecicle is one of the antags, he also has a curse where he becomes a slime beast ( similar to Belos ). He learned how to make grimwalkers because of Schlatt and Philza. After losing Flippa he lost Mariana, and made Grimwalker Flippa. He pretends to be a shopkeeper and restocks Philza's potions. He is a human while every one else is a witch.

Philza only has Chayanne and Tommy, but eventually finds Tallulah.

Ranboo bumps into Tommy and adventure begins tldr.

And before someone asks in case they dont know: the grimwalker thing is a HEADCANON, the owl house never showed us, but its assumed they are born as teenagers or sped up aging until teen years. But that being said, Tommy is chronologically ( and technically bilogically ) and mentally 20 by the time the story begins. Tho there won't be any shipping , i just wanna make that clear.

( i do not support dream or wilbur thus they will not be in this AU at all. )

Worry not, I'm not leaving QSMP yet. Even if it hurts. If Phil's done, I'll likely migrate to Fit for it. Provided he streams when Phil doesn't. 😅

And I'll be damned if this stops me from completing AMFMN. Apollo has hinted during a brief reading with him that he'll kick my ass. We NEED more Phil centric fics, it's half the reason I said fuck it we ball and started AMFMN to begin with. That goblin of a deity is INVESTED in the story. I think I'd get sunburn for eternity if I left it incomplete.

And I have a perhaps therapeutic idea to write Phil coming home to the Hardcore World via Rose after departing with the kids. I think I'm gonna go for it, even if it hurts to write and I cry during doing so. :p

I'm not sure what'll become of that QSMP AU I was cooking on but I don't think I'll discontinue that before it even begins either. Additionally, I've played with the idea of just. Continuing some kind of AU storyline post-AMFMN. Like writing stuff (headcanons or short story(s)) after the events of the fic. We'll see.

I've been miserable at worst and palpably sad at best the last 2 days, and we'll see what happens during and after Phil's stream today, but.. at least for now at this good hour of 10am, I'm feeling,, better-ish. Cautiously optimistic. I don't want to leave (and I especially don't want to lose the amazing mutuals and friends I've made 😭). I'm not going anywhere.

Tommy's first day (Hogwarts AU)

September 1st 11 o’clock kings cross

The bustling station rang with noise. All the muggles hurrying around getting on their respective trains, never the wiser to the people standing near the barrier between platforms nine and ten, there stood a taller man with long blonde hair pulled into a loose ponytail at the nape of his neck. a green and white hat sat on his head. He wore a green button-up and black slacks.

 The eldest-looking son had long pink hair in a braid down to the middle of his back, unnaturally sharp teeth poked from between his lips he was reading a large leatherbound book, if you looked closely enough at the pages you could see the pictures moving.

 The last two children were arguing loudly with each other. The tallest had brown hair covered by a red bennie and the youngest had blonde hair and wore jeans and a red and white t-shirt. 

No one was there to hear that the boys were arguing about quidditch and no one was there to see them disappear into the barrier between platforms 9 and 10

They stepped out onto the busy platform 9 ¾ they carried their luggage to the bright red steam engine puffing hazy clouds onto the platform 

“ayup Wilbur”

 said a tall boy around his age 

“hello dream”

 Wilbur said back to him 

“ready for another victorious quidditch season?”

 dream laughed and nodded following Wilbur onto the train. The blonde man turned to the blonde boy 

“your mum and I will be at the school when you get there”

 and with that, he closed the train door and waved as the train screeched away from the station. 

Tommy looked over to his older brother 

“aren't we going to find a compartment?”

 techno looked up from his book and shook his head 

“sorry Toms I've got to go to the prefect’s compartment, I’ll find you later”

 then he walked off leaving Tommy to find an empty compartment. He finally found one at the back of the train and he claimed it before anyone could get it. A few minutes later he heard a knock on the door 

“do you mind if we sit here everywhere else is full”

 he looked up from his book to see two brunettes one was small and was the one who had talked. He held a cage with a snowy owl and a plush bee. The other one was freakishly tall with a mask and a black cat in his arms. He nodded and the boys sat across from him. 

“My name is tubbo and this is ranboo,”

 the small boy said pointing to the other one. Tommy smiled 

“I'm Tommy”

 ranboo nodded and said, 

“what house do you think you will be in?”

 Tommy thought for a while 

“my dad was in Hufflepuff and my mom was in Slytherin but my older brothers are in Ravenclaw and Slytherin so I don't know”

 he paused and looked up at ranboo 

“Mabey Gryffindor”

 he shrugged ranboo nodded 

“you seem like a Gryffindor I think that tubbo and I are going to be in Hufflepuff”

 Tommy looked at ranboo 

“what the fuck does that mean ‘i seem like a Gryffindor’?”

 ranboo laughed 

“I don't know you just give off that vibe”.

They spent the rest of the train ride talking about their summers. Tommy learned that tubbo was a muggle-born and that his parents hadn't believed that he was a wizard until one of the professors had come to his house 

“I think that her name was Kristen”

 Tommy gasped 

“no way that's my mum!”

 tubbo beamed 

“she was super nice”.

 When the lunch trolly arrived Tommy bought a bottle of pumpkin juice and a few chocolate frogs. Tubbo watched as he unwrapped the package to reveal a chocolate frog that was wriggling and trying to escape after Tommy ate it he looked at the card and groaned 

“its professor XD, I already have 3 of him”

 he handed it to ranboo who pocketed it for his collection 

“do you want to open one?”

 he asked tubbo who nodded while picking one off of the seat. He made short work of the chocolate and unwrapped the card 

“I got professor philza Minecraft” 

he said confused and Tommy burst out laughing 

“that's my dad, I didn't know that he had a chocolate frog card”

When the train slowed to a stop at Hogsmeade station Tommy added one of the watchers and the late professor aeor to his card collection. They picked up their stuff and followed the stream of nervous first years to the dock where self-rowing boats waited to take them to the castle. 

- Ranboo pov- - 

“Alright you little shits” 

they had made it to the castle after a small amount of waiting, a man in a green and white hat had come out onto the front steps and lead them into the entrance hall 

“you will go up to the front and wait, I will call your name and then you will put on the sorting hat and be sorted into your houses” 

he paused looking around at the small faces that were all looking at him with varying expressions of worry. 

“Ranboo beloved,” 

he said. Ranboo looked around as he walked to the stool with an old-looking hat on it. 

“Hmmm” 

came a voice in his brain 

“you would do well in HUFFLEPUFF” 

it shouted. He went to sit at the table with teens in yellow robes and sat down next to a 5th year with teal hair. Tommy went up next and was sorted into Gryffindor and tubbo was sorted into Hufflepuff too. The teal-haired boy next to him tapped him on the shoulder 

“hello my name is Scott and I'm a perfect” 

he smiled and shook his hand 

“I'm ranboo . . . but you already knew that” 

Scott smiled again and turned back to his friends at the table 

“ehem” 

he looked up to the staff table. The headmaster had stood up 

“welcome students” 

he said in a booming voice 

“welcome new students and welcome back to those returning” 

he paused as the hall erupted into applause 

“before we dive into this lovely feast I have a few announcements to make, first of all, all third years wishing to go to Hogsmeade must present their head of house with a signed permission slip by the first trip” 

the hall grew noisy as the third years cheered, a red-headed girl with a white streak in her hair squealed and hugged a brunette 4th year next to her, 

“also the forbidden forest is off limits to anyone who doesn't want an excruciating death, now let us feast” 

he raised his hands and the clean dishes along the table suddenly were filled with more food than he could ever imagine, he served himself some mashed potatoes and sausages and dug in, it was the best cooking he had ever had (sorry mother beloved) when he was done with the main course there was a chocolate gateau that he and tubbo helped themselves to, the teal haired boy from before turned to them again 

“how are you liking things here so far?” 

ranboo looked over at tubbo, 

“i think I'm going to like it here” 

after the feast the headmaster stood up to make another, more personal speech 

“children” 

he started 

“it is my wish that when you leave these castle walls at the end of the school year, that you will know atleast a little more than you did coming in” 

he paused looking around the room 

“whether you know or don't know what you will be after these years, whether that be the minister of magic or magical maintenance it is my wish that you try your best because our society is only as strong as our weakest link”

 he finished his speech with a bow as the applause scattered throughout the room. 

“Now follow your prefects to your common rooms and have a good rest before your classes tomorrow”

Tommy stopped calling himself the best little brother for a long time now, let alone be equal to his brothers and niece. What's the point in it all anyways? When everything he was told was just a big lie to make sure he stays in line. And thanks to his blinding pride, by the time he figured it all out when he was thirteen, it was already too late. Thirteen years wasted, Tommy could've used that time to develop a talent like Wilbur, or master swordsmanship like Techno and Chayanne. Maybe even pick up an instrument like little Lullah did.

the owl house, in my opinion, has gathered the wrong audience when it comes to lessons about behavior, as in the exact opposite of its target audience (excluding lgbt youth, of course) and once i explain it, i'm going to unapologetically make many teens who enjoy it in online fandom spaces very mad. c:

the whole premise of the show is that luz is a neurodivergent outcast who was rejected and made fun of back at home for enjoying and doing things deemed weird and unacceptable. she was isolated because her interests were disapproved of by her peers. she found another community of other rejected "weirdos" through the portal and felt like she could be herself again. luz, of all characters, understands what it is like to feel isolated because everything you do is presumably wrong in the eyes of others and you do not understand why that is, considering your intention was only ever to entertain yourself and curate your social experience to be more comfortable.

and yet, that memo seems to fly completely over the heads of toh stans who think they have the right to socially outcast people whom they deem as freaks just because of their interests, whether that be via "DNI" lists for accounts designed to be openly public safe/positivity spaces for various groups of people (such as one of those "cafe delivery" services for lesbians, a bot writing quotes and messages and creating nice flags for bisexuals, etc.), or by having the fucking audacity to call people out for revealing themselves to enjoy dsmp content and then mass qrt them with harassment because of the majority verdict against the dsmp being "problematic" and "bad." toh stans are the most vile bullies i know, especially on twitter, where they love to... gatekeep the show... from people they deem as freaks... while turning around and declaring how much they love luz, whose entire character revolves around... being deemed a freak... hmm. do you see the hypocrisy here??

luz is a greatly unique comfort character for me in such a way that i like to remind myself, "luz noceda wouldn't hate you for your hyperfixations and special interests the way everyone else would", which is ironically painful because i see shit all the time like, "luz noceda would hate dsmp fans, or [insert any given "problematic media" here]" and it's strange, because one of these statements is just so blatantly false due to how and why she was written in the first place. i'll never understand antis who use her as a scapegoat to not just be wrong about the point they're making, but to intentionally hurt others they dislike. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

in my case, i'm talking about the toh stans who threw temper tantrums back in august when they learned that tubbo (twitch streamer associated with dream & the like - not too closely, but definitely directly fyi) decided to just. watch the show (not bring the fandom into it or overrun it with "cishet/whitewashed" dsmp AUs, whatever that even means... just... watch it. and he said he liked it. that was it.). because they realistically couldn't figure out how to effectively gatekeep it from him and his "freak" socially unacceptable (/s) stans with the spread of the modern version of the cheese touch or something, lmfao. but really, it goes for just about anything. the point of this post is to call out a fandom that preaches having pride in what makes you different, while hating people they do not understand and have prejudiced assumptions and stereotypes against, therefore making them different. i'm sure many of them don't realize it, but it wouldn't surprise me if most do and just refuse to care because of the moral superiority complex they seem to get out of acting this way, lol.

and in the case of the dsmp receiving the verdict of being supposedly "problematic" and therefore making it okay to deem fans/supporters as unworthy and subhuman, that doesn't fucking matter, because you're missing the point. consumers of these livestreams and videos are not hurting minorities just by watching from home like you seem to think, whether directly or indirectly, but you are hurting autistic people and people with adhd when you dismiss these (coming in few numbers btw) clingy attachment sources that actually bring them seratonin, satisfaction, and stimulation when most other sources can't simply because of how selective our wired-this-way brains are, as choices - malicious choices, at that. i am not accepting any challenge to argue or debate about how "important" it is to let go of these hyperfixations and special interests to make some entitled social justice warriors online feel better, and if you attempt that with me you're going to get angrily blocked, i don't care. but i won't leave it at this; i did [write a post] last month that i suggest both agreers and especially dissenters read, going on a necessary rant about how this kind of ableism hurts neurodivergent youth and for... what effective cause, exactly? i probably explained it better there than i did here, but here i reworded it in a way that supports the specific point of this post.
